I have complained several times to the call line to no avail. I have emailed the CEO and not received a response. I have been without my vehicle going on 90 days because of the unavailability of a repair part.

I am a senior on a fixed income and cannot get any help. What do I need to do to get some satisfaction!!!

The local Cadillac dealer (Cadillac of Jackson, MS) has some very poor service! My wife’s car, a 2014 CTS Sedan Luxury model Vin #1G6AR5S32E0184527, has a malfunctioning drivers side rear left turn signal. The a Parts Dept maintains this 2014 car is a “vintage” automobile and parts are no longer supported.

They stated that trying to order the tail light assembly is a waste of time. If we can’t get these parts for an “vintage” 8 year old car, what the hell else is not obtainable?

Additionally, no one at the Service Dept could or would test the assembly to a certain weather or not the entire assembly needed replacement or just the LED’s. Service Dept personnel stated it would take at least 4 hours to remove and replace the assembly, even if parts were available because the entire rear…

Dear General Motors, My husband and I have been in the market for a new suburban to replace our 2014 suburban. We love this vehicle. It has over 200,000 miles and has had minimal issues since purchasing. However, due to your negative stance on the First Amendment related to Twitter, we will buy another brand of vehicle to replace our Chevy suburban. Although this makes us sad, there is no replacement for the First Amendment and we will stake our lives and wealth on its continued survival as our founding fathers did at the birth of this great nation. It is our sincere hope that GM will reconsider this decision and continue to uphold our most unique and sacred values as a nation delineated in the US Constitution.

I purchased a GMC 2013 Yukon Denali in November of 2016 from woodworth motors in Andover ,Ma the vehicle’ had Approximately 33,000 miles I was told it was owners family member that owned vehicle.I split regular maintenance between Battles GMC in Bourne,Ma and Don & Dave’s auto in Dennis,Ma

I Currently have 113k miles on the vehicle now. 1st problem: top of dash cracked from the top of airbag to driver side pillar why?

2nd problem: on November 24 th @ 1:00pm traveling for thanksgiving the motor made a loud wrapping noice as soon as I started driving vehicle turned around and parked vehicle.please contact to let me know why these issues have happened to numerous gmc vehicles. And nothing is being done to correct factory defects.

I ordered a truck on March 14th. It is now November 28th and I still have no truck and no updates as to why. The dealer I ordered from said the truck is build and is sitting on a lot in Michigan.

I was told my truck would be delivered in mid August so I sold my truck to secure my down payment. I don't understand why there is no updates or follow-up. Very frustrating!

I have a 2018 Chevy Equinox and have the 100,000 mile warranty on it. It just turned past the 100,000 to 101,340 and the vacuum pump went out driving down the road leaving me with no brakes and destroyed my camshaft.

This vacuum pump should have been on a recall and never been allowed to be on a car and I should not have to pay for this repair. I am attaching pictures taken by my local Chevrolet dealership mechanic showing the chunks of metal found when they removed the valve covers where the camshaft splintered when the vacuum pump locked up. I purchase a new 2022 GMC pickup in March of 2022, the new truck did not have the chips installed for the heated and cooled seats or remote start. It is now Late November and I still don’t have the chips installed.

So I don’t have the heated seats or remote start. It is winter and I purchased these in the truck so it could use them. I just just got off the phone with GMC customer care and they told me the chips are not available and have no idea when they will become available!

I’m sure you still producing new trucks, and they have the chips… so why isn’t any available???

I purchased an AT4 3500 HD duramax back in early March 2022 from Laura Buick in IL. The vehicle came without heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats and park assist . I received a little compensation and told that the chips when available would be be retro fitted.

Seven months on and still nothing. Laura Buick in IL know nothing. All I know is that new vehicles are coming in with chips already which is annoying, since you appear to favor future customers instead of existing. Where is your loyalty? Where is the communication?

The least you could do is compensate us further with say free use of apps such as navigation etc. my vin is 1GT49VEY2NF224569. We are getting into winter and very cold temperatures. Please let me know what is going on and inform your dealerships accordingly.…

Dropped off my 2014 Tahoe for two recalls today, when I came and picked it up the service writer drove it out and ran inside. Upon inspection the hood was not fully latched closed, the right front tire was almost flat, literally, and the hood had multiple muddy hand prints on it.

When i called to inform the service manager i was told he was out to lunch, I then told whoever answered the phone about the condition of my vehicle and they immediately and rudely hung up on me. This only confirms my inclinations on the type of business you are running here.

Between the absolutely dilapidated condition of your dealership to the abysmal quality of your customer service I promise to never spend one cent in your facility.

00 I have had regular maintenance done on it and there is no way I should have these issues I have done research on this problem and it is a known problem to GM I was so proud of the truck I promoted it and in 1 1/2 talk family and co- worker’s to by GM I am talking 6 different people no more and personally I will never by another GM product over the last 14 years I have bought 9 vehicles never again

I have a 2015 Silverado and the transmission failed at 63,000 miles it costing me 4,400 to replace it I have owned Silverado’s in the past and since 2019 I have had co- workers and relatives by 6 new ones just by advertising them but no more I had my son in law at Koons Chevrolet in white marsh md and in the past bought myself since 2008 9 vehicles but no more we got a great deal a bob bell Chevrolet in md but I will never by a GM or promote a GM product again my neighbor has the same truck I have same model and year and his transmission failed also just 2 days ago so talking with other people you know about these issues and not standing behind your product

Purchased 2022 chevy blazer with 3 chips missing. heated seats, heated steering wheel and rear park assist. I was told retrofit was to begin in August. now November and no chips. I have called chevy and the dealership. they tell me to wait for a recall letter from Chevy.

The Blazers have been shipped from the factory since March with all chips in place. So I guess they do have them. They have my money so they can make me wait.

Hi. I recently had my sierra 2017 2500 truck in for a check engine light and an issue with the radio changing screens indiscriminately. The dealership stated that the transmission had an issue with the torque converter and they recommended replacing the screen for the radio.

The truck was two weeks out of warranty with only 38k miles. Gmc said the would cover 85% of the transmission and 20% of the radio. I had the transmission fixed only to have the check engine come back on.

The dealership is saying the torque converter now has to be replaced. Gmc said they would cover the repair for 85%. So Im paying again for the repair to be done correctly. I ordered a GMC Yukon on April 30 2022 The dealer told us that it would take 2/4 months Here we are at 7 months and no vehicle. Last week it was produced and was put on hold because of no chip.

GMC does not clearly commutate that all of these delays are possible until after they put the order in. The order was accepted on 4/30/22. List of reasons for delay as follows: No Diesel Moters Change over to 2023 production and now chip delay While interest rates are raising, they don't care that my payment will steady increase.

They offer no compensation to me for their delays. They are running commercials like they have vehicles to sell where are these available? Maybe they should spend more money on production and parts Aquisition than on advertising Products they don't have

I purchased a 2018 Buick Encore from Auto Nations nka Classic Chevrolet. On January 21, 2019. I started having problems with this vehicle in January of 2022. The doors lock and unlock while I am driving and afterward pause when I try to accelerate after I stop at a stop sign or a red light.

This is very dangerous and annoying. I have taken it to two dealerships Classic Chevrolet 8100 South Highway 6 and Sterling McCall Buick GMC 104 22 Southwest FWY Houston, Tx 77074. Please be advised , I currently lease a 2020 Chevy Malibu vin# 1G1ZE5SX5lF049981 in which I obtained from Healy Chevrolet , 5216 NY - 17M , New Hampton NY 10958 Phone Number ; 845-343-1400 . I have had an ongoing problem with the Navigation System .

The screen continues to read " update SIM card " and does not function. My service Rep. " Mark " at Healy Chevy informed me I need to escalate this unresolved issue with Corporate. I continue to be unable to use the Navigation system in the vehicle.

My daughte, age 18, bought a 2017 Equinox. From Crippen Motors in Lansing, Michigan. She also purchased an extended warranty. IN LEss than 3 months the engine went bad while she was driving down the highway. She was without her car that she still has to make payments on for nearly 6 weeks. We had it towed.

A motor replaced that the warranty company supplied. She kept getting warning lights for different sensors and most of the time Crippen Service Dept. Would tell us there is nothing wrong. $280 because after replacing the engine they are not covering anything else.

just had a horrible experience with Walker Chevrolet in Franklin, TN. I have a Friends/Supplier code from a friend. They refused to let me use my bank and use the Supplier code. My bank has a better interest rate than GM Financial.

I have purchased 5 vehicles there in the last 3 years. Loyalty means nothing to GM or at least Walker Chevrolet like it used to.

2016 GMC TERRAIN My first newest vehicle I bought myself for reliable transportation to work and see family. The dealership I bought this lemon from does not exist bought this JAN 2020 the dealership was gone before year was up. hidden hail couple dents. started replacing parts 6/5/2020.

I paid cash for this vehicle and bought extended warranty it did have some origin warranty left. Every time I had to get vehicle fixed it cost me deductible plus time off work most of time. cv shaft, front brakes and rotors, only one key so had to get key made, then vehicle kept using oil and making a wining noise and not going down road right.

this email is to issue a formal complaint and share the recent service experience I've had with one of the service provider at Felix Cheverolet in Los Angeles, Angel.

1. The problem that I came in with was not resolved and I was charged a large sum without properly addressing the issue. The initial statement for delivery promised was never met and not continued to delay without updates.

2. There was constant delay without any news or call back from Angel. While he promised to deliver by a certain date, not only did he not answer my calls he did not provide any return call backs even after numerous attempts to reach out to him. The only way to reach him was having my son call the service center multiple times to get a hold of him.

I bought a new truck from a local GMC dealer 6 months ago and for the last 6 weeks it has been in the shop due to electrical issues. They say the parts have been ordered but there is no eta for the parts.

I am a single mother and my truck is my only means of transportation. They have not offered me a vehicle to drive in the mean time since they have no clue as to when it will be repaired. Instead, they told me I could go and pay for my own rental and once the repairs are complete I can submit my receipts for review to be reimbursed.

I have made two payments on my new vehicle while this has been going on and now they want me to spend my own money to rent a vehicle when they are the ones responsible for it being in the shop?? I think that is a little absurd!

GM is knowingly violating UDAP ( unfair and deceptive advertising ) with its statement and warranty requirements. They state that the warranty service must be completed by a GM dealer . I wrote to the office of the president of GM on or about 7/17 /22 about a dealership in Rhode Island who refuses to perform warranty work on a vehicle not purchased there . I have also seen some others on a corvette forum throughout the US. I was told today by the e e university office response team ( basically low level phone bank ) that the dealer has the right to refuse warranty work and in this case used staffing as an example . The dealer told me they just don’t do it unless you buy it there .

GM needs to amend its warranty statements to indicate this and to allow for the buyer to take there car…

I went today to order a 2023 Chevy Bolt with the option packages I wanted, but they would not accept my order unless I paid them an additional nearly $3,000 for a "profit package" that I do not want or need. I am a retired International Business & Marketing Professor having taught at a major University (CA State, Pomona) for 28 years.

I was the faculty leader of a team that competed to develop a commercial for the Buick Car in the 1980's. We won honorable mention for our commercial. As a retiree I must watch my budget & know what I can afford and I cannot see giving Reliable an additional $3,000 for nothing.

My FICO score is 873 today based on a Citibank credit card. I am prepared to put a down payment on the car I want, but without their required profit package. I hope you can change…

Swickard Chevrolet and GMC of a Anchorage could not fix my air conditioning. It took 5-6 trips into their shop and each time there was some other issue found. At one point I was told I needed a new starter.

Once questioned, the new starter was dropped. Numerous times I had to drop my car off and leave it for days. The insurance company told me my car was ready on a Friday, the service dept. told me it could be weeks… once those 2 talked, oh it was ready! Ridiculous service.

Every receipt I have says no leaks found… finally the last time I took it in, they found a leak. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever used. I have been a loyal GM owner for 30 years and after this experience I may be switching.

40. Ia also asked them to look at why I had to keep filling up the coolant every 2 to 3 days. They told me that they couldn't check the coolant, so they just did the oil change. I thought fine as I had an appt.

on 8/3/22 to check the coolant leak. within 2 hrs. of leaving Hesserts, I had to bring the car back as the dashboard said that the car was overheating. GM NIGHTMARE FROM DAY ONE

The selling dealership tried to steal over 7k in finance charges by lying and saying 0 for 72 wasn't on our car when it was, GM was no help at all, GM financial fixed it. General Motors is fine with attempted theft - Grand larceny

From the first oil change we mentioned we smelt coolant and at 6k we had to add coolant.NEVER addressed or found even with the fact they 2 dealerships smelt the coolant on drive.

First big service: Took to Friendly Chevrolet for an oil change balance and filters and alignment.

They static balanced tired (shook at 40 mph so bad wheel shook after picking up) Left the coolant bottle bone dry after we mentioned we had to add coolant. Documented GM case.

The dealership wouldn’t return emails or calls so took the car to NTB and all tires…

I purchased a new 2016 gmc in 2017, the truck came with a 100k warranty and after the ac died, on star died, satellite antenna leaked and damaged the head liner followed by the paint beginning to peel at 54k miles gm said there was no warranty on any of the items listed and customer service rep say they were luxury items and did not fall into the 100k warranty , disappointed and pissed off the dealership talked me into buying a new 2018 and

at 14 months I had to pay for a 500$ battery not covered after 12 months, at 50k the ac went out and only cost me 1900 to fix it, the winter shutter front was next at 90k and that was only 1100.

Since the day it was new it has shifted like crap and was told there were so many recalls for the transmission with zero fixes so now at 140k the transmission…

Purchased a Cadillac escalade from open roads in NJ. It's been 3 months with a temporary plate that has expired.. very rude people there with no legitimate answers and the girl that handles motor vehicle Dana will not return my call I'm about ready to retain an attorney.

Not backing their product and I could have died due to their dealership that sells their products and failed to fix my air bags after 9 repairs the last being 2 months before crash and I was in a head on collision. I have recently purchased a 2021 Camaro ss and I’ve owned it for about five months and the car died on me about a month ago so I had the car towed to a near by dealership we’re they diagnosed the car and told me that one of my rods had welded to my crank and the car only has 7000 miles on it so they rebuilt the engine and I had the car for three days and

the car started to knock so I had to park it and it has been sitting while I’ve been trying to schedule another appointment with the dealership I have tried calling the complaint center multiple times and no one is answering so I would have to say that Chevy has a horrible costumer service center.

I wanted to start by saying I and a former employee and have leased many vehicles over the years. When I leased my last vehicle in August of 2020, I was told my 1st oil change would be covered and I would receive 20,000 reward points that I could use for additional oil changes and/or services.

When I brought my vehicle in for service, I was told my promised oil change had expired. The service person said that I could use my rewards points, however, when we logged into my account, we found that I only received 1000 points.

Hi. I have a hummer H2 2004 with duramax lly swap. The Public Road department requires documentation on the front suspension. In 2008 Hummer came with 6,2 and 6 speed. the front axsel weight was 2041 kg. in 2004 it was only 1814 kg The only difference is the arm tors bar, the front shock absorber and the nut on upper and lower control arms ball stud.

i need som documentation who proves that this is the only difference. Is this something you can help me with? Back in 2015 23 jan there was another Norwegian guy with the same problem, he had the same request, but in Norway I can’t use his documentation

I have been a loyal GM customer for 30 years. My entire life I’ve owned a Chevrolet or GMC truck or suv. In December of 2019 I purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup from Hendrick gmc in Richmond Virginia.

Last week my truck developed a serious Mia on one cylinder. Called to schedule an appointment with Hendrick. The earliest they could see my truck is October 27th. I fully understand the backlog due to the state our country is currently in.

That being said, the fact that I cannot receive a loaner car or rental is disheartening. The truck only has 17k miles on it and being in the automotive repair industry myself I cannot fathom a truck produced that cannot even make it 20k miles before a major engine issue.

My parents purchased a 2021 Colorado. They drove it only 400 miles and the transmission went out. They are being told that the engine has a dead cylinder also. They paid a very large down payment. They need help with this situation.

I took my GMC Terrain 2012 to my local dealer in Monroeville Pa where the vehicle was purchased a year and some change ago. The vehicle was going in because it had burned so much oil it burned out the catalytic converters which I paid to have replaced at a muffler shop.

After that I drove the car for another month before it was using a quart a day due to my class action involved engine. Of course when you hey looked at my vehicle they told me it needed an engine immediately it didn’t take long to diagnose it and denied any coverage from the class action lawsuit so we pursued my extended warranty coverage which to my surprise ended 20 miles ago.

After fighting with Easy care to get it covered they finally agreed. Fast forward to last week I go to pick up my car with a new engine, and 500$…

I bought my Tahoo 2019 chassis number 1GNSC7EC9KR371885 from the agency brand new. It was not even driven 10k a sensor needed to be changed, after that the fuel sensor malfunctioned before reaching 30k driven today at the 43,800k same issue happened again. I totally understand things goes wrong in used cars and thats why I went for new one. but really its becoming frustrating and after 10years of driving Chevy for the first time in my life im thinking in changing from GM motors to anything that is less headache. My wife has a Nissan and we never faced any issue in it for the past 7years except oil and filters we didn't change. Not taking into consideration the price difference between both cars.

I need a final solution to my situation as really its frustrating.

I have a problem with my c8 vett went to auto nations Chevy Pembroke pines explain my situation to the service advisor he told me that I have to make an appointment with that is fine with me but he also said after making an appointment it takes 7 to 10 days for them to check out the vehicle what really piss me off he told me that if I take the car in and

pay out of pocket they could take care of me right away what kind of BS is that when my vehicle has warranty plus I took out the extended warranty for a hundred thousand miles I know it's not you guys fault but they are really giving GM a bad reputation sorry for the inconvenience I figure I'll let you guys know who you guys have represented General Motors
