I bought my 3rd Chevy truck in 15 years . I bought a 2002 Suburban no transmission issues 2010 275 k Silverado 275 k transmission replaced 2018 Silverado 121 k transmission replaced . I spent 4000 on another GM transmission.
I still owe 15 k on the truck. I am a dentist and I am telling everyone I can not to buy a Chevy truck. I plan to sell that truck and get a Ford F-150 .
I bought a new 2021 gmc terrain from Kerbeck. When i picked it up it has a bad odor from the a/c. the steering wheel is crooked & when driving on the highway it wanders to the left. the salesman said bring in for service they will fix it.
A few days later i received a recall for the tires. Since Kerbeck could not get me in for service for a few week i dropped it off at Oneil gmc who told me they had to break down all the tires & check for internal mumbers.
They called & said it was done & no charge. When i asked what they did for the tires she said they checked for tread depth & wear??? i asked about breaking them down she said they did not need that.
I picked it up and it still wanders to the left, steering wheel is still crooked, a/c still smells & now the car vibrates at speeds above…
My Chevy Tahoe has been in the shop for 66 days with an A/C problem. Every time i call they say your senior advisor has to deal with it. I have called for 66 days now and the senior advisor has done nothing for me.
I started the buy back process and haven’t heard anything back. They never call me I always have to call them. The worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership.
My Wife bought a 2016 Trax Vin# KL7CJNSB5GB534760 and the paint is pealing under the rear window, other than that it's been a good vehicle. I do not feel like I should pay out of pocket to get a factory defect fixed. If you could please do anything about it, It would be greatly appreciated.

I took by 2017 Chevrolet Impala to Young Chervolet on 04/15/21 for hail damage claim. Gieco paid & I paid over $5 grand. The day I picked up my car after repairs I was lied to by Rachele Miller. I asked her if my quarter panel window was replaced, she said no you brought in like that.
Window was not tinted like other windows.
Also my trunk was damp and she told me it was due to rain that day. It rained all that week my trunk was full of water. I took my car to service king. After my trunk was full of water and mold and mildew they determined back head light was improperly reinstalled.

In 2019 Immediately after paying in full for a $7000 on a 2012 GMC Terrain my motor went out in 2021 because of prior recalls on catalytic converter issues which I had no knowledge of! And I was told not eligible for getting warranty on a vehicle over $150,000 miles!
So now I’m stuck with a Non working GMC! I feel the Dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle which had recall issues and I feel GMC is responsible for paying some fees in replacing my entire engine! I will never never purchase another GMC vehicle in my life!

I purchased a new GMC truck from GMC of Tustin in California on March 31. I was told I would get additional add-on parts within a week or two of purchase. I did not receive the parts until May 15. During the install of the add-ons, they kept the vehicle for 4 days to install leather, running boards, and a tonneau cover. When I picked up the vehicle, it was immediately obvious that the tonneau cover was poorly installed. I got a new 2021 Cadillac XT5 Sport from Joseph Cadillac of Dublin two weeks ago. They had this ECP car protection service witch was already on my invoice for the new XT5 ok. I looked at it and said ok try it and the work done putting this car protection for the outside and inside was very very poorly done.
Or maybe not at all the car was not prepaired right I think the dealer car wash guy did the job not right at all for $699. I have contacted the dealer about this matter and have heard nothing from them was this a money grab seems that way.

I bought a 2021 Camaro from Jim Taylor of Rayville La. When I bought the vehicle I also purchased the tire warranty. A month after having the car I had gotten a flat on the back passenger tire a piece of metal was lodged in the tire.
I called the service dept to see what I needed to do and the service advisor said she really couldn't help me and to call around to some of the tire shops around town to see if they could help. She was so rude and short with me and refused to help me at all.
I told her I bought the car there it looks like you could help even if you had to order the tire thats fine with me. She said there was nothing she could do and hung the phone up. I will never ever go there again and I will be telling everyone I know how sorry they are and not to go there.
My daughter least a vehicle from Taylor Chevrolet in Michigan for 3 years. Every time the car was in for service or a recall she was never given a loaner. She was told she will have to rent her own car.

Vaden Chevy in Pooler Ga refused to honor a parts warranty on a replacement part for my 2008 Corvette. Part was purchased from Jupiter Chevy in Garland TX. The Vaden Service Manager refused to provide the parts warranty. Said because the part had not been installed by a Chevy dealer they would not warranty the part. When I asked to speak to him the parts department stated he was “tied up in a teleconference”. I provided my name and cell phone number for him to call me. We have a 2019 Chevrolet 3500 truck that is used for pulling a gooseneck trailer in a Hotshot operation. We use Chevrolet trucks because of the drivetrain reliability. We are based out of Ohio, but our driver had a problem this morning that required a forced regen of the DPF.
Being in the Cumberland, MD area he went to Weimer Chevrolet to have them check it out and have them perform the forced regen. They turned him away cold saying that they were too busy with "their own customers". I understand the need to service your local customers, but I also know that as a Chevrolet dealer, your customers include anyone who drives a Chevrolet.
A forced regen doesn't even require the vehicle to be inside the building, it can be performed out in the parking lot without attention once it is started.…

Started with leaky back window on my Trail Boss. After dealership attempting a warranty quick fix with sealant, it still leaked.
On my 2nd trip, they not only dented my roof, scratched my pillars, and scratched my spoiler, they managed to crack my windshield upon replacing my headliner.

I purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 new. Three months after I purchased the truck I drove it to San Jose CA. from Seattle WA. While in San Jose the truck broke down and I needed to bring it to GMC service.
They did not know what issue was and unable to fix it for approximately one month. I had to get a rental car to drive back to Seattle. When they finally fixed the truck I drove back to San Jose to pick up the truck.
I turned in the receipts into my Service Representative in December 2020. I have called over 15 times with out a call back from the Representative nor from a Supervisor as requested. 00 that I had to pay as they did not have a loaner car at the time.

We have always bought GM vehicles because we trust the company. 00. I am a retiree and thus was going to be my final truck purchase because GM products last forever. My other GM truck is 22 years old and still run, but the body us rusting.

I have a complaint about a ongoing issue with my car for about a year. I went in to a GM dealership to get my 2014 Chevy IMpala checked out because of the engine light was on. They diagnosed it with the engine timing valve control was messed up. The only problem is GM didn't have the part available. SO i went on line and found and after market product got that installed and the engine light still came on t his was in November of 2019. So the dealership told me that the part failed so i went and bought another one and the same thing happen on are around January 2020. So GM finally got the part manufactured in late June July frametime. So i bought the part and got it installed and guess what the part failed to. 2006 Trailblazer suddenly wipers ran by themselves & exhausted wiper fluid. Took to Banner Coulson Chev dealer in Higginsville MO. They couldn't find problem. I researched online and found issue to be a known issue since 2002 defective wiper module.
Called Banner Coulson & asked them to order & fix. 00. com & Amazon found part for $76 & $82 respectively. Ordered part from Amazon. ) Banner Coulson has proven to me what they think of my loyalty & my business.

I have a 2018 Silverado with 7,800 miles on it it is mis firing on 6 of the 8 cyl. Rogers Dabbs Chevy in Brandon Ms won't fix it because they can't make it misfire. Even tho the computer tells then it has misfired over 13000 times in the last week..
I have never seen such a bad service dept.
