We recently purchased a 2009 GM diesel 4x4 truck from Mathaeral, Marquette, Michigan. We also purchased a 2 year warranty because the sales rep advised us to. 00 on a bushings repair in the front end. 00 plus whatever the labor is.

We have always bought GM vehicles because we trust the company. 00. I am a retiree and thus was going to be my final truck purchase because GM products last forever. My other GM truck is 22 years old and still run, but the body us rusting.

Was this sensor recalled and the former owner never brought it in for the necessary repair? I am quite upset with this purchase. Please contact me as to what the company and I can do to work this up. I do not want to bring this to the news source.

I have a complaint about a ongoing issue with my car for about a year. I went in to a GM dealership to get my 2014 Chevy IMpala checked out because of the engine light was on. They diagnosed it with the engine timing valve control was messed up. The only problem is GM didn't have the part available. SO i went on line and found and after market product got that installed and the engine light still came on t his was in November of 2019. So the dealership told me that the part failed so i went and bought another one and the same thing happen on are around January 2020. So GM finally got the part manufactured in late June July frametime. So i bought the part and got it installed and guess what the part failed to. 2006 Trailblazer suddenly wipers ran by themselves & exhausted wiper fluid. Took to Banner Coulson Chev dealer in Higginsville MO. They couldn't find problem. I researched online and found issue to be a known issue since 2002 defective wiper module.

Called Banner Coulson & asked them to order & fix. 00. com & Amazon found part for $76 & $82 respectively. Ordered part from Amazon. ) Banner Coulson has proven to me what they think of my loyalty & my business.

I have a 2018 Silverado with 7,800 miles on it it is mis firing on 6 of the 8 cyl. Rogers Dabbs Chevy in Brandon Ms won't fix it because they can't make it misfire. Even tho the computer tells then it has misfired over 13000 times in the last week..

DURING THAT TIME I'VE PAID MORE THAN THE VEHICLE IS WORTH. I LEFT IT AT DEALER SERVICE OVER A YEAR AGO. THEY JUST KEEP CHANGING NEW PARTS AND THERE ISN'T ANY GOOD OUTCOME AND I CAN'T TRUST USING THE VEHICLE.

I HAVE SINCE DETERMINED THAT GMC IS A THROW AWAY VEHICLE AND GMC SERVICE IS UNABLE TO SERVICE THEIR OWN PRODUCT. THEREFOR THE NEXT VEHICLE WILL EITHER BE A LEXUS OR HYUNDAI. I'M LEAVING TODAY TO TAKE WIFE TO BUY A NEW LEXUS.

I am contacting you as a last resort, prior to seeking legal representation regarding the motor vehicle defect of GM Motor's 2017 Chevy Impala.

I am a 70 year old teacher that purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala about 2 years ago, and last year I began experiencing issues with the car malfunctioning and the engine light illuminating. I took the car to Chevrolet of Turnersville in NJ, they supposedly fixed it, but then this same problem reoccurred multiple times within a month, and each time I took it back to them they "diagnosed" something different. I've purchased a 2015 chevy cruze ltz Feb last year at first all was good loved the car but since November I've been to the mechanic numerous time some times for the same problem I believe I been through 10 coils burnt out or cracked, changed thermostat more then once changed multiple sensors twice valves, you name it.

Since I bought the vehicle there has been a brake problem. Every ten days since the end of January I have taken the car to Jeff Wyler in Canal Winchester, Ohio and they say there is nothing wrong. I am now on my second loaner from them.

This was a deliberate act of the bastards. I am 80 years old at 5 foot. The loaner they brought me is a Colorado 4x4. It's a problem getting in but they did not realize I have driven 4x4 for years older than they are.

Anyway, the problem still exists and I get the run around from them. Yesterday I told the service manager Joey Cordoba that intermittently the braking system sounds like a howling coyote. " The vehicles has 1,900 miles on it, bought the end of January.

I would like some help from someone.

I took my 2017 into Corum motors service dept in December 2019 to get mouse infestation cleaned up as per I talked to the service dept mgr explained the situation as well as my mechanic called and explained the extent. I was told bring it in and they could get the job done.

I left my truck there 6 days and when I called on the status I was told they just couldn't work on it very long at a time due to the smell. I told mgr to get my truck ready for me to drive it back home the next morning cause I was done waiting and very disappointed.

He then said, he would get it done that day. When I called the next morning to tell him I would be there shortly. He said give him another hour. I gave him three hours. Keep in mind I have driven a hour and a half to get there.

I took my vehicle to my local dealer in Raleigh NC on 12/15/2019 when my check engine light came on. I scheduled an appointment on 12/16/19 and was then advised on 12/17/19 that my vehicle was needing a Valve Rocker (Part Number: 12633613).

At this point I was also advised that the issue was covered under warranty. My advisor then states that they have no loaner vehicles nor are they able to provide me with a rental. I had to pay out of pocket for 3 weeks in regards to having a rental for transportation.

I was then provided a loaner vehicle on 1/2/2020 and was advised to contact customer care to receive reimbursement for my out of pocket expense. I have such done so and was advised today that I will not be reimbursed for my out of pocket expense due to the rental was not a GM product.…

We purchased 2014 3500 HD new from Herndon Chevrolet vin # 1GB4KYC84FF661133 Had to have the truck towed to Herndon Chevrolet on 01/02/2020 and the truck has been there since. We're being told it is a WARRANTY issue but the parts are on Backorder. Why?

28 Jan 2020 On 28 Jun 19, I purchased a 2019 GMC Acadia SLT from Ourisman Chevrolet, Buick, GMC in Alexandria, VA, 22303. On 22 Oct 2019, on the way home, during a heavy rain, I noticed water leaking on my third row seat.

I explained that the leak seemed to be coming from the non-opening sunroof. My car is normally parked in a garage, out of the elements. On 28 Oct 2019 I took the car to the Ourisman car service center. At that time, I was given a Buick Encore loaner car.

A couple of days later I had to return the Encore because the tags were expiring. On 8 Nov 2019, I was called to return the car because of a recall on the car. At that point, I was given a new 2020 Chevrolet Blazer, with 8 miles on it.

I have spent around $2,000 to get a clunking or rattling noise in the front end of my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. I've bought new struts, sway bar arms, links, clock spring and my 3rd steering column and that was a GM steering column.

I was told by a (certified) ASE Technician at Serra Chevrolet in Saginaw, Mi, that they put a chassis ear to pinpoint the noise AND THERE IS STILL NOISE. Back end of car quiet and smooth, but the front is still noisy.

I want something done about this, I am not satisfied at all with the problem with my Malibu. I don't want to have to file a lawsuit, but I want to file a formal complaint. I would like to have a GM Engineer or a Master Technician come to Saginaw and test drive my car.

00am only to get there and be told that it would take 2 1/2 weeks to look at and fix my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD. The service guy didn't offer another option other than leaving my truck to be in line when the time came.

This is our second complaint in less than twenty four hours. which makes four or five all together. We leave brief mesages, someone surprisingly called us back and told us basically to fuck off. As did a lemon law (script reader) If one truck is the same as our other truck why is only one being recalled?

And why are they not considered safety defects when they are safety defected and stall in the middle of high speed traffic? And why isn't there someone out there to help dissatisfied customers? Or is it just because we are who we are?

We were considering buying two new trucks and wanted Chevy's but you must have too much business already.

Bought a2019 Chevy Malibu from Nissani Bros Chevrolet in Los Angeles on 11/08/209 who charged me license & registration during the loan process but until they have not processed the registration paperwork.

However they have transferred the title so now I have a registration notice from DMV to register the car by 01/30/2020 or incur penalty. Tried calling the dealership several times and spoke to numerous people who don't seem interested in helping resolve my concern.

Last week sent escalated the issue by sending an e-mail to Derik who is the General Manager for that dealership and he hasn't responded to my complaint as well. Very frustrating that people at this dealership don't seem to care of helping customers with their concerns and issue!!

General motors has horrible customer care. Dont bother with talking with their so called customer care. I have been strung along now for 3 plus months. It seems like I am being discriminated against for being a single veicheal owner.

If I was a large fleet owner I would be treated like royalty. But being a middle class person it seems like I am put on the bottom of the list. Sad way of doing business. I wonder if any other car manufacturer treats their customers as poorly as I have been.

I have a 2019 GMC that has less than 10,000 miles with multiple issues with the transmission and GM refuses to provide a new transmission even though my car has shop been in the shop for 6 months. Stay away from GM products, save yourself the headache.

This review is base on the service both from the GM customer service and my local dealer Jim Browne Chevy. I bought a new 2019 corvette Z06 for a Christmas present for my husband. Shortly after getting the car he had a problem with the rear end.

The dealer has had the car since before Christmas and will not return phone calls nor will GM follow up with phone calls. All we have received is the run around that it will be done in a few days and then they need another part and another part.

At this time the dealer has had the car more than we have. I have saved a long time to buy this dream car for my husband and this is what we get? This is the support we have received from GM.

I have a 2019 GMC Sierra that I purchased in July for just under $50,000. I was involved in an accident that ended with me being rear ended in September. It is now a few days away from the new year and I still do not have my truck fixed due to the body shop not having the parts that are needed for repairs.

I am not happy at all with having to pay a good sum of money and driving a vehicle that is damaged. I have always owned GM vehicles yet, I feel as if this may be my last one. Waiting for parts for months to fix a brand new vehicle is ridiculous.

I work hard for my money and to have to pay such a high amount for driving a wrecked vehicle is unacceptable.

My 2019 Chevy Silverado custom trail boss has been at caliber collision in Orlando Florida since November 23,2019. The repair shop ordered both front and back passenger doors on 11/26/2019. It has been over a month and my doors have not been shipped.

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 48000 miles and the water pump is leaking. My warranty just expired in August and I called Chevy to see if they could do something and the senior account rep told me I was on my own for a 1000 repair.

She offered no assistance and sent me this dry email saying sorry not sorry. By far the worst customer service ever. I’m still paying a note on this tin can and they won’t even cover half the cost of a part that shouldn’t be leaking this soon to begin with.

They mass produced these cars and if you look on the internet everyone had issues with them. So disappointing. Hi I owned Malibu LT 2016 around 47k miles. Since the warranty period expire this car showing issues everyother month. Last time on highway it strucked due to stabiliTrack error and whole car started sagging, engine light on and wheels out of control.

Called tow truck and find a dealership nearby. Anyways long story short my car was left finally at Reliable Chevrolet dealership Richardson TX 75081 for two weeks to replace the issue and today on my second trip to Houston I got the same issue again, I took the picture right away for evidence.

I have been waiting for an engine part at Lou Fusz in St. Peters Mo. since September 24, 2019. I would like an explanation for why General Motors is unable to manage parts distribution better than this. I know about the strike, but it has now been almost 7 weeks since the strike ended.

I have bought nothing but GM vehicles since 1994.

Specifically, I would like to know if the lack of parts for maintenance is because you are prioritizing shipment of the part I am waiting for to assembly plants so you can continue to sell new cars, rather than taking care of the customers that have already spent their money on your product. I purchased my 2016 Buick Encore 6/18 Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet Kearny Mesa (San Diego). This was supposed to be a certified vehicle. Within 2 months of purchase my vehicle kept dying, went back to the dealership allegedly they replaced the battery.

I continue to have constant issues with my car not starting. Kept informing the service dept. Within the alleged battery warranty time frame I continue to have problems starting my vehicle. Each oil changed complained! Went in Sept of this year for an oil change complained!

Went in Oct sat for 4 hours was told by service rep my battery was fine! Nov my car continue to have starting issue, the screen goes out. Take my car to the service dept and was told they FIX the screen issues but the battery was no good and I had to replace it!

Recently had my truck in Riverview motors Grandfalls Windsor to get recalls done. I asked can they also fix the seal on the onstar where it’s leaking water they said it’s only a ten min job. Then when I picked up my truck I was told I had to make another appointment with the body shop.

I live 2 hours away and would have to take time off work! If only a ten min job why not just fix it?

We have 2011 GMC Acadia, we have extended warranty on this SUV. We are having so much issues with this vehicle. We had two dealership worked on this car.

First we took the car to West Point Buick GMC dealer ship in Katy, TX and they are working on it, they did a bad job, we didn't have that much issues begin with but after they start working on it, it keeps breaking. The customer service West Point GMC IS REALLY SUCKS.

NO respect for customers and sales reps are very rude. Then we took the car to Classic Chevy dealership,at least customer service is better but we brought the car back home and broke the next day. Never going to buy GMC ever again.

Tired of repairing the vehicle. If i didn't have the extended warranty will be out of so much cash.

On November 20th, I went to Darrell Waltrip GMC in (Nashville, TN) to have my car serviced. The outside mirrors needed to be replaced due to damage to the motorized gears. 83. I then inquired about the prices and I went to the GM parts center website to find the exact parts that were used.

I found these parts at a significantly cheaper price than what I had been charged. When I asked to speak with the service manager, he would not come out to speak with me. 00 and said that , it was the best that he could do.

I want to file a complaint against General Motors And their headlights on the 2013 Buick Regal GS the HID headlight package they leak which blow out the HID Ballast 5DV 009 610-00, Xenon Headlight Control Unit You constantly have to replace this or buy new headlights which cost $1100 each you must have some sort of recourse or a recall on this . My question is what do I do you can contact me via email which is on the complaint.

My complaint centers around my 2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL. While we love the design, performance and features; this automobile is a mechanical nightmare. New torque converter, body parts coming loose and the drivers side tail light which the dealer wants $802 to replace.

Three more payments and I’m selling this money pit and switching to Ford.

I had a power train problem. Corwin Motors did work costing me $446. The problem was not fixed. Went to Power GM. They found the problem. It was a major engine repair covered under warranty. GM will not reimburse me for the work done at Corwin Motors.

That work should be included in the power train warranty work done at Power.

My complaint is that I bought a new car August in Tucson, AZ. I was told that one of the perks was for 3 years and 3 times a year they would give us a loaner to use for three days. We submit our request back in October so that we could have it the week of Thanksgiving which is plenty of time to confirm our request. The department that was suppose handle this gave us bad customer service by not getting back to us in a timely manner. This is not the only time that we have experience bad customer service. The only one that really helped us was the sale guy Daniel Camacho. Hope you solve this issue now and in the future, so this doesn't happen again. Thank you.

Why will you not sell me the 2020 corvette? I was one of the five first preorders at my local dealer,.. they obviously didn’t deliver. I reached out to another local dealer... they obviously had the same response... Who/what entity do I need to speak with about buying this car...

never in a million years would I think someone would avoid receiving money. In this instance, it is evident. Tell me my options (if they are a fact limiting reagent) and get me on the list for these cars!!!! Why am I begging?!?
