This review is base on the service both from the GM customer service and my local dealer Jim Browne Chevy. I bought a new 2019 corvette Z06 for a Christmas present for my husband. Shortly after getting the car he had a problem with the rear end.
The dealer has had the car since before Christmas and will not return phone calls nor will GM follow up with phone calls. All we have received is the run around that it will be done in a few days and then they need another part and another part.
At this time the dealer has had the car more than we have. I have saved a long time to buy this dream car for my husband and this is what we get? This is the support we have received from GM.
Is this a sign of the times where customer service is all but gone? Sad to say that this has left such a bad…
