GOOGLE IS GOING TO CANCLE YOUTUBE TV FROM ROKU - THAT IS MY FAVORITE CHANNEL AND I WILL CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND USE DIFFERENT SEARCH ENGINES IF THEY CHOOSE TO DO THAT. GOOGLE IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT SUPPORT ANYTHING THEY DO!!

I am a Roku and YouTubeTV subscriber and have just been advised that due to ongoing negotiations between Roku and Google I may lose my youtubetv access.

I’m extremely upset by this turn of events. It is my households only access to live news coverage. We do not have cable or other live coverage app.

I’ve come to rely on this coverage and was able to watch the US capitol insurgency, subsequent completion of certifying the electoral college results and the entire inauguration that followed a few weeks later.

Please reconsider the sticking points and continue to allow Roku to carry your channel.

I was informed by Roku today that I may no longer be able to access my YouTubeTV account on my TV. If that becomes the case, I will drop my YouTubeTV account and switch to Hulu.

I have several complaints about using Chrome.. , otherwise firefox is better for the wollowing reasons. 1) The voice didctation rarely capalizes the first letter of sentences as Microsoft word dictation. 2) Chrome changes fint size while speaking and no prompting.

3) It hard to get it to go back to a place uin the text if you time out. 4) The hime out should be adjustable so one is rushed less, 5 the box that appeas when you time out is not helpful.

I was a victim of a scam when a friend's email was hacked. I bought $400 of Google Play cards. I have not used these - they are still in original packaging and I have the receipt which reflects the numbers of the cards.

I would like these cards de-activated and a refund of my $400. The merchant (Rite Aid) said that I have to go through Google - they can't do anything for me. Please let me know what I need to do and what documentation I need to send in to get these cards de-activiated and get my refund. Thank you.

I have an HP 110voona which is just excellent. THe only problem is playstore and its apps. Some updates to the OS - like version 89. it and its apps work fine. With the latest version 90. they don't. Really quire annoying -why update the OS so some things don't work? Anything you could do to allow them to work would be much appreciated - the visible changes that are different with version 90. -and work - are of no added value whatsoever to me I'm afraid. I guess there are underlying security fixes that no doubt are very beneficial -but why on earth would these prevent the use of playstore?

my youngest son who has his mobile through our family plan. has just started an new aprentiship and needed to contact inland revenue to discuss the fact that he had the wrong tax code. he typed this into google search and the first no that came up was a bogus phone no of a shame organisation which kept him on a automated service.

this has appeared on our monthly phone bill as an extra £150 pounds. i am totally disappointed that trusted google used all the time by my family failed to protect my young son from a scam sight and feel google should be responsible as this sight is still live and not been deactivated.

Google decided to move all there music to YT music, since then all the music I have purchased through Google is not available to me for down load unless I pay for the premium, I have already paid for the music and it seems like I have to pay a monthly subscription for a purchase I have already made, I have years worth of purchased music that I can not listen to now without a monthly subscription.

Google home and that alike are absolutely the worst made assistant I have ever used. It doesn't hear my voice even with recognition. Doesn't get the right searched item it gets something way opposite. It's system poorly operates 99 percent of the time.

My 6 year old installed an App, to subscribe to this App you need an email address that my son doesn't know so there's no way he could have subscribed. 99 for this App without my permission. I requested a refund within 24 hours (googles policy is within 48 hours) but they refused and are now ignoring my emails.

I used Google Android products on my phone on a daily basis and over the course of last year I bought a years worth of purchases on Google music I now can't use thanks to your little switch to YouTube Music. I tried transfering my music as advised. Twice! And it didn't work.

Now not only can I not access any of the music I purchase through the Google play store (which goes agains UK consumer rights, by the way) I now can't listen to music at all.

With YouTube music I can't actually listen to music without having the back light to my phone on all the time and I have to be connected to the internet. So i have to kill my phone battery and run up data charges just to listen to music?

Either find a way for me to access the music you sold to me or give me my money back!

I accidently purchased a eBook on my playbook account within last 48 hours. The problem occurred because there are two books with the identical name. After accidently purchasing the wrong book, I then purchased the correct book. (See attached - The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time) I requested a refund and I thought I took care of the problem at that time, but I see that no refund was given. I want a refund for the mistakenly purchased book.

Any review of my purchase history will clearly support the fact that I am a loyal, honest customer, who made an obvious mistake. After all, I immediately purchased the correct book moments after the inadvertent purchase.

Had my photos,emails, Twitter, Instagram and whtsapp on automatic back up only for my phone to have fallen inside water and panel destroyed. Had it fixed and realised that my photos from Jan 26th till March when the incident occurred was lost.

I received a call from an alleged Google rep in West Palm Beach, where I am located. He pressed very hard for a credit card number, he said to purchase SEO. He told me that my website never appeared near the top of business listings for any of the keywords I specified.

Simultaneously, I searched for the identical keywords and saw my site in the top three listings every time, as a result of 15 years' personal effort and spending on third-party SEO. I have been victimized in the past by scammers representing that they worked for Google, so I asked him to send me in writing a list of services I could expect if I gave him a credit card number on the phone, as he kept requesting.

Company doing business illegally in California per Ca. Dept. of Insurance investigations. They do not pay my claims and give you the run around. This went on for two months.. According to the Cal. I, they've probably committed federal banking wire fraud.

They are not underwritten by any California insurance company as required.

On 15 feb, I was alerted to a charge made on one of my credit card through my Paypal account. 59 was started in my google account. I am single, and the only one with access to the account. I reported the charge to my CC company and then reported it to Paypal and google.

Paypal advised that Google has used the pre-authorization I had setup from other purchases to slide this charge through. When I filed a fruad complaint with them, they had the nerve to tell me I was lying and that I did, in fact make the purchase.

I circled back with my credit card company and they said if Google continued to be shady, then they would re-imburse me the charge. Through multiple more discussions with Google, they continued to deny their error and reimburse the money.

I switched to Google Fi. As part of the switch I took advantage of the phone discounts. For some reason one of my phone purchases would not go through. I paused the service on the other until the problem was resolved. Because I paused the service they canceled my discount on that phone.

So even though they knew I had a problem with my order and the service was not paused long, they canceled my rebate on that phone.

I mailed a broken Google pixel 2 phone to Google and they supposedly shipped me a replacement phone. The box I received was empty. I immediately contacted Google and explained what happened and they've given me the runaround for two weeks.

I have had to change my password for a variety or reasons a lot and after I Got a new one with google I though every thing was set but when I used it to sign in it say invalid or wrong password . So I try again making sure I got every letter and number correct it came up with the same thing .

My phone, while moving on the car's seat as I was driving purchased $99 worth of gems in merge magic. I have followed the process for disputing the charge. I fo not want the gems, have not used the gems and I need my $99 back.

I also had a chat session and ended up asking for a manager. I was told that the manager eould contact me within the next couple of days. I was never contacted by a manager! Although the $99 was posted to my bank account it was never listef in thr play store.

This has exasperated the difficulty if getting a refund. I kept a copy of the documentation including a copy of thr chat. This was on March 5th and it is the 13th today. I am so angry that I am contemplating deleting EVERYTHING google.

I received an email message from google that I need to wait for 48 hours before I could access the ocampojodomingo@gmail.com. I am using a laptop and ipad. Google will not listen to customer requests. They do not value other people’s business or hard work to achieve what they have and allow one sided reviews to be posted against your business. When requests are made to remove them they say it doesn’t violate their policies but we have never agreed to the exposure or review process or policies for our business!!

We do not want public arguments around our business and faceless citizens moments from strangers who have never Engaged with us as a business but have an option to leave public derogatory comments. Not good Google and unfair

Ridiculously rich google wont refund a fixed income person $99.99 from a forgotten and never used download of Tunein.

Google stated they would reimburse the call out of the gas fitter when their thermostat didn't work properly. I have that in writing - see below. This was in March 2020 and after not receiving the check, and numerous contact, I was eventually told that I would not be receiving this reimbursement as it wasn't approved internally.
