From 08/06/21 we have issues with Google's Shopping Support agent, Joanna, which six times promised to provide clear answers about the suspension problem (3-4052000031603), but failed to do so. As in two weeks Google's agent wasn't able to provide as with any clear answer and proof that there any misrepresentation even exists or we broke any Google's ads policy, then we assume that no one misrepresentation exists, no one policy was broken.

If it were true, then Google wouldn't have any problems giving clear explanations and answers.

Also, it's clear that there exist Google's misleading, lack of Google's agent competency and/or willingness to do job, Google's agent bluff and abuse power which means that Google doesn't comply with EU regulations and Irish Law, and can be kept accountable…

Your online Google maps insist on using my current location and home in every search. (very intrusive to my privacy and irritating to my online experience). I am trying to locate a suitable property in another state, When I install the lovely home's address and search for nearby hospitals, stores, RV centers, grocery, churches ETC, it sends me across the country to my current location and gives me my local FREAKING hospital.

I ain't gonna drive 2k miles when I move. It does this even after I removed my home address. This is not a little offensive it is a lot of offensive. You have no business doing this. This is a direct result of your intrusive greed in our personal lives.

This is complaint about Google search for places in Hyderabad India. Searched hdfc Ltd Madhapur, called telephone not working, used Google map, address not existing. Took other search hdfc Ltd jubilee hills, telephone no reply, details said open till 1 pm, reached the venue, offic existing but closed by 12:30.

Waste of time and gas till we go and actually find out Google is never sure about the information mentioned on Google search.

Hdfc Ltd need to upgrade, understood, but why is Google showing wrong addressed and wrong timelines that office is open when actually the ofice is closed.!!

I am totally fed up receiving spam and phishing emails from people with a gmail account I have reported this several times but have not even had an acknowledgment I block these people but they keep changing the name or numbers so they are still coming through to my inbox They are all from people with a gmail account I report them to the National Cyber crime centre It’s a disgrace that a large company like google does no5 have a forwarding address to send these emails to and

that they do not delete these accounts This is just one of the emails I receive on a daily basis Why do you not make it easy to report these people

I tried to advertise on google ads through the shopify site. I had no idea how to do it & shopify gave me the wrong advice & google kept refusing my ad. I left shopify & opened a new website with Wix & I tired to use google ads again.

My experience with this company is actually 0. This company took my money and in my case did not supply goods. I was lucky I got a refund via my Bank. There is a Facebook Forum for this company with so many dissatisfied customers. That says it all!

There is no customer service with this company. But if you post a review on Trust Pilot as I had to do then they reply and you get an email with lies! in my case saying colour was not in stock!!

did I want to order another colour? what a joke. The item I ordered was in stock and ready for shipping when I placed my order , fast forward emails sent no reply , over two months since order placed ,tried to contact customer service , couldn't even get to speak to them This company seems to be a scam and

OMG. Cant believe the poor customer support google gives their paying customers. Needed to change a delivery address on my order, as it was incomplete. I spend over 2 hours on the phone and web chat, only to be told it cant be done.

Both support staff, were more like robots than people. Shocking such a big well know company cant get its customer service right. COME ON GOOGLE. SORT IT OUT IT!

I am the director of a tree surgery business. A person that has NEVER used my business has left me a 1* review. I would like to know how someoone who has not used my service is able to review my business and cause me a potential loss of business/income. I have reported the review and have been told that it hasnt broker any rules. I dont accept that this is the case and would like this decision overturned. sent my phone in April 19 because the battery was broken and it was covered by Google. Google was suppose to send a new phone back once the original phone was received. It is June 1 and still haven't received the new phone.

I have tried to email and phone but all I get is automatic responses from customer service. No one will resolve my case. Please help!

I tried complaining about an unauthorized charge of 600php on my gcash account virtual wallet). I checked all my subscriptions from 3 of my gmail accounts and nothing there amounts to 600. at forst i am getting response from almost 3 google agents. i can send a copy of all the email conversation if needed. my case number given by them was Case ID [9-7766000031412. I begged multiple times for them to return my money. Last email.I received was :

On 5/17 we rented a car and picked up at Salt Lake City airport. The next day we went to Antelope Island. The keys were accidentally locked in trunk along with our belongings and special eye medication for myself. We are both elderly.

We contacted Avis and was told we would receive a call back in 5 minutes. Never happened. After several more calls a tow truck was finally dispatched to our location. Cody from DeWaal and Sons towing popped open the doors causing all security systems to lock down including getting into trunk.

He told us there was nothing else he could do. He lifted us there. No water or food. This has been 4-5 hours since the first call to Avis. Not even offering us a ride to someplace to get back to room since cell phones were dying and couldn’t be charged due to security…

I have had a problem with I believe is a scammer online. The person is using the phone number 1-573-200-6172, The person who using this phone number is using the name Tonya Odessa Kendrick. I have reasonable suspicion that this person is either not real or is a professional scammer.

Please be advised that this person refuses to talk to anyone on the phone number that is provided. The person only uses text and refuses to talk.

Worst customer service ever, never experienced this kind of stubborn attitude ever in my life.

I got a Moto G Stilus phone on a deal of $49 not even knowing GoogleFi was a service provider. I thought GoogleFi and Moto are together or something and 2 days back I got to know google-fi is a service provider. Now I am getting charged every month apart from my regular service provider. So I called up google-fi customer service to cancel because I do not want to transfer my TMobile number to GoogleFi, I told them mistakenly I have signed up for this, just looking at the offer. The guy was so stubborn and was not ready to listen to me at all. I have three google nest thermostats and each time there was a failure that caused me to send back my thermostat. This third one would not connect and after 1 hour and 20 minutes on the line I was transferred to the next level nd then after introductions disconnected. I have an account which I have not accessed for years. I have moved provinces and when I try to access my lost password it asks for me and my wives old phone numbers - we can provide these but a text to those will land in a new owners phone. I have attempted and received options to recover by our e-mail; however, when we get the confirmation code and enter it, we still are not directed to a page to adjust a long-lost password (now just about 8 years later). I reported a case to google pay regarding with the unauthorised deduction of funds in my gcash account. I have waited for too long for them to do the resolution about this but until now I haven’t received anything aside from tellingme that they haven't found enough evidence in their system to show that it was an unauthorized use of my payment method.

When infact I didn’t subscribed though. And they cannot provide the details I need to know they cannot justify their evidence as I am asking for it. They didn’t send me proof my my transaction with them. I am begging you to please help me with this!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in March 2021 through GoogleFi because of the better international coverage. I was on my way to Mexico for a 2 month mission trip and the screen started flickering and a funny pixel defect showed on the screen.

Within the 15 day warranty I called Google Fi and did troubleshooting. Nothing was resolved so they said I was eligible for a replacement. Since I was out of the country they approved waiting until I returned to the states to ship.

I called yesterday and found out that I will get a refurbished phone because that's all the have. No refund on the full price I paid either. They won't honor buyers remorse even though I called within 15 days of receiving the phone.

I contacted Samsung just to see how much a refurbished S21 is and they don't have…

My wife and daughter and my sister in law went the restaurant to grab some raspados. The owner's relative some young girl attended them however she insisted in them wearing a mask and demanded them to wear . She then tossed it in the counter even though the governor of Arizona lifted the mandate people still act like fools.

So my wife decided not to give them service as they were leaving the girl commented and called them "pendejas" very derogative word in Spanish. We will complaint to BBB and the attorney general in Phoenix. This business is in Tucson Az on 6th Avenue.

I recommend not to eat there unless you want to be mistreated.

I found this company on google. 00. So I contacted them by text. 00. 500 for the puppy and 185 for transportation. I sent the money thru western union. The next day when I’m suppose to get the puppy I get a call from the transportation people telling me the puppy had a medical emergency on the flight and had to be taken off the plane. 00.

They stated it was a deposit for the carrier and I would get my money back. When I questioned this they kept asking me to send they money. I refused because it just did not sound right. I have asked for my money back but have not received it as of yet.

Today is the second time I have been scammed ( unsuccessfully ) while looking up the telephone number of a reputable company, because I clicked on a site posing as the company I wanted to contact. Can Google stop this from happening, especially during the pandemic when people are already stressed.

Why is it that scammers can easily pose as another company. In fact he bought a google gift card on my Amazon Ca account. Amazon stopped him after this purchase. This type of event is very difficult to trouble shoot and has cost me over 7 hours dealing with it.

iPhone google support phone number 1-877-395-0777 found on a Google site for support on April 30 and spoke to an agent who told me my Google email account was compromised and I had to go to the store and buy a Google play card for $200 and he would fix my email so I did and said that I would be refunded and

Today your system told me password was wrong and made me reset it. I knew it was right because I was looking at it on my phone while trying to log into my chromebook. So I went ahead and reset it because the worthless device wasn't going to work otherwise.

Then it made me enter the old password to log into the chromebook. I did, and instead of telling me to try again it gave me a notice that it was loggin in, but would delete local data. It didn't ask if I wanted to do this, it just went ahead and did it anyway.

Now I have three years work of files for school and other purposes now deleted. Is there a way to recover the files or am I going to fail my classes this year and have to repeat because your system is incapable of telling whether or not a password is correct?

I work for a company which deals with multiple GMB listings every single day. Unfortunately, there are occasions where we are unable to complete certain actions, such as removing a description on the live listing. The photo bug which stops customers from looking at more images on a listing but instead takes them to web images.

The response I have from every single ticket created is provide an image with the front of the business or set up (exciting new) video verification method, nothing exciting about this at all. The majority of people I've dealt with at customer service have no clue what they are doing and in most cases don't even read the support issue.

We are growing quite frustrated with YouTube TV because you will not negotiate in good faith for popular networks like FSN regional sports network, now Bally, to remain on your streaming service. We also urge Google to reach an agreement to continue offering YouTube TV on Roku and to follow standard industry practices pledging not to require access to sensitive search data or to manipulate your search results.

We are paying a premium price for YouTube TV, but instead of adding value, you are taking away networks and streaming services from your customers. If you cannot negotiate in good faith, and if we lose Roku, I will cancel YouTube TV service and finds another of the many streaming services that meets our viewing needs.

I am broken with the level of dissatisfaction I’ve received, my company MoveBOX removed Google listing occurred a glitch whereby it was no longer appearing on the Google maps in my area of instead it was appearing 200 miles out of the service area. I tried everything to rectify this matter including trying to get hold of a Google rep to help me with this matter, I sent continuous emails for support but no one cared to get back to me. I then tried sorting the issue out but just now received an email stating that my listing has been suspended due to suspicious activity.

I understand that Google is not negotiating in good faith with ROKU and may pull access to YouTubeTV from the Roku device. As Google is often considered approaching that of a monopoly, I would discourage this type of behavior and support ROKU and other such NON-google or Alphabet access. I have recently started using utubetv and am relatively happy with the product. I just received a notice from ROKU that you are thinking of suspending the use of ROKU equipment on the youtubetv service. I have just spent over $100 on ROKU receivers and would be annoyed enough to consider switching to HULU, my second choice ,if you would shut out my ROKU devices.

In fact I might be annoyed enough to write my congressman to complain about the monopolistic practices of Google which I have silently endured for the last decade.
