When I write a comment on YouTube it is deleted if it is related to social commentary on black social issues.

However, if I comment on other things like makeup, music, comedy, ect those comments are not deleted. I believe that Google/YouTube need to have an internal investigation to seek out and either discipline or fire its anti-black employees. Speaking out against racism is not racist or hateful but for some reason my comments as well as many other people's comments seem to get deleted.

I don't use Google Play. I will never purchase anything from Google Play. Now I find Google Play is preventing apps purchased elsewhere from running, such as McAfee and Piriform. Is this even legal ?

I have lost password to my Google account. Google will not verify my identity and I cannot reset my password. I cannot therefore access my account and am being denied access to settings and what information Google has. I have updated my phone but not my email address which has never changed.

It is wrong that Google keeps my information yet does not give me access to my account. I have emailed Google with my complaint yet they do not respond.

I am sick of your ads on Words with Friends 2. I can't get out of the ads once I'm in them. Hit any X that comes up, or any arrow, & it does no good. I have to reboot my phone to get out.

I have a issue with a play card that was purchased and got download on my 8 year olds school email account. I didn't think someone under 13 could have it. It went to his email not the parent. His school shut down because of covid and I've chatted with the support team about it.

I requested to speak with Joe's supervisor or someone above him and he told me i would be contacted. But he contacted me twice by email which is insulting. And made a comment about me needing money. I didn't ask for money just would like to use the 55 dollar play card that is unaccessible.

Wednesday July 8th about 7 pm-I don't remember the exact time- I was watching a television program, Forged in Fire. I used my android phone to look something up mentioned on the program. The number is 832-998-4387. To my surprise I got a notice that I had received a prize for being the next 10 millionth customer to search for something on Google; it was a $1000 gift card at Wal-Mart.

I clicked on the link and was informed that the connection had failed. I did it several more times over the next 20 minutes to no avail. Now I understand that I was not expecting to receive a prize form Google; indeed I had never heard of this before.

Sir For some reason today, I have started to receive promotional material representing how to make a google add. Also I started to receive advertising for items that I have no interest in.

I am retired, over 70yrs, and a stroke survivor. I find this situation makes me very agitated.

I had to submit a warranty claim on my Pixel 4XL that I've had for just over a month. After sending in my phone, they sent me a replacement device. I've had the replacement device for LESS THAN A WEEK and Google is unwilling to overnight me another phone.

Google has repeated made attempts to reclaim a Google Voice number that I use for my business. Granted it is a number that does not get tons of use, but it is mine and I have it listed as a contact online and on promotional materials.

In the past, I've been warned that I need to use the number within 30 days or I would loose the number. I have always been sure to use the number as specified and been able to keep it. In Google's latest attempt to strip me of my number I got an email saying it had to be used within 7 days!

Google Add staff keep ringing me outside of business hours tonight 730pm I have told them many time to stop calling me outside of business hours yet every time a new customer service representative gets our file they call at night. Surely google has the technology to know the time in the country they are calling.

I had sent an email to customer service on when i would get the $100 promotional offer when purchasing my pixel 4. I bought it for my husband so i had to create a new gmail account in order to even buy it. Well they mention 6-8 weeks and unfortunately I was not aware that the promotional credit expires. I personally have an iphone so i dont check that gmail inbox often and by the time i did decide to check it had already expired and they wont honor it.

Truly disappointed since i could have taken advantage of promotional offers form tmobile at the time and decided the 100 dollar credit was more of an incentive and i didnt even get a text notification to use it despite having to enter my phone number when i purchased it.

Google constantly ties up our office phone lines to solicit money from us. They have now re-routed our website to another company when using their search engine. They are trying to charge the company to fix this. This company is strong arming companies to have to pay them in order to use the web browser. This is bad business.

My under manufacturer's warranty Pixel 3 phone stopped charging and I reported this to Google Support in Nov 2019, and on their advice I couriered it to Google Support's warehouse in Poland (delivery code by Google - RMA02464752) and very promptly received a refurbished Pixel 3 as replacement within a week.

I am not colour blind, but I do have a problem distinguishing the colour difference between the Blue and Light Purple colours that distinguish between visited and not visited web sites. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Google Support Team today January 30, 2020. I expected more from Google.

I phoned the following number 1-855-836-3987 and was referred to the Order Management Team. They gave me the run around and was very robot-like with their responses, not a pleasant experience for me. I lost an hour of work due to the lack of effective response to my concerns. I was place on hold many times. The worst part is, I was not trested as a person, they kept telling me about systems and not communicating to solve my concerns. It was like a brick wall, after that encounter I feel very disrespected.

The experience with google is absolute insult to a person's intelligence. I signed up with google email because I can use many machines and do NOT wished to be tracked. Once I have signed in and used my correct identification code no matter WHAT computer I used or where I use it from google have NO RIGHT to continually ask me to go for another address or I have to get an ID code on my phone.

A total unnecessary and to me a privacy issue sure I can sometimes hit the wrong keys with my identification code and would expect the courtesy to at least try again NOT have to be told I cannot be connected or I am not connected when I am.
