I bought 2 gift cards of google play. & 150. I had no use for them. I have given as gift but they were unable to use them. I was trying to sell to someone and they could not redeem because they were locked.

I contacted Google for refund. I was refused. Anyway I sent in all documentation and so did the guy who bought them. They unlocked the cards and he redeemed them and now won’t pay me I have talked repeatedly to your support and get no help.

I purchased Pixel C in Oct 2016 which lasted only until Sept 2017 - faulty screen backlight. I got it replaced under warranty. Unfortunately my newer Pixel C failed in Nov 2019 due to the same issue.

I contacted Google Support in order to resolve the issue and that's how I faced THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, BAR NONE!

The first rep insisted on going through factory settings despite the fact I suggested it was a hardware issue- fine. I did it, with no resolution of course.

The second rep was equally useless and did not respond to my emails.

The third rep was nice but useless as well. All I got from her was a CONTACT FOR A REPAIR COMPANY WHO DON'T REPAIR PIXEL C!

However, my Google Pixel is not working and I have contacted Google Pixel Support 7 times during the last one month. Their agents are very unprofessional and unable to help. If I request them to connect me to their supervisor so that the supervisor assumed to be competent can help, they disconnect the phone abruptly.

Google needs to stop showing POLITICAL ADS! Other major technology companies are dropping this issue. Cybersecurity has not evolved nearly well enough!! Yeah they offer rewards that I can't use and refuse to exchange for something I can.

For example they send me $2. Rewards notifications that can only be used for games or apps and only if it's more than the $2. So they aren't really rewards. Asked if could use to buy TV episodes? 12 on Google.
