Google took my money for my disney+ payment on April 15th but disney suspended my account for lack of payment on the 22nd of April. As of the 26th of April, google still hasn't paid them. I went ahead and canceled disney completely and fiddle said no refund.

Google play transfer to you tube music is an absolute shambles. the transfer of music already purchased in the users Library should have been performed automatically. I work in IT and this is an absolute joke from an IT point of view, that you decided the transfer would be user initiated from an email to a gmail account they may not even use.

Purchasing music took more notifications when done from in app so you could have managed it if you wished. The fact that you want to retain the user gmail accounts (which are constantly spammed btw by related google products) , but actually not bother to transfer music to those retained accounts is an absolute farce and frankly a rip off.

Google randomly signs me out of my account while I am working within it. It demands that I enter my email address and password, and it won't let me use my saved passwords to fill it in. Then it gives me error after error because it won't accept the password I have typed in.

When I finally get back into my account, it wastes more of my time because I have to "verify it's you" when I go to use a saved password on another site. This is aggravating and unnecessary. The CUSTOMER should be able to choose when s/he wants to sign out and sign back in.

I worked for an online temp service. To get paid we had a virtual card, until our physical card came in the mail, but it would take 10 business days. In the meanwhile we were to use Google tap to pay with Google pay.

My phone was not tap to pay friendly, so I would transfer the money from my job card to Google pay and then out to my private account to get access to my money. I did this for 5 days.

I spend 100's of dollars per month on games and apps. I was playing a game and it didn't show my purchase as going through so I hit the button again. 64 and they denied me amd said it was against their policy.

Since Christmas day 2021, I have had nothing but problems from Google. You insist I use speech to text. I said no and I mean no. I enabled it because I don't want it or need it. Your Google Play Protect is a problem.

I started a service request on November (20) and I am still waiting. They are being emailing me saying that the engineer dept is working my case. I did send screenshots and bug reports and still waiting. I did request a phone replacement and still waiting for the answer.

It was a brand new pixel 6 Pro.

Google is one sided and biased. I posted a negative review about a company. Each time I checked it’s removed. There’s no violation of Google’s policy yet my review is removed and also blocked. My review was posted to help other customers.
