My daughter went for a trim at the Dawsonville, GA location and she came home with the worst haircut. She has long hair all one length. Her hair looked like a 2 year old got the scissors and cut her hair in her sleep.

It was 10 different lengths an so uneven, I had to trim it up when she got home to be presentable, I wish I had just cut it myself. Terrible experience.

I have been going to Great Clips for the past 3 years or so the staff is always been very competent in continuing hair however on my last visit the girl who cut my hair cut it all jagged cut a piece off that I told her not to I did not frame up my bangs as I asked her to do I am very disappointed with this haircut I feel horrible about myself because of this I don't know I know it will grow but

I am very disappointed with this haircut seriously and I gave her a $5 tip because I gave every girl or guy a $5 tip

I have been going to this location at Bonita Springs, FL for about 18 years but this is my first complaint. Tony was my stylist today, never had him before. He was rude, insulting, thought he was going to damage my scalp with the comb.

Wouldn’t let me explain exactly what I wanted because he said he has been doing this for 20 years. I will go back when Nicole returns from medical leave, thank goodness. Thank you, Mary Lou

On-line check in with my name #1 on list they took about 6 customers. And I waited about 45 minutes with my name at the top of the list. The place was full and the gals wasted a lot of time. Finally I walked out!!!

Received the worst haircut ever yesterday. Back was cut over 2" when I said 1/2 inch. Uneven hairline with clippers on back. Came home one chunk out of edge..went back she then cut it up making it even shorter on the one side. Went back this am Mindy at winter springs tried to layer bottom vs blunt straight even. She said it will have to grow out. Too short. The girl yesterday cut way to short on side of back not symmetrical on other side .. Mindy apologized but she did not do it. Did not get girls name but she had half head shaved with green hair. I am sure she can be looked up. Worst haircut ever... Photos attached.

I originally submitted this complaint on 7/1/2022 to "customerservice@greatclips.com" It has not been opened as yet.

My salon is #6331 at Willow Crossroads, Prescott AZ 86301 On 6/18/22 I visited the salon for a haircut, I go to this salon approximately every 2 months. The app info shows the stylist the cut I prefer and any other pertinent information. There were only 2 stylist, at the time of 2:10 pm, so since I was already checked in, Sara waited on me. I have never had her as a stylist, but with past experience, felt that I would get an adequate cut, especially since I go to this salon regularly and my info is available to her. Today I went into your salon located at 2400 NE 49th Terrace Ste3, Ocala, Fl. 34470. I did the text ahead . Got a text to come inside. A male hairdresser was checking out a customer. When he was finished with that customer I said I just got a text to come inside.

He look at me and said loud enough so everyone could hear that he was not doing my hair. I found that very rude. A older lady sitting on the opposite side of the waiting area just looked at me.

Another hairdresser came over and signed me in. When she got finished with her customer she came over to me to do my hair. She did a nice job . I am applauded to be treated this way. Especially from a guy who looks like a biker with tattoos on his arms and wearing biker boots and long straggly hair in a ponytail.

I had checked in online prior to entering the salon. Arriving was greeted & was told to sit in their lobby. Saw customers coming in & going as I sat their an hour. When it approached an Hour I question them about my wait time.

She then looked me up and was told still two were ahead of me.

However three more were seated before I got my turn. Saw two associates roll their eyes up to the ceiling. How very rude. I should have at least been told as I walked into the salon my approximate time to wait would be.

I will look into another salon when it's time for my next haircut

Would be nice if the online check in was really available starting at opening time. I tried four times this morning and got a”online check in not available” message. So I went to the shop and there was a 53 minute wait.

She didn’t put any mousse in my grand daughters hair, I asked for bangs to be cut shorter, was told they’d shrink up. I wanted her hair curled under and she used a blower dryer only and flipped it over.I wanted it short with bangs. Hair stylist name was Heather

Why are there only 2 stylists everyday at our Great Clips in Warsaw Indiana and why are the hours "10:00 am" to 6 pm and what is the benefit of online check-in when it doesn't begin until after the opening hour of 10:00am. There were six customers waiting at the door all trying to use online check-in but the doors opened and there was a mad house trying to check-in at the counter So I waited an 1hour and 15min. for a cut. That is unacceptable!!

I had my hair cut and left the next day on a vacation. My haircut is bad. It’s driving me crazy the way the front is always falling in my face. Retuned from vacation and came back to spring meadows location on Wednesday to find the store closed .

Return today Thursday they tell me it will be about 11/2 hr wait before they can get to me. And that because my cut was pass one week ago they we’re going to have to charge me full price to fix it.

That’s Ridiculous they messed up my haircut now it doesn’t stay off my forehead it’s driving me crazy. Clearly was a bad haircut and I only asking them to fix there mistake. That should not cost me any more money.

Last night I arrived at the Great Clips, 2973 State Hwy K, O'Fallon, MO 63366 at 6:20 pm. The person that was there had just finished with a gentleman's hair-cut and asked me if I had checked in online. I told her no and she stated that all of the people listed on the screen had checked in online and they close at 7:00 pm and I would need to come back tomorrow.

There was literally not one person sitting in the salon waiting and I asked her if I could wait to see if anyone that had checked in online comes in and she again stated that the people on the screen had checked in and they close at 7:00 and I would need to come back tomorrow.

One June 13th I went to Great Clips Route 70 Harriman TN. I told the hairstylist exactly what I wanted with my cut, specifically, "Do not cut my bangs, they are short enough" She said ok . The back was cut fine, one side was a lot longer than the other and she was standing in front of me when cutting the top so I couldn't see what she was doing.

But when she move away I couldn't believe what she had done. She cut my bangs at my hairline and it was all crooked too! " She said I thought you wanted it that way. It is awful, worse treatment I ever got.

She gave me a $2 discount and stupid me being honest I paid the bill. She is an embarrassment to Great Clips and I feel terrible walking around like this!!!!

I created an appointment, got the notification for it to head to the appointment. It did not show up on the computer when I got there. I showed the text, but they said I had to check in again. Today, I checked in with a 36 wait.

After 10 minutes, it is a 46 min wait.

My daughter and I had our hair cut at the Great Clips on Champlain and Shepherd in Fresno and the Manager, Michele, was extremely rude. She made comments about my daughter's gender and sexuality. She also smelled of alcohol, as if she had been drinking. This is highly unprofessional.

There is no oversight in this establishment. Who allows their management to come to work intoxicated and offend the clientele????

I had been going to great clips for years and have been satisfied with their service until today. I had a 30 minute wait when I arrived which I was okay with since they were busy and the hair dressers were taking their time with the clients.

The person Steph was talk to her client and 9 year old daughter about summer plans which is appropriate. Prior to my appointment I had obtained a picture of what I wanted my hair to general look like. I was aware that it may not be identical due to hair type and thinkens.

Her first question was to ask how short I wanted my hair I attempted to show her but she responsed your finger keeps moving so I cannot tell. She then started hacking at my hair (not cutting) Her next question was if I used purple shampoo since would take yellow out.

I checked into the store located ar 140 Blowing Rock blvd, Lenoir , NC online and got a 0 min wait. That was great. Arrived at the store 5 min later at approximately 2:50 Sunday afternoon. No one was at the front of the store.

During the next 20+ min I was never acknowledged. I could hear someone in the phone in the back and repeatedly said "Hello" in case they didn't hear the door chime. During this time I noticed how dirty the carpet was and the disarray at the two chairs that had been worked at.

There was hair everywhere and both tables were very unorganized and just plain messy. Very disappointed in this store!

Visited location on arden way in Sacramento my hair was cut by Vivian. There are multiple things wrong. I ended up going back and Patricia was able to fix it they best she could but in some areas I have hair cut 2-3 inches from my scalp.

She did choppy layers Patricia was clearly upset with my hair when I returned.

My son and I had scheduled online at the location on Lindsay and University just a little in front of closing time, I allowed for my son to be ahead of me. The stylist who took him after a few snips of his hair stopped and announced in front of other customers, "He has bugs I can't continue" which of course embarrassed my eleven yr old son.

We left the shop and I took him straight to an urgent care Dr and after time and money spent they told me he had nothing aside of dry scalp. I will be removing the GC app from my phone and no longer using your services, I'm not appealing for any compensation nor will I share the name of the young lady.

I do however ask thar some respect and sensitivity be taught to your stylist no matter how close to closing time a client may enter!

I came to the great clips in Wintersville went in and talked to the girl with long straight red hair. She took my name and number and told me they would call in 40 mins. They didn’t. I went in the store and she lied saying they don’t call.

They wanted me to wait longer for my haircut. Very rude girls and it is sad they are liars as well.

Hairdresser cut my hair in about 10 minutes then she had a little bit of an attitude when I ask you to go over a little bit I felt like I was really pushed out before it was really even a decent haircutI I really felt like she didn't take the time to cut it the back isn't cut it's not cut like I liked it it was really just sorta like an in and out get out I got other people waiting it was really a bad experience I would like to have a refund but I don't think that's going to happen or at least might have somebody else cut my hair if you could advise me about what the next step would be

online check in process is misunderstood. I checked in before I arrived with 0 minute wait time. Meaning no one else was on the list. We arrived with two names below us. We were told to have a seat. We were spots #1 and 2 on the list.

They called the people below us on the list. Why check-in ahead of time if they take you in the order you walk in the door? Ten people could have came in during that 10 minute time span before we arrived snd would have been served first.

If you are not going to honor those on-line reservations, do not have it as an option.

I took my son to get his hair cut and it's awful. The sides are not even and it's something that cant be fixed one side behind the ears is higher then the other side. I am not happy at all Had I realized it before we left I would not of paid for it nor would I of tipped her.

I have been a customer of GREAT CLIPS for 15 years, never a complaint. I am 80 years old with thin hair. Went to new GREAT CLIPS on Hubbards lane 3 times.

First was good, second the girl thinned my hair and did not cut hair. AWFUL went yesterday and girl said my hair was too thin to cut and my scalp would show. My hair is in a bad shape. It has to be cut even if scalp shows.

I went in to have my hair tried up . Told the stylist that I wanted a trim not to short . She said she would only take a quarter inch an than we could see if we needed to take more .

Did not want above the top of my ears . She started cutting an the next thing I know she has the right side cut so short that it looked like a boys cut . She at that point makes comment that it is to short an I reply yes .

Nothing could be done to fix so she had other hair dresser come over . I told her at this point all she could do was try what she could to make it even . Am so up set everytime I look in mirror .

I will not use salon again . An have been using for years .

Your store in Bryant ar and Benton ar close at 4 and 6. Lot of times there are only one or two stylists. Either get more help and work later for people that actually work every day untill 5 pm.

Or close the doors completely so a respectable company can come in and replace yours.

I waited for more than 1 hour and I haven't been given any service thus I opted to go home since I still have things to do. It just wasted my precious 1 1/2 hour of waiting in vain. There are only 2 hairdressers in the branch that I frequented (43rd ave and Peoria).

I am soooo disappointed and I guess I won't be goingvto any Great Clips anymore.

I would like to file a complaint with the Great Clips Union Located at 2401 Route 22 W, Unit 2F-1, Union, NJ 07083. I believe Great Clips employees should speak proper english in order to better communicate with customers. After receiving a terrible hair-cut from this young lady, whom I could barley understand.

I noticed that her license was not posted at her station. This is odd to me as by law is it required at the station of the stylist working, if I'm not mistaken. What kind of operation is being ran here?

Great Clips corporation should do a mandatory audit of this place, to ensure that the employees that are being hired are legally documented and licensed to operate out of this faculty. Please and thank you.

I went to great clips on May 13th around 830am in west des moines iowa on Ashworth. I had a red headed lady who cut my hair and I have never had such a horrible haircut in my life it is so choppy and can't even style it in anyway.

Here are some pictures the one of the lady with no glasses is the way I wanted it and the ones with the glasses are the way she cut it. I will never ever be back there again. I took the best I could taking them myself.

Let me tell you something about your policy online check-in it sucks I try to check in online and it wouldn't take it because it said it was only a 5-minute wait I get there and other people checked in online and I'm sitting there like a dummy waiting to get service while they come in and get in right away I will never ever go back to Great clips again and

It was at your store at 104 Dreher Rd West Columbia, SC 29169, Tuesday night 5/10/22 about 5:39 PM. I had just left work and was trying to make it there before 6:00pm when they closed, Upon entering I was asked if I had checked in on the online portal, to which I said no.

Then I was told due to online portal check in's they could not cut my hair. I was not aware they only accepted online check in's as the sign on the door clearly states, Walk in's welcome, and I was there well before the 6:00 pm closing time.

I feel like someone there was lazy and didn't want to cut my hair. I have been a loyal customer since 2000 and don't get my hair cut anywhere else.

Used app at 1:45. Said check in wait was 11 minutes. Looked after a few minutes ant it said 18 mins. at. 2:20 the person who was not even there when I arrived was called. I walked out at this time.

I also noticed that the price had gone up $5.

Checked in on line and advised 52 minutes wait. Got there and was told that I would have to wait until the two staff were finished, and that there were two people who checked in on line ahead of me.

They were not there but if they showed up late they would be taken ahead of me. Waited over 30 minutes and then asked if there were only two people working, and was told no there were three. When I asked where the third person was, I was advised on break.

When they finally appeared, they talked with staff for a few minutes during which time two people arrived, so I would be at least another 30 minutes if not more.

Also a lady came in with her 5 year old who had his hair cut with his father the day before. She need it corrected as the area around the forehead had not been cut, nor had some of…
