Yesterday my son had his hair cut at Great Clips on G Street in Merced CA. The employee, Heather, talks WAY too much to her coworkers while cutting hair. At least half the time she was turned away from my son, just talking away. It was non-stop.
When finished, I had to point out to her that one side of my son's hair was longer than the other side. Does your company do mystery shops? I work for a mystery shopping company as a project coordinator helping businesses to improve customer service.
Your company really needs to have something like that done. This is actually the second time this same employee has behaved in this way while cutting hair. Her focus needs to be on the customer, not everyone else in the building.
