Yesterday my son had his hair cut at Great Clips on G Street in Merced CA. The employee, Heather, talks WAY too much to her coworkers while cutting hair. At least half the time she was turned away from my son, just talking away. It was non-stop.

When finished, I had to point out to her that one side of my son's hair was longer than the other side. Does your company do mystery shops? I work for a mystery shopping company as a project coordinator helping businesses to improve customer service.

Your company really needs to have something like that done. This is actually the second time this same employee has behaved in this way while cutting hair. Her focus needs to be on the customer, not everyone else in the building.

I took my grandson in to get a haircut. When he came out he looked just like when he first walked in the shop. I took him back in and told the person who had worked on his hair, that he needed more hair clipped.

She asked how much more, and I said I don't know, usually when I take him to the Barber he just knows what to do. Then she lifted up some of his hair in the front and asked that much, and I said yes.

She was truly upset by now and just started cutting away. My grandson's hair started to look once and I told her to stop , his cut looks lopsided. I heard everything in the book from her and especially from a stylist whose name was Sam who was working on someone else's hair behind us. ".

Went in for my scheduled at 9 AM this morning. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a bad haircut. at the Cottonwood franchise in Albuquerque. Vanessa who was cutting my hair was too busy talking to the other hair cutters and not paying attention My hair was cut uneven.

I have been going to Great Clips for many years. Never again Bad haircuts for seniors for $20. You can't be on time and charge more now. Wow! I had a discount on my receipt for $5 off from 3/29/22. I usually get an haircut about once a month. Today is 4/30//22. Vanessa looked at the coupon and said it was expired and instead of handing my receipt back to me, she threw it in the trash. Made an appointment online, came in stylist told me it was going to be half an hour wait, I let the stylist know that was ok and that I was going to wait outside, came back in 15 minutes later she said because I left outside that she had to take me off the waisting list and if I wanted to get on it again I would be placed at the bottom of the list, stylist was rude as well.

Fonthill branch manager Allison very rude. Employees and patrons. It doesn't matter. She is abusive. Please have someone talk to this woman. My experience was undesirable for a return visit. I will though just because of the stylists. Word of mouth bad experiences can not be good for businesses. Thank you.

I went in Sunday april 24th at 11 am ish. To the linden ave. Store. My usual gal Kelly was not there. Another gal who appeared to be hard of hearing helped me. I said I needed a trim. Not more than 1/2 an inch. Thin out the back. But NOT to short. She chopped away.

And I walked out with the shortest hair cut I have had. It's awful. I cant do a thing with it. It wont lay down. I cant style it. I looked at it there and was devastated. She knew I was devastated.

I really will not go back. This is the 2nd or 3rd time one bbn of your stylists has given an awfully bad cut. I cant go back for a re-do because there is no hair to Re-do... I'm extremely upset and disappointed.

Old white haired hair cutter is a b*tch. She calls customers in the order she wants. She said corporate doesn't have a clue about what happens in stores so she uses her own system. I registered online and came over when notified.

I've been waiting 45 minutes so far. If I am not next, I'll be walking out. I've had positive experiences before today. She says she is the manager but I doubt it.

Your stores are very convenient for me as they are in the shopping centers where I purchase my food. I realized that I would need to be patient because I had always had a private hairdresser . My age and health have made it impossible for me to retain my usual hairdresser.

I have tried 3 different locations and many different hairdressers. The last 3 years I have received horrible haircuts. I don't think I am picky, as I have worn any different styles.

However , I have had to go back more than once and have a poor haircut remedied. This last time takes the cake. I asked for a pixie haircut and I received a haircut that can only be worn as spikes !

The “salon” closes at 4:30 pm just when most of the working world gets off of work. I was a loyal customer every two weeks for over 10 years but I will find somewhere else now. Guess they don’t treat their employees well and can’t find more help.

Some of their employees did a great job and deserve better. Hope they fine somewhere better to work.

That great clips offer walk in service. I walked in to a great clips near me and was told that they could not serve me at the time because they had a number of customers on a list of on line check in.

I was there in person and those on the list were not. I was told that they were coming. So am I to wait until all of these customers on the on line list to show up before I can get serve?

Then why advertise walk in?

When I checked on the online app and then I walk inside the Great Clips, I thought that they were to ask me my name. They just looked at me and ignored me. I sat down thinking they will ask me in a little while.

Other customers walk in and they started asking them that, did they checked in and there answer was no. I went to your Kirkwood highway location in Wilmington Delaware. To put it delicately my hair was butchered. I came in asking only that the side of my head that I keep short was clippered. After clippering the woman grabbed her scissors and began cutting my hair I asked her to stop and she continued cutting saying that it was important to get all the ends off.

Then she trimmed the front of my hair so I now have bangs. I told her I didn't want bangs she said It looked really nice that way. It doesn't look nice. My hair is over an inch shorter than when I went in and now I have bangs that I don't have normally.

I have been a long time customer at Great Clips in Seal Beach, CA. Today, at 1:30 PM, I went there for a hair cut. A new employee started working on my hair and after half an hour of waste of time, without actually doing any work, and asking me hundreds of questions as to how I wanted it, I finally asked him to get help from another employee and

I went to get my hair trimmed at Great clips located at 3643 S Keystone Ave Ste 300, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 on 4/11/2022 around 3:30 pm. This middle aged Caucasian female attended to me. I have wavy hair. She sprayed water on the lower portion of my hair, applied some hair serum and without even combing through the entire length of my hair, or parting it, she cut my hair straight across in less than a minute.

She was extremely unprofessional and rude and did not even ask me if I was fine with the haircut. Now my hair is all uneven after paying to get a proper haircut ! This was my second time at great clips and I’m extremely disappointed and would not be returning again.

Kindly reimburse me for the bad haircut.

I am a transgender female and for some reason, even when I state this to greatclips, they don't take note of it, and though the haircut I got yesterday in their chehalis washington location looks good, its far too short and looks masculine. I am doing everything I can to look feminine and this really doesn't help my dysphoria.

I go to the Great Clips in Sun City West, AZ 85375.

First, the 2 women that work there are FANTASTIC and are in NO WAY responsible for this issue. Your On Line Check In STINKS!!!! I wait at my computer for it to say On Line Check in now available at 5 minutes after opening.

I click on the icon and it instantly goes to the next screen. " What is that?! How can there be a 48 minute wait if Check in still isn't available yet? Clearly someone has checked in. Why does the first screen say I can check in and the next one says I can't?

This morning I had to go to the store, check in and then wait 2 HOURS! I checked in and came back home, had to cancel some plans and waited to go back. I went back half an hour early.

When I asked the "stylist " if she know how to cut my hair in a certain style, she assured me she did. After she was done, I told her one side was longer than the other side of of my head.

Instead of saying she would correct HER screw-up, she tells me "it's what I asked for". As she took of my covering, I told her it looked horrible but she would have to fix it. She then replied to me in a VERY rude tone, "WE'RE DONE HERE"!

Service very poor . I was treated very rudely by the person who did hair cut she didn’t want to listen what I need and states that my way to do it , she messed my hair style as if she didn’t know her job , very unprofessional .

Also while she was checking me out start making faces and when I was asked her to be nice to her customers she said she doesn’t care. Scotty asked what I wanted and faced me away from the mirror which I thought was odd. When he was finished, he barely cut my hair. He trimmed a few strands of hair that touched my ears and the back of the neck area.

He did not cut the top, front, and side of my head. If you want a stylish hair cut, then scotty is not your guy. If you don't believe me, take a look at the security footage.

This is at the Valley View salon #9900.. My husband went in for a hair cut on 3/28/22 at 11:30am. Ayesha was the one cut his hair. I have to say she needs to go back to beauty school too learn how to cut mens hair.

It was awful cut uneven. Petco could have done a better job on cutting his hair. I would have been ashamed to charge for that hair cut. Could not recommend this salon and the last time they get any money from me.

I went into great clips and my stylist asked me what I was coming in for. I stated I came in for my regular 3 month trim and wanted as little as possible to come off as I have been growing out my hair.

The stylist then proceeded to ask “ so how much do you want off”. I responded by saying normally the stylist gives their opinion on what they think is necessary. He then said an inch was necessary after barely glancing at my hair.

He asked what I did for a living and I told him I am a nurse, for the remainder of my haircut (which lasted about 3 while minutes, he proceeded to bash the medical field saying how it’s a business that lies to people for their money. He ended the haircut with a 30 second long blow dry that created a frizzy mess.

Worse service error . Cassie did hair cut in sick a way my son looks balded. March 28th at 3pm. She cut more and his hair looks uneven in the front . And his hard separation she did very thick , clearly bladed him in that area.

Spring Mill Commons, Westfield, Indiana; I checked in on-line to this store for the first time and the wait time said 49 minutes. I arrived 8 minutes before my wait time and was told there were walk ins they had to accept, and that I had a 30 minute wait.

I told them to take my name off the list and left. I am extremely disappointed that this is the policy of this store. Is that true for every store?

Requested manager to cut my hair. My hair is thick and has body to it. Most enjoy cutting it. Manager with shaved head and tattoos, even after showing her photos and verbally verifying that she could cut it like the photo, did a cut she wanted to perform.

I got my hair cut yesterday at Great Clips in DePere, WI, and I had a hair stylist that I have had before. When she got done I paid and left. " I looked down as I shut the door and my navy blue sweater was full of tiny silver hairs all over!

Yesterday I went to Great Clips in DePere, WI to get my hair cut. I had the stylist named, Ashley, who I had had before to cut my hair. When I was finished getting my hair cut, I paid for the cut and her tip and left the shop.

When I got to the car, I looked down as I got in, and I was covered in tiny little silver hairs on my sweater--front, arms and back. My husband said, "what is up? " I looked down and saw that I was.

I made an appointment this morning and had to wait 45 minutes to go in. After I got there at my scheduled time I had to wait 40 minutes because I was #3 on the list. When it was was my turn a customer came in the door complaining about a haircut he had earlier.

They took him back right away and I left. That was just rude. I have been trying to get in for a haircut for about 6 weeks and was finally able to get in. I work 65-70 hours a week and only get 1 day off if I am lucky.

While I was waiting for my haircut I missed an appointment next door. The staff at this location ruined my day.

Been going to the location on 104 W Friendswood AVE. Past 3 times have received a terrible cut. Tried 3 different ladies. Hair was cut unevenly and chopped up. Styilist was named Isabel. Hardly ever see the same workers at this location. Must have high turnover.

I will not be going to another Great Clips again. It's a haircut. Come on people.

Your check in is a waste of time. I checked in it said 30 min. Wait. I waited 15 minutes. Before leaving to greatclips. Once I got there, there were 2 people in the chairs getting haircuts and 2 names before me.

The 2 people receiving there haircuts were in the chairs for 25 mins. While the barber was enjoying a long conversation while we waited. After watching this and knowing I'll have to wait another 25 - 30 minutes for 2 more people before me, I walked out .

I explained to my stylist that I just wanted a trim with a long layer or two. I did not want the length to be shorter. I repeated this and she cut several inches off in the back before I knew what was happening and by then it was too late.

I never complain and do not want to make people feel bad but this was a terrible experience. I had been growing my hair out for several years and feel like I have to start over because someone did not take the time to listen to what I wanted.

I asked the person to cut 2 in off of the bottom and did an inch off of all the layers, and I came home with the chopped-up ugliest haircut I ever had in the whole 20 years I've gone to the salon. I cannot do anything with it it is a chopped up mess and even though it was a bad haircut I still gave her a tip because I'm stupid that's why.

I'm hoping in a month it'll look back to normal. But I doubt very much the cut is horrible

Two times I have gone to this location with failed appointments. First time got a text that appointment was 15 minutes away so I walked in, had to wait 60 minutes as she took walk ins instead, no apologies or reason that we continued to wait there forever watching this.

Second time was today, got a text that apt was 15 minutes away, walked in 10 minutes after and they said they were closing and wouldn’t cut hair. She said she’d call “corporate” so I decided to call instead. I went to 9510 Riverbend Village Drive Unit K3 Charlotte, NC 28216 I’m new to Great Clips and didn’t know about the online checkin. I came in at 12:15. But they told me the wait time was 30 minutes. I said I would just wait and hopefully have enough time before my lunch break was over.

Tiffany at the Bonsack location gave me the WORST haircut of my life. She is untalented and cut my lengthy. I told her 2 inches and she cut 5-6 off ! My hair is gone! This is terrible. What an incompetent person that doesn’t listen to people and cuts scissor happy as she wishes!

went to windsor location and the stylist/manager their was very rude. I didnt catch her name but she had the longer hair out of the other stylist which was shorter. She didnt clean up after doing a haircut and took another customer back. which was very disgusting.

after she was done with the haircut and he went to pay for it. Im pretty sure she pocket the cash as she open the drawer. she never even handed him a receipt or neither did one print out and at that point I left and I will not return!

The sign 'walk ins' is false advirtisement. I was turned away and they refused to work me in inbetween clients. I was only getting my bangs trimmed which takes 5 to 8 minutes. They told me i had a 2 or 3 hour wait, which is ridiculous.

Ive been going there for many years. i will never recommend this business in sheridan wyoming to anyone. They no longer take walkins. False advirtisement. They can get sued for that big time. They refused me service.

Every time that I attempt to get a haircut at the Flemington nj location there will be only 1 and sometimes (if it’s a good day) 2 hairstylist working. If an online time says 30 minutes you will be hard pressed to get into a chair in 60 minutes. This place is a complete joke and shouldn’t represent your brand
