January 14th, 2022 between 9:45-10:30 am. Great Clips in Woodland Park, CO refused service to my 4 year old son and kicked my family out of their lobby. An employee entered the store without wearing a mask and chit chatted for 5-10 minutes all without wearing a mask.

She then demanded that my 4 year old twins and myself wear a mask. When we signed in online there was no mention of masks being required. Because of child trafficking dangers I will not mask my children. I myself have medical cause to not wear a mask.

I am not required to explain as it is my own medical condition. I explained that we all have covid antibodies from previous infection and have been tested in the last 48 hours and are all negative. Clearly Great Clips is engaging in medical discrimination.

Went to store in fern creek thinking I checked in on line, I checked in at hurstbourne store by mistake, both stylist were sitting down and there were no customers in store, they told me I did not check on line there and they could not cut my hair. There was not any customers but me, they said they had all these people checked in on line and they could not cut my hair, needless to say I was pissed off when I left, because I had to drive to another store

Yesterday, Wednesday 11/10/21 I wanted to get my hair cut at Great Clips in Bristol, PA. Before I left the house I signed on to their Website and registered my name. The website said there was only one ahead of me and there was a 39 minute wait.

I immediately left for the location which took less than 10 minutes I arrived there about 12:15 and the monitor indicated that there was one person being waited on and two people ahead of me and one person was just person leaving. There were only two stylists working and one was cleaning up after the person who was leaving.

She then took the next person in line. About 10 minutes later the other stylists finished up and took the next person and I became the first & only one in line. There was no one else's name on the monitor.

This is not a complaint but a rave. I use grrat clips in St. Coud Flo. And they always do a great job. I cannot speak more highly of those girls. They work there tail off, with a staff of only 3.

They are all so happy and and welcoming everytime and really clean. I know giving 1 star can ruin anyone. I want you to know how pleased I am with this salon. Except that everyone still has to wear a mask. Thank U

I went to Great Clips at 109 W Northwest Hwy, Palatine on 10/7/21 @1:pm I asked if they would accept a Great Clips coupon from a different location the beautician said yes, I thought great, then I was told I'm going to lunch now so you'll have to wait 1 hr. 2 beauticians working (ok I get it, maybe not to busy during the week day.)

One male customer getting hair cut already, and one male waiting. I wonder what the customer waiting was told, unless he had an appointment. My complaint involved a GM. I have worked for GC 15+ years now. I have never seen such unprofessionalism as I have experienced with a particular GM. She has huge issues! She forced a now stylist to work and cut hair w/out a license in the GC salon I currently work at.

I was Assistant manager at the time. I advised the stylist not to do it. As it is illegal to work w/o a license. Because, of putting my foot down. Now, I am not A. Mgr. anymore.

Also, because I found out that I have Multiple Myeloma, the GM told me she was stepping me down.

Also, she is going to write me up as well. Mind you, I have never called in, been late, etc…there are multiple other things I have complaints about also. I would appreciate a phone call ASAP. I do plan to to take this matter even higher.

Website states that that are open til 6:00 pm. Got there and they said that they close at 5:00 since the pandemic. Website which I am attaching shows 6:00. Every other location in the area is til 6:00. If they are not busy then close that location and upside the site to show that location closes early.

Just visited Great clips in coralville Iowa right next to HyVee, will never go there again, I checked in online after 2 hour wait I showed up when I was told I was next via text, walked in the girl behind the counter said it's going to be a while grab some food and went in the back room and just left me there for over half an hour before I finally walked out. I would like to file a complaint specifically against your employee, David, who works at the Great Clips at 184 Country Club Cntr. In Pacific Grove, CA.

I called on Sunday morning 09/19/2021 approximately a little after 9:00 a.m. when the store opens. I could not get an appointment online as to what time I would like to go to Great Clips. location at 184 County Club Gate Cntr. In Pacific Grove, CA location to get my hair shampoo and style. My daughter and myself went to Great Clips for haircuts. I have not gotten my hair cut in 10 years. It's long and I was nervous about getting it cut. I even asked both stylists if they could perform the task and showed them both pictures of hairstyles and they both replied they could do what I wanted from the pictures.

I told them my daughter wanted a similar style. It was 4:38 when we arrived and was unaware of the 5:00 closing time. My daughter was not at all satisfied with her stylist as I was not happy with my outcome.

I felt they just wanted to get out of there and I understand that but, I nor my daughter was satisfied.

I have a serious complaint to lodge with you, concerning harrassing and abusive treatment directed at me, by a stylist at this salon on August 11, 2021. The girl's name is Stephanie Bradley. I came into this same salon the week prior, on July 31, 2021 to have my hair washed, cut and blown out for a Wedding I was attending later that afternoon.

Tessa Werth did my hair that day, and charged me $37 for everything. She did an incredible job, so I tipped her $20. I would like to take this time to give her major props and accolades - she was terrific! Friendly, cheerful and professional.

How is it that CDC says MASKS for EVERYONE as of August 1,2021, YET you can’t make the call to have EVERYONE wear a mask? If the brand is “WE CARE ABOUT YOU” . Your stylist health should be a priority not complaining customers that don’t want to wear a mask for 15 minutes in order to protect EVERYONE.

You are going to lose your stylist which I’m return will force you to lose customers. Where are your ETHICS!

I went to a Great Clips this week and have almost e dry trip has been excellent. This one was terrible! NEVER have I heard such political deal as I did with staff and customers!

First the stylist was very vocal about being a Trump supporter and was vocal about being anti virus vaccine! It was painful. But then another staff member got involved with another customer. One stating his mother just got the vaccine and was hospitalized the next day.

On and on it went. I went to Great Clips for a haircut and NOT get I to more Trump lovers. I wore nothing to show political preference. The stylist also didn't hear I said about how I wanted my haircut. She was simply TERRIBLE.

On July 20, 2021, I want to great clips in Glen Burnie Maryland next to target for a haircut. Oh my stars $37 just for a cut that they used a spray bottle. When the star was just done cutting my hair, she asked me if I wanted it styled with a blow dryer and a brush.

She said it would cost a little bit more money, I said OK. She did not say how much it will cost and I did not ask. My complaint is she charged me $17 just stole my hair with the hair brush and blow dryer.

I feel I should not have to pay all that money just had my hair styled let’s blow dryer and hairbrush. I was satisfied with the hairstyle, but I was not satisfied with the price. I’ve been going to Great Clips for years, and never, this is the first complaint for me.

I have been a loyal customer of Great Clips located in Town and Country Shopping Center, Danville, California 94526 for a long time. Over the years, I have found the stylists courteous and friendly.

However, on June 25, 2021, I had the misfortune of getting my hair cut by REY. This is what happened: 1. Because of Covid-19 pandemic, I have been using my own nylon cape instead of the one provided by the salon.

Terrible hair cut. Had cut to collarbone but some hair shorter,some longer up to 3" small strands longer. Two years satisfied,but will never return or give recommendation. You dont rush and r using people's hair. I eill be paying 3x more to fix this.

The service was fine. But the hair dresser was not vaccinated and said she is still thinking about. I will not go back. Even tho my husband and I are vaccinated, he is on oxygen and COVID would be a death sentence.

I hope you encourage your employees by having incentives for them to be protected as well as the general public.

This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. I am a long time customer of Great clips and an older woman. I try to go to the salon at 3721 Avocado blvd. in La Mesa, Calif. at 10AM on the day of my haircut so I can be the first customer @ the shop.

After the usual sign in per my phone #, the beautician prepares me for my cut. Since she has no other help, she often must answer the phone, greet new customers as they appear and determine the wait time for others as they begin to enter the shop. This involves an interruption of my service as well as a distraction to the beautician This seems an unnecessary impediment to customer satisfaction and the well being of the beautician.

Is there another way to manage the flow of phone calls and customer service without causing this problem? At the…

I went to GreatClips in a Meijer’s store. The person that cut my hair didn’t even comb my hair when she was done cutting my hair. She told me what she did and proceeded to the register for me to pay.

When I exited GreatClips into Meijer a customer of Meijer made a negative comment about my haircut and laughed about it. I understand customers have to pay for hair to be styled but to leave the store with hair not even combed is a bad reflection on GreatClips

I've brought my son here for the last 10 years. They've always done a good job until tonight. The man cutting his hair had no idea what he was doing. Tried telling me it exactly how he had it cut last time.

I said I have pictures, NO It's not. He kept trying to cut it more to blend what he messed up. He called my son a liar. Didn't even let him try to finish. I had to tell him not to talk to me that way.

He said we didn't have to pay. I insisted. I said we didn't come for a free haircut. This is Santa Clara, Eugene, Oregon. About 7:30 pm. We checked in online also. Very disappointed ☹️

I think that I was seriously overcharged. I went into the Great Clips on Harold Street in Ft. Worth, Texas to get a shampoo and get my hair blow dried. 00. There was not posted cost for blow drying so I though it was included with shampoo or that there might a nominal additional fee.

00 for a personal cut / style, although she did not lay a scissor or clipped to my head. 00. They said they gave seniors a discount, but she did not give me a discount, although I am 80 years old.

I feel that I was royally ripped off and they should refund part of my money.

I have been going to your salon at Island Walk in Palm Coast, FL now for about 3 years. My hairdresser has been Emmy most of this time. She has given me great cuts as I wear my hair short.

But whe I went to this salon on 4/14/21 there were only 2 stylists on duty when there usually have been at least 5! The wait time was over an hour (have never, ever waited this long)! When Emmy was ready for me, I asked her where everybody was!

She shrugged her shoulders and told me 2 do them went to your new salon on Route 100 in Palm Coast, and the others she said I guess decided they didn't want to be hairdressers the rest of their lives! 74 customer satisfaction overall rating. But here goes it anyway Sunday March 28th at 3:45 pm my husband and I walked into the Great Clips in Santa Rosa Beach in the Publix shopping center (2010 US-98 W, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459) to get his hair trimmed.

He is very self-conscious about the length of his hair and the fact that it is thinning. I asked the stylist to please leave his hair long in the back and showed her where he wanted it trimmed. She proceeded to cut all of his hair off in the back to about a quarter of an inch length.

I asked her why she scalped him since we were very specific about leaving it long in the back. The only other stylist in the store told me to be quiet as I was acting as if it was the end of the world and there are worse things than a too short haircut.…

My husband(Jake) and I had a haircut at Great Clips, 1380 W Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage Alaska (Forgot the date when we had our haircut).

While the hairdresser was cutting my hair and I was letting her know how I would wanted it cut, Cristina or Christina the lead hairdresser, asked my hairdresser to hurry up cutting my hair. Cristina or Christina has a poor customer ethics. She is very rude at the front desk when she takes care of the customers. She has a very domineering personality. Very bossy and not patient enough to look for the customer's who signed in on line for appointment. Yesterday I received the worst haircut of my life. I asked the beautician not to cut my hair too short. She not only cut it short, she butchered me and cut it uneven. I didn't realize how bad it was until I returned home.

So I returned to the salon to complain. Of course, no manager was present. There were only the two girls present. The one hair dresser attempted to correct the haircut but there was not much she could do. These beauticians need retraining. WORST WORST haircut. I am so disappointed.

I'm 71 and 100% disabled veteran I don't deserve this. And I had to stand with my cane till I almost fell before I was asked to sit.

The stylist was Nataliya, and at first was quite pleasant. She asked how I wanted my hair cut, and I explained I wanted the very front cut to 3 1/2 inches, then tapering back to 4-5 inches. I explained how my hair separates, the front growing forward, and then a definite split where it grows backward.

I asked that she cut the front on an angle not across. She started to argue and then starting spraying my hair with water. I asked her to stop and cut it dry--as I always have done--and she argued that because there was hair spray she had to wet it.

At that point I let her go ahead even though I had other errands to run after the haircut. When she was done, I asked her to take more off the left front, but not to cut anymore off the right front.

I went to the London Ky office on July 17, 2020 and showed the stylist a picture of the haircut that I wanted. I wanted a bob style cut with a side bang and it is definitely not what I asked for.

It doesn’t even look like my hair has had 2 inches taken off of it. 00 for something that I didn’t even ask for. My hair looks nothing like the picture I gave her. I’m going to have to go to another salon so they can cut more off of my hair so it will look right.

I don’t usually complain about stuff but when it comes to my hair and them not wanting to fix it I think someone needs to see that they do better haircuts.

I sent this the other day but I will do so again. I went to Great Clips in Belton, Texas. The stylist's name was Robin, she is an assistant manager. She cut my hair. The haircut is terrible. The sides are jagged, I have one area that I told her about because it was not sitting correctly.

She replied that was because of the humidity. Horsefeathers, my hair is not curly it is poker straight. I used to cut hair for a living, I do know when the cut is bad.

Yesterday I went to Great Clips in Belton, Texas. I was given the worst haircut I have ever gotten anywhere. The stylist's name was Robin. I used to cut hair and when I saw that there was a section she missed, she informed me that was due to the humid weather, after I got home I saw even more issues with the hair cut, it is uneven, I have one sideburn that is lower than the other one.

My husband said the back is uneven also. I am very unhappy with this haircut. We have been going to Great Clips for at least five years. I washed my hair this morning, I had to go to a funeral, my hair looked like I am a porcupine.

This must’ve been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I asked for simple layers, and the stylist Arlett chops off a huge bundle of my hair, I was mortified! stopped her to tell her that it wasn’t what I had asked for and she started arguing with me that it is how layers are done etc, I tried telling her that it is not but there was no point as she did not even want to hear it.

1.I had received a coupon from Great Clips for 8.95. I had just had a haircut, but wanted to use the coupon before it expired which was soon. I called and asked if I could pay the 8.95 and give a tip and get the haircut when I needed it later. Marchette said no. They weren't going to lose money, so I didn't understand. (Glenwood Place, Atlanta, GA).

2. I had had a hair cut and it said on the bottom of the receipt: "Bring this back by April 10,2020 and receive $2 off your next hair cut, but that's when things were closed and I couldn't use that either.

Can you please send me another 8.95 coupon? I like the people, but that was a poor example of good business.

When I walked in the lady asked me if I made an appointment on line and I said no I don't have a computer. She ask me for my phone number and I gave to her and she foung it.

So I went into the Great Clips in Union, NJ on Friday evening and the only one cutting hair was the manager so she was doing inventory so I had to wait a little bit which was no problem but then another client came in so she took me but when I proceeded to say so you are the only one here and she explained to me no one wants to work here because the clients do not tip well but

I only go there for the talent of one stylist, today I called to see if she was working and they said yes, this was about 0900 and I checked in on my app and went down, I walked in and checked in and took a seat. I was excited that no one was there (I usually wait for the line of other customers she has).

After a few people came and went, I asked if she was actually there, they said she was in a meeting with the manager they would go tell her I was waiting.
