Whenever a person sits in a chair at Great Clips, that person should be valued as a very important person. The conversation should be client-centered. But so often that is not the case. I, for one, time after time, have to listen to the the talk who of the one cutting my hair.
I've listened as they talked about their dogs, their cats, their children, their homes, their parents, etc. Now, all of this may be important, but it should not be loaded on the person(s) who are getting their hair cut. My point again: the conversation should be client-centered and not employee-centered.
One has to wonder if this is or is not part of their. I would like to see the beautician be more client-centered, more attentive to the persons gettin their hair done.
