I have a new card I'm trying to activate and I just keep getting error messages. I called the customer service number and she told me I needed to send a picture of the error message and I needed to email the technical department and it would take up to two days for them to email me back.
This is my rent that is due. I should be able to access my card. I've been with you guys for a long time and it just seems like it's getting harder and harder to get good service I can't seem to get help I can't seem to get answers and I'm pretty disgusted.
Right now I'm just kind of left dangling out in the open and not be able to pay my rent and if I get charged an extra late charge then I'm going to be wanting you guys to put it back on my card I should be able to access my money. My complex has a $40…
