My husband sent me money via 2 different transactions (1,000 & 800) on Tuesday Nov 22, 2022 and GreenDot locked both of our cards. He called, submitted his ID and had to get ugly with them to unlock his card, which they did 4hrs later.
I also submitted my ID & phone number to the appropriate email as well to verify myself that this was not fraudulent activity. As of today Saturday Nov 26, 2022 they still have not unlocked my account even after saying they have recieved all of my information and verified me.
I keep getting told it will take 2 business days, yet here we are on day 3 and no one can tell me why or what is taking so long and I keep getting the run around. I understand there’s a policy but if my husband can get his unlocked in a matter of hours, why is mine taking so long?
