Okay I have proof of failed payments that they constantly take out of my account however once I tried to call there each one of them give me different answers all the time I need my money back clearly shows that they have still took the money out of my account they won't return it neither nor my refunds I keep calling periodically to check and see what's going on nobody ever knows what's going on please help me get my money back over 6000

Green Dot blocked my card for a whole week. I don't have access to over $4k in funds while they tell me to wait an additional 10 days to complete their investigation. They have already told Me they are not unblocking my card or account.

There has to be another way for me to access my funds or escalate this issue to. I am livid.

My complaint is my card has been blocked since February 04, 2022. I’ve sent in my state ID twice still getting the run around about my account my bills are late I’ve had to borrow money all because a direct deposit posted on my second card which is related to my account as an family account and

they have locked both cards still today. All I want is my account back up so that myself and my daughter can have our funds that we have worked for if it’s that big o confusion why encourage family accounts.

I would like to say that Green Dot is absolutely the Slowest bank I have ever worked with on getting a hotel deposit back on. I stayed at Downstream Casino and Resort many times and they require a $100 deposit when you stay at their hotel.

I frequent this casino and never have any issues getting my deposits back usually within 24 hours after I check out. i used this service and purchased $120 prepaid card to use as my deposit. I stayed 2 nights and checked out on Feb 11th and the casino instantly issue a credit to my green dot card.

well it is now Feb 16th and Green Dot still hasn't gave me my $100 credit back. I went back to casino to make sure they did issue me the credit on the 11th and yes it was confirmed so Green dot is just holding my money for whatever reason they seem fit.

I ordered a GreenDot card in one online I believe was going to use it and decided not to and these people have got $119 balance for a card I never use or I think I had to go online to register it cuz I bought the card at a store and I didn't realize that it was a $8 fee every time I use it so I never used it I just took the money off the card that I already spent for the card and

never used it and now they're saying I owe $119 these people won't let you close your account you can't cancel the card and they just keep charging me a fee I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau in the state's attorney general office

Green Dot Bank after finishing my disputes my account that they had let somebody get in and steal over $5,000 out of a dispute for finalizing everything was taken and returned to Green. An account was opened fraudulently in my name. My legitimate tax refund was sent to the account. As soon as I learned of the account, I contacted greendot to send the money back to the tax resource group since I could not access the greendot account.

then I had to dispute the transactions, three times, for their resolution team and I was denied my dispute all 3 times claiming there were no transactions that weren't authorized... 7k dollars gone to inmate payments and cash apps, because of greendots shitty handling of my claim...

now, they don't even have my respect

Every time I receive my college refund greendot locks my card up. 00 gift card card as a Christmas gift , not realizing it was a "debit card". This has been the worst experience ever. 94 fee they charged. I sent in the receipt and circled in red the receipt. Both times they stated that the receipt was too blurry to read.

I have never dealt with Green Dot nor Walmart and I never will again. Horrible customer service, no feedback and no one responded to me whatsoever. Varrow was the only one who even tried to assist me. He once again sent me to a supervisor who told me to send the receipt yet AGAIN.

Varrow told me he could read the amount so I'm not sure why their team couldn't .. And still NO RESOLUTON. Horrible.

Ok, it shouldn't be called green dot it should be called we take your money dot, I've had this happen to me on several different cards, you can't use there card unless you sign up to use there card and it doesn't say that on the card before you purchase it, so if you buy a 20$ card your accually buying a 9$ card because they take over half for there service you don't need. The best way to go is get a bluebird card from Walmart or a Walmart card.

Good afternoon, I purchased a card almost 2years ago . The card did not show up in the mail. I called to see what was the status of the card’s delivery date, but I was told that the card was sent out a while back, and that I should possibly give it another 7-14 business days to arrive.

I explained to the representative that I didn’t have that much time to wait I needed to take care of some business immediately. So I waited another week or so, and then I purchased a new card, and canceled the prior card when I registered the new one.

Today, that card showed up in some old junk mail pile. I was going through and I checked the card to see if it had any funds on it. 24. I called the green dot 800 number to get to the bottom of it.

i hate this corporation they have dragged me along for almost three months. At the start of my process they told me it would take two weeks to resolve my refund request. 1 they lost the documents that i paid to have overnighted to them 2 they mailed my refund check to the wrong address 3 they spent 2 weeks working on the wrong case number and

of course it was only on the last day of the 2 weeks did they suddenly realize that they had been working on the wrong case number. What started out to be a two week process has now gone on to month 3.

they have no clue what they are doing. They refuse to let me talk to anyone that might be able to help. I swear if i hear them tell me they understand my frustration one more time i believe i will exploded.

Every 2 weeks you require pic of my ID so I can access my money. You say two business days which is 4 real days to work on issues. All log in information is erased from the website because the only way to resolve issues is through chat and they only chat if your logged in.

The 866 number refers you to website. To rub salt in the wound they sent me a messenger saying I won $2000 if I would send them all my info! lol

My card was locked due to suspicious activity. All I did was pay my ATT internet bill, like I do every month. The links don't work and the phone customer service is absolutely horrible. I have no access to my stashed money and was unable to make my payment this morning. I will have a late fee and ZERO money until this is resolved. I was hung up on 3 times and had 4 chats ended with no response from your customer service.

I am going to be in touch with a lawyer for not being able to have access to my money as this is causing major harm. I have tried to do it through my app and it timed me out on my daily limits.

I have been trying to get a resolution to multiple fraudulent charges since 10/21/2021. I have made phone calls, sent emails and mailed the required dispute forms. Inhave talked to sevral representatives and Im provided with false information or a generic response that answers none of my questions.

Long story short. A rental car does immediate return funds once the car is returned. I was told by the bank that I would need the rental car business on the phone at the same time because they don’t see the return request.

A few representatives confirmed that they saw the transaction, but then by the time I had both businesses on the line the bank claimed they saw no such transaction. After submitting two tickets they said that I would get a callback by Friday, 10 December.

I did not get a call so I called them. The representative told me that the transaction was found and that the funds would be returned December 21. I am writing because the moneycard, greendot, has committed fraud. m. When I came home about an hour later I created an account and activated the card. I forgot to write down my user id. So I did a request to get my user id using the card number and my ssn#.

They closed my account and now all the money I had about $82 is being mailed in 30 days. Well I also now had to get in touch with the Social Security office which took two days to give them my new account which is not greendot.

The person told me they sent out emails to everyone well I never received one . They said there was an email address attached to the card I had no idea, anyhow it was an old one from 10 years ago, that's how long I had that card.

I have not received the correct pre paid debit card, I have dealt with the refund department 8 times to still not receive my paper check from them. I have reported them to the BBB and even the IRS even tried and I have a letter from the IRS stating that Green Dot never responded to them!!

I have been in extreme hardship and it is getting to the point where I want to sue them for not responding, and with not knowing what Green Dot is doing, I have email and screenshots of chat conversation to not receive my refund or stimulus check or child tax return credit.

I had an account woth green dot. Well my debt card had been stolen and I had forgot all my info to be able to get into my account. So they then said I woukd have to close my account so closef the account and they were supposed to have sent me a check with the remaining balance on my account which was about 1300.

Needless to say I never got that check. Its almost going on a whole year now.

Green Dot sent me 3 debit cards, and the one I did receive had no money on it. Have utilized and provided everything since 1/28/2021. Even the BBB and IRS contacted your company, to get no response. I am considering going to the local police station and report you.

This claim is been open for a long time. The company keep saying under investigation and nothing happens. I requested numerous times and in certified mail the documentation of their investigation , they send nothing or they send a letter saying the dispute is denied without any supporting documents.

I bought a green dot pre paid card last weekend and put a little over $200 on the card for the week. I used the card all week with zero issues. One of the things I liked about the card was I could direct deposit my paycheck into my online green dot bank account which was basically this debit card with an account and routing number.

As soon as you download the greendot app and set up your online banking, the first advertisement you will see is "get our wonderful direct deposit that makes your life so much easier! " So i send my payroll lady my direct deposit info through a link provided by green dot.

The company refused to refund an unauthorized charges . I booked a flight through jutsfly.com. I filed a dispute against just fly.com for $769.69 and they refunded after three months about $9.59 and the rest they refused claiming it was Turkish airlines, and i said i never authorized Turkish airlines, and it was all through justfly and i even sent them a document from Turkish airlines that said" this is a third party booking" So the green-dot is a scam
