My complaint is that I have been since June trying to get my refund check every time I call I get a different story of why they will not it it to me. On July 22 I was told they received all information requested that I would receive me refund in 2 weeks.

Needless to say never received refund and that they didnt receive requested info from me. I was told to send requested info they utility bill with my name on it. All of my utility bills are in husband name. I sent drivers license front and back and other info with my name and address on it and they keep rejecting it.

I am so upset over this that I am ready to get my lawyer involved.

In an instant, the same fraudulent charge appeared 163 times! It wiped out my account, and put in in a minus state. I was told it would take 15 business days to get it cleared up. That has not happened.

Whenever you ask for any info, all you get is a run around. They haven't made any corrections!!! I am a 17 year customer.

My refund wasn’t put into my green dot card, On April 28, 21 IRS sent my refund to green dot card , I called the 1-888-285-4169 the recorded message started telling me my balance ,but cut before I could it. When I called it 10 minutes, it never meant the deposit ever again. The statement sent to me with the deposit of my refund is WRONG .

I had some charges made on my pre-paid card that I did not make completed on 9/12, (posted on 9/13). I called on 9/12 and spoke with Aiko and she said I had to wait until the charges I was disputing either posted or decline.

So 9/13 I seen these charges posted. I had to call to the company 4 times. Then their phones system was not working as I tried to tell (Hannah) my information. Then I called back for a 5th time and spoke with Sarah.

She got my information of my complaint and my ph, address, ss#, etc. and she was then satisfied I had a complaint after 30 mins on the phone, then I was connected to Eric in the dispute department. He stated that I had to write a letter documenting my complaint.

ordered a Green Dot replacement card for a lost card after 10 days carded still not arrived tried to get the card FedEx or expedited call to get a tracking number and like the previous six calls was unable to speak to a supervisor got hung up on multiple times before we could even get through can't understand what the operator saying the operator can do absolutely nothing to help the problem cannot get ahold of anyone in green.

I am a customer of STASH Debit via GreenDot Corp Bank. On August 23rd i recieved a deposit from my Vanguard retirement account for just under $40,000. 5 days after recieving and begining to utilize the deposit, i was notified that my account had become "locked".

I have had a visa greendot cash back card for about 2 years now and have been totally satisfied until about 3 months ago when I started noticing charges to my card that I did not make or authorize but by the time I saw the charges I had made several small charges myself in which I ended up having to pay a 15.

I've been calling customer service since July 21st 2021. They randomly sent an email saying it's unusual activity going on with my account because my taxes was deposited into my account. Only 1,079. That's not much. I HAVE KIDS TO FEEL WHILE SUPERVISORS HANG UP IN MY FACE AND BEING RUDE.

Description of Complaint: I've been receiving government benefits since the beginning of the pandemic in my Green dot account. On 8/4/2021 after receiving my deposit I notice my card declined. When I logged in to the mobile banking app. I was informed my that my account was blocked and instructed to send verification documents.

My card was hacked and $739 was taken from my GreenDot account. I reported this to GreenDot as soon as I realized it had happened. They filed a dispute “for me” stating it would take 10 business days for me to get my money back.

Grant you this was all the money I had because I only get paid every 2 weeks. Their customer service people have now hung up on me multiple times and it’s past the 10th day and I still don’t have my money. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I have attached the part of their disclaimer that says if they can’t resolve the issue the customer is credited their money back.

14 left in my account, denying me access to my money. 00 was missing from my account. I was told I needed to file a dispute to get my stolen money returned. On May 7th my dispute paperwork was signed for at the Pasadena, CA post office.

The money in my account which was not part of the dispute was still being held hostage by Green Dot. My Mother was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer on June 8th, I tried to get my money released so I could go see her. My request was denied.

It's on July 12, 2021 someone fraudulently removed $2000 out of my account I called green dot, They blocked my account for someone will not continue taking money out of my account. So I gave them the necessary documents, a copy of my driver's license front and back and a copy of my utility bill And the 4 digits of the card that I had in possession.

I have experienced for poor customer service with turbo debit card/ greendot. They have given me false information 4 different times. I called them back today to find out what happend to my money for a pending transaction that dropped of and the put me on hold then hung up on me.

I opened a Stash account and did not start really using it until last year. I had no problems investing or even with my checking account until this year. After waiting months to get my income tax check I was finally approved and deposit was sent to Turbo tax on May 18th.

I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews. They are a scam! I’ve been waiting well over a year for my $200 down deposit and now every time I call or contacts then I’m anyway they hang up or ignore me!

They said I’ve never ever had an account with them but when I check my credit boom it’s right there!!! Opened my account in Feb of 2018 closed it July of 2020. They won’t transfer you like you ask to be instead they said “sorry we can not do that for you” and hang up.

62) I proved was fraudulent. Instead, I've been told by 2 Reps and a Supervisor they cannot put a stop on the pending transaction. Rather, I need to wait until August 2nd to see if it clears. I live on a very tight budget and need the money ASAP!

I spoke to the company that the transaction indicates and the company CANNOT find any charges, does NOT have my Green Dot card on file, nor my permission for the debit out of my account. Infuriatingly, The Reps, including Supervisors adamantly adhere to scripted responses and do NOT go beyond like normal Customer Service Centers.

I've been told, further, that I will have to wait at least 24-48 hrs to talk to someone else. And, to boot they froze my account even though I have other bills pending. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

In late May I contacted Green Dot about some fraudulent transactions. I was instructed that a new card was coming and it would take approximately 2 weeks. About a month later in June I still hadn’t received it. I was then instructed to email a picture of drivers license front and back.

I was told it would take several weeks after I sent the email. Another month has past and I still don’t have my money. Now every time I call customer service I reach a certain point and they place me on hold then hang up on me.

Today I have called u guys 4 times and still getting hung up on!!!!! I want my money!!

I've had this visa account for a long time. Last month experian, Google wang, and prime video charged my card about 90. In charges without my consent but by the time I noticed I had made several small purchases which resulted in 15. Overdraft fees totaling 75.

When I did see what had happened I immediately got I. told me I should get on the phone and have them pay yall the 15. Three times they told me I was getting transferred to corporate only to be disconnected each time then I was told I would get a call back and of course that did not happen either

I am a trafficking victim who was issued a Green Dot Card with funds to hel me escape my trafficker. As I activated the card and tried to use it the card was declined. I called Green Dot and there response was it was a suspicious activity on the account.

I'm confused how I just purchased this card. They sent me an email to confirm my identity. I sent in my driver lincense several times. For some reason they put a black CK in the card. I contact the company and headquarters several times and no response.

I was a customer for 3 years. Paid hundreds of dollars in service fees. Then May 12th while multitasking I was checking the balance and accidentally canceled my card with my cheek. I had to upload my drivers license and a current bill three times before they admitted to getting a copy June 11.

I call every week and get told it’s still under review. I call July 2nd and was told the same thing. They are committing fraud and theft and there are Hundreds of stories like mine!
