My Direct work deposit to your bank was hacked on the 15th in the sum of 4700 dollars. I locked my card and called you immediately. Said you would investigate and notify me in 2 days. Now I've been dropped and says I can no longer use greendot??

I feel like your saying I'm guilty of something? Your customer service puts me on hold for hour at a time then hang up !! What the hell is going on with your company? Generals office. Next will be a Lawyer.

I have had the Green Dot unlimited debit card for your are there any problems until lately I got an email saying that my account was restricted because of whatever suspected fraudulent charges they asked me to send my ID in I only have a permanent resident card and I've sent it in at least 20 times and I can see a very clearly so can everybody else and I need glasses and I don't wear them and it says that it is an eligible that doesn't work so

I don't know how to fix this and I need my money on there that's all my life is on that card and they won't give me an answer you can't talk to anybody I'm very very irritated

It is a unauthorized debit withdraw on my account.. I called several times but no answer from the dispute dept. just said acct is closed. It was a email address that took my money.. it was the only time this fake email is on my statement.

I haven't bin able to log into my account for almost a month ,I reset my password a million times and still nothing , every time I call I get an no english speaking person . I can not understand anything it's impossible, everyone of then hung up and was not able to help me ,I'm not gonna lie ,was frustrated af ,I definitely do not recommend this service,to anyone !

Got card. Forgot pin. No place to reset pin for temporary card on app. In meantime used crd as credit n luckily got gas. Tried using card in store as credit. Denied. Card placed on restricted. Was given link to upload document.

Failed error message said parameter zero something to that effect. Called green dot. Went thru 2 different supervisors. Placed on hold 1 hour. Tried chat. No assistance said only could help w general assistance. Call greendot again. Was told to attach document in email.

Was told this will be at least a 2 day process. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. TWO PAYCHECKS ARE ON THIS CARD!!! I NEED MY MONEY A WEEK AGO. I NEED IT EXPEDITED NOW. I HAD RAN CREDIT ONE TIME FOR GAS ON TEMP CARD.

This is the most worthless corporate thieves on the planet. When you get declined over a dozen times when this is a prepaid card and not a credit card looking like a fool losing money and clients repeatedly and being told wait an hour for an insulting hour turns into half a dozen calls to them and

This prepaid service is a joke and a rip off a waste of time. On three different occasions I attempted to withdraw money all withdrawals totaling over $500 all sereperate occasions money was not dispensed on one of the transactions no receipt.

Yet my account was debited. I was forced to file a claim which was a nightmare. They are unable to effectively communicate do to their costumer service call center being located God knows where overseas. After claim was filed credit was granted on my account only to be immediately reversed without my knowledge.

Each time I attempted to communicate with them was over 3 hour wait time on the phone (ridiculous). After credit reversal their excuse was that the claim needed further review. Even after submitting the receipts clearly statin money was not…

Playing with my money holding $2,000 of mine because I requested a new card so the week I waited for the new card I was told well there wasn't enough or any activity for the week of such and such which was that week where I was waiting for a new card now my money is locked up I wait for ID how them even send my info. I had gotten over $2,000 stolen off my card. I filed a dispute for these transactions it was supposed to be filed on March 7th,2021 the agent didn't put in the correct transactions so on April 3,2021 I had to refile the dispute.

Here comes 10 business days later I was told numerous of times the provisial credit would hit my account last Thursday. now I am on the streets pregnant and with my two small children because of not being able to pay my rent for two months.

i hope they can just settle my dispute so I can cut my card up and never use greendot again

I am directed to call Law Enforcement line at 1-888-427-4399 M-F 8-5 PST for further assistance. When I call this line and select the option to speak with a representative, your answering service tells me I have selected an improper mailbox and promptly hangs up on me.

I sent a letter LAST SEPTEMBER asking them to IMMEDIATELY terminate my GreenDot Card Account. The reason I had to send a letter was because after REPEATEDLY calling the Customer Service agents, I was unable to find one that spoke CLEARLY ENOUGH to be UNDERSTOOD.

I do not intend to be offensive in any way, but I cannot understand or communicate with someone that has a very sharp accent. You should know that others have experienced the same situation. I also CANNOT access the online site because it CONSTANTLY rejects my VALID PASSWORD.

Bottom line is - I WANT MY ACCOUNT TERMINATED. If I cannot get feedback from someone I will file a Complaint with the BBB. - John Reilly, April 19, 2021

I would give it a negative number. " I bought a MoneyPak card, and had to but several Green Dot cards. The system automatically makes my cards temporary. I tried to do it over the phone and online. Each time I called someone I would get placed on hold, then hung up on.

i am out of $200. My two 2 children and I have no lights or water as a result of this. I have never been treated so badly by a company. Now they are saying I have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund.

I' ve been trying to use my green dot card to purchase an item off ebay and it keeps getting declined. There is more than enough money to make the purchase. I've called green dot 3 times and keep getting the run around.

Now I'm being told I can't use card on ebay. It seems like green dot has stolen my money because they are not giving me access to my money. Terrible customer service. No satisfaction. All they do is lie about what is going on.

00 negative balance. Each time 3requested my $$$ back. Would not tell me how to request $$$ refund. The fourth time the feason for denial was my personal information did not match. These conversations took place between the times of 11:59am and12:24 PM.

Three weeks ago i loss my green dot debit card. I went in my green dot app and told them to froze my account because my card is gone. During that time someone told them to change my email address, phone number, and home address.

Green dot should've sent me a text message or call me and ask me did i told them. Green dot to change my information. But Green dot didn't they just change everything. Today Saturday April 3 i just got my new Green dot debit card in the mail.

I go to my Green dot app and find out my email address and phone number change. I call Green dot. And then they tell me about what happened to my account. Im a week late on all my bills, because i cant get my money.

I need my money but they are not listening to me. They hung up on me two times in a row

Greendot has done everything it can to keep my own personal account information from me. Greendot has not honored my additional information that supports my disputed claim. It is extremely difficult to speak with a live rep and when I do they are rude, seen to not be sure of what their doing and when I ask to be transferred to someone else, the rep refuses or disconnects from the call.

I had 3 unauthorized transactions on my account. I reported this problem to Green Dot and was told my debit card would have to be closed and a replacement card would be sent to me. I needed to modify my address so I sent the necessary proof.

I have been waiting almost a four weeks for a replacement card.

Green Dot has a zero rating and should be disbanded and all corporate be brought up on charges of negligent homicide if my husband Dan Leeds dies as a result of these spiders bites. It is humiliating that our government would allow them to continue business in the manner we have seen so far!

My stimulus check went to a Green Dot credit card that wasn't mine. I have never requested my check to be deposited into Green Dot. When I called they told me they don't have a card ending in 8153. I said then they should have $1400. In there unclaimed cash.

I asked them if IRS sent the money in my social security number. They said on their records no. I asked on IRS records, she said she didn't know. I was told I have to call to get a tracking number.

I asked why should I do her work. It's not my fault Green Dot lost my money. The deposit should be able to track through IRS information along with Green Dot. Poor system.
