A 2 night break was booked through Groupon, order No 1200-087181-400144, at the Marquess of Exeter in Liddington , The hotel have greatly reduced their dinner menu, included in deal. Several emails, copies attached,have taken place between myself and the hotel.The hotel have suggested I request a refund from Groupon .

I cannot use the voucher for Bliss Beauty, 1455159041, in Flushing because it turns out that they have no elevator and I cannot navigate stairs.

I was not permitted to use my voucher for New Queens Hair, 1473869413, in Rego Park because they said I printed out the UPC code incorrectly = I had to pay full price.

Paid for a full hi light and cut Told I’d have to pay an additional $35 for a haircut, my hair was at best shoulder length. Haircut was not what I showed, a lot shorter. Not horrible but not what I asked for.

I bough deal and booked hotel for August. I have to cancel my booking 3 weeks before travel due to Covid restrictions. Hotel redeemed my voucher at the time of booking. This is illigal as I didn't use it. I asked support from Groupon customer service but they replied me that voucher redeemed and they cannot help.

Hotel asked me to sell my voucher or travel until 21 December which I will not be able to. I asked Groupon for refund but they said it impossible if voucher redeemed. I believe it is illegal to redeem I haven't travel.

I believe I have a right to cancel and get refunded if I couldn't travel due to covid on my booked dates. The resolution offered by Groupon is not fair. My ticket number was Re: Chat Name: Svetlana, Chat Ticket ID : 882515985229321675 - (#84937824)

I cannot express how appalled i am by your customer service. I have told you that I have not got my storage box. I understand that as far as your aware Hermes has delivered it but as you can see I did not sign for the item nor did I elect a safe place for the item to be left. There has recently been an increase of stolen deliveries down my road as my neighbours have had the same issue with parcels being left then stolen. This is why I did not request for my box to be left in a safe place if I was not home. If I wasn’t at home I wouldn’t have expected for my item to either go to a depot for me to collect it or for a second delivery to be rescheduled.

I purchased 2 tickets for a hot air baloon ride with natalgia balooning chicago thru groupon. I have tried to set a date using their website without luck. The only way they will set a date is if you use a credit card or one of their gift certificates, I have sent them emails, tried calling all without avail.

The Groupon was not honored by the merchant as they were not available for the appointment they made and confirmed with me. I reached out to them multiple times and left messages trying to see if there was a problem and they never responded. Apparently, the business is closed and has been closed for quite some time according to surrounding merchants at that location.

Groupon refuses to let me into my account and is asking me to provide information from October 2020 to access my account. I've explained over and over again that I cannot access this information since 1. I cannot get into my account, 2. I have 5 different cards, and 3. Most of my cards were recently updated with a new expiration date.

I bought a bowling Groupon for 4 people and the Groupon never said it would expire in 2 1/2 weeks! Then I could be only use it towards $ in the alley. I was not expecting such short exp of the Groupon.

I came back from vacation and looked and it was expired. Bought 6-7 and expired 6-24. That’s ridiculous. The bowling alley is so expensive that the $ used towards our bowling was so expensive I would never buy that again!

Groupon had nothing to say nor would refund my Groupon only give me Groupon bucks? I spentb$200 for 4 people bowling where it would have cost me the $50 Groupon deal. Rip off.

None of the phone numbers work that are given online. The coupon gave me one deadline & than changed to 7 months earlier when I tried to redeem it. It’s ridiculous to not be able to talk to someone on phone from 4 DIFFERENT Groupon numbers I found online.

It’s obviously a scam if you can’t get anyone to explain their mess, solve problems & I want my money back.

I ordered a feminine product which informed in its description that it would arrive in discreet packaging, which it did, apart from the label which had what the product was emblazoned clearly for all to see. I live in a close community and now feel embarrassed that the post lady and sorting office are now fully aware of my purchase.

I’m just pleased that the children weren’t here when it was delivered. I feel totally let down.

I purchased vouchers for the big bounce back, which has now been moved to a date I cannot attend. I appreciate that it is not groupon or the organisers fault, but to just say that no refund or vouchers to the value of my purchase are available, is pathetic.

Do not use groupon unless you have spare hours to read through the very fine print!!! No idea of customer service.

Bought a 3 for 1 mental health related course from Groupon. Provider is Alpha Academy. I cannot redeem the purchase because I cannot give course code and voucher number to Apha. I do not have the information because it does not appear in the emails from Groupon.

Bought a groupon for a facial treatment right before we were advised to stay at home for pandemic. I asked groupon to refund the money just to my groupon account because the business is no longer offering the deal and my groupon expired.

They said they could not to it and my only recourse would be to use it for goods and/or service from the business. Not acceptable. There should be some leeway based on the pandemic conditions at the time.

On June 18, I purchased and full paid 7 nights of hotel at NY for the month of August; but when I called the hotel this morning, the front desk told me that the hotel does not have my reservation and so when I arrive in August, they will not let me to check in. I told them I have the confirmation from Groupon, but the lady did not care about the confirmation from Groupon and she insisted that this is the problem with me and Groupon. The major issue is that when I receive a confirmation email from Groupon, it is not indeed the confirmation from the hotel; this is different from my experience with expedia or other online hotel booking agents. If my booking is a week after the purchase, I may have to find another hotel at the last minute at the spot.

Of the second order, there were supposed to be a variety of 10 plants from a range of 6. ALL 10 are the same.

I received a Groupon as a gift and the company the Groupon was with closed down due to COVID and my Groupon expired. I was trying to trade the Groupon in for one that hasn’t expired and I had to contact customer support.

The operator I chatted with refused to assist me and then cut off the chat. I have called 5 numbers to try to talk with someone about how rude this employee was and I am unable to get anyone on the phone

Everything i have ever ordered is substandard, duvet covers that state 50/50 cotton polyester turn out to be 100% polyester, under cupboard lights break and fall off, just got three shrub plants, they are drawn, broken and unlikely to ever make a good shrub, I give in, I have finally learned my lesson.

The. WORST for customer service and least user friendly in line shopping site ever! I have been trying to resolve a simple issue since November of last year without success!

IF this issue is resolved, I will NEVER go to that site again! If they give you free item( it’s NOT worth the time snd headaches if you run into a problem! I purchased a BJ's membership from Groupon. The offer was $20 for a $110. Value. Half of the value was to be $55. In coupons. Groupon does not give you the coupons, and they don't make any effort to explain why.

The offer, therefore, is dishonest, and I only received half of the value that was promised.

I had tried to make an appointment to redeem a Groupon for my son a haircut but was told they don't do men's haircuts. So I went on Groupons to trade it or get credit for it. It showed I had credit to redeem for a different Groupon.

Well I came back a couple months later because I was suppose to have plenty off time to redeem it. It had reverted back to the original merchant. So now it says it's expired and I have to use it with a merchant that doesn't do white peoples hair.

I looked on her Facebook page to see if by chance she did and see if she did a decent job. I wouldn't let her groom my dogs hair that was how bad the peoples hair looked. I am trying to see if Groupon would allow me to trade it still.

I had purchased a Groupon for a Boot Camp months ago. Then California went back on lock down due to COVID 19. I began the trade in process. During which time I moved to Nevada. I tried using my trade in only to notice it had disappeared and my purchase said refunded but was NOT.

I contacted customer service to see if I could get a credit to my account or if possible a refund. They said no but that I could use the amount towards something from that boot camp, which is in a different state.

They couldn't even credit my account. Now they have lost my business. Frustrating. Especially Knowing how much Groupon takes away from the services provided.

I tried to look at my voucher to see how I should redeem it, then it says it will not ship to my address. So I tried to cancel.. wouldn’t go through... I emailed customer service and asked for a refund.

They tell me they can’t do anything for me because I used the voucher!! Mind you I just looked at it. They then say I can’t be refunded or canceled and they charged my bank!!! All the while KNOWING IT DOES NOT SHIP TO ME!!

95 When we went to the restaurant yesterday I told the server that we were here for the Groupon offer and asked what we could order. She scanned the goupon and said " order anything from the menu". I asked again because Id forgotten what was in Groupon offer. Same answer.

When we got our bill it was for $90 approx with $35 off for the Groupon So we ended up paying around $70 plus tip plus original $14:95. I will not buy Groupon again. The food and drink was mediocre

I bought 2 packages of the 3 Microdermabrasion's Treatments for my husband or tried to. The gift link did not come up. Instead of canceling I went with Groupon money cause I was going to try again to purchase these packages.

Now I am getting the message I have reached my limit. I have tried to call Groupon main office even and everything sends me back to your 3rd party customer service. They charge me a dollar and after some time tell me they cannot help I have to contact Groupon Customer Service.

So I am in this loop and it never stops. I filed a complaint yesterday and was still caught in a loop. No one seems to be able to help me. I want to purchase the packages I tried to purchase yesterday.

Customer service is a joke. Chat only option, and they will “hang up” on you whenever they want. I was trying to inquire about their coronavirus policy/statement, as they allow refunds in certain circumstances (except mine of course). They couldn’t tell me why mine didn’t qualify, and then ended the chat since I kept asking questions. Very unprofessional.
