I had purchased a Groupon for a Boot Camp months ago. Then California went back on lock down due to COVID 19. I began the trade in process. During which time I moved to Nevada. I tried using my trade in only to notice it had disappeared and my purchase said refunded but was NOT.

I contacted customer service to see if I could get a credit to my account or if possible a refund. They said no but that I could use the amount towards something from that boot camp, which is in a different state.

They couldn't even credit my account. Now they have lost my business. Frustrating. Especially Knowing how much Groupon takes away from the services provided.

I am very disappointed. It was my first purchase and the gift was for my friend birthday. It was photo gift on a mug. There was a deal but the postage sure made up for that and I'm still waiting 2 weeks almost and still not received the item.

Would of ordered off Wish if wanted slow service. Least Would been less expensive.

I tried to look at my voucher to see how I should redeem it, then it says it will not ship to my address. So I tried to cancel.. wouldn’t go through... I emailed customer service and asked for a refund.

They tell me they can’t do anything for me because I used the voucher!! Mind you I just looked at it. They then say I can’t be refunded or canceled and they charged my bank!!! All the while KNOWING IT DOES NOT SHIP TO ME!!

WTF!!! So PISSED OFF AT THIS COMPANY FOR SCAMMING ME!!

95 When we went to the restaurant yesterday I told the server that we were here for the Groupon offer and asked what we could order. She scanned the goupon and said " order anything from the menu". I asked again because Id forgotten what was in Groupon offer. Same answer.

When we got our bill it was for $90 approx with $35 off for the Groupon So we ended up paying around $70 plus tip plus original $14:95. I will not buy Groupon again. The food and drink was mediocre

I bought 2 packages of the 3 Microdermabrasion's Treatments for my husband or tried to. The gift link did not come up. Instead of canceling I went with Groupon money cause I was going to try again to purchase these packages.

Now I am getting the message I have reached my limit. I have tried to call Groupon main office even and everything sends me back to your 3rd party customer service. They charge me a dollar and after some time tell me they cannot help I have to contact Groupon Customer Service.

So I am in this loop and it never stops. I filed a complaint yesterday and was still caught in a loop. No one seems to be able to help me. I want to purchase the packages I tried to purchase yesterday.

I want a person to contact me that can help me and not keep putting me back into this loop…

Customer service is a joke. Chat only option, and they will “hang up” on you whenever they want. I was trying to inquire about their coronavirus policy/statement, as they allow refunds in certain circumstances (except mine of course). They couldn’t tell me why mine didn’t qualify, and then ended the chat since I kept asking questions. Very unprofessional.

I cancel Groupon select on November 3rd, via telephone. I just noticed on my bill I have still been charged all the way through February 11th. After chatting with agent, was told I could not retain a refund. If you look at my account I have not used this accounting since October, should not have been charged and would like a refund please.

I tried to redeem a Groupon voucher on the same day it was purchased, but the code came up invalid. Contacted customer service and they were not able to validate code. I requested for refund but am told I can’t obtain refund since voucher has already been viewed.

I have been a Groupon customer for a while knowing that they refuse to refund your money after 3rd day of purchase. But I was not ready for them to ignore my request after the business not honor the Groupon. Due to COVID and all the shut downs, I've had the merchant delay/not respond because the service is for beauty/health salon.

I have been battling with Groupon since to get a refund, at first they tried to deny my refund. It wasn't my fault everything shut down because of the pandemic! After waiting, now they are offering groupon credit with the amount I was owed. I did not purchase with GROUPON CREDIT. I paid with my personal credit card!

Now they are giving me the runaround again to give me my proper refund. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with groupon for months now.…

Groupon does not have real customer support, just once in a blue moon someone will respond to your request. I have been trying for over a month to contact them regarding a return and have been getting the runarounds since then.

after a few of those message, then no response at all.

Also, if you buy service from them, which no longer exists or does not reply to the phone number given, instead of Groupon returning your money, they MAKE you trade in the value. This company is dishonest, was not like this in the beginning when I became a customer many moons ago, but the last few years has been acting unreliable and dishonest.

They should not exist if they cannot offer honest services.

98. Was sent Breast enhancement cream. Have been trying since December 16th. To get a refund. Over 30 emails later no refund and now no one will respond. Have been asking for shipping label to return the breast cream no response from Marketplace or Groupon.

I ordered what I thought was one product based on the picture, but was sent a different one. I have tried to reach customer service via email and via chat. Neither means was successful. I did receive one email response from someone named Heelna, that said someone would contact me in 24 hours.

That was a week ago. I have since been calling all the numbers and have sent two more emails. How do I get this problem resolved? I want the ones with the cases. If you don't have them, I want a refund.

Horrible customer service!! They messed up my order. It's not easy to find how to get customer service. I had to google it. They didn't understand English then was not helpful. They took money off of my card but wouldn't give me information.

I have just had the absolute worse experience buying anything online at groupon. I was offered a 48 hour window to get a 40% discount on coupons and it didn't say just 1. I had for picked out but when I tried the most critical one i realize my credit cards had change since my last purchase. When I tried to enter another payment method I told me I had to verify my account, I asked for it tor it to send me a verification email multiple time but none ever showed. I got into chat but every time I went to email to check on what they suggested the chat window was gone when I went back.

I purchased a groupon voucher for a three night bed and breakfast deal with meal and wine one night at the Ito manor hotel in Mundesley. It was classed as 4stars but was absolutely disgraceful. It was dirty and grimy and the manager did nothing to put things right in fact he didn’t seem bothered at all.

He wasn’t interested in coming to see the problems and just told us the hotel had not long been deep cleaned. The first room we were given was not fit for purpose and smelt awful. We were told we were upgraded but this room although better than the first was still filthy.

My wife and I pulled into the sonic on the north end at mount pleasant Texas Friday night at 10:05. We pushed the button to order and waited there 20 minutes and didn’t get waited on. There is no sign saying what time they close and there was a car hop delivery food to the car next to us.

There was also three cars came in after us went through the drive through and was waited on. To top things off we could see the people in side kissing on each other. The ones with head sets on never came across the intercom to say a thing.

I don’t know where the manager was during this time but this is not the way a business should be ran. If you close at a certain time then post the time and turn out the lights or at least tell the customers something.

And the employees shouldn’t be kissing on each…

First of all, the girl that did the massage was super nice. My massage didn't get started until, at least 10 minutes, or more, after I got there.. I could have come early, filled out paperwork, & answered any questions, if I knew it was going to cut into my massage time.

My Auto Supreme order# 1164337983 will be expired on Oct 20, 2019 (Sunday). I called Auto Supreme owner Serb King today Oct 16, 2019 to book a appointment for the services before the voucher expires. He gave me an appointment on Oct 21, 2019 which is one day after the expiration date of my voucher. I told him that the voucher will be expired and I will lose my money, but he said it is your problem.

I have purchased Groupon many times. Dr Neil Vallins is a shady, double talking dentist that should not be allowed to work with Groupon. Read his reviews. 00, and using it with zero results, I got the, “come back and I’ll do more for free, don’t worry”.

$2300 dollars later, figuring I’ve already spent so much, what’s another $500 to make it perfect. I have nothing but pain and lumps. He’s a total rip off artist. Again, read the reviews, which I should have done. I wouldn’t go to a plastic surgeon to pull a tooth.

I should’ve looked into all the reviews. He should be removed from Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon for a dinner for 2 at Union Kitchen in Houston, Texas for $45.00.

The Groupon included 1 appetizer, 2 dinners and 1 dessert.

That's exactly what we ordered. And we both drank regular water.

At the checkout register, we were charged an additional $14.00.

Before ordering, I told our waiter that we had the Groupon and showed it to him. He took my phone on the back to show the Groupon. I don't know who he showed it to.

We do not understand why we were charged the additional $14.

We tipped the waiter well.

Do you know why we the additional $14.00?

Hello, I received a bikini cover up hollow crochet according to photo on Groupon when I tried on it went mid thigh and didn’t even cover my butt, this product is from Merchant Market sold by Flying Shoes I’ve communicated with them and they said it’s a final sale and indicated they send the exact size and exact quality which is incorrect I’m 5’’6 First two photos are me third is from Groupon

I’m not sure what I need to do but this is not right and need my money returned for the cost of $16.23 plus postage and I’ll return the merchandise.

I looked at spa castle for the price & put it in my cart to see how much my total will be . I didn’t have money on my card so there’s no way I made a PURCHASE. A few days later my phone was stolen so I added funds on my card to purchase a new phone at the apple store , when I purchased my phone my card didn’t have enough funds luckily I had cash on me .

After I purchased my phone I looked at my recent transactions on my online banking . Groupon automatically took funds off my card as soon as I had available funds on my account. GROUPON took funds off my card without me purchasing anything.

I wrote emails , wrote in the live chat they told me I would have to get something else they can’t refund my money back . My bank credit me back my money weeks later & now that investigation is over…

First of all, it is impossible to speak to someone - there is absolutely NO customer support - I tried calling the number only to have the "recording" tell me to go online - again!!! - I see tons of complaints and no wonder.

I have been trying to cancel an order because when I tried to redeem, the Home Chef said it does not service my area - so why did Groupon take my money when they clearly know this and now I have spent the money and not only cannot get my product, but I can't even find someone to help me.

Purchased care package for my son in College. 60 snacks 56 bucks. USA 500 sends my son a small heart shaped waffle maker. I emailed the merchant and they say “I’m sorry” here is the Label. Return it THEN we will send you the correct item. The thing is.

My son is a freshman, busy studying, then practiced football. Has NO car because he is a freshman. How on earth these idiots expect my son to return the item anytime soon? They made the mistake. I paid almost 60 bucks for this.

My complaint is that I opened just a notice on Groupons and did not even sign in on my ap. I scrolled through and somehow (yet a mystery to me), I ended up purchasing a 156 dollar facial that I was charged for.

On August 9, I purchased an eyelash extension service on Groupon offered by Seattle Skin & Lash Co. I made my appointment on August 10th. The soonest appointment available was in 3 weeks and I scheduled my eyelash extension service for September 1st at 10 am.

I originally reached out to Groupon back in the beginning of June. I was contacted back by Aiden Verbeke in a timely manner, but I didn't actually see the message until about a month later. Fast forward to July 16th.

I made a call (my second message left) to Aiden and we chatted briefly about my options and ended the phone call with him telling me he'll send me some campaigns to look through and choose. I did that and replyed to his email on both 7/17 and 7/19.

Order number: 1200-072497-416105 I purchased the LED Gazebo Lavo 3.5m: Cream on your website on Monday 1st July 2019 for the price of £179.98. It says on your website that it would be processed and shipped within 2 days. It says on the listing to allow 7 working days delivery (Monday-Friday). So not counting the Monday, 7 working days would have taken us to Wednesday 10th July 2019.

So, I was provided with a tracking number for DPD (0112 50202 198 731) which was apparently raised with them on Thursday 4th July 2019 at 07.18am, which says that they have received the order details, but have not received my parcel. This has been exactly the same since the 4th and has not changed at all.
