I had purchased a Groupon for a Boot Camp months ago. Then California went back on lock down due to COVID 19. I began the trade in process. During which time I moved to Nevada. I tried using my trade in only to notice it had disappeared and my purchase said refunded but was NOT.
I contacted customer service to see if I could get a credit to my account or if possible a refund. They said no but that I could use the amount towards something from that boot camp, which is in a different state.
They couldn't even credit my account. Now they have lost my business. Frustrating. Especially Knowing how much Groupon takes away from the services provided.
