I purchased a Groupon for a dinner for 2 at Union Kitchen in Houston, Texas for $45.00.
The Groupon included 1 appetizer, 2 dinners and 1 dessert.
That's exactly what we ordered. And we both drank regular water.
At the checkout register, we were charged an additional $14.00.
Before ordering, I told our waiter that we had the Groupon and showed it to him. He took my phone on the back to show the Groupon. I don't know who he showed it to.
We do not understand why we were charged the additional $14.
We tipped the waiter well.
Do you know why we the additional $14.00?

Hello, I received a bikini cover up hollow crochet according to photo on Groupon when I tried on it went mid thigh and didn’t even cover my butt, this product is from Merchant Market sold by Flying Shoes I’ve communicated with them and they said it’s a final sale and indicated they send the exact size and exact quality which is incorrect I’m 5’’6 First two photos are me third is from Groupon

I looked at spa castle for the price & put it in my cart to see how much my total will be . I didn’t have money on my card so there’s no way I made a PURCHASE. A few days later my phone was stolen so I added funds on my card to purchase a new phone at the apple store , when I purchased my phone my card didn’t have enough funds luckily I had cash on me .
After I purchased my phone I looked at my recent transactions on my online banking . Groupon automatically took funds off my card as soon as I had available funds on my account. GROUPON took funds off my card without me purchasing anything.
I wrote emails , wrote in the live chat they told me I would have to get something else they can’t refund my money back . My bank credit me back my money weeks later & now that investigation is over…
First of all, it is impossible to speak to someone - there is absolutely NO customer support - I tried calling the number only to have the "recording" tell me to go online - again!!! - I see tons of complaints and no wonder.
I have been trying to cancel an order because when I tried to redeem, the Home Chef said it does not service my area - so why did Groupon take my money when they clearly know this and now I have spent the money and not only cannot get my product, but I can't even find someone to help me.

She said there is a calendar with available dates but it is nowhere to be found. She should call her customers and set up appointments. Hours for her service are also very limited. Visited Ambassador Hotel 28th-30th April was allocated a very small room on ground floor I had requested a room with a shower this area had a bathroom suitable for some-one who used a wheelchair. The room housed a very small double bed very cramped.

We were given a Groupon voucher as a Christmas present. The voucher was for two people to have afternoon tea at Tea On The Terrace, the cost of the voucher was £12 which was more than what it would have cost in the actual shop, also the pictures given on Groupon of the food available was a complete misrepresentation of the food actually served, the shop itself was freezing cold and
