I ordered a Wireless optical mouse from Tisa Co. 98. It still says it is in transit although it states that 5-10 business days. I have not received any response from the company. I have tried to contact groupon but the chat and the email us does not work and I am tired of trying.
I want my money back or I will never order from /groupon again. I am tired of over 3 months of this crap. The Groupon phone # actually states that you have to do everything on line. What a lovely business.
I've been ordering for years and hadn't had a problem. But it is obvious that if you have a problem you are on your own. No responses, No way to contact. Everything involves getting your refund and I wanted an item.
I was ripped off basically and no one answers or the website takes you around in circles.
