00. My bank account shows Groupon took this money from my account. For the first time in the several years I have used Groupon, particularly with this vendor, I was unable to bring up the barcode for them to use.
I neither was able to print the coupon. I am being told my account was jeopardized. I did groupchat and the representative assured me that a supervisor would be calling me within a day or two. No call.
Finally, I received a notification via gmail asking for the last 4 of my account, billing address, etc. Still nothing. To my knowledge, the vendor has still not been paid nor have I been refunded. In USA, we call this theft.
I will have no solution but to call my attorney…
