We arrived at the Hampton after a 24-hour Drive getting a nice clean room to lay down and rest our weary eyes when we get there there is a party going on at 10 at night that went on for days we had our room changed to a couple floors up so we didn't have to hear the music we got to our room our room was selfie there was hair in the tub I've laid down the furniture with Lysol wipes which I shouldn't have even done I booked at the Hampton or the Hilton so

My wife, Lois Gluyas was a guest at the Newcomerstown Ohio Hampton Inn on the night of 1/5/2020. 39. The confirmation number on that summary is 91779747. 37 more that should have been charged. Why? I disputed that charge with the credit card company and am sending them a copy of the receipt.

In a separate billing which I first discovered when I went to my bank Hampton charged $250 to our credit card because my wife had smoked in the hotel room. Someone could have called to let us know we would be charged.

I booked a room in advance and was told I could not be refunded for the days I didnt stay I booked it for 3 nights called that morning to confirm if I could not stay the full 3 days if I would be refunded I was told by the lady who answered that I would be refunded as long as I checked out before the check out time. I was unable to stay the full days and then they told me they could not refund me.

they provided me with some 800 number to call because I paid in advance and they told me the same thing. I just signed up for hilton honors and this is how they treat their members they rob you for your money.

Our group reserved about 10 rooms for New Years Eve. When we all checked in we all were told that a hot breakfast is served from 6am to 10am each morning. After partying all night, we awoke to cold cereal,juice,unpeeled hard boiled eggs, and coffee.

Again on this stay I requested a quiet room on the top floor away from families and children due to the multiple negative experiences I have had in the past. My stay was great until my last night when the hotel clerk decided to place a large group with many children in the rooms on both sides of mine and I believe across the hall.

I was able to sleep perhaps an hour due to the noise including banging doors, banging on the walls, yelling, some kind of game with a bell. I complained and the manager spoke to them at 1130 pm. The noise ceased for an hour and then began again.

At 215 am I complained again. The hotel was not full. At least half the rooms on my floor were empty and this group could have been placed at the end of the hall where hopefully they would not have disturbed anyone.…

I'd rate this a zero if I could. I booked a room for Hampton in St. George, Utah at 53 North River Road through their reservation provider called Hilton Advanced Purchase and accidentally picked the wrong date for the reservation. I called less than 36 hours after making the reservation to correct the mistake and was unable to do so. I talked to two different people at the hotel including someone in the corporate call center, and two people at the reservation company to ZERO avail. Not a single person was willing to switch the date on the reservation, despite having plenty of vacant rooms for the date I needed.

I had booked for 5 nights to stay at this hotel. I am a corporate customer so l booked via work and came with my sons. We asked to use the shuttle to Busch Gardens. and were told to arrive 15 mins before for a drop off or pick up.

My sons were there at 8:45am and we denied because they did not schedule. They went ahead and scheduled for 10 am. My son called later to see if l and my wife could be added to the 10 am and were told that they had to be bumped for a family of 4.

I stayed at the Hampton Mission Viejo, Ca on Nov 10 and 11 for a wedding. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms for each night. 04 each. 56). When I called, then emailed to explain that these were not my reservations, that I was there and I paid for the rooms I reserved (reservation # 85113776) the manager said there was nothing she could do, that I made the reservations and she can not credit my account.

I still have the email confirmation for the two rooms I reserved, nothing further was received about additional rooms. I did not make these reservations and I am very disappointed with the abrupt brush off I received. I have reported the charges to my credit card company as fraudulent so I won't be out the money, but it makes me think twice about using Hamptons services in the future.

I made reservations to stay at your property located in garden city. I Also requested an early check in from the gentleman on duty at 4:30 pm yesterday. I arrived at the property at 8:30 this morning. The general manager said an early check in is not possible.

She also stated that if possible she would need to charge me a fee. I said to her why was I not informed about this yesterday. She then said to you don't need to have an attitude. I have stayed at that property for weeks without any issues.

I will now cancel my reservations. I will stay at the Hyatt from this day on.

I just got a surprise,I googled Hampton inn in Paris Tennessee and made a reservation well when I arrive the motel has changed to Quality inn and found out at the check in my reservation was in Paris Texas of course I called and was told that my charges couldn't be refunded I've been in business a long time and that is nothing but sorry!

0 stars this is a halfway house for drug addicts I was left terrified as room 311 started pounding on walls while I was sleeping apparently I snored loudly and was bullied by room 311 whom stays weekly. spoke to customer service and was laughed at by hotel clerk who called manager.

I got nowhere no compensation as promised morning if my wedding. called corporate even bigger disappointment. Offered to book another room same hotel same price. I will never stay at this dump again.

Worker says we didn’t pay 100$ calls us at 11 pm that night and wants us to just pay it without proof it was us. We spoke with A manager and she refused to show us proof of camera to make sure that her employee didn’t pocket it.

I checked out this morning I stooped at the desk and ask the clerk to e-mail me my bill. I was caring a overnight bag and my jacket . She said she would e-mail it. About 30 min later someone from the hotel called my cell and asked if I had the blanket in the room. The 2 managers treated my stay and my staff with poor service and racists treatment. I made my reservation online before arriving. But when we arrived around 330 the manager on duty Cody cancelled my reservation abd rebooked it again which took iver 15min because he dudnt wabt us to stay after 1100 check out.

I am writing in reference to an incident that took place on August 4, 2019. My sister (Robin Monalbo) and I had taken a cruise and returned on this date. My sister made a reservation for two rooms at the Hampton Inn hotel in Miami, Florida. Upon arrival we explained that I would be paying for 1 room, and she would pay for the other. Arriving to Savannah December 2, 2019 and tried to request an early check in as a Diamond level guest - My HHonors number is 214863536 - Reservation number is 52727504. I am pretty sure that sending this email will amount to nothing but I just had to make one last effort to express how incredibly frustrated my experience so far has been.

I am staying at the Hampton Inn Charlotte University Place for a week-long training. Two weeks ago my boss and I called the hotel to make my reservation. That phone call took over 30 minutes and both my boss and I basically had to scream over the phone for the person on the other end to be able to hear us. I am not sure if it was a poor connection or why that happened. We had to repeat and spell out information many times and that also happened when we had to provide the card information. Last night, 12/4/2019, my family and I experienced the trauma of a house fire. We didn't have any money, but a relative offered to pay for a hotel for us. It was freezing outside and I have 3 children- 1, 5 and 14.

We called your downtown Wetumpka, Alabama location but they were rude, hateful and unprofessional. They refused to take payment from my relative over the phone so we could get a room and allow my children to get warm and get into bed.

My name is Darlene Miles. My husband Robert and I stay at the Hampton's in White Marsh every year after the Thanksgiving Holiday. I came in on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. I had done an advance reservation for Friday, November 29th.

I decided to come two days early and paid cash for two nights. The young lady who made the transaction doubled billed me. So Friday, November 29, I saw that my credit card that was on file at the Hampton was charged.

The City of Knoxville told Local 8 news Mayor Victor Ashe started the program. Article from Knox news Just think of all the businesses along I-40/75, from Watt Road west to the north side of the city and to the east side of the city on I-40. If each of them were to have at least one rooftop Christmas tree, what a beautiful sight this would be. Hampton Inn is charging me for a penalty for a reservation day that I didn't make. When I called to cancel the reservation they told me the reservation is for 22nd and it was not. I told the reservation I needed the 27th - 29th. The hotel manager was completely inflexible.

I have stayed at Hilton hotels and has never been more disappointed in the hotel management not willing to take responsibility for their mistake.

I will do everything in my power to never stay with this organization again. Whatever happen to the customer is always right!?? I guess that doesn't apply for Hilton Hotels.

I’m writing in reference to my theft claim I made on November 10th 2019. I checked into Hampton Inn Charlotte on the evening of November 6th 2019. My car stayed in Valet until I had it retrieved the morning of November 10th 2019. We checked in at Middlebury on Nov 8. com had us booked at. After a call to booking. Com they were to charge us their price. We were told the amount would be changed and charged when we checked out.

I had booked four rooms for Oct. 18 and October 19. 2019 at the Hampton Suites in Cranberry, PA. My daughter's wedding was at Noah's Event center, about 200 feet away, so it was convenient despite that there were other hotels just a bit further in walking distance.

On September 13th at 6:04pm a reservation was made through Priceline at the Hampton Inn in Cadillac, Michigan. This reservation was made in error. The Hampton Inn I thought I had registered for was in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. I was more than 60 miles from Cadillac - in the opposite direction from where I was going.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Darien ,GA on the night of Oct. 26th. Upon arrival we thought the lobby looked nice and the girl behind the desk was very friendly. After receiving our keys walking down the hall towards the elevator we could count the seams in the wallpaper Many seams were coming apart After reaching our room we tried several times with no success to unlock the door.

I made a reservation at Hampton and wasn't asked for a credit/debit card to hold the room. My guest arrived and couldn't get into their room. I called back to the hotel, put my debit card on file and was told I needed to pay upfront.

I wasn't able at the time to get to the hotel and pay so the front desk sent me confirmation papers and asked me to send a picture of myself and my debit card. I finally got free and went to the hotel and paid the bill up front.

Tom Brumbalow 4546 Hidden Creek Dr Gainesville Ga 30504 I usually stay at Hampton Inn when out of town, 100's of nights over the last 35 years and this is my first complaint. I can always count on Hampton Inn it being top notch when ever I travel. That being said I had a bad experience at the below hotel.

1. Front entrance concrete dirty 2. Entrance sliding doors has loud squeak 3.Very nasty cloth chair at dining table 4.Gold colored lamp in room very dusty had not been cleaned for a long period of time. 5. Breakfast cold and bread very dry 6.Carpet on luggage carts worn and dirty. 7.One elevator not working.

This place needs a surprise inspection! Very disappointed!

6718 north interstate I arrive from 3 hour driving, lady look at me not to happy after few minutes, she finally ask me if she could help me, I told her I had a reservation and she started saying the hotel was fill, there was no rooms and to come back at 3:15, I felt very unwelcome I comeback and told me my reservation was from day before she had already charhe me, I told her it was a mistake to please return that money and

give me the rest 3 days, I will pay her cash. com, they cancelled for me thank you again

I stayed at quail Hollow resort in concord two ohio on october26 2019.I payed for a king size bed recieved a queen size bed I complained nothing happened.the bed was like sleeping on plywood.rust on the tub.hole in the wall.water warm no hot water.I was told Hampton owns the hotel.I travel.they signed me up to a special reward from Hampton with out my knowledge.God I hope you don't run hotels like this.I paid 106.00 for this omg.

com says £88. 03 as I had booked it for called back up to advise and went through booking and the rate I had been offered had suddenly changed from £88-79 it’s awful what a misleading offer online and in the press to advise they cannot are that rate when they clearly could and adjusted there figure to that. Terrible company,

When traveling my husband and I have always used Hampton Inns. However we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Harrisburg VA ON Oct. 24, 2019, and my husband said, “well Hampton Inns are off our list. “. We were very disappointed. The whole place. Needs to be done over. The ice machine on our floor, out of order. One of the elevator the lights on the buttons were out. The soda vending machine on our floor wasn’t working. The exhaust fan in our bathroom didn’t work. The whole hotel need to be done over carpet to are old as well as furniture.

I stayed there for one night and woke up with bed bug bites never have I ever had such a thing like this happened to me I did not pay 150 for a night experience that I could of paid 80$ staff extremely rude and tried to stall the return of the money for long as possible the mg name is Jason extremely rude I have pictures of the bites and also of when the picture was taken and
