I stayed at the Hampton inn in shawnee oklahoma. A few weeks ago for 2 days. Both days I seen a lady who works there come out of the laundry room with glasses and long hair kind of a big girl and go in the womans bathroom that I was gonna use.

So I waited for her to get out and when I went in it smelled like marijuana badly! So bad I had to back out and not use the restroom becuase i could not breath. I also seen the same girl the day I was leaving doing what I assumed was a drug deal in the parking lot.

They handed her some money and she handed them something back and they took off. Right afterwards the same girl got in a vehicle and was smoking drugs in the parking lot in the back of the hotel. It smelled just like the bathroom did.

This was not a good experience and I will not stay…

Good Afternoon,

On Oct 22, my fiancé' and I checked into the subject titled hotel around 2315. I telephoned them earlier in the day to let them know I would be arriving late. Upon arrival I asked the front desk manager if they had a room with a king bed since that is my normal preference. He told me the hotel was sold out. We arrived upstairs to room 6630 and found it to be comfortable, until we went to watch the news and found that the TV had not been programed. I went downstairs to purchase two bottles of water and to let the manager know of the situation. While I was downstairs, my fiancé was going through the steps to program the TV. I stayed at the Hampton Inn Perimeter Center, Sandy Springs, GA from 10-11-19 to 10-13. My CITI bank card was used to check out on 10-13 and the charge posted to my credit card account. 70. I called the front desk at the hotel and spoke to Whitney.

After consulting with the manager on duty, they could not find a record of this card authorization. I asked for a credit to be applied, but they suggested I dispute it through my card account. When I called CITI, they advised me this charge had been manually entered at the hotel and would need to cancel my card and reissue another card.

Hilton Honors #547339174, Confirmation #86902881. 00 smoking fee at the Hampton Inn Alpharetta Roswell Georgia. I DID NOT smoke in this room and the bill stated "guest smoked marijana in the room". We had three guests which can substantiate we never smoked in the room and I have pictures that show us at the designated smoking area.

At check out the check out person came to the room to check it and indicated they smelled marijana. It was NOT our room they smelled it from. This hotel is close to a large concert venue and many guests were staying there that had attended the concert that night.

I am making a complaint about an experience I had with the Hampton Inn & Suites Newark - Harrison - Riverwalk hotel on September 8 2019. I had booked a two night stay through ebookers.com

Upon arrival I was informed by a receptionist named Carlos that I do not have a reservation. I showed him a booking confirmation on paper, but the answer was the same, no booking. He then told me sort it out with ebookers and returned to jovial chatting with a co-worker.

I ended up with a 45 minute call to ebookers as they tried to call the hotel, but to no avail. Carlos just sat behind the desk, at times counting coins. Sept. 14, 2019 we stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites, Taunton/Raynham MA. Entering our room we had noticed a faint smell of a cigar, strange for a non-smoking hotel.

First use of the toilet and it did not flush, continuous flushes proved useless. Called front desk and they sent up the maintenance person, he too was complaining because of the poor water pressure in these toilets. After awhile he finally got it to flush.

We then went out to our function nearby. Upon returning, again the toilet would not flush and took several attempts. At bedtime we set the in room thermostat down for a cooler temp. All night long the heat was going on and would not shut off, then the odor of that cigar was quite strong during that time.

We love Hamptons and are staying at the Colonnade one in Birmingham tonight.

However, we stopped for coffee in Oxford Al. at the Hampton there at 1:00 pm. The woman at the front desk was speaking in a derogatory way about President Trump and said he was not welcome there. She assumed those of us in the lobby felt as she did. WE DID NOT!

Many of us who stay at Hamptons LOVE Trump. She should NOT be voicing her political opinions from the front desk!

Checked in about 7 pm and told elevators not working since the morning. Had to carry luggage up 4 flights. I am 69 years old with congestive heart failure. My 65 year old wife had heart surgery 3 years ago.

Should have been called and told about the elevators earlier in the day so we could have had option of making other plans. Will never stay at Hampton Inn again.

I stayed at Hampton Inn on Vine in Cincinnati from Sept. 23 - 25. On the 25th I realized I left personal items in the drawers of the room. I called the hotel and reached the front desk. The front desk checked lost and found and did not find the clothes I had left.

They suggested I call housekeeping. I was transferred to housekeeping and no one picked up, so I left message. I never received a callback from housekeeping. The next day I chatted with a Hampton Inn representative and told them I did not receive any callback from housekeeping.

Hampton Inn Time Square North is worst hotel of yours I have stayed in. One elevator was out of service every day at peak usage time. Complimentary breakfast was always out of food Uncaring disinterested staff. Absolutely unacceptable for the price charged to stay there.

My complaint is the reservation department that is in the Phillipines. Their english is terrible. The lady I had from 4;20 pm to 4;40 pm on Friday, October 12th was an idiot. She hung up on me twice. I requested the phone number of the Hampton Inn in Anderson, Indiana and she kept giving me the same phone number I called to get her. I could not understand most of anything she said. I wanted to make reservation for October 21st thru October 29th. She kept putting me on hold.

I travel to Indiana from California about three times a year. This will be the last time if i have to deal with someone in the Phillipines

My complaint is simple, I was supposed to have my reception at this establishment on behalf of my grandmother who is employed by this location. A week before the actual event, I the Bride was called and told that the rooms that were once on hold for the traveling parties and myself, along side with the banquet hall that was reserved off the strength of word of mouth by the manager named Shawn.

Honestly i made no fuss due to there wasn't a deposit made on the space, and another inquiry paid up front (no problem). We used the Hampton Inn for our wedding guests. We were promised a free room if we had 20 guests book. We had well over 20 but only 16 said they were coming to our wedding. They refused to honor our free room even after we showed them how many were there for our wedding.

We are on a mini vacation and my wife and I both work 70hr work weeks. We booked a room in your Hampton Inn and just wanted to sleep in with no kids and no work We are woken up by construction directly outside our window at 7am banging hammers, trucks beeping!

30th. I am a morning sleeper and due to the sun shade blocker being broke for two days I didn't rest too good. I was told I would get some type of refund. That didn't happen! 00 for 5 nights.

I just recently booked a reservation at the Hampton Inn in Jackson, Al then when I went to check in the clerk could not find my reservation. I'm not interested in the promotion for extra points, I have things to do while I'm on vacation and do not have the time to listen to the speech I have booked rooms for the Hampton Inn in Springfield, Tn and have the confirmation number.

We called price line on 8/27/19 and booked a room in Athens, Tenn for Aug 30 and to check out on Sept 3. I told the man at desk when we checked in that we would be using a debit card and not the credit card given to pay for the room. We checked out Sept 3rd and used my debit card to pay for the room and $286.74 was charged to my debit card. When we received our Visa statement, 12.99 was charged to the card on 8/27/19 and on 8/28/19 $346.17 was charged. (TWO DAYS BEFORE WE CHECKED IN) The girl at Athen's Hampton Inn was called by my wife this morning and she stated that they would credit our debit card WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE! In May 2018 I made a reservation and paid for use of the social room at the Hampton Inn in Emporia, Virginia for August 17, 2019. A few days before August 17, 2018, I received a call asking if I were using the room on August 17, 2018. I told them, no.

I would like to share our experience at this hotel Friday evening 9/27/19. My husband and I brought our motorcycles to ride the beautiful country roads of Pennsylvania. Upon our return from our first day of riding we parked the bikes out front.

I have never been told we could not check in early because they are still cleaning. They usually check to see if any were available. Not Hampton inn Kilgore, Tx. We were told we could not check in until 3:00pm which is check in time.

They never checked the rooms to see if any were open. By 3 we now have a line of about 30 people to check in and we are now at the back. This is not the way a business should be ran.

We stayed at the Saint Cloud Hampton Inn & Suites from 9/11/2019 until 9/17/2019. At check in I asked for a room that had either a comfort height toilet, or the grab bars by the toilet. The gal at the desk checked and reassured me that my room was equipped as that.

We went to our room, unpacked most of our clothes, and realized the bathroom was NOT like this. I took a deep breath and moved on. Then realized the room did not have a mini frig or microwave, & no dresser to place folded clothes in.

) We went down to the desk to get additional hangers as they only had 6 hangers (for clothing of 2 people) in the room and we were staying for 6 nights. The bathtub was narrow and did not have the skid proof bottom; therefore it was a safety hazard when we took a shower.

Within the last 2 weeks I can say I've stayed at the best Hampton Inn every in my life (Hagerstown MD route 81) and the worst (Danville, Pa).

I normally don't make formal complaints but this hotel was dirty and it smelled horrible. It smelled like stale cigarettes (supposed to be smoke free) and the bathroom smelled like urine. I asked the manager to have someone come clean my bathroom again while I went for dinner. When I came back almost 2 hours later, no one had been in my room. We checked in the hotel and shortly thereafter complained about excessive noise in the room above us. Children jumping, running and yelling. We went to dinner; came back and the noise was still going on. We went to the front desk and was told a Child’s Birthday Party was going on.

By the way it was 9pm at night. We ask for another room and was given an upgrade. This was unsatisfactory. It was a pain repacking and relocating. Why weren’t they asked to move. Not a happy Hilton Honor’s Member.

My family and i booked a hotel room through priceline for a 2 Queen size room, for a family of four.. We booked at the Hampton Inn @ Suites by Hilton at 160 Corporate Blvd Yonkers , NY 10701 for 9.19.19 & 9.20.19 . When my family and i checked into our room it had 1 bed with a couch . I went back to the front and was told by staff that it was priceline mistake and that they make them often ,

Good day,

I made a reservation for my supervisor who arrived at the hotel on Thursday, September 12, 2019 and was greeted by the rudest front desk person. He provided her with his documents as he is a government employee - she asked him "what's that?". He calmly explained that it was his tax exemption forms to which she replied "oh". She was extremely rude and unprofessional. My supervisor is a Hilton member as well, he was very concerned about his treatment as was I.

Upon arriving to his room he realized he was put in a room for someone with disabilities - I reserved a room with King Size bed. Barranquilla, 21/09/2019 While staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel from 19/09 to 21/09, a grave misunderstanding happened that led to me having a bill of almost 1 million colombian pesos.

Basically it all comes down to me not having been alert enough to ask for the prices but also not having received any laundry paper to check the clothes with the prices (normally a protocol) nor having seen it in the room because it is hidden in the closet which I did not use. Therefore it is equally a mistake from the staff, as my own. Being used to the common prices of laundry services in other reputable hotels of santa marta that are quite reasonable, I did not expect the monstrous prices that were charged here, 4euros per piece of underwear for example. My complaint is not about the HAMPTON INN & SUITES WICHITA NORTH, 2433 NORTH GREENWICH RD. WICHITA, KS 67226 United States of America TELEPHONE 316-636-5594 property. The staff and property where in keeping with the Hilton chain. My issue is with the lack of communications with the GM at the property based on a stay issue that I created, but am trying to fix.

As a Government employee, I can request tax exempt (sales tax & transient tax) status for the stay. I did not present the required KS form during my stay to request exempt status. I contacted and faxed the required form to the GM the first day back at work per his direction.

I have left 2 additional voice mails since the fax requesting status of the update bill. In total, I have contacted the property 4 times and two times by fax. I…

I made an advance purchase reservation, 2 weeks in advance of my stay at Hampton Inn in Brooklyn Park, MN. At time of check-in I was told that there was a computer glitch and that there were no rooms available. I was sent to a sub-standard motel (the only thing available for miles) and was told that I would be refunded in full within the next couple of days.

After a month of calls to the hotel without response I contacted Hilton's "Customer Care" (trust me when I say they don't care) at 800-445-8667 and, over the course of 1 hour and 45 minutes was transferred from person to person to person to person to person. etc. etc. etc. (a couple of times from one person in the guest assistance dept to another in the same dept). I booked my stay at the Hampton Inn in Rutland Vermont in February 2019 for my Sept. 13-15th 2018 stay. I was participating in the Spartan Killington Beast race. I booked early because everything in the area tends to book up quickly.

I called the hotel on August 22,2019 to confirm my reservations for the 13-15th and everything was fine. 5 years for this particular race. Approximately 8,000 people participate in this event weekend. I checked in Friday the 13th with no issues.

My husband and I got up and left for our race at 7:30am. Our start time was 9:30. I've completed about 20 races and have never taken my phone on the course but this race I did and it's a good thing I did.

I got 2 calls from a front desk employee named Michael.

I made a reservation through Expedia for Hampton Inn Liverpool and for some reason it never appeared on my Expedia account. When I went to cancel the reservation there was no reservation to cancel, so I figured that it did not exist.

I then found out that I was charged by the Hampton Inn in Liverpool, New York as a no show. What happened afterward was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I first spoke to a woman at the Hampton Inn who told me that she was finishing her shift in 5 minutes so she couldn't help me.

First of all, when my family and I travel, we love staying at a Hampton inn. Do to always being professional and clean. But on this past stay , I was very disappointed. My wife was having her birthday this weekend and when asked, she wanted to stay in little rock ar.

So as always, I looked for a Hampton inn on the river. I was told by the reservation people that my room would have a water view. The pictures on the sight showed water views. So when the big weekend arrived, my wife was excited.

But when we arrived to your hotel, I saw there was never going to be a river view. When I mentioned it to the front desk people, I was laughed at and received a shrug. Mind you, please excuse my language, but this really pissed me off.

Well my wife and I tried to make do and enjoy ourselves anyway.…
