There is a costumer that has been told to leave this store location for drinking alcoholic beverages in the dining area by several mangers of this store location.I have noticed this costumer has continued to come back to this store location between the hours of 9:00 - closing.The store location address is (2675) Avenir Pl,Vienna,Virginia 22180.I feel uncomfortable with this costumer because he has been drinking alcohol and continues to come back to this store location.

Hi, my name is Isabel Igharas (16) and I have just put in my two week notice at Harris Teeter store #99. I enjoyed working here for the most part, however, when a grown male (Lawrence, 33) employee started to confess his feelings and thoughts about me to me I started to feel extremely uncomfortable.

I spent a month and a half going to AR/HR meetings to get him fired as he is a borderline pedophile. I had gone through months of HR meetings and wrote numerous complaints, and all that was done was him being transferred, which he then quit.

He kept on returning to the store (#99) to “visit” in which he would stay for 40 minutes and leave with one item. I would express the many times I felt unsafe in my own work environment and it would get completely dismissed.

I was at your Harrisburg store this afternoon and witnessed a customer yelling and cussing at an employee, no one helped the lady who was trying very hard to calm the customer down. She used a very disgusting name to refer to the African American lady and I was at a loss for words. I hope someone in your management team plans to ban that customer from your store.

Stopped to get FRESH fried chicken for dinner. 3 buckets put out at 14:49. It was 17:00. I asked if they would be doing any FRESH, soon. She said, no its on the display. Really? Almost 2 hours sitting in a cardboard bucket is not FRESH! VERY RUDE RESPONSE!

I have now gone twice to use my "fuel points" and got no discount. I expect a refund from my store immediately. I have over 600 "fuel points" yet never actually get any discount. My receipt was from BP dated 7/29/2021.

Hello, this is the second time I have filed this complaint/comment and have not received a response nor an acknowledgement that it was received. I am complaining about the quality of the seafood in the store in my neighborhood (Heritage Hunt in Gainesville Va. 20155). It is always advertised as fresh and the best around. It is NOT fresh, but is brown, smelly and not very appealing to the eye. I have purchased it a few times and was not satisfied. My husband have even commented on the quality and appearance of the seafood. I must admit I have not filed a complaint with the store but I will to be fair.

I must say that I love the store and people. I still go despite the seafood experience.

My name is Brian Mosley. My mother, Deloris Mosley, fell at your Lansdowne, VA location (store #100) on Wednesday July 21, 2021 at approx 4:35pm. My mother is 87 years of age and is a frequent shopper at this location.

You need to know that after she fell, NOBODY EMPLOYED AT THAT LOCATION, INCLUDING THE MANAGER, OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE TO HER! After tripping on the wet floor mat inside the store lobby, she laid there for 10 minutes until the paramedics arrived.

Thankfully, there were two shoppers that came to her assistance and waited with her. The paramedics put her on a gurney, placed her in the ambulance and checked for broken bones and her vital signs. She was in the ambulance for approx 20 minutes.

During that time, once again, NOBODY FROM HARRIS TEETER CHECKED ON HER STATUS! Is…

I have been going to the Harris Tetter in Heritage Hunt, 13901 Heathcote Blvd, Gainesville, VA 20155 since it opened. I love the store but there is one thing that I don't like or agree with. They always advertise that the seafood is fresh and the best around. NOT SO!!! It is always brown, looks dry and even smells in some cases. I have waited to write this in hopes of it improving. I have even solicited an opinion from others and got the same response. Therefore I go to near by stores to get fresh seafood. Have I complained to the store? Unfortunately I have not. Why? This is the 3rd time that I sent my husband to the deli to get a sub and he was given bad customer service. This was a little before 5pm at the Harris teeter at queens and providence. There were two women at the counter, one hiding hoping not to have to speak, then the other made eye contact with me then told me she would be with me in a minute.

She then went to the back and the two ladies had a disagreement, then one came out and put her gloves on and asked me what I would like. The clerk clearly had an attitude, and this has happened every time I go to the deli.

I typically shop at Harris Teeter at Tryon Village weekly to purchase fresh produce. That location is a lot further from my home, but we are never disappointed. They get an A+ in my book.

Why shop that far away when there is another Harris Teeter 2 minutes from my house on 1010 Rd? Because every time we try to save the travel for convenience, we are sorely disappointed by the produce at Harris Teeter on 1010 Rd. Today was no exception. My wife picked up $300 in groceries at the Harris Teeter on 1010 Rd. I started to make the salads for the week and got rotten red onions, overly soft zucchini and yellow squash that was brown inside, carrots not crisp, etc. I am just throwing it away. Lesson learned yet again...

Harris Teeter - Fall Church Va. Purchased groceries today and the cashier had to authorize purchase of alcohol at the automated register. She adamantly said I wasn't "far enough" away and refused to put the code into the register to complete the transaction.

The manager came and I stepped off the distance that I was from where I was standing and where the sales associate had to stand to input the code. It was 8 feet. She refused. I said there is NO way she should be working there and clearly hadn't been properly trained.

She also wasn't wearing either a facemask or gloves. I will never shop at a Harris Teeter again. If this is the level of training at Harris Teeter checkout, imagine what their food prep areas and stock areas must be like?

I was at your Indian Trail, NC, Sun Valley Harris Teeter on Wed. 3/25/20. I am writing to you to file a complaint about the service I was treated to in your Harris Teeter . I have been a loyal customer at this HT since the day it opened.

I would like to know why Harris Teeter had changed their Thursday senior citizen discount policy. It used to be a tied to your Harris Teeter card now you have to actually ask for it on Thursday or the cashier has to remember to asked you. This doesn’t make much sense for this kind of a public policy change unless the corporation is actually trying not to give senior citizens their discount

This was really a disturbing experience. I was purchasing the new plant based burger "Beyond Burger" and while I was checking out. A check out clerk, Karen, says to the man that was bagging my groceries " Oh yeah !

" This was really rude . Carrying on a conversation with the man who is bagging my food while I'm standing there at check out line. The negative comments were not necessary. Just because you may not be into a plant based diet doesn't mean you should give your comments to others.

In store at Kill Devil Hills on Sept. 16 and had a cashier shove basket cart into my back that just had operation on. He never said he was sorry just looked at me. The baggers bagged my food into another ladies bags.

Didn't get all that we purchased. I received a call from a woman named Elaine Rolland and she gave me a call back number to a car store. Really bad service all the way around. Plus severe back pain from that stupid cashier.

Recently, locations of products were changed dramatically. I wasted 30-40 minutes just looking for things I went to HT to buy. I don't like it when types of items are moved to another location in the store. I can't think of any reason for it except for being a sales ploy. Perhaps you think that, if I have to have a scavenger hunt to buy what I need, then perhaps I'll see something else and buy it in the moment. Not only do I have to waste time looking for the item I wish to buy, sometimes I have to ask at the front desk or have another staff person show me where it is. It is frustrating and annoying. I don't appreciate being manipulated like that.

Your moving something to make room for a new item or new line of products makes sense. But to arbitrarily move stuff around for no reason other…

Getting our VIC card activated st the customer service area and the lady who attended to us was NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. From her attitude like she hated her job to her walking away when we had a question about something.

If you dont like your job, find another one lady. And if you are placed in customer service, SMILE AND BE POLITE. dont be rude. It makes customers not want to come back to your location.

00 so I picked up the 2. 75 per box was shown. I asked the young cashier and she did not know and contacted a more (seasoned) employee to assist. She goes down the aisle and comes back telling me that the sign was not there.

I was trying to use a coupon for a probiotic drink and it was buy 2 get 1 free, so while at your Reston Virginia location the manager told me the coupon wasn’t valid and they don’t accept coupons for free stuff. Really and you are the store they recommended for the product.

After being made to feel like I was lying, I persisted and went to the Herndon location and it was a valid coupon.... maybe Tim needs some additional training cause he can’t read it was a VALID COUPON. So embarrassing to be embarrassed in front of other customers and the cashier.

Wrongful discharge. No one ever checked my bag when I left the store. I never took the food home I was told we can sample anything at Harris teeter as long as we didn't take it home. Everyone in the store sample food that way you can tell customer how the product is.

I did not see a camera of my complaint, they never stopped me from leaving the store and check to see if I had stolen items. I buy items every day I don't drive so I take them home in shifts I am on the bus.

I was let go because I don't fit the click in the store with the management. I come to work every day and on time. Corporate needs to check out that store undercover and see what really goes on before they make a visit.

Dear Sirs, Through a purchase with your ExpressLane We Ordered organic celery & was charged for organic celery but when got home and looked in the bag it was regular celery so we called the store & after being put on hold by Adam & waiting over 15 min, we had to hang up & call back.

We have been customers since 1993 and only once have we returned bad product. 00. I went to the local regency ht and asked for a replacement. They said a recept was needed we purchased 2 days earlier and was somewhere in the garage.

I went to my local store last night at 8:30 to get a salad from the salad bar which closes at 9:00. Well to mu surprise it was shutting down. So I was not able to have my cravings fulfilled.

Two stars because the initial meeting with florist was positive. She noted my requests for pink flowers (to go with a white dress), nothing too large and no babys breathe. You can see by the pictures I received a set that did not match, had babys breathe and was so old the flowers were huge and fully bloomed.

The gas points would not work at the gas pump at 2 BP gas stations. I called the store (that I had just left) and told them that I could not get my points to work and that the gas station could not either. The clerk tells me "well that's just life". Is this the way they are supposed to treat their customers. His name is Tom Doyle and he works at Store #281 in Gastonia, NC. This is located on Robinwood Road. I love HT. I shop the Hollymead store in Charlottesville. This is about the man who works in the deli during the am/afternoon shift. Don't know his name but he is the middle aged man with dark hair and mustache. He's rude and nasty.

You ask for thin and you get what he cuts. He gossips about other employees right in front of the customers. Someone walks through the deli and he's whispering and gossiping the minute they walk away He's also very rude to the customers.

Makes everyone think they are a bother when he needs to wait on someone. He's obviously not a happy person. I hate getting cold cuts when he's there. It's becoming a miserable experience. Unbearable when he's there.

My husband and I have been getting our prescriptions filled at the Courthouse Marketplace HT in Virginia Beach since they opened. My husband was prescribed a medication, and it was written for generic. However, the pharmacy has been filling the prescription as brand, which cost $266/month. The genetic is $66/month. When questioned about it they said they were filling it as prescribed, which is not the case at all. I purchased three bottles of your Harris Teeter yourhome drain opener from the Fresh Fields Harris Teeter. The product leaked on my leather seat and destroyed the leather. There was no warning of the bottles leaking and I am facing a large expense in repairing my seat.

I would like to be compensated for the expense I will incur when repairing my seat.

I shop at Checkers Mall at Carnival almost daily. Again today I had the lady at the till shouting a conversation with the next till lady. I have had ladies chewing gum disgustingly whilst ringing up my goods and picking their noses.

Nobody greets and mostly look miserable. Today I bought a Mince Jafel when I got home it was an egg,mushroom & bacon one. That is like ordering a beef burger and getting a chicken burger. I have complained to management before and nothing gets done.

This seems to be an ongoing problem and we the customer are the ones paying the staff and keeping the shop open. What does this say about service.? It would be appreciated if something can be done about this matter. Thanking You

Awful service. The little girl told me that she wanted to make sure that it was me. I have moved to another town and I remarried five years ago. O. Box, but I gave her my card number, name and where I lived.

I do not have an email address, and I do not remember the old one. I finally hung up on her. She was terrible to me. I love your new Harris Teeter store that has recently opened in my old home town, and my new husband and I don't mind driving the 40 miles each way to be able to shop there.

I do not understand why anyone would not want our business. Very sad.
