The storey started with prearranged pick up at international terminal for1 am, where the driver, supposed to be with my play card , was missing. Holiday inn at LAX California. When booking the room we were told that we would have breakfast included. We would also have a microwave in the room. Was not made aware of the $25 a night to pay to park in the parking lot.

Ice machine on our floor was not working. This was August 7th through August 13th 2022. Supposed to be a high rated hotel room I don't think so very displeased overall by telling us things that would be included and we're not.

We don't travel that often but whenever we do we will not be staying there again

If I could give zero stars. I would. We just received a charge for almost $500 dollars. Not one whole charge it was a charge of $250 then $196 and none of those charges were including the $50 deposit. When my partner called, the front desk expressed that it was due to multiple pieces of furniture being burned.

THERE WERE NO BURN MARKS ANYWHERE, THERE WERE, IN FACT, A CRACK ON THE WRITING TABLE THE SIZE OF A LARGE GRAPEFRUIT ( it was literally a circle) DUE TO THE HEAT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PLATE WHERE THE CANDLE WAS PLACED. They more than likely saw the trash can filled with candles that were placed in a bag and took the assumption to claim BURN MARKS AND ON MULTIPLE FURNITURE.

Stayed at motel in leroy illinois September 28,29,30. Room was never cleaned. Beds not made. When checked in only 2 very small partial rolls of toilet paper so ran out. Luckily I had a roll with me. Had to call front desk at night to get another roll.

No clean towels until we we found made downstairs going out for a break as we were out for the day. Told them we need towels and toilet paper. That is all we got. Did not leave cups or change plastic bag in ice bucket so had to use same one for 3 days.

TV control only worked part time. Bed was never made. My husband needed Handycap room so he could in shower. Has to use walker to walk. Though t this being a holiday inn express would be a good choice but was very let down by not having any housekeeping.

They should at least make your beds…

Holiday inn downtown Miami... WARNING STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE AND PLAN TO STAY/PARK HERE! Horrible hotel to say the least, the incompetence and shared idiocy and connivingness that this hotel has is beyond belief.

We have a hotel that does not have managers on duty when they should be, parking that while overpriced is also not available, and staff that are incompetent ant any type of customer service . When I arrived at the hotel the overpriced $35 (valet parking only) is sold out and the hotel has no other options for there guests, you're told to find parking somewhere else in Miami you are SOL as far as they're concerned.

Not to mention they sell their parking to beach goers instead of hotel guests, which is a highly scrupulous act, and are unfortunately incompetent…

Called to cancel room, didn’t make deadline. I found family member to take my room and upon check in they said room had been canceled. I got charged for the room and my niece had to get another room and was charged. Person working the desk passed the buck to manager, manager called next day and said nothing I can do for you and asked me what I learned from this experience.

I never staying in your hotels again I said!, that’s what I learned

The first night I was there the bed flipped over on me called to front desk they changed my room and said that they would credit my account but never did also woke up the next morning to find out that my catalytic converter was stolen from out of the parking lot where I thought my car would be safe and not to mention across the street from a police station, I filled reports did everything I was supposed and I’m yet to hear from someone this happened 7/29/22.

I’m very displeased with the service and how I’m being treated, I need to be compensated for this inconvenience, it cost me over $1200 to get my car fixed and I had to pay $500 for 2 nights.

Good Afternoon,

My name is Shedeen St Rose and I was a guess at one of the Holiday Inn located at 15408 I-35 Selma. TX. I checked in around 2am that Saturday morning. We only needed a couple hours to rest. The receptionist at the front found a room and told me that was the last available one at that price which was 188 plus tax. He got the key and scanned it and wrote the room number on the envelope. I walked upstairs and I told my boyfriend the room number because he had went to the gas station that was next to it. I went to the room number and the key unlocked the door but I walked in on someone that was already occupying the room. The most horrible stay we arrived july 30 at 9 pm after driving 10 hours we decided to stop and stay for the night and waste time before picking rest of family up at air port next day! Well woke up at 6 am to cockroaches all over the bathroom!

So I tell my mom let’s go they have cockroaches I take what ones I killed yo front desk to show them Ans the guy tells me I can’t do anything till manger shows mind you I never showered or nothing I left the room! 00 for a roach infested stay that I didn’t even use!!

My wife and I were called to Brighton when her sister was placed in hospice. We reserved three nights at the Brighton Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Unfortunately she passed away within four hours of our arrival. We checked out the next morning at the front desk, surrendering our keys and informing the desk as to our reasoning.

No one said anything about being charged for three nights. We discovered that fact when our credit card statement arrived. I have tried to get my bill fixed for 3 weeks. I had a reservation to stay 7/13-checking out 7/17. I checked in on 7/13, but had to check out the night of 7/14, due to medical issues. At the time I checked out the gentleman behind the desk ask if I needed a receipt e-mailed to me.

I said yes and what the amount was. 05. I talked to the GM on 7/18 she told me he did not check me out. I never received a email either. (Katie Mancennie). I was told she would take care put my funds back on my card.

Didn’t get to the hotel until 1:30 am. Check in was nice friendly and smooth. I was looking forward to getting 8 hours of good sleep until I had to go back to work. I finally got setttled in and asleep around 2am.

99. When we started togo to bed at 11:00 PM we found found a whole finger nail on the floor between the 2 beds (which I took to the front dest) also the black out drape next to our bed was broken and would not close.

We tried to sleep with not much success since the street light shown directly on our beds. The clerk and 2 other employees said they were sorry but I wasn’t referred to the manager. I got NO compensation for one of our worse night ever in a Hotel.

Our sink stopper was stuck, so when we ran water, it filled and wouldn’t drain. I let them know at the front desk, and they said they didn’t have maintenance because it was Saturday, but they would try to get someone the next day.

My husband tried to repair it but couldn’t, with no tools. We had to brush teeth over the bath tub, next to the toilet. They didn’t fix it the next day but said they were going to switch our room. They didn’t do it.

There were other smaller problems with our stay. We are, for the first time, very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express. I do want to say that Olga, at the desk, was a very nice person. She was your one redeeming quality.

I have spent 3 days at Holiday Inn North Brunswick NJ with my husband and 5 kids. My vacation turned to nightmare because they charged me twice in one credit card and they charged me in second debit card other amount.

Stayed at Holiday Inn in Columbia Tennessee on July 15th and 16th. A guest (or employee) had two Doberman dogs running outside without leashes. Complaint was made to the front desk and they said they were in Foreman the manager on duty.

Upon returning 2 The Holiday Inn Columbia on July 16th, the Dobermans were outside with the front desk person on duty as well as another individual. Again, no leashes on the dogs and when they saw us driving up the dogs were taken to a side entrance.

The dogs were allowed in a side door and taken up to floor number two room 212 without the dogs having leashes. This was upsetting as other people had their dogs there and had them secure it with leashes. I made a reservation on July 6th for 1 night at your location in Mukilteo Washington. When we arrived we checked in at the desk at 1am on the 7th. There was zero parking available and we had to park in a handicap spot. No big deal.

When I made the reservation I told them I had a service animal and she's been licensed since 2013. I have all required documentation needed. The web site said it was excepting of service animals but no pets. The following morning we went down stairs to book another night and the guy on duty Named Jeff who said he was the manager and didn't have a boss above him got really mad that we had Mia our service animal.

1) we registered as part of a wedding but was told that the maximum was reached. We were charged $344 / night which is outrageous. 2) went to the website for 291 Jones road Falmouth, advertising rooms for $244/ night.

I questioned it and was told that the extra was for amenities & I would get it back. I didn't. 3) no housecleaning or trash pickup. I did not receive a notice when I checked in. There was no one at the front desk when I checked out. They were outside smoking.

The handicap accessible room was far away from the lobby with steps in between. There was no place to hang our dress clothes- only short clothing.

we have been staying here for 6 weeks at 800$ a week. last weekend about 30 kids and their parents stayed here. a nightmare isnt enough of a word. Drunk parents in the parking lot till 3 am kids racing all over most of the night.

been run out of the pool 4 days in row cause employees took it over. 2 days ago myself and another women wouldnt go in the pool cause the same employee and her husband/boyfriend were groping each other, her and her kids and family have taken over the pool for 4 days in row.

now today pool is closed for her to have a private party. Im all for rewarding employees, but my God when your spending over 4000 a month and they just take over is crazy! Couldnt even sit out there in the shade!!!

We visited Holiday Inn Express in Moab on May 29, 30, 31 of 2022.

When we first arrived, the 2 queen room that we booked and reserved on line had been given away, but thankfully, the receptionist gave us another 2 queen room. I think she had to give us a riom from someone who had not arriced, but I was thankful to have it.

However, after the next evening arrived and our room had not been cleaned, trash emptied, towels refresh, etc, we asked the manager at front desk about this. After I had checked out they let my daughter extend the stay on my card (she wasn’t even on my reservation), and then tried to run it for 10 extra days. I had called the front desk three times to let them know that no one was allowed to stay in my room after I had checked out and they forgot to pass on the information. My wife and I were there at your facility over the past weekend along with others attending from around the country attending Living Word Ministries Pentecost Service hosted by our son Bishop Tyrone Davis. None of his guests rooms were serviced the entire three days -evrn after l spoke with Front Desk clerks.

It is really disappointing that we were told checking out that we needed to ave requested this service at checkin; yet no one said anything to us at checkin about the servicing of our rooms-they just made sure a card was put on file for incidentals. Even with the onset of COVID this is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

Worst experience. Room was not clean and in a very dark deserted area of the hotel - when I asked the front desk to Change my room I was told they could not. The hotel could not accommodate me with a clean safe room and charged me to cancel my reservation.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Alexandria La. downtown 5/20-5/21and I have to say - worst hotel ever I know you probably won't reply - yet it was so bad I feel the need to vent

Booked The holiday inn at the pavilion in Myrtle Beach in February for May 23 through May 26.

Specifically said we wanted the high-rise hotel oceanview and we were told we had the high rise hotel oceanview after we booked it. When we checked in we were told that they only have one oceanfront view room available and it was in the smaller hotel as if we didn’t book it three months before.

We talked to other guests there and they booked their rooms a month before and they were in the high-rise hotel oceanview. The carpet in our room was disgusting we couldn’t walk on the carpet without shoes on because our socks or feet would turn black from walking on the carpet.

The Plymouth Minnesota hotel has the worst customer service desk clerk ever. When I asked for the managers phone number I was told she would hand it to me. When I stepped forward to get it she asked me to leave and called the police and proceeded to lie to the police about me yelling at her.

Luckily I recorded the entire conversation and never yelled. On top of this she said she would give information after we called the police and again never did. Worst experience ever. Basically don’t lie to the police

My husband recently stayed at the above hotel from 5/5/22 - 5/9/22. He was locked out of his room because of a broken lock that was supposed to be fixed the day before. He comes back to his room on 5/8/22 and can not get into his room.

He waited out side his room from 9:15 pm to 11:00 pm until maintenance finally arrived to fix it. He then had to be relocated to another room, this is all after being exhausted and needing to get rest for his trip back to New Jersey from South Carolina.

00 was suppose to be returned and that did not happen. I am beyond pissed and I need management to correct this unacceptable type of service.

I have been trying to a group booking of 30 rooms for a team event and have had no luck. I then attempted to speak with hotel manager who was beyond rude refused to give me his name and hung up on me.

Then proceeded to call me back and cancel my individual reservation with the hotel. I am not sure how this level of service is allowed in such a well established organization!!!

I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Twin Falls, Idaho several weeks in advance of my stay, of May 6, 2022. I reserved a room with 2 queens beds. When I arrived the room contained a king bed and a pull out cot.

My friend agreed to take the cot and said she was miserable all night due to springs poking her. Would you explain why my initial reservation was changed without my knowledge or permission? Thank you, Donna L. Corless

I was checked in hotel the sheets were visibly dirty. There was hair and visible dirt stains on the sheets. I was moved to a different room and the sheets were visibly dirty with hair and dirt stains on the sheets as well.

When I told the front desk about the stains issues in the second room Henry told me there was nothing he could do. He doesn’t have Any clean sheets nor anybody to change the sheets, no more rooms to move me to and he isn’t authorized to issue me a refund. Very horrible experience.

I will never stay at this hotel again!
