We booked a night for a layover in Dallas at the Holiday Inn express 4550 West John Carpenter Freeway Irving Texas. After getting our background we called for a shuttle and was told it would be 15-20 min after waiting 40 minutes I called again to be told it would be another 10 min the shuttle arrived 20 min after that phone call and

an hour from my first phone call. Once we arrived the staff we called the front desk to get our coffee maker fixed or a kettle for hot water as we had not eaten and needed hot water for the mr noodles, staff said they would call right back and

20 minutes later they called back with no solution, rudely telling us they were busy dealing with other customers. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns in Canada but I guarantee we will not be staying at another Holiday…

It is so sad I have to give a bad review because my stay and staff were pleasant.

However I work for the Government and we must have receipts to be reimbursed, and I have never had an issue with obtaining a receipt after a stay at an hotel, However I have now been trying to obtain the receipt for about 3weeks with no resolve! This particular hotel is currently closed for renovations and customer service has NO clue how to assist during the closure of the hotel.

Apparently because the reservation was made with no email attached the hotel is the only source that can add it to have the receipt emailed to me. I have asked and escalated this matter 4 times for an alternate solution to assist, and everyone is so dumbfounded on what to do its really amazing.

The keys don't work had to have new keys made several times already an we have only been here a few hours. We are on the 3rd floor have spent over 30 mins going up an down the elevator to get a new key.

As of no still no key working headed down again. Really 199 for one night an can't even enjoy it.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn, Kensington High Street, 5-7 April 2002 to attend a conference next door at the Copthorne Tara Hotel. As on many previous occasions, I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn as I’m a Platinum Elite member (112231918).

My bookings are always made by my company’s travel agent, CWT. On arrival, as I’ve done many times over the last decade or so, I presented my membership card and requested the points be added to my account. It was curtley refused as I had not booked directly myself.

There was a long queue at check-in; so, I said I would speak to the Duty Manger the next day (6 April). This I did. Initially, the Duty Manger would not come out to speak to me, simply relayed a message through the desk attendant; but, having requested a name, I managed to secure a meeting.…

This is the second time ive stayed here. The first time I was on the bottom floor and right by the door leading out so was not too bad this time they put me on the third floor even though I asked for a bottom floor being I had a lot of luggage since I am a medical Traveler.

My first complaint is no discounts for medical personnel traveling the reaction I got when I asked about any discounts for medical personnel traveling with work was somewhat of a shock. Okay okay maybe we are not that important. Next complaint the entire hallway once you come off the elevator on the third floor feels as if you're going to fall through the floor very unleveled feels like carpet was just thrown over it to hide it the floors give in many places.

My adult granddaughter was embarrassed and belittle by an employee in front of multiple other guests this morning over her lack of having shoes on., she was making a cup of coffee was told it was a health code violation to be out of her room without shoes on .. proceeded to tell (yell)her a second time as she was going to set her cup down and go get them embarrassed she went back to our room he stood at the top of the hall watching her til she got to our room.

First of all I was charged more then what was agreed to when i called to make reservation. On top of overcharging me i arrive from the airport to check in and they hit me with deposit fee thst they assured i would get back upon check out , the front desk was extremely rude and

even after paying all of it i had to wait 4 hours to get in room! They only had one working elevator which caused ridiculous amounts of time waiting to get anywhere, manager was no help and zero hospitality and i paid over 400$/night plus deposit.

Its been over a week and still havnt got it back and no help when i call i get put on hold or told someone will contact me but they dont.

I was charged for a night I didn’t stay, talked to Vanessa at and she said it was my fault. 00 night reservation number 26691343 for March 12, 2022, got to the hotel at 7035 Western Drive Indianapolis, In and lady at the front desk said the reservation was cancelled. 83.

73 and looking into this further I found out that charge was for March 5, I didn’t make that reservation. 73 and I am going to loose that money and I didn’t stay there, not fair. Somehow human error or computer error has caused this.

All I know is I walked into the hotel and the lady behind the counter said this reservation has been canceled.

So on 3/1/22 I called the number for the Holiday Inn Durango to book a room for a romantic get away with my husband for our birthdays. (Confirmation # 28293108) the room I book and Was confirmed for was a two queen beds with a jetted tub.

the front desk employee that checked us then then continued to let me know that location didn’t even offer a room with a jetted tub. (Later that day I asked another employee if that was true and they confirmed they do in fact have rooms with jetted tubs).

I am not impressed with the integrity of the employees who blatantly lied to my face and the fact I was charged for a two queen bed with jetted tub when we stayed in a two queen standard room with NO upgrades…

I do not normally write reviews but this time I feel I must. I made a reservation to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Oceanfront at 3301 S Atlantic Blvd in Daytona Beach, Florida for the period of February 18 thru 22, 2022.

My reservation was made on December 8, 2021. I was taking my critically ill husband to the Daytona 500 on February 20, 2022. During the Christmas Holiday my credit card was compromised and I was issued a new card with a new number.

On February 2 the hotel without notifying me decided to run my card for my upcoming stay. They still had the old card not the new one. The charge was declined because it is now an invalid card. They again did not call, text or email that they were having an issue with the card and proceeded to cancel my reservation.

Dear Sir/Madam My husband and myself and friends stayed at The Holiday Inn, Coventry M6 Jct 2 on Saturday 19th March 2022; we were given room 323 when we arrived, about 1.30/2.00pm.

We were relaxing in our room, and there was a terrible smell, a very strong chlorinated smell, it made me feel very sick, dizzy and a little disoriented. A member of staff knocked on our door, around 4.30 and told us that we were being evacuated as there was an incident on the 1st floor. There were several firemen milling around and we were told to move quickly and leave and go to reception.

I booked with a baseball travel team for a weekend in the Scottsdale Arizona region. Talked with the front desk gave him a card to hold, was told that I would not be charged until check out. Minutes later I was charged on that card which put me negative in my account.

When I talked to the front desk they told me it was a one time charge and that the rest of my stay wouldn't be charged until check out. The next day I was charged again, putting me super negative in my account to where they shut my credit card off.

I then went to give them a new credit card to pay for the stay and was overcharged to wear it shut that credit card off because it wasn't approved. So then I was stuck with no hotel room and no money on a weekend..

It totally ruined our whole stay and made it completely chaotic.…

Marysville Ohio .. I booked my stay though Expedia travel and was quoted an exact amount for the stay. Upon arrival I checked in with my bank card. Long story short they charged me double for my room and chargers my banking card almost daily.

Saying oh it’s just a hold. Manager was a joke. All she did was smoke outside over and over. I’m heading to my bank placing fraud charges if not fixed ASAP. Worst stay ever. They ruined my vacation by stressing me out .

This morning I received an email notifying me that my 4 day reservation had been cancelled. I was scheduled to stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Magnificent Mile in Chicago from June 1st- June 5th. I made this reservation months ago to attend my niece's wedding.

I was completely dumbfounded. Who cancels a reservation without letting the customer know? I called Holiday Inn directly and they told me to speak to IHG rewards. I called IHG rewards (where I was thanked for being an elite gold member since 2019) and they told me to call the Holiday Inn company directly. This is the first time that I have never had a complaint on any of your hotels we have stayed at. First of all when I called to make our stay I asked to please have a room close to the elevators since I have a problem walking very far. The person who made the reservation assured me they had put the note in. I also asked if y’all had walk in showers because I have a bad knee and can’t get in a tub. I did not know that the name was synonomous with inferior, below standard quality. The quality that I've been used to since my 54 yr old son was 5 yrs old. That's how long we've been looking forward to coming to HI for a vacation.

We stayed at the HI in Juno Beach Florida for the passed 5 days and frankly I'm thoroughly disgusted with the conditions of the hotel. If they can't live up to standards, they should close it until they can. We left in despair. We had a flood in our room twice. Upon arrival on Friday 3/4/2022, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby because it smelled so clean. I was greeted so kindly by the man at the front desk. Checked into my room and was happy with it.

My first inconvenience was I had trouble with the room key deactivating twice on Friday. Saturday morning we left for the day. When we came back to the room, the garbage was emptied, but that was the only thing that was done to our room.

We never got our used towels picked up OR replaced. We went to the front desk and got towels ourself. The cleaning service is part of what we pay for so were expecting clean towels. Sunday we were gone for the day.

I booked a stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Schulenburg, TX for one night 2/12. I did book through a 3rd party vendor. My daughter contracted COVID was very ill and we were unable to attend the wedding in town.

Last weekend we had to travel out of town for a competition and reserved a room at Holiday Inn Airport West Palm Beach. Myself and my two small children checked in very late at night. When we went up to the room my kids complained about the room smelling very bad.

We Amiel & Daniela Brown experienced terrible stay at the Holiday Inn Express located in Avenel Feb. 13,14, and the 25, 2022. My wife was informed thru Guest service to hurry placing reservations thru Snap Travel on timer. We endured noise disturbance four of those days.

I addressed the noise disturbance to guest service but, front desk agents wouldn't enforced nor look into these issues. One of the overnight staff told my wife to leave out of hotel in early in the morning when the temperatures was 16 degrees out.

I am a traveling Nurse. I have had multiple issues with the front desk recipient Natasha she laughs every time I call and ask for something or need help and she is sarcastic and unprofessional. This hotel has a rule which.

We drove to miami and stayed at the holiday inn west. We checked in really late due to bad traffic. My daughter had her apple airpod pro with her and when we woke up and left the room she noticed she did not have them and she left them on the bed.

She ran back up to the room and the covers were on the floor and the ear pods were gone. We advised the front desk and they took our information. We were going on a cruise and went to the port.

Normally I love staying at this Holiday Inn, however, yesterday there were two women working at the front desk instead of the usual man and they were not helpful. The customer service was horrible they did nothing to resolve my issue and the issue was the hotel's fault.

When I booked the room the night before I called the hotel to make sure I was getting the right room because Snaptravel can sometimes be confusing when booking. Because they don't have pictures of the rooms. I asked for the accessible king room with a tub.

On December 30, 2021 My spouse and I were travelling from Canada to Florida. In South Carolina, approximately 20 miles from the Georgia Border we experienced extreme vehicle traffic on the I-95 and stopped at the Holiday Inn Express at 145 Independence Blvd. Hardeeville, SC 29927.

As many people were getting off the traffic jam the hotel was very busy and I feel due to the amount of traffic in this area over the last 2 weeks and demand for rooms the prices were inflated. 99 (veteran discount) for the room and was charged an additional $35 for my 13 year old dog.

My daughter was staying at the Holiday Inn Express 315 Mishawum Road in Woburn, MA. During the second and third weeks of December. She was paid up until December 25 and asked me if I would extend her stay by three days.

i was not the original person to set up the reservation or the person who signed the agreement. I did call the hotel on the 23rd and pay the additional days. On December 25, my daughter was taken by ambulance to Winchester Hospital.

Part of the member benefits of our current status with Holiday Inn Club Vacations is 9 complementary stays which can be broken up into two separate stays. We sent family friends to their Orange Lake Resort in late Oct/early Nov for a 7 day stay and I worked with our dedicated Elite vacation counselor to use 7 or our 9 complementary stays to cover the reservation.

We had to book the stay in advance using our club vacation points but we used their point shield service so that we could cancel and get our points back as the complementary stay cannot be used until within 60 days of your stay. We worked this out with our vacation counselor and we then transitioned the discussion towards the remaining 2 complementary stays still on our account.

My daughter'in-law reserved 3 rooms for 12/23/2021 and 12/24/2021 at Holiday Inn in Baxter, MN. My husband and I paid for two of those rooms. We reserved 3 adjoining rooms, one with bunk beds for our granddaughters. When we arrived, we had 3 separate rooms, with no bunk beds.

The Waterpark was closed at 9 pm, most of the pool facilities were not operational, the bar was closed all day, and the laser tag gaming was closedvas well. The front desk was not helpful, saying there was nothing they could do about it, that they were not properly staffed.

I remind you, this is a holiday stay. My family flew in from Hawaii. Totally unsatisfied! Will not stay here again!

We went to our room and the TV was not in working order. I called the desk and they moved us to room #139 Handicap room. When we entered there was a strong musty smell but we were so tired we decided just to stay and deal with it. We went to take a shower and there wasn't any soap. I called and asked and they said I would need to come down to get it. I stood in line for about 5 minutes and watched 3 other customers request soap as well. Hi, my husband and I had room blocks set for October 28th and 29th 2021at holiday inn in Warrenton Missouri for our wedding. Everything was going great from the time I set everything up with them. Then I sent out a reminder message to all of our guest that we’re planning to stay that they had till the 29th of September to get our block rate.

Hello, to whom it may concern after booking a week long stay at Holiday Inn Express located at 3101 Dallas Parkway, Plano, Tx 75093 and only staying two of those nights I was so rudely awoken to a hotel manager banging on my door telling me that my room smelled of marijuana and that I had thirty minutes to remove all of my belongings and leave the premises.

That room reeked of that God awful smell when I first arrived and so did the whole hall in fact the ONLY reason I did not ask to move rooms is because I am disabled, have lupus, and I am on dialysis because my first kidney transplant failed I mean I literally have a catheter that goes directly to my heart and hangs out of my chest.

Once we got in our room, the smell was horrible.....smelt like mold and then walked over to the bed and the maid just kept the old sheets on the bed and how we know this is there was dirty shoe prints all over.....Had to call the front desk for clean sheets to be brought up and she did bring them up and proceeded to toss at me.

I would like some of our money refunded back as the service we received was unacceptable. Your room was not worth the over $400.00 I paid for it and I will never stay in one of you establishments again.

We were in Room #306 and checked out on 10/25.

I tried to make a reservation to Mt. Kisco Holiday Inn and will be able to stay 2 nights for the astounding price of $445.00. After making the reservation, I was redirected to a salesman that offered a 4 day 3 night stay in 12 different resorts with no other requirements. When I hesitated, the salesman offered to extend the time I could use this offer to two years and several free comps. The price of $199.00 was to be refunded. We talked about different areas, and I mentioned that Scottsdale AZ was a nice spot, but would let them know. The salesman was to email me the details and a credit card receipt. He said there were no "seminars" that we had to attend.

Nothing was ever received and I called several times. I was told there were indeed seminars and it had to used within one year - not…

We arrived at check to be told that we could not leave car park between 0830 and 115 tomorrow! No mention of this on website or in confirmation email. We are supposed to be visiting family!! Told I had to complain via email to hotel manager and couldn’t formally complain to company.

I hope this proves them wrong! A ruined visit and £200 wasted. Unacceptable that information not available at time of booking or with confirmation email. Hope to hear. Paul

drive 10hrs, pull in doors locked, finally got in. waited 40 mins to check in cause no one was at desk! paid for room then lady tells me no parking right now. you can park on sidewalk. so you wait to tell me after I paid and drove 10 hours!

Used the website to book my room for the 12th. Website showed $130 per night. It also had goverment/military discount. In which I used since my husband is retired military and I work for a police department. 19. 26. Now when I talked to the lady at the front desk, she stated that we couldn't use the government/military discount.

00 per night, not $170. Still didn't help. My daughter was having emergency surgery in Albuquerque. It's a 4 hour drive and close to the Hospital. I contacted thev1800 number and no one called me back.

I cancelled a reservation for 9/29/2021 with Trinity at 7;50 pm on 9/27/2021. Trinity said I would not be charged for the reservation. 07 charge from the Holiday Inn Express in Janesville. Have made 2 different calls to hotel in Janesville and was cut off both times.

Once with Erica and once with Trinity. Very upset!!
