We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Heber City Utah on October 3 and 4 and left a day early on the 5th. When we arrived on the morning of the 3rd I commented to the lady at the desk that there was loads of "large dog" poop in the grass between the front door and the handicapped spot where we parked.

Someone had even stepped in it and tracked onto the sidewalk. She had no response. The next day at the end of the day I mentioned it to a different lady and got no response. At the end of the day of the 4th I ran into the manager and mentioned it to her and she said they were aware of it but were to busy to pick it up.

Maybe I am different than most management these days, but I would have put my stuff down if I were her and gone out and picked it up myself. Because of registering three complaints…

Drew Caudal, General Manager with the Holiday Inn did not resolve my issue with price gouging. 72. 12 each night. I was very upset and asked to speak with the general manager who was Drew Caudal. I also had IHG rewards that was no good to use as a discount there amount was even higher price. 12.

I should have been informed of this when I reserved the room. I contacted IHG my rewards club since 1991 who stated Drew Holiday Inn Express spelled my name wrong they couldn't pull my rewards up in the system. It was a nightmare to seek resolution.

I am in Charleston SC on a business trip with 2 of my employees. The conference we are attending is within walking distance. (It was booked and we weren't able to get rooms there) I booked and paid for 3 king rooms, 1 adult each for 4 nights.

I figured Holiday Inn is a good hotel chain and the location was perfect so why not. On the first night, one of my coworkers stated she had killed several roaches in her room. When she called the front desk she was told "oh, my apologies".

Night 2- The same coworker was sleeping and the fire alarm in her room went off. She got up thinking there was a fire, walked down 8 flights of stairs, went to the front desk and told the lady what is happening in her room.

My husband works for Cox Enterprises that has you as a preferred hotel, that is until our experience today with the manager Percy at 160 Union Avenue in Memphis, TN. In front of hotel guests he yelled at me telling me that I was being loud & I apologized and informed him that I’m deaf in my right ear and heard of hearing so I didn’t mean to sound loud.

On initial check in to the Holiday Inn Express in Woburn, Mass, our room keys for room 221 did not work. There were two attempts made to get the cards to work. They did not. By chance, the cleaning crew were by our door so they let us in our room.

Much later that night when we returned, the keys did not work again. It was around midnight but the desk person tried recoding the cards. They did not work. He tried making another set, they did not work. My daughter and I were dangerously close to missing our evening medications so we asked the desk person to please resolve the problem quickly.

He got on the phone with someone for about 20 minutes or so. He eventually returned to tell us all he could for us was to offer us another room but it would take time to get the room door open.

We got a room at the holiday Inn and suits across from universal studios in Orlando FL. After checking in we never went up to our room until after universal studios which was after midnight. We was given room 903.

When we got into the room their was water still in the tub, hair on the bathroom floor and toilet, and a roach crawling on the a/c unit. Went down with the picture at the front desk and was given room 910.

I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express i San Juan Puerto Rico on August 26 - 29, 2021. I had agood experience until the vent in the bathroom started leaking water on the toilet while I was using it. I informed the Manager and it stopped so I didn't take a change of rooms.

The next day it happened again and because I was leaving the next day I just asked to be compensated with a deduction in my payment. The Manager said yes and I asked for it in writing and she agreed.

Hi my name is Kathy Bragg, I stay at your Ben Salem Pa location at least once every 1-2 months. Each time has been a bad experience. I stay there because it's in the Parx casino parking lot and they give a discount for Parx customers. During one visit my sister and I checked in, went to our rooms and when we went to leave our room we couldn't get out, the locked jammed. We made several attempts and finally the door opened. We told the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it. I checked in at the Holiday Inn in Nashville Tennessee on 4th Street. We requested a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. When we got to the room it did not have a pull out sofa.

I went back to the desk and the gentleman said “you requested a room with a view”. I told the gentleman we did not request a room with a view and he said “well that’s what it says you requested”.

Then he changed to room to have a pull out sofa bed. We went to the new room and it was dirty - sheets all over the floor. I went back down and asked that he put us back in the original room and he said no that he was going to give us a room with a pull out couch.

Then he said the couch is not a pull out bed. It just pulls out. I said we needed a pull out bed and he said none of the rooms have that.

I am writing in to file a complaint about fraudulent charges on my sisters credit card when we came to stay at one of your holiday inns. What I don’t like is feeling like I can’t get a room through your establishment.

I feel like should I use my bank card or credit cards your employee is going to try to steal my money or try to make fraudulent charges. It’s not ok that your employees take what is not theirs. Moving forward I will be letting everyone I know not to go to Holiday Inn because their employees like to steal credit card info and think they are about to purchase things.

I am writing to you regarding my recent stay at your Holiday Inn at Edinburgh Zoo.

My reservation number was 26856797 and we stayed 3 nights from 12th August. My IHG club number is 231683727.

Chronological events are as follows

1 - 12 August - [ arrival day ] we checked in at the hotel after a lengthy day travelling from North Wales via York [to collect a new car] to be greeted by a stained sofa bed in our rom 422, the arm was stained with what my husband describes as a dry blood stain [ but this cannot be proven and is only an observation ] but clearly is not acceptable. Corey was new and I understand but he was so slow and took 30 minutes to check in and missed a lot of the things he should ask for. I had to leave because my husband was in icu at Scott and white, my daughter stayed until morning.

I had a wreak going home and someone stole my purse with my credit card and Id. I canceled my cards when I got home, but the one there actually went through. I called back to get a copy of drivers license but he never sent it to me and I called again the manger said she to had contact him to do it which is ridiculous!

I told her I was going to report to corporate. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but when someone is in dire need this really heartless.

We stayed at the Somerset PA Holiday Inn Express last night. Sorry to say I was grossed out when I found a couple hairs (not mine) on the underside of the bed cover.

There was also the noise factor. We were in room 315 & the noise upstairs was quite annoying at midnight & after. There was a lot of stomping around. Friends of ours who were on the second floor could also hear the racket.

I also left a note for the cleaning staff that I couldn’t get the Keurig to work this morning. Not sure what was up with that issue.

We are here in Smithfield, Va HIE. The telephone does not work, we are 2 females on 4th floor. What if we need security? " The ice machine does not work, that was met with , "well someone filled up cooler and used it all" then in next breath one said to other, "put a out of order sign on it".

We were here several times in past and as in this time, the internet does not work, no one wishes to go downstairs to have clerks do that when it is not necessary in other hotels. Bath Gel in dispenser in bathroom empty, although that is a minor detail.

We generally like staying here as it is half way to our destination but, more attention needs to be given to these details at these prices. Thank you!

I forgot and left a personal item in my room when checking out and didn't notice until several hours later. I called the hotel to see about retrieving my item and the desk person said she would call me back which she never did.

I called back again 3 hrs later and the desk person said they would check on it for me but nothing happened. I drove back to the hotel which was about an hour drive. The desk person said she checked but the cleaning people put the carts away and she said someone can check later.

I told her I drove an hour to come back and she was too busy going on her smoke break to even check. I said why won't you do it? Is it because you won't and she just gave me a stupid ass look indicating she didn't care.

I tried to contact this property multiple times about canceling my reservations and they simply ignored me. I needed to cancel due to a death in the family. They simply would not answer my emails and hung up when I called.

My husband and I and some friends visited your Hotel in Huntsville, Al on University Drive the weekend of August 6th and 7th. Evidently the rooms are not cleaned as well as they should be in that I experienced bed bug bites as was confirmed by the Nurse Practitioner when I visited the clinic on Monday when I returned home.

Terrible service. I booked a room at the holiday inn at Niagra falls on 5339Murray street a room by the pool 3 weeks in advance and was confirmed by the manager that it was booked. I then get a call two days later and was told the room was no longer available.

I asked for the manager about the situation and I was told that I was speaking with the manager. She said I csn book another room even though I booked in advance and have it cancelled fir no reason and can come down to see if there was a room for me by the pool.

I then asked to speak to the owner Coco who I had met many times birng a repeat customer every year. The manager refused to pass the message and was thrn told to go gladly find another hotel because the room I booked was no longer available.

The stay at your facility was awesome pertaining to the room! But customer service socks! The staff was NOT professional! Upon checking out we noticed that our truck was broken into on your property. We asked CSR questions about the process, and she was very unprofessional, there was not concern at all for what was going on!

We book this hotel all the time. Several times a year, but after the bad customer service that we received we will give our money to a company that actually care about there guest! We book several quest there all the time but maybe extra training need to happen to ensure that your your quest are taken care of!!

I checked into the Holiday Inn Express in Henrietta, NY on Sat. Aug. 14. I had previously made a reservation for a standard 2 bed room since I was travelling with my grandson. When I checked in at around 3:30 that day, I was told that there were no rooms available with 2 beds and a standard room meant that they could give me any room that was available.

I did get a king room, which wasn't what I reserved. She also said she would reduce the price, however, I was charged the same amount. Since when does a standard room mean they can give you any room they want?

I don't think this was handled well at all. While I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, this negative experience put a damper on our stay and will make me thing twice before staying at a Holiday Inn Express again.

I booked a room online for my son's birthday earlier during the week. Someone name Jade called me this morning (08/14/21) a couple of hours before check-in to tell me I cannot rent a room their because I am local.

She was very nonchalant and did not apologize for calling me last minute to tell me my reservation was cancel because I live in the area. This policy is absurd and I have never heard it before. I advise her we book there before and it was not an issue.

I searched on google for Holiday Inn on campus for Manhattan, KS and clicked on the first site and booked a $169 room. 67 for “tax, recovery charges and service fees”. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware I had somehow booked through a third party.

I was unable to cancel after I recognized the enormous charge. It does not reflect well that you allow a company like this third party company, CCI I believe there name was to accept your reservations. We have been loyal Holiday Inn customers for years.

This has soured our opinion of Holiday Inn completely. How awful you allow a company access to your reservation system and we are charged nearly an additional 50% of the cost of the room.

Upon returning to the hotel at 30500 West Clemens Rd, Westlake, Oh. I discovered the staff at the hotel entered my room, touched ALL of my personal belongings, packed everything up and put it in another room. All of my clothes, undergarments, medicines, toothbrushes had been placed in bags and put into another room.

I checked in on 08/10/21 with a checkout date of 08/12/21. I informed the woman on duty at the time that I did not have my service animal with me at the present time but he would be with me later, and that I just wanted everyone (staff) to be aware.

She then tells me that I would need to provide proof via his Service Animal documentation. I told her calmly that it was against the law to tell me that I have to provide that. She can ONLY ask me 2 questions pertaining to him.

I had a reservation for a one night stay. Paid thru credit card. Two days before the trip I had medical emergency causing me to postpone my trip. I called the hotel two days before and the receptionist canceled my reservation, no charge.

Three weeks later the charge appeared on my card. I called the manager and he said the cancelation was never made and that I was recorded as a no show. He was 100% stern and was not going to honor what I described, that the receptionist said it was canceled.

On August 1, 2021, My husband and I checked into the Holiday Inn Express in Historic Savannah GA, While the hotel is beautiful and check-in was very pleasant. We later found out that the air conditioner in our room was not working, It was 99 degrees that day.

We called the front desk and the girl came upstairs and looked at it and said that we had to wait till the next morning to have someone fix it. We also found a pair of sneakers that did not belong to us.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Guthrie, OK. I rated the stay a 1/5 only because 0/5 wasn't an option. I reserved two suites the first suite the mini fridge didn't work and was draining water all over the floor.

When I called the front desk the manager said he'd get me another room and hung up on me. I had to go to the lobby to get the new room. The new suite had stains on the pillow and sheets, the curtains were torn, and the desk was dirty.

In the other room my mother was getting into the shower and when she moved the curtain a VERY dirty dry wash cloth fell from the shower rod. The next morning her coffee maker wouldn't work and she told me her curtains were also torn.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Deadwood, SD. The first room we were issued had someone else’s toenails all in the bed. They moved us to another room across the hall and the pillowcases were dirty. I asked the front desk if the same person cleaned both rooms and they said yes.

I am a reward member. I have tried to call several times to ur 1-800# but have waited up to two hours and never was transferred to a customer service person. I am waiting to hear back from you before I give that hotel a horrible review.

I have been on the phone calling the hotel with my bank on the line and being placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes being tols the manager has to help me and then when i get the manager on the phone he tells me that its guest services "the front desk" who i need to talk to.

And then when i ask why cant you just talk to me and my bank so i can get the authorized transactions taking care of. And then i was hung up on and told that she cant help me. Look.

All i need is the front desk to answer the phone and tell my bank if i owe you money or not and then we can all go on with our lives. This is so stressful when its just a simple phone call and your front desk clerk is too lazy to even do that.

I made reservations for a room at Holiday Inn Express, at 121 Laurel Oak Rd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043, with check-in on 8/6/21-8/8/21, through Priceline booking. The room was paid in full!! I went to the hotel to check in and both of my credit cards failed.

I was told there was a problem with my cards, 2 cards from 2 different banks!! 00 incidental charged at check in. I am not from New Jersey, but I had used both cards minutes before and for prior hotel use at the shore.

I was told the manager was busy. i suggested, maybe an issue with the system, she spoke to me very hastily and said it was my card and perhaps the funds…

We requested a pet-friendly room at the Murphysboro Holiday Inn Express tonight at 8 pm. We were told that since this hotel was brand new (open one week ago) they were not accepting pets. And we were told to drive 15 miles down the road to the Holiday Imm Express in Carbondale.

I thought ALL Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express locations were pet friendly. When did your policy change?

com and make a reservation because I needed a room by the elevator 234 is at the very end and the key would not work when the night audit was going to change us she came running out from the back saying I told them this is were I am putting them when I said my wife can’t walk that far she said put her on a luggage cart and push her I need a call from someone in management before I file a disability.

I checked in and was charged a different amount than what I was told aug 6 then my card was charged the wrong amount then I was charged again but this time for 2 nights when I had already paid for one then when I went to come home they had charged me again which put my account in negative I had to have money wired to me so I could return home when I asked the desk clerk about it I was told I needed to contact my bank not there problem
