yesterday, was so desperate to solve money problems .. so I went to HR block hoping to get an advance... this is my first time having transaction with them letting the employee know that I been doing my refund by myself using other tax service app.

it way cheaper compare to them almost 500 .. the person who assist me convinced me or make me believe that ill get the advance after filing the refund with the. was thinking the fee is too much but its the only way to solve my problem is to get the advance ...

I left my 2017 original paperwork at your office , on White lane in Bakersfield California, while waiting for a form from the Unemployment office and one employer. I received one phone call about 6 or 8 months later reminding me to come in with this paperwork.

It's a year and a half later and now they tell me they can't find my original paperwork! I never received another call, nor anything in the mail. They make it sound like oh well, your problem because they don't give a crap, plain and simple.

I was inquiring about H&R emerald advance, After speaking with two ofThe H&R representatives at the Tunkhannock Pa location they assured me that applying for this emerald advance would have no major impact on my credit report they told me twice it was a soft pull inquiry. A tax advocate in Deptford NJ office helped me with my 2018 return this October. I was charged $99 on 11/19 and another $99 on 12/19. I called 3x about the extra charge and no one is refunding me. I have emailed x2, and called and made 4 call appts with my advocate. She NEVER calls me.

Everytime I call bc I never got her call, she is out of the office. Weird, bc my appt was that time. I asked to speak with a supervisor today and guess what, they are out of the office too.

I have been user of software for 10+ years going back to days when it was called Taxcut -- this year ordered early the HRB Deluxe edition but it would not install on my Win10 pro computer - a complete record of my calls going back to Dec03-19 should be available via your "Tier 2" people if not the Tier 3 folks that I talked to earlier today.

First off, I’ve had my taxes done with H & R BLOCK for years.... when my husband and I filed for 2018, not only did they put the WRONF ADDRESS down, they tried to take off the penalty for not having insurance. 00. We filed January 29.

We have used H&R Block for many years for our income taxes and this year the IRS called upon us for an audit. We then consulted with "Jane" at our H&R Block office in Buffalo, Missouri. She gave me an extensive list of paperwork that i would need to gather for her to preform the audit which took me a few weeks to get together.

Today i wentvto the office and this woman humiliated me in front of my 8 yr old son by yelling at me and throwing me out of her office stating that she told me "months" ago to bring in the papers that she needed which was not accurate to begin with but the way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional, rude and outright embarrassing.

I have on numerous occasions try to reach my account Sandra Diaz at the Newberg Oregon H&R Block with regards to my 2017-2018 tax returns, prior to my extension of October 15th, in an effort to modify my 2017 tax returns before the extension expires with no luck. HR BLOCK customer service agents by phone or in person a very rude. I will never to do business with the again. I have been with Hr for over 9 years. Called the 800# and the young lady had a attitude and pretty much rushed my off the phone.

Called the local # is NC and ask to speak with a member of management and the young lady give me a hard time to speak with someone. Although the manager was not present she failed to assist me.

I been getting my taxes done with H&R block for over 15 years. I have always purchased peace of mind since it was available. In 2018 was the first time I ever needed the service and by far the worst experience with the up most unprofessional staff.

And the worst part its yet to be resolve.

H&R Block is horrible, people are unprofessional, bad service, and overcharged. ). It took them over an hour to file my simple 1040, and charged me $250 for single filing. At the end they claimed that their computer was bad, and unable to give me a receipt.

I found out two months later my e-filing was not sent to the IRS, or my state tax office, when I had to request a tax transcripts from the IRS for my mortgage loan. It has been a nightmare for me.

Worst tax / Bookkeeping services EVER!!!!!! they didn't file my 941 Q forms, W3 forms or my W2 forms for my small business as I was told they had done, then they closed the bookkeeping services and didn't provide me with ANY or my business information!!!

I have been a loyal faithful identity shield protected client for 8 years to find out last month my identity has been stolen and put on the black market since 2014 with undetected alerts on my file and great news monthly emails of everything is great. I feel betrayed.

H and R prepared our 2016 taxes. An error occurred with our taxes. On 4/9/19 we went to H and R with papers that we received from the IRS and at that time we were asked if we had Peace of Mind.

My wife & I have been waiting for 2 months for are taxes every time we call to find out about are 2017 & 2018 tax returns no one calls us back talked to a man named Alex on July 23 he found my wife's name and he told me are taxes aren't even done yet I never had to wait more then two weeks to get my taxes back in Wisconsin before. Rang H & R Block 4 times over 3 days last week, each time I was told someone would ring me back, twice that it would be the district Manager and could take up to 3 days to hear back. So I waited, I am still waiting 7 days after the first phone call.

I had a 1040 created 07/19/19. The tax Preparer is Cheryl M Zielinski. My Complaint is directed to “ Christine” who works with Cheryl. I do not have her last name or her Company title. Christine answers Phone and apparently is in charge of filing cabinet keys in which customer documents are kept.

92. I filed that tax using the H&R Block tax software which included extra money for the Utah tax filing. I filed on time using the H&R Block software, I even got confirmation by e-mail that the return was received and accepted.

I had just been waiting for the State to withdraw the funds. They never did and never contacted me about any problem until I received the delinquent notice. When I received the delinquent notice I called the Utah State Tax Commission to see what had happened.

Our preparer made a mistake on his end that has delayed our refund and we had to file additional paperwork and fix his mistake on our own and contact the IRS several times. No ones is helping us at a local level and the District Manager will not respond, we are requesting our filing fee back since the mistakes was the preparers fault and we had to make all corrections. Poorly trained, cannot answer about filing a 4868 as a US Citizen overseas. The last online person Edwin N just deleted the conversation because of his bad information. I do not blame the service people, I blame a lack of training and that HR Block's link from the IRS website is misleading.

I went to you office in People's Plaza in Newark DE to have my taxes prepared. Afterwards I proceeded to pay the lady at the front desk for having my 2017 taxes prepared, she had me to swipe my Discover Card several times telling me each time that my card was decline. 00. 00. 00 from H&R Block.
