Taxes were not filed after 2 visits. Paid for peace of mind bundle with "cyber security". my payment info was given. But the payments were not submitted by my tax person who now no longer works there. I have to take my time and gas to go back to redo my payment process.

Today I stopped in just to ask question. I am on SS and was told I no longer have to file. Nicole at desk set me up with Emily Dong and she proceeded to file my form. I kept asking her if I needed to file any longer and she kept saying she was checking.

I would think that she would know if she's been doing that for a long time and would be nice enough to let me know I didn't need to file any longer and not keep doing it and then charge me $85 not Telling me first the cost. When I thought they could just answer my question and not charge.

Again this year HR Block changed my appointment date and time and never notified me other than to confirm. When we called to say that was not our appointment we had scheduled they said the tax specialist was no longer there and they rescheduled us with a different agent on a different date.

On1/3/2023 I had made an appointment with Markus P. m.. He was working on my Income Taxes paperwork on his computer he mumbling said to me that the electronic signature was not working. He then gets up and bring another paper for me to sign so he can continue to finish mt income Tax paper work.

As he was gathering all the paperwork and stapling, I asked him about that other paperwork he had me sign, he just mumbling says I’m mailing that… I asked for a copy and he just continue to staples the paperwork,. I get up and pick up my copies.

I filed a extension because I kept getting and error and was unable to get help. I called in May 22 and asked for help. I was told I needed an expert and that I would get a call back. Two months later no call back. I called again and got the same promise. No call back. I called in November, same thing. I called two weeks ago and was now told that I had to file using the software. Was overcharged & subsequently refunded for tax preparation online. I was happy to be refunded by H&R Block.

However the online agent who was assisting me on February 5th in the evening EST had me on hold for over one hour. During my wait time I simultaneously received between six & eight fraudulent purchases on my BOA credit card the H&R Block agent was attempting to refund me on.

Paid a tax preparer to do my taxes in office. She made a mistake and I never received my federal refund and when my state taxes came they took them for fees! I tried multiple times after finding out the issue to have a different preparer fix the mistake and she refused.

I went to the Nolensville Pike location in Nashville Tn on 2/4. I walked in while it took 3 agents to figure out how to navigate your computer system. They asked a customer their social security number in front of the office full of clients.

My agent was having trouble with the system as well as I had to show her how to use the tab button on the keyboard. Very unknowlegable and incompetent. Scheduled appointment for taxes and my worker didn’t show; rescheduled me for the next worker an hour later for drop off service. This work didn’t even start my taxes till the following day after I tracked them down at another location.

After paying an outrageous fee for the same service I could have done online for free my filing was rejected. Employee promised to fix it and never called me back as stated. The following day didn’t show for work and my taxes are still not filed and it’s been a week.

I have dealt with several people to resolve my over payment and then asked for more money situation. No one can resolve it. My tax return has not been filed.

Went to H&R Block in Olney Illinois to have our taxes done. We were told our taxes would be done shortly and we would get a phone call. We had to go to town anyways so we headed to town did what we needed to do, and went to wait in the parking lot.

We waited for 15 minutes and watched the employees walking back and forth and when my husband went in to check on them and they said our return was half done and they would finish it tomorrow, but she was sitting there cutting up construction paper. I never had problems with Lawrenceville H&R block, but we will not be going back to Olney's office.

Still have not received 2020 refund that was sent to H&R Block. Contently hung up on them, case number was closed, have also reached out to CEO and CFO without any return calls. IRS is waiting for funds to be returned to them from H&R block to send them to me.

I had an appointment with H&R Block in Hagerstown Maryland on pensilvania avenue at 7pm. They close at 8pm. My “tax expert” was named Wilalisa something like that. She asked me who I filed with last year and I told her I’ve always filed with Turbo Tax but this year I wanted to explore my options for my best satisfaction and best refund.

Tried to file 2020 form 099T (mandatory e-file) with Wendy Ramirez at Fairfield CT office. HRBlock systems could not process, so she filed hardcopy instead with cover letter for explanation, and charged me $75. IRS rejected hardcopy return. I had to buy TaxAct to re-file electronically.

I spoke to Ms Ramirez and Lyn Eagle (supervisor) about refunding $75, but have gotten no reply.

I convinced my boyfriend to go to HR Block to file because I've been going for years and the Emerald Advance loan that you can get that same day is very helpful. In this case we were depending on it this time.

We had a new associate help us and she didn't tell us until the end that someone had to review her work before they could send it. They ended up never finishing it and now we likely won't get our advance until Monnday rather than same day.

I have been filing on line for 5 years or more. This year they logged me out and I can’t get in. I changed my password. I still can’t get in. I called customer service they can’t fix it. They sent me to the next level they can’t fix it.

They sent me up to the third level who said 3-5 business days. No call yet. I can’t ever cancel the account unless signed in. But I can’t sign in to cancel it. Can’t get a supervisor or main business address to answer.

Meanwhile can’t do my taxes or take a copy of my taxes to my town hall. Can’t open new account until the old one is cancelled. Continuous cycle of screw job with no ending. Maybe the 3rd level will call and help but I am not counting on them.
