I am sorry I don’t have a complaint but a request. I would like to work remote for tax agent.

However I do not have the $149 to take class online . Is there any discount that I can please be granted to take the class and work for your company. I worked for a season years ago and I am ready to get back into the tax season .

I would like to take the course before the opening of the tax season so, I can work this season. If there is a grant or scholarship that I can apply for, I would be grateful!!

I filed with a tax pro almost 2 months ago and was going great then at the end when I answered the questions I asked about a few things to finalize the deal and havent heard from them since so I dont know if my returns are done and wheres my refund says they cant find my documents

I still haven't got a any one to fix the mistake mad by h&r block almost 3 years ago a mistake that has just kept growing and costing me more money everyday that passes. I had a refund due to me but your rep made a major mistake and I'm the only one who has suffered and keeps suffering I'm about to go all over letting everyone hear

After using Hrblock for many years, I decided last year to file my own taxes online, using Hrblock online tools. When I got my refund is was short by over $370, because someone at Hrblock had stolen my money by lying that there was a previous outstanding balance on my account! Just check my records which are all with Hrblock.

On June 29th 2022 I went into H&R Block in Modesto CA for my apt. I was having my 2020 taxes efiled. The lady did them assured me it was successful but the end of july the IRS still had not received my return.

I called H&r block & was told my return would not be processed and sent to me till mid March 2023. On October 6th I called IRS and was told my return was never sent to them. I called him&r block back and was told they were waiting on me to sign the papers so they could send them.

On June 29th I got the physical forms to take home and they were all signed. I went into the office signed 4 papers and the lady assured me she was efiling them right now. 2 wks later IRS still has no return.

I have not received my 2021 tax refund. I have exhausted every means of communication to get my refund. They sent my check to the wrong account, then mailed a paper check which I have yet to receive. September 12 my refund was returned.

September 22 they supposedly sent a replacement paper check which I have not received as of December 5, 2022, and waiting for the paper check to expire(90 days)

I filed my tax retrun for 2021 on 09/18/2022 electroniclly and still have not received my refund. I have called H&R block several times and went to their office and no one seems to have an answer when I will get my refund or what is the status of it.

I even went to IRS website to find the status on my refund and they cant find any informaton on my tax return. I even went to my account on IRS and there is no information on my tax retun for 2021.

Almost 4 months now and I have no information on the status on the return. I am very disappointed and I cant get my answers. Please let me know when I will get my refund not happy at all with H&R block.

My taxes were not done correctly then even though they were the ones that messed up they have ignored me and refuse to fix it.

I have filed my taxes and was never contacted by my agent several months after filing, resulting in fees and missed opportunities for other possible financial assistance.I suspect fraud against me or Identity theft. Excuses include non payment but the office is conveniently never open.

So basically In early 2022 the tax “agent” held on to my 2021 taxes waiting for my ex at the time to file and claim my son on her taxes. The tax “agent” then went on to not give me any information and told me basically I was out of luck cuz she filled first and there was nothing I could do. Which I don’t believe is true.

I've been an h&r block customer for over 10yrs. 2019 taxes got audited. I sent all the paperwork the irs requested and they accepted everything. Got letters saying so. I have still not gotten my tax return and have gotten no help from h&r block.

My return was little over $8k. Is there anything you can do to help me

I pay extra every year to have a tax pro review my taxes and for audit protection. I received my first letter from IRS in July in regards to me owing money mind you I pay my balance due in full when I file my taxes.

Contacted my tax pro Alla Bond in July to this day I have not received a response. Just received another letter in the mail saying I owe even more money still cannot get in touch with my tax pro, my local office says they don’t even have return information for me from last year, and an agent was supposed to call me today but no call.

I filed my taxes August of 2021 for my tax year 2018 with HR Block. Paid for electric filing only to find out they mailed it in.. regular mail, not certified, so I have no way of proving it was even sent!

Not only that, I called several times, sent emails, went up to the office but the Mgr that did my taxes was never available and never responded. Everyone in the office always said only she could handle this. In April of 2022 was the deadline for 2018 refunds. I had no clue.

I went to the office and finally got the Mgr. I sat there while she typed up a letter and printed the tax report and I mailed it with certified mail. That was over two months ago, and still nothing. I'm due $7500!

Received erroneous message from the online software download screen saying payment was declined. Resubmitted payment information in case I had made a mistake entering the payment information. Received same message (payment declined). I then knew something was wrong because the information was entered correctly.

54 had been charged to my account two times. I want the charges reversed and a way specified so that I can make the payment and download the software.

I turned my paperwork over to Corey Bidwell at the Roseburg, Steelhead Run office in February 2022. My return was E-filed and I was told I would have a direct deposit in 21 days, but the IRS kicked it back saying I had already filed, after weeks of waiting, I got informed of the problem, Corey was unable to repeat the E-file again.

So I called H&R block and they had Carlos, from a Eugene office call me, he went over my taxes, said they were good and he E-filed them, I was told everything went thru just fine and was reassured that I would have my refund in 21 days by direct deposit.

A few weeks later Corey got a hold of me saying that Carlos didn't do my taxes right and that he would have a supervisor contact me. About 2 weeks later his supervisor contacted me she apologized and told me…

I had my taxes done by the Virginia Minnesota H&R Block. After not receiving my direct deposit I called the state and federal IRS to find out what to do. They said to contact H&R Block which I did and was subsequently called a liar by a lady named Cathy that works there.

They gfiked and amended return which an IRS agent said shouldn’t have been done in this instance. The checks should have been attempted to track them I am now spending hours on the phone with the IRS because this Virginia Minnesota office screwed up beyond belief.

They all need to be fired and replaced. I will never use them again and what they did will be posted on every social media site there is.

No one speaks goof fluent English. It’s absolutely insane speaking to these people. They repeatedly say “Yes I understand “. When clearly they don’t. They want transfer you to someone who speaks better English because they don’t understand you. I will never use them again.

I filed my taxes online in 2020 and 2021 through H&R Block after recently requesting a transcript from the IRS I was told by H&R that they did not go through. I needed the transcript for my mortgage loan I was getting.

I hired this professional company to prepare our 2020 taxes. I chose to do so because I got furloughed in 2020 and withdrew money from my retirement account. I had a phone appointment with a tax pro named Debra Tinsley form the Cleveland Ohio office on Lorain ave at 4:00pm on Friday September 16th to file my 2021 taxes. She was supposed to call me at 4 but once it hit 4:20 I decided to give her a call.

00. I had forms filed electronically in the H&R office, and for my money to be sent to my checking portion direct deposit to my Chime card. 00. I realized that the direct deposit routing number and account number were different than what I had given them the first time.

For weeks now the epocket has not been working correctly and customer service don't know anything there's no help they even told me that the epocket is not connected to h&r block that is a lie and if you offer it you should take care of the problems with it just trying to get to the epocket to retrieve my money and customer service gave me a number with 8 numbers.plus the area code

I live in nebraska. I filed state taxes here. Nebraska form 1, line 27 let me claim a deduction i should not have on your software. It states it cannot be claimed if earnings are more than 58k I have to pay interest on the deduction i claimed through h and r block I am still dealing with the irs on my 2020 electronic filing.

My husband and I have been using H & R Block for several years since retiring and moving to Mountain View AR. In 2015 the tax preparer, Karen Hudo or Hodu, not certain of her last name, advised me that since I was reporting trustee fee income from a 1099 from managing my father's estate back in Memphis, TN, that I should open a Roth IRA and

could contribute the entire $3,000 that I claimed as income on the 1099 for my annual fee. I did this as I was concerned about reducing my taxable income once I reached full retirement, I was only 59 at the time, and had to start drawing down RMD and was getting SS benefits as I got older.

Worst tax service ever. After messing my taxes up TWICE, they made an appointment for me at a CLOSED location. The location does not exist. Phone number disconnected. The failed at submitting my 2020 taxes and have ZERO answers/solutions.

HR block charged me for last year's and this year's tax prep plus the protection plans. IRS stated funds was issued called bank they said nothing was ever posted. and the treasury offset programs. They said there was funds left I should have received on the 3rd of August was never received.

It is now the 30th of August and nothing but run arounds.

The below complaint was not handled correctly nor addressed correctly! The complaint was that fraud occurred - “after” my refund tax refund was provided; and that H & R block did not refund monies stolen from my appeal, which was clearly not my doing.

What BBB inaccurately addressed and what H & R Block responded to was that my yearly refund was not provided. This is not the issue! The issue was with that my refund was given, my money was stolen afterwards; & I appealed it clearly showing that the money was stolen from somebody else and not me; & my money has not been refunded.

Paid to have my Canadian return filed on April 30th. Canada still has not received the return . H & R Block just passes me around to different people with no ability to resolve the issue. I am an American citizen, I filed in Florida.

Unprofessional in everything possible way! I was hung up on several time because they couldn’t understand how to help me. For 2 years someone has been using my card to pay for w/e they wanted. I filed to get my money back so my card was canceled.

I was told I had to wait 10 business days in order for me to revéame card which is normal the problem is.. I should’ve been able to go to a H&R Block store location to get a prepaid card but I’m unable to because they are not open.

I did not receive my State Return in a Timely Manner. After contacting my State’s Tax Department, I learned that Your Software has issues with filling in the State of New Mexico’s Tax Systems Software. I feel my fee that was paid should be refunded Your Product is Defective and I shouldn’t be charged.

I met with Usha Rajesh, EA at 3360 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA in May. I was asked to sign a document to obtain my income transcripts. I called the office 7/27 to learn that this agent is out of 2 months. I set up another appointment for today 7/29. I arrived and the agent today, said no notes in the computer file and needed me to set up an account with the IRS to obtain the transcripts today.

However my experience was that the office had a terrible internet service, I had to keep going outside to the parking lot to get adequate service on my cell phone which I could not do (I have a recent 5G Verizon phone) and finally I had to just quit and leave. 00 bill with no warning. My taxes then got refracted due to my ex husband filing my child. I was told by the H&R representative that once an amendment is filed I can have H&R re-submit. Once I requested they resubmit I was told they can not submit because there were errors and missing attachments, and that I did not pay.

After sending in the receipt as proof of payment I have been waiting over a month for an answer on when they can resubmit but no one will get back to me with any progress and when I’m told someone will call from corporate no one does. I am so upset I spent $1k for someone to take the headache out of taxes for me and just made things worse.

I've ordered H&R Block Deluxe + State software for years, and the state software has always been included. 95 for the state software. I would like a refund for the state software, please. There are screenshots of both emails in the png file I attached.

On December 15, 2021 I wrote you concerning a problem I am having with the IRS. A copy of that letter is attached to this message. I have not received a reply from your customer service folks, and so, instead of resubmitting the letter by snail mail, I’m trying the e-mail submission this time.

The problem with the IRS has not been resolved. Its genesis was that the IRS failed to follow the instructions in the tax return to withdraw the required payment from my bank account, and its failure to withdraw that payment has resulted in what I feel is unjustified interest being levied on me. My H&R Block tax software (“Tax Cut”) assured me that the IRS would “automatically withdraw” the required payment in timely fashion.
