The two items i sought were out of stock. One was displayed on showroom floor but no advice that it was not available. The other, a type of shelving, required a long, unproductive search before it was determined it was not to be found. The visit to Ikea was a colossal waste of time and I won't be back.

I ordered a full kitchen refit in early May 2021 and received a large delivery a few weeks later. The delivery was short 10 items which are key to putting the cupboards together. I was assured the missing parts would arrive at the end of May- beginning of June.

It is now nearly 3 months since the delivery and the missing elements are not available in any of your stores in the US. I have tried countless times to call customer service and waited on the line for up to 2 hours without anyone picking up.

Who can I talk to to find out when the missing items might be available?

I purchased Alex desk Order :176723118 with Ikea on April 21, the table had a faulty piece for which I called them at least 5 times till now , they sent me a wrong replacement at first after almost 3 months of waiting and calling them number of times. 5 week before and was told I will receive the replacement on 31st August which I haven't received it yet with no updates on the same.

I am tired of calling them and waiting for hours on phone to get in touch with them.

My delivery of goods was between 10am to 1pm. 50pm, not even a call from your delivery guy to inform me he will be late. I called the delivery customer service coworker around 2pm and after that he said the delivery guy will call me.

But till not almost 4pm, not a single call at all ! Very bad service and experience !

My issue is with a refrigerator I bought in store that is still under warranty. I have called over 20x to be sent to the wrong department and hung up on. I have been without a refrigerator for over a month.

Every person I talk to sends me to some else who knows nothing. I went instore and still no help.

Also the 3rd party they sent to fix my refrigerator was rude. I have never dealt with a bunch of clueless people in my life.

I went to return a item and delivery charge today, while a friend drove and waited for me in Ottawa Ontario. When I was directed to go through certain doors for return, I followed the signs to the elevator and went up to the return area .

There was a lineup and I went to LIBERTY up. When I got the the return desk the gentleman asked me if I had a appointment scheduled for the return? I was confused and had no idea what he was talking about.

He could not help me return the items he said unless I had a appointment !! He suggested I go back downstairs where I came in and look for a woman with a blue t-shirt to sign me in and book me a time when I can go back upstairs to return the item!!!

Ordered several items to put together a walk in-closet, netheless to say one of the boxes was missing the tools, therefore I went to my local ikea in Renton WA,USA. Waited for almost 2 hours to get help and not only that but customer service was rude and kept on skipping my name from the list.

I don't understand how I had to wait for something for something so little, I just needed my tools to put together my furniture. I want my waste of time to be compensated. I had crying children in the car and, I am beyond disappointed, never in my life I had to wait for 2 hours to get help!!

00. I get an error message when I request delivery. When I try to chose the “click & collect” option, there is no such option. Calls to customer “service”don't go through. Chats either don’t go through, or agents “fudge” the issue with click & connect, tell me go to my nearest Ikea store - an 8-hour round trip, with no guarantee that when I get there, there will be 1 will be in stock to buy.

My order - 387332623 was sent separately but has one tracking number so Fedex returned half of it the day they sent me a notification that it’s ready to be picked up. 59) days ago. I received a notification today that they’re ready to be picked up but I only got the Trofast frame which I can’t use without the bins.

Now I have to reorder everything, didn’t get a refund and I have to pay for shipping again. I have the worst experience. This is my first time to order online from Ikea.

I ordered some furniture to be delivered. When we started building it, we discovered that there were 14 screws missing which was annoying in itself. I phoned up customer service who said it would be 7-14 to deliver them. I explained that i needed the bed asap so she arrange for them to be ready for collection from Bristol Ikea which is an hour drive away.

My son went to collect them with the reference number we were given only to be told they didnt have any and they would post some out in 3 - 5 days. I then called up customer service again to explain what was happening.

on her system it showed that they were in stock so she called Bristol. It took her 15 minutes to get through to someone.

Finally she spoke to Chris who said they had got the screws and he would get it sorted. My husband…

I ordered products from the online store over a month ago on May 20. It was supposed to be delivered June 8, had to be rescheduled for June 22 and then never showed up. the refund of 700 to come to me.

I have talked to Antika, mousimi, and one other agent who's name I can't think of via live chat. And on Friday July 8 I spoke to Keyshawn on the phone via the customer service number. She told me that my money would be to me within 48 hours, it is now Sunday at 539pm and I still do not have my money.

I am extremely angry and want my money, I have been patient...

Your Houston IKEA is the worst experience of my life. I have been to many IKEA stores. No one makes the return process as confusing as your Houston store. Yesterday I returned 2 items and I simply waited for an available clerk.

Today I thought I thought I was waiting in line for an available clerk and when one was available 15 minutes later the clerk told me I had to sign in online. The sign indicating how to do this is small and hard to see.

Signing in online is hard to do while standing.. I am 75 years old and have a handicap. Other lIKEA stores just let you take a number and wait. The signs are large and obvious. The process does not change from one day to the next.

The ticket system allows you to sit and wait until called. I have now spent 30 minutes trying to return a few small…

I submitted an order to IKEA on June 5,2021. It was to be delivered on Friday, July 9. I have called the customer service number and waited on hold for two hours without anyone picking up my call, for my delivery status.

I even called the delivery service but they said they never received the order from IKEA. This is unforgivable.

I called again and spoke with Ibtissam who immediately said that the items were sent to Casablanca address. She said that a complaint is sent to the desk of a manager who will contact me back, moreover my items will be sent aftr 48 hours and someone will contact me to let me know...

My frustrations are not over yet, because untill now nothing happened, no items were received , no manager called to explain and appologies for their flagrant mistake.... but they had to go to a hotel.... and this calls for a compensation..

I placed an order online on June 24,2021. The order was supposed to be delivered on July 5, 2021. It was not and, as of 7/7/21, I have received no further communication from IKEA, since placing the order. I tried calling their customer service # several times.

It's usually busy or no one ever answers. I was on hold for over 20 minutes the last time I called. Eventually, I just hung up. Their recording insists that you go to their website, but their site gives even less info.

Order status still shows as being prepared, even 2 days after the July 5th delivery date has passed. Over $250 has already been debited from my acct for the border.

Went to Southampton store ordered 2 wardrobes was told the doors to second wardrobe was out of stock but they would text when in which they did I called the store ordered and paid for these t b delivered on 21st June everything came but these doors had fitter here to put wardrobes up on 3rd July thats when I realised the doors wasn't there as there was other bits missing which I had contacted them about called the store to b told these door have been discontinued but

the new ones won't be in and couldn't tell me when I called again on 5th spoke to complaint manager whom informed me these door r not even in country and can't tell me when they would be in I had to pay another 10 pounds on the 3rd as new doors apparently r more but they knew theses door were going t b discontinued beginning…

To whom it may concern, This email is to report about your location in the Dominican Republic. The level or unprofessionalism that I have experienced is ridiculous. I ordered a bed on June 16, 2021 and paid for transportation to my house.

Please see the attached file for proof of the receipt. On the receipt - as well as when I spoke to the employees on the phone - they informed us that the expected delivery date would be 5-7 days. It is now July 5th and I am still waiting for the bed.

This is about 3 weeks after date to order!!! I have never waited this long either in the US or even from this location before for smaller items. After several phone calls each employee gave us different information; including accusing us of putting in the wrong city.

I am from India and I placed an order for 4 Units of the IKEA Racka/Hugad double curtain rod range on 25 June, 2021 (Order No. 178626913 - Receipt attached) on IKEA, Hyderabad.

Since IKEA, Hyderabad does not deliver to places outside Hyderabad in India, I planned to have a courier service pick up the material from IKEA, Hyderabad.

but they didn’t bother telling me. at first I was told there was nothing saying I would get a delivery……all they could do was reschedule my delivery to 7/15 and that without a email conformation about the switched date, it did not mean anything.

they would not confirm with their vendor that delivery would happen on the 2nd just their promise. I asked for a email conformation of that information, because of what I was told earlier and was hung up on. I remodeled my kitchen in 2017 with IKEA products, including appliances. My refrigerator is model IX5BBEXDS01 serial # VS63553657. It has had to be serviced 8 times so far. There's been leaking twice, frost and condensation, parts replaced, and leaking where the filter is housed.

It has been a nightmare! The last thing that happened is that part of the door fell off. Now they need to replace the door, and I've been waiting for about 8 weeks. They were supposed to come tomorrow and they canceled because the technician tested positive for COVID.

Now I have to wait another 2 weeks. My refrigerator is not keeping things cold enough. I was gone for 3 days and when I returned all my dairy products were spoiled. I am hosting a big 4th of July party and my refrigerator is not working properly!…

I order somethink online and sent it back by click and collect that was over 2 weeks ago now they have received my item but was told a refund was not done so he said over the phone he would do that for me today still no refund phoned. Up and got told its down to the store to do tej refund and there is nothing they can do they are quick enough to take your money but not to give it back wont be ordering online from ikea again I tell you this

Store Visit 6/24/2021. Cashier ID 10073270. During this visit while checking out the cashier started to get really inpatient and disrespectful. I had 2 other customers in front of me tending to the children, so I patiently waited for them to finish loading their cart.

As I told the cashier that I could not move she kept telling me to hurry up and put my card in and pay. Repeatedly told me she had a line and I needed to hurry up. Mind you there was no one in line behind me other than my family member and I had 2 people in front of me.

I had a 4 year old in my cart and my 6 year old next to the cart. When I didn't hurry up and put my card in the cashier grab my cart and pushed it out of the way hitting my 6 year old.

She had no care in the world if the cart would have tipped over and…

I was ready to place a cabinet order before I was told that some were out of stock and I would have to pay additional $200 on the current $200 shipping!! When I phoned customer service they told me they could wave the second fee only if the items were shipped together.

Problem is they couldn't guarantee they would be in stock together. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Not that it makes difference to you, IKEA, but you have lost my order and my business forever. I will be sure to spread the word on your excellent customer service.

Way to make it DIFFICULT!!!

Today June 13, I went to ikea en Santo Domingo to buy a bed. I had a budget of 100,000 pesos. I liked one bed in particular . There were probably 20 customers milling around. There were two employees. I could never get their attention.

After 15 minutes I left. I don’t blame the employees. I blame the person who oversees these employees. In other parts of ikea , I saw employees doing nothing.
