I have been sitting in the office for almost an hour with a csr that can't get her computer up and running. She has complained about customers the whole time. When I inquired about the issue and what I need to do, very rude in her responses.

I'm now waiting on a different csr to do my taxes. This is very unacceptable. I treated her with respect, listened to her complaints and still have been here for almost an hour waiting. Two other people came in before me and I wasn't asked if I would like to have my taxes done by a different csr.

180 bucks to have my taxes done? That's even with a ''promotional'' $100 discount AND an online haggling session with ''the office''. Without any ''discounts'' I would have had to pay $300 to file taxes!? Seems really shady. I made the mistake of paying it.

Today 03/23/2019, while waiting for our tax appointment at the Smyrna, Tennessee the tax lady started making her political views known, and my wife and I could hear her political views about the president and his policies. And then she made comments about Mexicans.

My wife and I are black, as well as the other customer waiting was black. Her comments that she had in her office were white. Conversation was totally inappropriate and then comments about the NRA came in. As a black disabled veteran I dont condone this.

My tax preparer was very incompetent in preparing my taxes on 3-18-2019 in Belleville, Illinois. Absolutely awful experience. I wish I had never stepped foot inside these offices. My experience was arguably traumatic. My tax preparer failed to know, ask, or take steps to discover that as an American Indian, I am exempted from a healthcare shared responsibility penalty of $695.

I live in Al and had my taxes prepaid at the Sumiton Al kiosk. When it came time to file my state I was told State of Al office wasn’t open. I called Al Dept of Revenue and they assured me they were open and appcepting Al state returns.

First of all I would like to say I would never use these services again. I went in and applied for a loan and they told me I would be approved in an hour I would get an email.
