My experience was at store number J718314 August 29th at 11:17 Ticket number 2542 6000 Mobile HWY, Pensacola, Florida 850-944-4353

The chicken was burnt and not edible. The fries were so hard you couldn't bite into them. The Pepsi was pure carbonation. and the biscuit was hard as a rock.

I will not being going back anytime soon.

One of the staff members at the New Albany MS store was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED both physically and verbally. The incident was very serious and traumatising to the victim, however no further action was taken and there were no consequences to JAMARL who commited this act which is a criminal offence in most other states, despite an official report being made.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed with our service yesterday at the KFC on Rice Road in Lee's Summit, MO. We arrived around noon. I literally stood at the front counter for 15 minutes without any employee even acknowledging my existence! After literally yelling "Sir, sir, sir" I finally got the attention of a young man filling orders for the drive thru and told him I'd like to be waited on.

His reply was "Oh, okay" and walked away. " Really??? I couldn't believe she asked me that. A gentleman came into the restaurant right after we did, and after we had eaten & were leaving, he was still standing at the front counter.

On Saturday August 26 at 2 o’clock at the Cotton Grove Road KFC in Lexington North Carolina . My 83 year old dad came into the business. He wanted a chicken box and drink that’s it. The employees told him he had to order from the kiosk.

My dad, being 83 has no idea how to operate one of these machines. He struggled and struggled. Ask them questions and not one single employee which were three standing behind the counter, no other customers in the place at that moment, offered to help my dad place the order or even have him take the order from the counter I was blown away, and

I frequent the KFC in North Ft Myers 13160 us 41 . I'm there 4 to 5 times a week. The place is poor managed. The woman at the register is completely rude. God forbid you ask for all dark meat or any special request she'll say you can't or you have to wait 30 minutes.

Was at the Milan IL location on Wed Aug 23, 2023 around 4 pm. Ticket number 3455. Extremely hot outside & the Air conditioner wasn't working. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! No signage to warn us. We would not have eaten there if we knew.

We were only ones in dining room yet there were at least 3 tables that needed cleaning. Bathroom floor is so full of grease buildup was very slippery. VERY UNSAFE. If you are not going to maintain the restaurant why don't you shut it down?

I doubt we go back there again.

I just wanted to let you know your store on South west 9t street does not have your standards .The biscuits are hard as rocks the fries are always cold the nuggets are so hard and small you can’t eat them.We thought yesterday we would give them a try with your new big box we ended up throwing it all away.so sad it was our chicken to go place.We will not go again.

Had lunch at the new location in Murray Kentucky on Saturday. The lady behind the counter took our orders and didn’t bother to ask any of us if we wanted to upsize our order. She did it automatically and never said a word. 06.

Today we wanted to place an order to eat at Larnaca metropolis mall kfc.

However, the lady who told us later on whether she is okgun7 has made it into our day. After taking our order, that lady behaved strangely to us by passing the money through the machine for checking many times at the money control machine with the €100 I gave to pay.

The woman passed the piece we gave from the money control machine over and over, at least 10 times, and although our money was approved by the machine, she repeatedly inserted and removed the money 3 times, 5 times 9 times... 6/13/23 I entered the lobby of the 61st street location in Galveston, Tx, and was admonished to get out immediately. The reason was lack of staff. Since the lobby had about 6 or 7 people in it, I told him I was in no hurry and I would wait.

The employee then physically forced me out the front door and locked it. I was humiliated and shocked. Been a restaurant mgr. for years... never heard of such behavior. Thought about calling police, but didn't l. I know I'm just one 66 year old man, but you've lost my business forever.

For crying out loud he forced me out the door, when I'd done nothing wrong. Good luck.

My complaint is that your store in Lagrange Kentucky. There's a guy that works there with the name of Eric. Went through the drive-thru Sunday night and had interaction with this Eric. The order seemed a little high so I asked if the price was correct.

He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't pay for my meal that he's already paid for two meals tonight and was real sarcastic about me asking him if the price was right. He was very insulting and didn't seem to care about my question, just kept on with the sarcasm.

I gave him a dollar tip and told him it was for his sarcasm! I will also be calling your office to talk about this.

Got in drive thru line and was told I could only order in drive thru if I paid cash. So even though I have a back problem and was in a back brace I parked and went inside to order.

There were three in front of me in line and only one cashier but I waited. When it was my turn I ordered and asked why I had to come inside and was told the card reader was down in drive through.

However I noticed the two registers were less than five feet apart. Then after spending $40 I got home and my chicken was dripping with grease. Having worked at kfc throughout my college years I was very disappointed.

this is the worst place ever to order from. i waited 20 minutes for my food and there was literally nobody there. while waiting for my food i watched 2 employees stand 10 feet from my car and smoke weed.

when they walked by my car the smell was so potent. when the kid finally brought me my food he also stuck like weed. i get home and my food is ice cold and i have none of the condiments that i requested.

when i called the store i was informed that the manager was too busy to take my phone call and was told to file a complaint online which i did and have never heard anything back from the company to even try to make the situation better. worst customer service ever.

I live in Ok and l was visiting Milw WI kfc. drive through. l asked if they have the 4 whole wings dinner and the guy said what two sides so l told him. He said l have to use a card no cash l paused, that was one problem.

Then he took my card not telling me my total. 03 and l told him no l wasn't intending to pay that much, he turned his whole body and said l don't give refunds. l told him why not, then l thought about he may spit in my food so l didnt argue with him, said ok.

l only pay no more than$10 for the same thing at home. He never asked me did l want only chicken or 1 or 2 sides, l wasn't thinking myself but he was the one serving being on the register.

On July 27, 2023,I purchased a pot pie. When I got home and began to eat it, I found a screw baked into the pie. I returned the pie to the store and asked for a manager. My main goal was to notify the staff so that precautions could be taken to prevent someone else from getting a pie with a screw in it.

Short story: The manage refused to give me her name and instead replied 'manager' when I asked for her name. She also asked 'What do you want me to do about it" when I reported the issue. She was rude and uncaring. I have attached the pictures related to this incident.

Ordered at the drive thru. Ordered 8 tenders. Got to the window. 56. I thought that was a little expensive but paid. Got home there was a tiny box in a bag. It had ONLY 5 tenders. Only 2 were the regular size.

Kokomo Indiana store is filthy. Bathrooms are disgusting and the restaurant floors and tables were not up to par. They were broken in the floors. Were very slippery like there was grease or something on the floor. The computers were not cleaned.

Wanted to order chicken and nuggets family meal and waiting for 15 minutes for anyone to actually notice i was there was told that was online only so i stood in line and ordered online but then could not pay with cash. Got in my car and went through the drivethru to order. 00. Worst nuggets ever.

For the price i was expecting nuggets that were bigger than quarter size and not dried out. Asked for dipping sauce and when i got home there was no sauce. Very dissatisfied!

Problem is KFC in Newton,NJ. Went in a few days ago and ordered the nugget meal. Chicken was dry and very chewy. Spoke to the manager, hispanic lady, told her my issue, she threw money on the counter and told me to go.

This lady does not deserve a management position. With her attitude I wouldn’t let her deal with customers. Maybe this is why there is a 1 1/2 stars on Yelp. I suggest someone read what your customers oto say about her.

Once again we had an awful experience at the KFC in Washington PA. We wanted a 20 PC fill up meal extra crispy . An extremely rude employee told us they had no extra crispy chicken left and were not making anymore.

This was at 630 in the evening. This is the last time we will visit this location. We will drive the 15 miles extra to go to Canonsburg PA where food is always in stock and employees are nice

On Sunday, 7/30/23, I went to the KFC on Cumberland St. in Lebanon, TN. I placed the order at 2:35 PM. When I sat down to wait for the order, I noticed 7 groups of one to four people waiting for their order.

However, the drive thru customers seemed to have no problem getting their order. ) I received the order at 2:53 PM. The bar for the drink fountain was completely covered with multicolored liquid and wet napkins. As a separate issue, KFC's idea of a nugget is some sort of cruel joke.

The nuggets looked like they should be placed on a cracker and served as hors d'oeuvers. ] On Monday, I went to KFC's website to submit this complaint. After locating the "contact us" screen, I filled in the form to describe my experience.

We were there at 7:30pm on 8/1/23 and wanted to order 3 large family meals. They said they didn't have enough chicken for our order so we had to order something else. Then we had to return because they didn't give us our gravy.
