I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal. The chicken was dry and nasty like it had been sitting there all day. Three of the employees were outside smoking talking about how much they were drinking at the front door. The manager needs to address this( unless that was the manager) as it is not good for your customers.

I drive 30 miles to get my KFC and this time I was very disappointed.

I visited the Clemson Road, Columbia SC location around 3:15 PM on 8/1/23, using the drive thru. 00 fill up (the one advertised with the nuggets, fries, etc), and a side of Cole slaw and the newly advertised blackberry pie.

00 fill up comes in was not used, therefore, we did not get any sauces. naturally! I am very disappointed with quality control at your Columbia SC locations I have visited. 00 at your restaurant and I would like a complete refund (a coupon will be acceptable), as soon as possible.

I also have a issue with trying to commute to that location the manager refused a transfer because she doesn’t have managers but that’s not my fault I really don’t have transportation because the doctor wrote me out that I can’t drive right now so I have to call me a ride or tell my family to pick me up and drop me off I’ve been promoted since February after a fight that broke loose in Kfc and

the manager still had her job and the other manager got fired but it was wrong…

This place is Sad. 4914 W. Main Street in Belleville. They have you sitting on the lot waiting for food an it Drive thru. Why go threw Drive thru a they make every one Pull over an it take them bout 15 min.

Just Sad I will never go back. Service is just sad am Employees. Bring out one customer order an have 5 cars waiting. Shut that MF down

I hope this to the right person on hand. I am a customer at the Osceola, Arkansas KFC. I and others are very disturbed about the sinkhole they have at the restaurant. It has been there for quiet some time now.

I was there on July 21, 2023. And my front end was almost torn off from the hole. I ask that someone look into this because it has gotten really bigger and deeper.

I have to give it a 1 star because I can't do zero. Waiting on Doordash order and no one has acknowledged me. There were 2 other people waiting as well not being acknowledged. Called the store number twice because they hung up on me the first time. This is so unacceptable.

July 4th 2023, my brother In-law, one line, put an order in for 2 buckets of original chicken at your Rockville square store in lancaster Pennsylvania. When he went to pick it up, he was told at the drive in window.

Oh, we don't have any chicken. I'm sorry, excuse me, but, you could have called him and told him, and if you didn't have any chicken, then why were you open? And why did you take the order online for.

if you got kids running your store? You got a problem unless of course your manager is a kid.

Also, then your screwed trust me. Even when he tried calling no answer.

On Saturday 29th July 2023 around 7pm, after buying a 21 piece meal and extras I requested three extra containers to share food for a party of 12. Having explaining to young man, he informed me of the need to pay for containers of which I asked where does it says on the information board informing us of the cost.

He then refused to give me the containers. I was now very distressed as I needed to eat after waiting over an hour.

On Wednesday July 26th I called our newly opened KFC (4081 S State Rd 7,Lake Worth Fl. 33449) I wanted to call in a order for a luncheon I was having at my home. The phone rang quite a bit before any one answered, when someone finely answered they were not capable of taking a phone order and said i needed to come down to place a order. Which I did.

I was ordering the (SPECIAL OFFERS) 8pcChicken +8Tenders Fill up which included 2 drums,2thighs,2breasts,2 wings + 8tenders.

Also included was a large Mashed Potato & Gravy, large Fries, Large Slaw & 4 Biscuits. 69 Tax. I explained that she was over charging me & she said the machine was she wasn't. She placed the order from my phone which clearly had the price & everything included.

I ordered from the drive through window food for four people the 8 pc bucket of chicken that came with biscuits mashed potatoes and gravy and an extra macaroni.

Once home eating the chicken was old (more than 2 days to a week) and dry considering we ordered the original recipe that usually comes with dripping tasty skin. It was barely warm from sitting under the lights. This was the worst chicken I've ever had, seen or eaten!

I was looking forward to the coleslaw but it didn't come in the bag. Which is a good thing because if it was a week old I would have gotten food poisoning!

The biscuits were so dry and old we literally banged it on the wooden table and it didn't fall apart, it was solid as a rock! I'm certain they were at least a week old as well. How are we supposed to enjoy this?…

When we entered the restaurant, we noticed that the employees were not very friendly and seemed like we were interrupting them. After placing our order, they forgot to include the biscuits and the fries were old. When we called the store, we had a hard time getting in touch with the manager, who eventually answered and had an unprofessional attitude.

She claimed that the oven was broken, which seemed ridiculous since we paid the full price. We were disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this location again.

However, we must give credit to the cook who tried their best to prepare our order.

We went to KFC on Saturday, June 22, 2023 at 915 Main Street, Suffolk, Va. 23434. We wanted two large buckets of chicken and 2 large coleslaw for a party we were hosting. 99 for a 12 piece chicken. 00 for 2 12 piece chicken and 2 coleslaw.

I have always liked KFC but this was absolutely ridiculous. I doubt I will return. What a disappointment.

We had the worst experience at KFC 6113 Hickory Flat Hwy , Canton Ga. 30014!!! We ordered extra crispy chicken and we got Original the cream Potatoes was cold and we ordered a lg Mountain Dew and got up to window and they informed us they was out !

When we went to pay girl at rester couldn’t speak good English and couldn’t count change !!!! Tried calling them for two hours no one even answered!! So needless to say we had to go get dinner somewhere else!! We will never go there again!!!

We love KFC but this experience has left a bad taste in her mouth!!!

I wrote a complaint on this restaurant several months ago, but I broke down and visited the referenced location, hoping that the service had gotten a little better. I have been a avid customer of KFC for decades, but I have lived in other parts of the country. Ordered online for a pick pickup. Found restaurant door closed. Sat in drive through for fifteen minutes. Was late getting back from 30 minute lunch hour. Please let customer know if quick pickup is unavailable. Otherwise, the customer will suffer a time crunch and potentially be unable to eat.

I visited the restaurant 7601 N 30th Omaha ne. I knew went my daughter asked for this we would be disappointed and regret it but went don't eat out much because life is expensive. Well first after placing my order of 8 piece family meal with extra side of fries they were old and burnt mixture.

I went to go bug chicken pops for my 2year old. They were out of stock so I took the chicken nuggets. They told me there is n waiting period of 2minutes. And that I should stand in the parking They wil bring my order.

I went to the parking and waited for 20minutes. When I went inside to ask why my order is taking so long. The lady at the counter is giving me attitude telling me that she is helping people and that it is a drive-thru issue.

I left without the nuggets. The reason for my complaint is. It is not the first time that I'm getting there and they tell me there is n waiting time. And they have pathetic customer service.

I absolutely love KFC but the past couple of times I went there it was awful.

First time the chicken was dry, the machines were down for soda and the intercom to order was not working. I got a single 3 piece tenders dinner. The second time that week I got an 16 piece tender family dinner.

Again the chicken was over cooked and the rolls were hard and burnt! The coleslaw was watering like it was sitting out too long and the fries were also cold n dry! They neglected to give us any of the sauces we requested.

This was the KFC on US 19 near Embassy. The staff was friendly but the food was awful!

Hello, I am writing this review because I am very depressed. This kind of behaviour is not at all professional. I am also working, and he is also working, but he is just behaving like I am his servant. Whenever I reached there, he told me to just say to him what he wanted and start fighting.

Ordered in drive thru. Sat in parking lot for 20 min waiting before I went inside myself to get the food I paid for. Nobody even knew I ordered even after I brought them a receipt and they originally gave me my drinks.

I will never in my life eat here again. I understand labor is difficult to find but there is a difference between labor shortage and morons. Consistently bad service, I just realized this I had to say something so at least it can be understood why this company is bleeding out.

I feel like I have been racially profiled against by the KFC manager on Boston Road in Springfield Massachusetts. I applied for a position there and was contacted from the store and told to come in to meet the manager and to do paperwork.

At 3:48 PM today (2023-07-13) my wife and I purchased an 8 pc chicken dinner and an extra large gravy ($4.99) from KFC store #C029061 as carry-out via the drive-up window. We paid $38.50 using my wifes MasterCard. Following are my complaints: (1) When we arrived home, we discovered that the large gravy item was missing. (2) Also when we arrived home, we discovered that the barrel contained 4 wings and no drumsticks. (3) The one breast and wing I subsequently ate were overcooked and extremely tough. Ordered 8 pc bucket, received only 1 drumstick and several other recognizable pieces. Could not identify because all other items in bucket were burned. Chicken had been cooked in old grease that I could smell from the bag during the drive home. Burned chicken in old grease swimming in the bottom of the bucket (inedible). Threw entire bucket ($21) into the garbage. The distance to drive back and exchange exceeded 10 miles and I was concerned the exchange would have been the same old grease/quality.

Tried to send photos (attach files) and receipt but website said files too large. Will provide upon request. Quality very disappointing.
