Placed order for dinner. Though I looked up local restaurant, somehow default was set to store of last order. This is my fault for not noticing.
HOWEVER, when I asked at the restaurant (where I intended to order) they gave me a KFC customer service number to call. Manager was king and helpful. I called the “customer service” number. I am still on hold 30 minutes later with NO RESPONSE.
not even a pretense of trying to solve the issue. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in recent memory. KFC may have good chicken, but I would expect better service from a prison cafeteria. Appalling.
