I just experienced the rudest server she took my order, and then when I got to the window apparently didn’t have change then she proceeded to stare at me like I was stupid. I requested my money back and she wasn’t going to give it to me.

I stopped at KFC on State Street in Westerville Ohio at approximately 5:45 on June 19. I had arranged a picnic surprise for my partner. I ordered an 8 piece bucket, with Mac and Cheese, Cole Slaw and a small mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was half crispy and half original. Both the crispy and original was fried to a crisp and soaking in grease. I paid $29 for a meal where the chicken was not even edible. Imagine showing up at the park and taking the lid off the bucket to see something that looked like it had been fried for days (not even that day by the looks). I was too angry at that time to return to the store. I can and will send pictures if you desire.

This should not be happening and I am certain this is not the first complaint.

My girlfriend and I went to the KFC/Taco Bell in Southport North Carolina at approximately 5:00 pm today and we stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes while at least 4 employees made eye contact with us but not one of them took our order. One employee said that someone would be right with us and another employee came to the register twice but still didn’t take our order.

I have previously been to this same restaurants drive thru and waited over an hour to receive my food. This place is in need of some serious supervision, it is complete chaos inside the restaurant.

Placed our order at KFC Lanes Ave. Very disappointed. Chicken looked like it had been sitting too long, Tenders were dry and hard. Three piece chicken was greaser than it should have been, biscuits were hard. Sides were normal. Whoever put the 3piece box didn't check the box.

I picked it up and everything fell out the bottom. I used to work in a fast food chicken restaurant (long ago). This was not a good experience. Someone needs to be retrained. Have a good day.

I went to Londonderry nh tacobell kfc, my food was stale and cold, and the Cinnabon delights were rock solid, such a shame I paid 20 dollars for crap food!

I ordered 3 chicken pot pies. They were terrible worst ever! They were old dried out to point there was no liquid in it. Crust was so dry it crumbled into pieces. There was dried liquid all around the pan. Just awful!

I went through the drive through at the KFC 7615 Steilacoom Blvd. Lakewood WA at 11:44AM and orderd 2 chicken sandwiches. I was to go around the building and wait for delivery. I received the 2 chicken sandwiches at 12:20 PM The manager said he knew I waited that long and he had to wait to get the chicken.

The cashier, Zoey came out twice to apologize and offered me two free sandwiches. I did not receive anything extra from the manager. I feel this was an unreasonable wait for 2 items.

Monday, June 12th, San Dimas location

I arrived around 5:30, drove into the drive thru and waited my turn. The order taker asked what I would like to order. I ordered two 3 piece white meat dinners. At this point I was told very nonchalantly that there was no white meat! In all the years I have frequented KFC, this was a first. At least say something prior to the order being taken or post a message at the beginning of the drive thru lane.

On 6/14/23 I went to the KFC drive thru window and placed an order. I repeated my order 2X. I went to the second window to pay. I told him to double check my order and also gave him my written list of food.

I come home and not only was I missing 3 orders they gave me the wrong chicken. They totally ruined our dinner. I tried calling the manager several times and got no answer. This KFC is located on 92nd Ave and Union Hills Rd. Peoria AZ.

My husband and I were customers with KFC for years with no problems until the other closed down and this one opened up. They are the worst, just check their reviews. I will be taking our business someplace else and it won't be KFC if this isn't resolved.

I went to the Neenah Wisconsin Winneconne street. The date was June13,2023 time was approx 2pm. I went to KFC to get some of its famous coleslaw and mac and cheese. In ordering 2 large sides of each. 47, when I got to the window, the man said we can only accept exact change.

I’ve been a customer of KFC for a long time and I can’t believe the level of incompetence, complacency, and apathy. I typically go to the KFC on 9418 Dyer St as it is 5 minutes away.

June med drink I went to KFC in Cleveland, Tn aprox 9:30 pm tonight. I ordered {2} # 4's on their menu board [3 piece chicken tenders , w/ mashed pot /gravy and a biscuit and med drink} . When I got home {5 min drive from my house} and opened the boxes, my sister and I both was in total shock .

Tonight about 5:30, my husband and I drove to our local KFC to pick up dinner. There were only two cars in the parking lot and no one at the drive up, but we went in so we could look at the menu.

There was one couple ahead of us, and three or four people that we could see working. We stood there patiently for about 10-15 minutes. Although the workers had seen us and knew we were there, none of us were acknowledged or greeted.

Cars must have come through the drive up, but we were ignored.

Finally, we asked the couple ahead of us if they had been waited on, and they said no. No one had acknowledged them either. So, my husband and I decided to go to Chick Fil A, which is just up the street.

To the KFC in Sanford NC. I went thru the drive thru today 06/07/2023 my receipt time was 3:33 I was told that it would be 5 minutes for the nuggets. I agreed and was asked to pull forward. I ordered a chicken pot pie, a 12 piece nugget, large mac and cheese.

Buy the promotion of 8 legs in a jar and that is how it is shown in the photo displayed in the advertising inside the premises. They did not want to sell me only legs and I complained to the office in Israel but they told me that the photo is not sold in Israel.

They also use a jug with safety alerts for consumption in Spanish and it is not correct. I have photos of everything, I don't know how to upload them here.

I ordered your "new" chicken nuggets a la carte. I received 2 boxes of nuggets - an 8 pc and a 12 pc box. The 2 boxes were exactly the same size and weight. In addition, none of the nuggets had any crunch to the coating.

On 3 June 2023, KFC in Cartersville, GA. Went through the drive through window at about 10pm. After I placed my order the employee just shut off the mic and never returned or said anything. After waiting in silence for about 10 minutes I finally pulled up to the window and no one was there or would come to the window.
