My 2013 Optima had only 64000 miles on it. The engine knock sensor went off which reduce my speed to 60mph. After taking it to the dealer, had to leave it there for almost 2 weeks and was told they could not give me a loaner.

Finally got my car back and was told it passed the test, reset the computer and was told to bring it back if it happened again. REALLY. Its like driving a ticking bomb now. Sold it and refuse to buy another.

The sad part, I work there and have recommended many to family and friends. BUT NEVER AGAIN

Last month, My 2019 Kia Forte Sport was stolen from my residence. I am filing a complaint with Kia because my car was not stolen due to any fault of mine but of Kia’s. According to several resources including NBC news, Kias models 2016-2021 are being targeted because they lack anti theft devices that have long been the standard for other automakers.

I am complaining in hope of Kia being responsible for reimbursement of costs related to any and all expenses I had to pay for my car to get fixed directly in result of the theft. The total of my damages is $2,700.

I expect for Kia to feel responsible to pay these fees because there was nothing I could do to prevent the theft & damages. I have been without a car unable to get to work and handle my day to day responsibilities for over a month…

Gap has paid Kia and I am to get the balance from 2022 and it is now 2023 the 2nd Month and Kia has yet to issue my refund;also I was give my service fees from the dealership and even that I have yet to receive I call daily now they not even taken my calls it seems I'm using to separate phones to call and no one is picking up. We bought a 2017 Kia Sorento back in September of 2022 noticed that we started running low on oil after our first oil change thought at first it was a leak we took it to our mechanic to get vitamins checked out we don't have an oil leak found out it was burning oil. We shortly found out that there is a manufacturing issue with our vehicle having to do with oil consumption.

We have contacted two different Kia dealerships to getvthe issue addressed and was told that we have to let our engine seize up to fix the issue. Which is not right at all my wife and I thought we were getting a good product and a dependable vehicle.

I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento on October 1, 2022 and have been having issues since purchasing the vehicle. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle from a Kia dealership, I still feel that the Kia corporation is responsible for building a faulty vehicle.

There was a class action lawsuit that was settled in 2021, however many of these vehicles are still being sold after the original owner was compensated for the issues. My vehicle has been to the service department 3 to 4 times since purchasing it back in October 2022.

Jasmine Franks is horrible! the recall was on the engine. 2 hours later check engine light is back on after I paid your service department 1500 to do repairs. check engine light isnt on anymore. 2 days later check engine light came on again.

I sent this same information to NFCU. "The dealership REFUSED to show me a copy of the buying order and had an excessive Market Value Adjustment of over 12% and excessive Doc fee of $599. Industry standard is 2% to 4% MVA and $100 doc fee.

2015 Kia Forte only made one car payment

Bought car 12/7/22 from Hgreg of Tampa/Brandon FL... engine blew 1/28/23 ... According to car fax there should still be a factory warranty due to recall in 2021 .... Called Hgreg and Kia and since I couldn't get approved for extended warranty they do not want to honor factory warranty.... Kia of Brandon did a diagnostic and it did not show something was wrong with the engine, even after it blew they asked me to pay about 1000 to get it fixed.... until the mechanic I had check it out before them got on the phone to tell them exactly what was wrong.... Rep Brandon then states he will go back to look at the machine and comes back to say oh I need a new engine and it will cost me $9200. I WOULD GIVE KIA A ZERO OUT OF 5 STARS IF I COULD.

I had a recall on my engine and had to rent a car for 3 months. Was approved to have refund in August. I’ve called over 15 times and each time they say how sorry they are and someone will reach out to me.

It’s February 6, 5 months since my refund was approved and still no check. No one calls back and I’m told I’m sorry that cm was assigned to a different department. Now two months ago. Very very very poor service.

Disgusting how you treat your costumers. I would be ashamed of this disgrace. If I owed you money I’d have been sent to the collections and charged interest. To whom this may concern. 6T-GDi GT Line S, in general discussion with salespersons at Kia dealerships, including Nic at Kia Somerset West, was that all Kia vehicles had radios with RDS as standard across the board and on one occassion was even refered to the Seltos and Picanto brochures stating this fact.

I own a 2020 Kia Soul that I purchased new from Sunset Kia in Sarasota Florida. The car stalled and I thought it was a fluke. Several months later it stalled again. I then received a recall notice. I proceeded to get an appointment asap to correct the problem.

Since the repair my car stalled 3 more times! Sean, from the service department told me they would have to experience the problem. I told them it has happened 5 times in 2 years!! I have been with no car for 5 days now.

I called about a loaner and was told they must get authorization from corporate in order to provide me with a loaner. They have a video of the interior of the engine showing a problem. I need a car to drive until mine is repaired or replaced. Please help me.

I purchased a 2023 Sorento on 1/13/23 I was originally in the market for a Telluride but the stock prices were too high. Three weeks later a 2023 Telluride lx under 40k became available. I made an appointment to come in to try to make a deal returning the Sorento.

The Sorento has 166 miles on it and was driven three times. I understand when you return a titled car it is considered used. I was completely insulted when the manager sent the sales person back with a quote saying my Sorento was worth 10k less than what I paid for it 3 weeks ago.

I had to take a full day off of work for nothing, I needed to pay for 2 towing services for nothing, I experienced a lot of unnecessary stress, due to this location's incompetency.

Initially, I contacted Kia directly. My car had put itself into limp-mode and was not drivable. They said I needed a specific recall done. While I love my Kia Niro hybrid that I purchased at Nalley Kia; taking it in for service at the location has become and extreme nightmare. Appointment or not the wait is ALWAYS outrageous. The new service adviser (the one's I knew are all gone) are not friendly, helpful, and act as though you are bothering them.

I started taking my car to Rick Case Kia in Duluth which is a much longer drive for me. I typically take it there as their customer service is MUCH better. The last time I went to Nalley and yes, I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change.

Our 2017 Kia Sportage needs a engine, it started with a busted hose. Our car slowed up on the interstate without any warning, left it in Dalton Ga dealership for over a month, then we had it towed to a Kia dealership in Cincinnati, It's still there after 3 months without a vehicle.

They said, it's our fault. REALLY? We have to pay for the engine, eventhough it's still under warranty. There were no indication about the engine, Our suv couldn't pick up any speed we were parked on the side of the road for 3 hours in the dark.

We need a contact person for getting this resolved. Why are we responsible? Don't want to spend money on a lawyer. What's my next options?

I took my 2023 Kia Sportage to H&H Kia in Omaha, NE for Service as my factory remote start was not working on the key fob as well as the Kia Connect App. I was advised they would take care of it and here we are 45 days later and I am the one that has to reach out to them for updates.

The dealership continues to advise no one knows how to repair this and they are at the mercy of the KIA MFG to guide them on next steps. They claim the entire comm's (screen) had to be replaced?? 45 days is way to long to not have some type of resolution.

Tell me why I should have to put a 4th windshield in my 2019 Niro. Windshield cracked again wind no rocks or debris that was seen or heard hitting window. Seems to be a issue being that all are in the lower passenger side every time.

We purchased a 2017 Kia Sonata almost 3 years ago now and I would say half of that time we have been fighting with the dealer as there is a big oil consumption issue with this vehicle. I'm constantly taking it in to have the oil topped off every couple months. They have checked a few things but what they are telling me is that I have to drive the vehicle until I hear a loud knocking sound, to the point of ot breaking down or if the engine fails. They did an oil consumption test after 1,000 miles and noted that the oil level was very low.

My wife drives this to and from work amd she is deathly afraid of stalling on the interstate in rush hour. The oil light is flashing more and more now after having it in the shop in November. I would like for them to just replace the engine and not risk…

My leased 2020 Kia Forte was in the shop with an electrical issue for four months. I paid my monthly payments and insurance during that time. On the advice of my leasing company C Harper Ford I filed a complaint to get a refund from my payments since I did NOT have my car during this time with no fault of my own.

I never heard back and cannot get anywhere by calling. Worst customer service ever. I have five payments left and after next month I will NOT MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT so I will get my own refund. Maybe then someone will get back to me.

The dealer in Chatham tried to screw me two times. Once with ridiculous prices and then withholding the wheel lug key for my wheel locks. They tried to charge me $280 for "labour" to reassemble the car after inspection with new brake pads.

They had many excuses for the up charge but after arguing this, they "consulted" the technician and waived the extra charge!

I have a 2018 kia soul with roughly 43k miles. Oil changes were completed at the dealership except this last one which was done at an accredited shop. The engine blew while driving and there is a whole in the back of the engine block.

This happened the first week of January. I called 4 different Kia dealerships and no one could get me in until the 13th now today I’m told they are waiting on Kia to determine if warranty will cover it. This whole time I am workout a vehicle for work and have to wait longer.

And I have extended warranty on the vehicle. I will be filing a better business complaint and much more. This is not a cheap car and is ridiculous this is happening. All the dealership stated they are backed up because of all the engine issues yet there’s no recall !!!

2013 Kia Optima XL, purchased new. 1 owner, me. I complied with all recommended oil changes and service updates at the dealership. I returned for 5-7 recalls as directed. Now the car leaks 1-3 quarts of oil every 3 weeks.

I took it to my local dealership, Ron Tonkin Kia. I advised them of the leak. 00 and said they were not sure if the work they did would stop the leak. I returned the car and spoke to the service manager.

He suggested I sell the car, get rid of it. I believe that advise was inappropriate consider it is YOUR product. Today, I went to another mechanic, Kars Automotive, for a second opinion. He advised me that the Kia GDI engines are notorious for leaks and for Kia not fixing them.

I have a 2022 KIA Sportage which has an issue with the air/heat distribution inside the car, specifically when foot flow is selected the air/heat goes to the middle of the compartment. I asked KIA Nalley service dept for help and they told me that I have to live my car with them for one week (to maybe 1 month) for checking!??!! Furthermore they have no curtesy car to offer and they told me to rent a car at my own expense during that period!!??!!

My 2012 Sportage Turbo had check engine and loss of power. Took to Kia dealership and they said to replace Wastegate on Turbo. Although I had extended warranty on Turbo they only replaced wastegate. Charged me $1495 10 days later, check engine and loss of power again.

This time they say it's whole Turbo. My warranty covers it. Gets fixed. Pick up car. 3 hours later, check engine and loss of power again!! They say it's Muffler now! Charge me $600 but do labor for free. I go to pick up car.

Doesn't even make it off lot!! Check engine and loss of power! Before all of this. I complained to management. They told me I can take my business elsewhere if not happy!

I had an accident in late January 2022. Had to have a rental car for the period 1/29/22 thru May 2022. I am under warranty with 42000 k and my Kia collision center was unable to accept my car for repair until around 3/16/22.

I'm under warranty, no cars available at all. I am trying to get the Kia warranty to reimburse me for 942. since it is still under warranty as I only have 42000 miles on a 60k warranty to help with rental costs.

The Kia collision dealer paid for one week for rental. The carwash out of service from 1/29/22 until late may 2022. Kia owes me $942 for reimbursement for rental and despite numerous attempts to send documentation I have never received reimbursement per their warranty. Legal action is next

Dear Sir , I am writing this complain about the poor quality of product fitted in my new Kia saltus car. I have purchase my car on month 15th Sept 2022 . 000 for genuine accessory. After few days two sides of my glass side chrome also same issues and I have raised this complained.

Then they suggest please come to our service point we will fixed it. we trust the international brand but the service and quality is poor standard. Its really horrible some one will go and fix every time why i would leave my work time drive 30 KM for fix this.

I was called by yesterday around 4:50pm by collections due to Kia. I informed collections that the payment they were speaking of was paid over the weekend. I asked him why my wife is receiving multiple phone calls on a Sunday from Kia.

I told him that I called the number back and it said Kia customer service is open Mon-Fri. I asked why are we getting calls on the weekend before 9am. This is ridiculous. I am current on payments. I actually make $400 payments a month versus the $377.

He gave me the number for Kia customer service 1(866)344-5632. I called that number and waited on hold for about 5 minutes until I got a representative named Rebecca or Becky. She was not real nice, she did not seem to care about my complaint.
