I purchased my vehicle in Sept. I had gone to kia for my 1st oil change and it was free also had my tires rotated. I have black hub caps. On my shortage. After a day or two of driving I lost 2 hub caps .

I called kia they ordered my a set. But my center caps are missing I definitely don't like it with out center cap. I did tell kia when I had hub caps put on. The one gentleman told me they will not rotate my tires because hub caps break easy.

I bought my kia in August 2022. It has been nothing but issues.

The tires won't hold air- they do nothing but fill up air and send me on my way- it was over filled when i bought it ( on 48 psi) and I believe that damaged its elasticity. The hood has shimmied since I bought it and nothing has been done after numerous attempts to get it resolved for safety issues it may present.

I take it in for oil changes and on one trip they damaged my car- nothing has been done.

I will say that my service guy, Anthony has tried to get these things resolved but he states it has to go up to kia and then nothing happens.

I'm paying for a car that I got duped another 5k into buying by the finance guy and to buy a car that I paid way over sticker to the jump I should not be having this many issues getting…

New Year’s Day my Kia developed a emission problem. I parked it in my garage tried to call Kia and the dealership Spitzer here in Cleveland Ohio first their phone does not have an answering system to leave a message on Tuesday.

I called for a tow using the Kia number on my car, I was promised 90 minutes and it took over four hours then the car got over to the dealer and they haven’t even looked at it after two days sitting in their lot they tell me that they only look at it as it comes in and there’s nine cars ahead of me, so

they didn’t even bother to look at the problem so here I am a week later almost without a car. I am very dissatisfied with Spitzer dealer.

My wife loves her 2017 Kia Sportage.

However, for at least the past few years we’ve been taking it to our local dealer for an apparent oil consumption issue. Over the years we’ve been having to add oil on a monthly basis, then it became biweekly, now it’s weekly.

It not only annoying and frustrating, but becoming very expensive. For at least four months, we’ve been adding half to full quart, weekly because the oil level is on the first dot or below. I’ve reported in the past that the undercarriage shows traces of oil leaks,, but the service dept continues to do a consumption test and says that the oil level issue is due to “oil consumption burn”’.

My fiance dropped off our KIA Telluride this morning for scheduled maintenance at the Cerritos, CA branch. He experienced difficulties with an employee named Alberto Olivera (key tag # 2252). Alberto spent about an hour arguing with my fiance and refusing to service our vehicle.

He stated that because we bought our Telluride at the Irvine, CA branch this meant we could only get it serviced at that location. My fiance kept calmly explaining to him that we also bought the Platinum maintenance package, which meant we could get our vehicle serviced at any KIA location.

He even went so far as to call the Irvine branch and have them confirm over the phone with Alberto that yes, we are allowed to have our Telluride serviced at any KIA branch. Alberto was still adamant that he needed the original…

Had an appointment at Kia East Colonial in Orlando, FL November 19, 2022 at 9:20 for an oil change, recall and plugged windshield washer hose. The customer service from the minute I pulled into the service lane to when I left at 1:30 was so unacceptable!

The employees all ate breakfast in the showroom, they were all so unprofessional, no one ever came to explain why it was taking 4 hours. Your employees have no customer service experience. Your business is by word of mouth and I for one will not advise anyone to do business at that dealership.

It’s a new year maybe Kia can make some well needed changes.

I had my Niro in for service,for what I thought would be covered under the warranty. The first was a defective door handle the button you push to lock /unlock fell out. The second time was for multiple warning lights on the dashboard.

Both times I was told it was not covered under warranty. So now I am driving a car that I cannot lock or unlock with the button handle and has multiple warning lights on, both extremely expensive to fix. I feel both issues should have been covered by the warranty.

A couple months ago I took my car to Southlake Kia located in Merrillville,Indiana for an oil change and also needed a new driver side wiper replaced. On 12/25/22 I was using my wipers and they just came unhooked from the wiper arm.

When I went to fix them I realized that when I got my wipers serviced they did not put the cover/housing that goes over the wiper on and that it was missing. I called Southlake Kia to inform them and explained that I did not realize the housing/cover was missing because I trusted them to preform the service correctly and never had a issue where I need to inspect the wiper until 12/25/22.

Scheduled Service on my Kia Sorento for 8:30 am on 12/21. This appointment was scheduled a week before also. The appointment was to have Oil Changed, Factory Warranty Repair and diagnostics for check engine light. Arrived at dealership and dropped car off at 8:30 am, was told it might be the following day before it was ready. I said that would be fine. As of 10:40 am on 12/22, had not had a call or anything regarding vehicle, so I placed a call. At first it rang and rang, no Answer. Finally was transferred to receptionist in show room. She tried but still no answer so she took a message. Within 5 minutes I received a return call to be informed they had not even started working on my car and that it may be the next day.

I have a general complaint. The service providers are wonderful when you go into shop but it is so hard to get an appointment with them! I have a slow leak in my right front tire. I need it patched. Car is under warranty and they can't fit me in till 1/5/23. It is December 21st!

I'll go somewhere else because this is a safety issue but I don't think I'll buy a KIA again since it is so hard to get service for it. Even with regular maintenance I have to leave work early because last appointment is at 2:00pm.

Again, people at shop are wonderful but the service hours and ability to get an appointment is super poor.

Orr Kia in Shreveport, LA has had my new vehicle for over a month and it is still not repaired. It a 2023 sportage I bought on Nov. 7. I have attempted to speak with someone and no one has responded.

I don't need to speak with the service department I want to speak with the person in charge, the general manager. This has been a headache since it was towed on Nov. 13.

I can't fit the whole story in 100 words because Union KIA has screwed me with every opportunity they have encountered. Sales to car failure and God knows what else they will come up with. The most recent was at 5:50pm when a female service desk worker finally gave me the roadside assistant number her male coworker refused to provide at 9am and 3:20pm.

Maybe I'm blinded by fury at this point but she seemed to catch an attitude with me when I asked if the entire dealership didn't have a single manager or associate to help since 9am. This is the most God awful company I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.

I brought my van in for 6 recalls and the passenger side taillight seal broken so water gets in and burns the light out almost immediately. I am the second owner so have 5 years/ 60K warranty. Made the appointment 4 months ago in Sept '22 to Dec '22 due to only time the place had open that worked.

Booked it with 58K miles and I am at 62K miles when I brought it in, and they would not honor the warranty to fix the taillight they know is an issue with 2016 Sedon vans. Then they told me I had to pay $165 diagnostic fee for a broken seal which I am still trying to have them answer me what technology was used to confirm the taillight seal broken outside of the technicians' eyes!!

I have taken my 2021, Kia Sorento to Kia service the sixth month after purchasing as the RPM was not operating properly or the gas paddle was not accelerating and how my check engine light came on three times. Everytime, I take my car to the shop there is a recall on something that does not affect the problem of my car and they would state no is wrong.

I took it in again while check engine light was on and finally, I was told it is a transmission problem and they would need to keep my car for repair. After a year of making complaints. I want a total recall of the car and money return in full!

In nov 2020 my engine went out. They refused to replace it under warranty. I had to pay $5500 for a new one. They kept my car for months, finally I get it back. I was back in there 1x a week for the next month with issues.

2x was for the temp gauge due to it running hot. Might I add I bought the car Brand new and always maintenance my car on time. Over the past months I’ve had issues after issues. Coil packs. O2 sensors, you name it.

I am now in debt with repairs and have forked out more than I owe on the car. Had I knew it was going to come down to this I’d of never got repairs stated. But with it being during Covid i couldn’t afford a new car at the time.

We are now dec 2022 and STILL I’m in and out of the dealer once a month and I think they just reset the codes so they don’t come…

To whom it may concern, Back in April, we saw a Kia Sorento on the Kia of Lakeville's website. My husband and I called and then drove there to look at this particular vehicle. When we got there, they said that one is in transit and should be in within 2 weeks (we understand that the salespeople don't have control over that).

Kia service is the worst. Not only do they over charge for their services, they are dishonest in their interactions with customers. I have had to go to a Kia dealership 2 times. And 2 times they have lied to me and either charged me for services that they DID NOT COMPLETE, or for services that were unnecessary.

I am specifically talking about Jeff Wyler Kia on Rt. 4 in Fairfield and Kia of Dayton in Huber Heights. It is literally, unbelievable. I am thinking of writing a letter to the Ohio Attorney General.

I bought my 2021 Kia Sorento brand new in March 2021 and bought the extended warranty to cover dents and windshield repair. A rock cracked the windshield and it wasn't covered (over 4 inches) than someone only works Wednesdays so I couldn't get my door dinged repaired.

Than my back camera quit working and I had to throw a fit to get them to replace it, because it wasn't broke all the time. My steering column sounds weird and my gas cap quit opening. Worst purchase of my life

I would like to reach out and talk to someone about a negative experience I had at a Kia dealership.

I purchased a brand new Kia Sorrento this past spring from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington, 93 Cambridge St, MA-3A, Burlington, MA 01803. Purchased a 2022 Kia Sportage in October 2021. Car was stolen involved in a robbery and abandoned. The ignition was completely stripped windows were broken and the car was destroyed.

According to Kia this problem with the ignition was corrected however this is NOT true. As a result my vehicle my car is NOT drivable, I’m completely inconvenienced and more than likely will be paying a great deal to attempt to have the car repaired.

Please advise what actions will be taken to correct this matter. I am a very displeased customer. I worked hard for my purchase and because of Kias negligence im out of a LOT of money.

I am on my 3rd kia soul. I purchased it at generation kia in bohemia long island and they screwed up my oil pan by not placing it on right. i took the car to Alantic kia in west islip long island and they fixed the oil pan but gave me the car back with no oil it.

I did not know this until my engine stalled. I took it back to them and they are telling me there is nothing wrong. I am continuing to put oil in and stalling out in a 34,000 mile engine because none of these compaines want to fix my car.

I am now going to go to the Better Business Bureau if this does not get solved by christmas.

Gentleman said no prob go online to fill in paperwork and cont making the same lease payment. Done. Received phone call and letter in mail late Sept/early Oct saying lease is past due and I needed to return the vehicle phone call again made.

Said needed both my daughters and my signature on paperwork. Explained it would only allow me to sign one signature. Sent paperwork through email and same problem. 3rd phone call to them I said just send me the paperwork via regular mail and we’ll get it signed.

Took 3 weeks to receive paperwork, finally filled in and sent only to have them come and repossess car right out of my driveway! Thought vehicle was stolen and even filed claim through insurance company! Came to find out leasing company took it.

Kia billed me for Property Taxes from the state of KY when I lived in TX. 85) for 15 months and continue to get no response and the run around. KIA customer service is the worst. The Property Tax department will not take calls and the Customer Service people can only email the Property Tax Dept. UNBELIEVABLE!

Started out with my engine nearly locking up or slinging a rod. Five months later I got my car back, not counting I lost my job and housing due to not getting a loaner until the two month mark. (fuel light on) When I dropped it off it was under half a tank.

General courtesy would be putting some gas in it if not filling it up. (at my expense) After getting verbally assaulted by the General Manager for saying I was over reacting (I’ve been without my vehicle for months while making an over $400 car payment) I got put in s loaner.

I got my car back again 6 days later, to this day the car periodically runs sluggish and the engine light has been on constant. I’ve been waiting on reimbursement for a few months, but really feel like I’m getting the short end of the stick.

Called on 10-7 reported affected by hurricane Ian. Was told and sent contract for deferment. Sent again on 10-10 and 10-11 and 10-21 stating deferment for Oct and November, Signed and sent back via electronic within minutes. Was reported to credit bureaus as late and now in default. Collections closed ticket opened.

I am Having KIA Seltos HTK + , my seltos AC was not working , for its resolution i kept it in westcoat kia , narol , ahmedabad service station, after 2 days they give me the delivery that the problem has been resolved the expense for the same was 10090 Rs , which i paid and took the delivery on 5th Nov 2022 , but again yesterday the same problem , i just kept the vehicle today to the same workshop to the same executive, but seeing to the scenario, as per him the same problem has been occurred that means last the it was not rightly digenesis . So request to pls do the needful to get me result oriented service. For your ready reference my invoice of service is attached.

To Whom It May Concern,

I wanted to let you know about my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Southside Kia in Jacksonville, Florida. I purchased a Kia Niro from this dealership on 2/22/2018 with a 5-year warranty. Recently, I took the car in for repairs and was told that the engine repairs would not be covered under warranty.

I find it unacceptable that a dealership would sell a car with a 5-year warranty and then refuse to honor that warranty when repairs are needed. I have attached a copy of the car fax report, which shows that the vehicle has the remaining five months, or 26,638 miles, on the warranty. I have also attached copies of the service records, which show that I have serviced the car three times at the dealership since the accident on 3/11/2021.

I got a recall notice about my car catching fire at any time and not to park near other cars or my house my cars been smoking intermittently when I come to stops I called Ike Kia and they’re telling me the soonest they can get me in is four weeks from now and not to drive my car really how am I supposed to get to work my wife called Mazda yesterday and

they got her car in today and they’re doing a detailed inspection this is a third incident with Temecula Kia I paid an extra $3500 for an extended warranty and I get treated like crap in the Repair department every time I go there last time with him I’m noxious lady that didn’t want to even bother looking up my warranty information on her computer so I had to go inside the dealership to the representative that sold me the extended warranty…

I have paid thousands of dollars ahead on my kia finance loan, however I'm being reported to the credit bureau as having late payments which significantly affect my credit score. My loan was for 84 months. I've had my vehicle for 26 months.

This equals 58 months of remaining payments.

However, I currently only owe 37 payments due to paying extra. This equates to 21 payments AHEAD on the loan!!! Please explain to me how I have been late on payments.

N. I need my tail light brake bar changed and my Headlights. Before my warranty ends, in 8-2023. I tried calling all the numbers both Kia places gave me. Y. N .

Finally got to talk to a customer service girl who hung up one me after I waited on hold for 2 hours for someone to pick the phone up on their end. I Will Spread the word on what Kia does to customers loyal customers.

Been having problems with my kia it was losing oil for no reason there was a recall in 2021 for pistons and engine issues I took it they looked at it for 30 mins said nothing wrong drove to Florida no oil that’s after an oil change then it did it again no oil shutting off I called told them about it drove it to Kia after it died on way there engine light came on pulled over cut it off Kia picked it up said engine is done even though there’s a recall and

a warranty they refuse to fix it
