My complaint is that Kia manufactured the 2019 Optima that had no immobilizer nor did they connect the security system to the window. My car was stolen and is difficult to get it repaired. How do I get information concerning the immobilizer and the security system.

My car has been at a Kia dealership for at least one month. The dealer does not know when I'm going to get my car repaired or returned to me. When I call the 1-800 number no one answers.

I bought the Kia spotage from Kia Glendale, CA address at 400 S Brand Blvd Glendale CA 91204 with Contract # L7778141 Dated 5 -27-22 and cancel the warranty plan dated June-6-2022. When I sign the all docs we don't have enough detail explanations and requested me keep signing.

Later on, found out unwanted warranty plan was paid to $3500 and canceled the plan. According to Sales person Mr Oh and store manager, Remon Mikhale. The $3500 it will be credited to remaining balance and the fund will be forwarded to finance Company Ally.

I visited multiple times to Kia office to get the help and sent to numerous email to store manager, but there is no updates as of today. Called again to finance Co , Ally, to check the status of $3500 , but they did not receive the fund up today from warrenty…

We have sat through two 4 hour+ appointments in the last month. Our key was not communicating with ignition. So they supposedly ordered us a new ignition and fob with the key. Well the first appointment they handed us two regular keys.

Second appointment we received a key fob. It is really tacky that you didn't send us the correct key fob with the keys inside it. The dealership is blaming corporate. I personally think they ordered the wrong ignition. How can we get this corrected?

We want the key fobs with the keys inside. This dealership is no help and we are not happy. Please make us whole again and not have this ghetto looking key and fob separated.

I have a 2020 Kia Soul. The A/C has been funky for several months now. It used to be that when taking it on a long drive, the A/C blower would suddenly lose power and barely any cool air would come out.

This has happened to me several times. I brought it to the Kia dealership in North Palm. The car sat there all day and I was never informed that they found nothing. I simply received a voice mail message that my car was ready to be picked up.

When I arrived to get it, nothing had been done because they could not duplicate the problem. More recently, my A/C has started to randomly blow hot air. Sometimes it will kick on hot and run hot for 20-30 minutes, then suddenly start blowing cold.

Other times, it will be blowing cold and then shortly after start blowing hot, then cold, then hot,…

scheduled service at airport Kia in London ontario. I marked my rim to make sure they do all what I’m billed for. When I got the Kia back the marked rim was still on front passenger side so my tires were not rotated and now I’m thinking what else was not done, like my full brake inspections, not getting the proper service a customer pays for is not right.

I called the service manger the same day after the service and been waiting two days so far for an answer.

This complaint is regarding Carolina Kia located in High Point, North Carolina. On May 19, 2022 I was driving to work when my 2017 Kia Soul started to make unusual noises and stopped driving. I had it towed to this location and it is now going on three months that they have had my car and do not have any clue as to when it will be done.

I have had to drive up to the location several times because no matter how many times you call and leave messages asking for updates on the car, they ignore you and do not call back. I drove up to the dealership today and was told that the first new engine that was put in cracked so they are in the process of putting in a second new engine.

I understand that there are current shortages when it comes to parts and that it may take a bit longer than normal…

I received a letter on August 2 from Kia corporate regarding a recall for a low pressure fuel tube. The letter clearly stated the remedy part for your vehicle is now available to be installed. I made an appointment over a week ago for your dealership to correct the issue.

Upon arrival this morning I was asked what service was needed and I said "a recall". I then asked if the letter from corporate was needed. The technician replied "no" and said my request was in the system. I asked how long the service would take and was told "an hour or two".

Within an hour I received a call saying my car could be picked up but the service couldn't be done because the part was not in. REALLY? You couldn't have told me that when I dropped it off. I had to get someone to drive me there and then had to get…

We bought a used Kia and have not been able to drive it since. Drove one week and engine light came on. Have had parts ordered since March 21, 2022 and keep getting the run around of how the parts may take a year to come in.

The car is undriveable and the wait time for parts are ridiculous. Calling consumer affairs is also a joke. Nobody ever answers the phone and then they just call the service department the same I do myself. The parts are ordered under the name Chad Dietrich at the Kia Dealer at 328 West Market Street, Akron, Ohio.

Have leased vehicle. Tried couple of times during Covid to get oil change, but store closed. Tried after I received my recall letter in Aug 2021, to get recall and oil change done but too booked. They called me in to do a trade, but said they couldn't do trade because my motor is messed up now.

Been doing business with KIA for a long time. Very disappointing.

I took my Kia Sorento in for service a recall on the cal and for oil change on 8/12/22 and when I left and was driving home Service Check in light came on . And under it says hit OK to reset I did and it never reset :.

On Sunday morning on my way to work the Engine light shows blinking the car was Stalling and as if it was cutting off and I almost did not make it to work I called Kia Service and it’s Closed. It is Sunday and I need to get to work tomorrow

My husband and son leased a car from KIA 4 years ago. We bought out the lease. KIA said they sent the Title to PNC. PNC never got it. THAT WAS A YEAR AGO! We have been trying to get KIA to send a lean release for a YEAR so we can get a copy of the title. FOR A YEAR!

The registration is now dead and has been dead for 4 months, because my son moved and needs to register the car in a new state and he can't without a copy of the title! THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSSIONAL BUSINESS EVER!

My car was brought in around 4:20 on 8/10/22 because my car would not turn off. They said to leave it over night so they can diagnose it…. I was at work. My friend came and got me from work 5min away.

I was leaving the car there and this other lady said I would have to wait a week just for it to get diagnosed. I have 2 year old twins and I had to get from daycare the lady ordered the Uber later then I thought was planned…….

Also this happened 2 times where my Kia didn’t turn off and I called Kia hilltop and no help…. I paid cash for my vehicle and I think the empathy of the situation wasn’t even there. Company’s be quick to take your money, but fail when the product and service fails.

I am not happy with the situation and lack of communication. (Switching up on stories)

If I could give Kia 0 stars I would. This nightmare began in December of 2021 when we traded in our VW Jetta for a 2019 Kia Sorento LX for our family. After about two thousand miles, a rodent chewed through the wiring harness. I’ve been told by a technician at a Kia dealership they use corn starch to coat the wires. They want four thousand plus dollars for the wiring harness to be fixed. I’m in the military and don’t have an extra four grand just sitting around. The Kia dealership won’t take it back, we have to continue to pay on it and if we do a voluntary repossession they will continue the same payment every month and same interest rate, but it won’t be in my driveway? What’s the point of that?

It has 77k on it by the way. No insurance will cover it and Kia refuses to do anything about…

I had $3000 dollars worth of work done on my front end and third beam brake light. I had to had 2 front wheel alignments because Kia technician diagnosed it wrong. After I payed Kia $2200 come to find out after getting it inspected through Uber Technician show me I needed two Tyroids.

I had to pay $550 to Sunoco to pass Uber inspection. The technician showed me all the play in the left and right wheel before performing any work that Kia should have done. So Kia did a second wheel alignment no charge.

The the 3rd beam brake had to be replaced and I payed Kia $185 dollars to fix when I got the car back the seatbelt in the back seatbelt buckle was hidden underneath seat so a Uber passenger couldn’t buckle up who brought it to my attention. Their was grease on my seats and fabric where the…

Shimmy shake in car. At 18k miles. Took to Jake Sweeney and was diagnosed as needing front brakes rotars. Which said they were warped. But out of stock indefinitely. 00 plus labor for install. At 20 k miles car still doing this.

I have a Kia Forte 2020 with only 45,000 miles on it. I have kept up the maintenance on the vehicle since having it. On July 13, 2022 my car didn't crank and had to be towed to the Kia Dealership.

I went almost 4 weeks without a vehicle only to finally be told the engine has to be replaced in a almost still brand new vehicle. I have spent numerous amounts in Uber to get back and forth to worth.

Large amounts of money in Instacart purchases for groceries to be delivered. I would like to be reimbursed at least for my Uber fees being that I wasn't provided transportation for something that was not my fault. 678-373-2874

I received a letter from Kia on July 8, 2022 as a renotification for recall to my Kia Sedona 2016 regarding the Smart junction box. Respecting the company’s call I took an appointment to the nearby Kia dealership and brought my car to the above mentioned dealership on July 25,2022.

During that time my car didn’t have any problem whatsoever and run smoothly! I would like to emphasize that I took my car to the dealership just to obey the call from the company with out having any issue to my car.

I bought a 2015 kia optima with 132,000 miles on the motor and the motor started knocking and I'm pretty sure blew up on me with 1 week... well I did some research online and seen that there was a class action settlement for the motors and lucky enough my year 2015 kia optima was on the list for lifetime warranty...

so I towed it to the nearby dealership and dropped it off and they said they can not repair it it was going to cost me 7,000 dollars to have a new motor I'm it. With that being said I'm a single mom of 2 kids that used my government assistant to even purchase this vehical not knowing it was going to blow up at 132,000 miles and within a week...

so now I'm without a vehical and no way to get any were...

My 2021 kia sorento just got diagnosed with transmission issue. Probably needs to be replaced. No loaner car available so while it's in shop rental is my problem. If I turn in receipt after repairs they will consider refund up to $40 a day.

Rental cars are on average $100 a day. Last time I ever buy a Kia again. My neighbor had same issue took 6 weeks to repair. $45,000 for a piece of crap and no loaner bye-bye

The very next day drove to West Palm Beach for vacation. heard a strange noise from under vehicle (Kia Sorrento 2017) after a quick inspection, my husband noticed the splash guard was dragging on the ground. Which damaged the splash guard.

found a temporary bolt to hold it in place until our return. immediately made an appointment to have it repaired. instead of replacing the splash guard the technician simply put another bolt in and we picked up the car. In all six bolts were missing from the splash guard.

a few days later we started to notice water on the garage floor. My husband said it was most likely condensation from the A/C. After a day of not using the vehicle, the water continued to form a puddle on the floor.

again, after further inspection my husband noticed a leak coming…

I took my car to Kia on the Boulevard in Philadelphia PA for my air conditioning. They charged it and I took it home and it still didn't work. I went back a 2nd time and they said it was my compressor, so I paid more than 800 dollars for a new compressor, I took it home and it still didn't work.

I took it back a 3rd time and they tried to charge it again and they said it worked again, as soon as I get home, it didn't work again. I took it back a 4th time and they tried charging it again and it still didn't work when I got home.

I was fortunate enough to get one of the 1500 new release 2022 KIA EV6 orders. I assigned McGrath KIi of Palantine as my dealer to receive this vehicle when it arrived. Both KIA Consumer affairs and McGrath Kia have literally put their heads in the sand regarding where is my vehicle and when I might see it.

Kia says they know nothing, even though I have a reservation number and McGrath continues to say it has never shown up in there system. After my own investigation talking to other Kia dealers it appears that McGrath may have sold my car to someone else.

I have no way to know what has happened and no one is willing to fess up. I am really aggravated by this. How can KIA say they have no ability to check about an order. I am not sure wha t o do to figure this out.

My car started knocking and was sent to Sera of Jackson TN I called numerous time to Kia and Serra the car, waiting hours and hours for someone to talk to at Kia. My car was kept for 4 months.

I was told by both that I would get a new motor. I called complaining that I needed the car. The next day my car was ready. New motor? I don’t think so. My invoice from Sera only had parts on it.

Where is my new motor. It did not even have a new motor number. I had a towing fee that I was suppose to get reimbursed for. Did I ever get it. No!!!!!!! I sit on the phone 45 minutes yesterday.

Did I talk to anyone ? NO! Now the car is making noise. Do not buy from Kia. They make it a nightmare to do anything with Kia. My advise is to never buy a Kia.

Summit place Kia in Auburn Hills Michigan has the worst customer service in the industry. I waited 3 1/2 hours when my vehicle was ready in 30 mins because when they came looking for me once I was in the restroom.

He never checked back for me. Then I drove 1 hour to a re-scheduled appointment only to be told their machine was still broken. This is unacceptable customer service.

I brought my car in for my yearly car appointment in September of last year, 2021. When I went to pick up my 2015 Kia Optima, I was told an employee had backed my car into a pole. After a lot of back and forth and finding out the auto body place could not fix it.

I was told I was getting a new bumper. I many months later after dropping my car off to get the new bumper put on, I was told the new bumper had a scratch and they had to order a new one.

That was coming up on a year ago. When I call to check on it, I am told they will check with the supervisor. I still do not have a new bumper on my car. I would like the new bumper and would like to know a time frame in which it will be put on my car.

, engine vibrating when driving, noise coming from engine area. and not able to go over 2000 RPMS when accelerating. Vehicle had been repaired twice by WAG Kia Elgin, IL on 06/16/22 and 07/06/22. On 07/10/22 blue smoke in coming out of exhaust pipe, light blue on 07/07/22 and heavy blue smoke on 07/10.

This vehicle has major engine issues and cannot be repaired by WAG Kia Elgin. Vehicle has only 29027 miles and regular Maintenace Cares by owner served by WAG and Napletons Kia for past 2 years plus.

2020 Telluride with only 28,080 miles been having major issues vehicle vibrating when driving. Noise coming from engine area. I requested service at WAG Kia Elgin, Il to correct the issue on 06/16/22. Vehicle repaired, replaced 1 spark plug from cylinder 3.

I have been given the run around and lied to about a claim on our Kia vehicle. This has been going on since 4/24/22. It was initiated with the dealership and the agent took pictures to initiate the claim for repair.

Was told that it was covered that day by the agent (who no longer works there we were told). The coverage was confirmed by a supervisor at the corporate level on 5/20/22 and attached a claim# to it. The rep at the Galeana dealership (Amanda) Columbia, SC stated that the claim was denied prior to calling corporate, which led to the call.

But the supervisor at corporate stated that there was never a claim submitted, created one and stated that he would reach out to the dealership. Another call to corp was initiated on 6/23/22 due to nothing still not being done.

I called in to get help with my brand new Kia Niro EV. It wasn’t starting and I needed help. I contacted the Service Department here and they bounced me around to random departments and did not answer my question.

Additionally I was ripped off during the purchase of the car when optional packages were added onto the purchase without my consent. I tried to contact them about it but keep getting ghosted. This has been an extremely frustrating experience overall. Is this what I should expect of all Kia dealers? I’m so unbelievably depressed and saddened by what’s happened to me.
