Bought my car brand new in September 2019. My car has a problem with the right rear bearing (ball bearing). The car is now out of service (non operational).

I took the car to KIA Cyprus Service Point in Limassol (which is the service point where they executed all car services, oil changes etc since acquisition as brand new). They said that the specific spare part is out of stock and they have to order it and that this will cost ME €400 for the spare part plus labour cost (unspecified up until now).

I consider this as totally unacceptable bearing in mind that I bought the car as BRAND NEW, is now 3 years old and the running warranty is still valid.

I ask you to advise of how to resolve this issue with my car dealer who actually claims that there is NO WARRANTY. This is clearly a matter…

Sisters car was stolen yesterday morning. Called kia connect for their stolen vehicle recovery department and have been calling them off and on for over 24 hrs now with them stating "sorry were closed please call back during business hours 5am to 5pm pacific standard time".

Tried all other options and still no one, then called the customer service number hoping to get someone but nope. I recommend not ever buying a kia as they are easily stolen without tripping the car alarm and getting ahold of anyone to help you with the stolen vehicle recovery is a joke...

guess we have to kiss the brand new car goodbuy. If I could give negative 5 stars I would gladly do so.

I made the dreadful mistake of buying a car from Phil Long Kia in Colorado Springs sold to me under deceptive trade practices. I went in there and SPECIFICALLY told the snake that approached me that I was looking for a small vehicle that would get 30+ mpg ,and have a manual transmission, air conditioning and a decent sound system.

The conversation should have ended there by his telling me they had no such vehicle. Instead he told me that he had a manual Forte that got that kind of mileage. LIES! And it keeps making me angrier as gas prices increase.

The first week in October 2021, I took my vehicle to the dealership to get my windows checked because my widows were malfunctioning. All 4 regulators were bad.

First week in February 2022 I get a call saying the regulators were in and I scheduled an appointment for the first available Saturday and it was 3/19/2022 @ 8:30am, told it’ll take 4 hours, arrived at 8am. Andrew called me at 9:18 about my cracked window then 11:58am about getting the go ahead from his manager because the warranty department was closed.

I asked if the vehicle was ready and he said they were about to get started!! How and why? How does a four hour service window turn into four hours after appointment to get started. My Kia experience is so disappointing and I explained it all to Andrew.

I took my car for an oil change and was 1st told that the full synthetic oil change prices had changed and what I thought I was given was not the case and not full synthetic changes, this did not set well, speaking with service manager he said that he would honor coupon I had from online, he came out later and recommended brake services for my car and

My check engine light came on. I made an appointment and took my car to laurel Kia. The gentleman said, that my cat “might” be under warranty since it’s at 34,000 miles. I dropped my car off at 830am. My appointment was at 930.

I called at 1130 (2 hours later) and was told that the car was still on the diagnostic machine. That stuff like this takes time. I already knew what was wrong with the car but they couldn’t seem to tel me.

Both gentlemen repeatedly said that they had no idea what was wrong. And they need to take the engine apart to figure it out! REALLY!!!! For a cam shaft /crank shaft! Again I know nothing about cars but that sound ludicrous and just a lot!

I am a customer of KIA Cyprus and owner of KIA Soul with ID number KNAJP816VJ7629581 bought as brand new in September 2019.

The price gouging seems excessive. As a corporate office allowing the franchises to run off business by pricing vehicles a 1/4 of their cost over msrp seems so excessive. If companies would do that with milk or bread it would be considered criminal. Seems fairly close.

In June 2021, I bought out my lease on a 2018 Kia Soul EV (electric).

KMF improperly collected more than $860 tax (in NJ which has prohibited tax on electric vehicles since 2005). I only discovered this when re-titling my car as they didn't handle that correctly either though they were paid to. Despite weekly calls, dozens of hours of my time, jumping hoops to submit written claims, and tax exempt forms (repeatedly I might add as they couldn't locate them) I am still without any resolution.

December 10, 2021 KMF indicated a refund was approved but as of my last call yesterday (March 10, 2022) the check is MIA again, somehow, and there is zero accountability or indication they ever intend to address this error.

Sadly, my dealer Fette Kia in Clifton, NJ also is no help.

My car was serviced at Kia I picked my vehicle up January 29th. My total cost was $453. When I brought my vehicle in I asked for the complete service that comes with the oil change, tire rotation, etc. A couple weeks after I noticed my vehicle making an extremely loud noise when Hitting the brakes.

I returned my vehicle to Kia and told I'm in need of brakes and rotors.

However you brakes go bad before the rotors. I too stated to them why wasn't this recommended to me when my vehicle was just there. Now I'm being told my tires wasn't never rotated when they should of been. I feel they failed to find the problem before it became worse.

Took my car into be checked by mechanic. Had P1326 CODE. ( at teh same time as another KIA was in for the same issue. I was told by my private mechanic KIA would have to diagnose. Took it to the KIA dealer( H and H Kia). They blew me off.

Said It is not under the Recall. ( It IS) Called Kia Company Friday 3/4/22 They told me to make an appointment with KIA Dealer again. WORSE this time they would not even put it on for diagnosis, as they were intending to just a few days prior. Called KIOA Company AGAIN.

I bought a 2019 Kia Sorento with only 35,000 miles on it. The car broke down after less then 2 months of use and it had nothing to do with anything that I did. I went out to start it one morning and it simply would not start. It has since been towed to the dealer and been sitting in their lot for over two months now and it is still not fixed. The day my car quit working, my brother was taken to a hospital with a massive heart attack and he ended up dying. Because my car would not start, I was unable to get to the hospital to see him before he passed away and that is something you can't fix and should not have happened. I will never get that moment back and it was all verbose I decided to buy a new "reliable" car.

I made a appointment a few weeks in advance an explain what problem was an would be waiting for it. The heater on driver side has stopped working. I get there an wait a few minutes however they were busy an looked short handed.

The advisor told me the techs were several hours behind an wouldn’t get to it for several hours . I said I need pick up Granddaughter and school . He said it wouldn’t be ready in time an so I said I will leave then.

I waited for a month for an appointment with Kia of Riverside Service Department. My appointment was scheduled for Thursday February 17, 2022 at 1030 am. I work full time and made arrangements to drop off my car at 5pm on Wednesday evening.

When I showed up one of the service men came out and explained to me that they are really backed up and my car would not even be looked at until the next week. I explained that I made an appointment a month ago and that I already left work early today, why wasn't I notified.

He explained he was just trying to give me a heads up that I may want to bring my car back and offered Monday and said he would make sure it was looked at. My emergency AEB system needs servicing.

Hello my name is Monica Carter. On November 22, 2021, my car 2015 Kia Optima was towed to Langdale KIA in Valdosta, GA. service department and is still there. I have not received a phone call regarding the vehicles pending completion of service.

I have visited the service station and made numerous phone calls to only be told that it the car is in line to be fixed without anyone having even looked at the vehicle to tell me what the diagnosis of the problem. I feel like they are giving me the run around and this is very poor service.

I would like assistance in getting my vehicle fixed or at least a loaner vehicle until it is fixed. KIA has awesome products because that car has never given me any problems until last year when it was paid off.

I have been trying for about 2 months to resolve an issue of getting my car reunited to me. My 2014 Kia Sorento broke down in Utah due to a faulty engine. It took so long to receive a new engine that was car was ready to pick up in December. I live in Gold Bar WA, which is about 1700 miles one way. I am unable to pick up my car due to the winter weather conditions and the basic fact that Kia SHOULD reunite my car to me as it is their fault the engine was faulty to begin with.

I bought a Kia Seltos 2021. This is my third vehicle from the same dealer. I noticed from the time I got my first to the third vehicle is, that they give a lot of false information and they waste a lot your valuable time.

I schedule and appointment for detail three times just for them to tell me, detail does not not have enough trims or not available and to keep rescheduling it. Well I just had it with Valley Kia of Fontana. They would never get my business again.

6/28/21 – Car broke down – called Kia 7/1/21 – Car towed to Kia for diagnostic tests. Assessed and engine replaced – under warranty. 09. 7/16/21 – Received car. 7/17/21 – Called Kia to report engine running oddly. Was told it was fine and to bring it back after being driven 6000 miles.

My 2020 Kia Soul had a recall in July 2021. I spent 61 days without my car. I want to get reimbursed for my car payments when I was without my car. I have already filed numerous complaints with Kia corporate.

For awhile they were answering our calls but now when I call they tell me to leave a voice mail but no one ever calls me back. I do not want to call a lawyer about this but if I have to I will.

My complaint is having no auto start on key bob. 2020 Telluride, EX. This app is slow and I never thought I have no auto start on this vehicle. Kia needs to supply upgrade to the 2020 models. U put it in the 2021.

Was having issues with my cars temperature gage going all the way to as hot as it can get while parked. Heat and air not blowing unless the car was in motion. Took the under warranty still Kia Sorento in to the dealership where they had it for days and said it was all fixed. Well it wasn’t.

I left my car for service at Downtown Kia on Saturday morning around 7:30am. I received a text letting me know what was wrong and if they had the part to fix it around. They also told me how much it would be and I authorize for them to do the work.

I received another text telling me the technician would not have my car ready until Monday so the work could be done right and and asked me would that be ok. I agreed, because I wanted the job to be done right.

I’m a second time ‘Kia lemon vehicle’ purchaser and I have filed a case with the Better Business Bureau. Both vehicles I purchased classify as lemon vehicles because they both came with manufacturing defects that affected my safety. I currently own a 2018 Kia Stinger that has a malfunctioning audio system and is now automatically shutting off while in drive mode.

We were lied to or as they would say they just weren't completely honest. They knew they should not allow us to drive the Sorrento sitting on the lot when we came in, the one we wanted and had driven had been sold but instead of being HONEST with us and

telling us that one was sold, they kept us from driving and seeing what was missing in the one sitting in the exact same spot when we returned the next day!! This car was the same price but DOES NOT have all the same bells and whistles!!!!!

The management kept us from driving the wrong car during the payment process and seated us as far away from the management team & car lot as possible so they could keep us from knowing they were selling us a different vehicle. It was the same price but DOES NOT have all the bells & whistles as the one they sold that we drove.

I am a U.S. Disabled and Retired Veteran. I purchased a KNDEU2AAAXM7095659. I had a recall and it was not completed. The service i received was very disrespectful to me, i hated that service very disrespectful. Forced Veteran to take the electric vehicle instead of my requested gas vehicle. The vehicle was not clean it was nasty so , I had to request that it be cleaned. I sat waiting in the Dealership for over 6 hours when the recall was to take 30 to 45 minutes in accordance to Kia and the recall letter dated December 7, 2021. Veteran needs his vehicle repaired and returned to me ASAP.

KIA Dealership (Wilson KIA) in Flowood Ms. has my NEW car OF 17,000 MILES and can't even look at for 3 weeks ! They claim to have no loaner vehicles which I AM ENTITLED according to my VERY EXPENSIVE WARRANTY !

They claim to be going thru ownership changes. This is causing me great distress due to my home has two people who work and one of them needs her car !!!! I would bet that THEY DO have loaners but those vehicles are being used by employees.

That car is our lifeblood. At the very least they can move monthly payments around so I can afford to rent a car ! No one is being helpful.
