We ordered a kitchen aid refrigerator In August 4th 2020. As of today we still have not taken delivery. The date has been pushed continuously over the last year. We bought all kitchen aid appliances from aggressive appliances in Orlando Florida.

Our refrigerator now has a delivery date pushed out to November 2021. This is absurd. The model number on order is KRFC704FSS ordered on 8/4/2020. aggressive appliance invoice number S00230167. there phone number is 407-295-4489. My phone number is 561-756-4977.

This is a top of the line product and this delivery is just not acceptable. Please advise when this item will be received. I think we have been more than patient.

I have a brand new beautiful kitchen that I love except for the cheap, expensive kitchen aid microwave, I am so disappointed with it, I gave up my over the range with fan Kenmore elite for what I thought was top of the line Kitchen aid microwave that is built in. The $50 Walmart microwave that I bought to use during remodeling works better than this cheap, expensive kitchen aid.

The door slams real loud, there is NO mute option, and the plastic over the start and numbers is already scratched up. I will never look at Kitchen aid as high end again, shame on you. Very disappointed .

I ordered my refrigerator from Costco on line, they delivered it last Tuesday but did not remove the styrofoam behind the pipes at the bottom of the refrigerator that have to do with me getting water from my side of the refrigerator & I cannot get them to come back & remove it. I cannot do it & am afraaid to have someone else try to remove it for fear of possibly damaging something, what do I do?????

Do you possibly have a factory agent in our area who can do this for me??? Costco says they are just supposed to install it & hook up the water lines so now I have put in a dispute on my Visa account to probably cause Costco to pay attention to my needs.

I purchased a KITCHENAID RANGE about 10 months ago. It has become my worst nightmare! About 4 weeks ago, we baked a chicken and turned the oven light on. When we turned the light off. It WOULD NOT GO OFF!

The next day I went to bake in my oven: my oven would not function. The serviceman indicated a relay had switched off and switched it back on. We used the oven successfully twice and again the light would not go off and the oven doesn't work.

We are now told the control panel needs to be replaced! AND they are out of stock! It's now been over a month that I've not had an oven!

3 years ago , I bought a $9000 Kitchen Aid built in refrigerator and the ice maker needs repair for the third time costing $600. The $3500 oven bought at the same time needs a $400 inverter and the water stain on the stainless dishwasher will cost $400 to remove . I am so sorry that I bought KitchenAid appliances for my new kitchen.

The Convection Oven we ordered began rattling loudly after 3 weeks in our home, to the point it scared our dogs. Upon calling within the 30 day time frame, we were told that since the noise began after 15 days, we would be charged an 85$ restocking fee, and the remainder would be returned as a store credit only.

They offered to send a technician for free, but this process was incredibly long. I was transferred multiple times. The first rep didn't know how to help me find the serial number. The second rep made me play noises from the oven over the phone (really?) before telling me I would get another call from a third rep wanting to hear the sounds over the phone again. I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator from Home Depot on November 22, 2019. About three months ago it began dripping water from the icemaker. We contacted a reputable repair service here in Amelia Island, Florida, Nassau Appliance Repair. They replaced the water valve and we have checked water pressure which is at 37 pounds as well. It continues to drip water and we are perplexed. No one answers the phone at KitchenAid customer service phone line. Maybe it is because I did not register the refrigerator. I am willing to do that if it is necessary. Basically we want a solution to this problem and we don’t know where to turn. Very disappointed with KitchenAid customer service at this point. We have a KitchenAid dishwasher with a main pump that failed after 15 months. KitchenAid covered the repair, but after saying the diagnostic was covered refused to honor it. It took 7 weeks to get a copy of the diagnostic receipt after the licensed repair failed to send it, and only after KitchenAid called them.

We spent literally hours waiting on hold trying to get an answer. Obviously we will never purchase another item from any of the brands associated with this company, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. My next step is going to be to Home Depot where it was purchased, a company that understands maintaining customer relations.

Kitchenaid’s no reissue of expired rebate reward cards are shameful. No customer support at all. I will never deal with this greedy Corp ever again. Four days late and they said too bad about your $200 rebate. But I waited almost 4 months for an appliance.

My blender which was working fine but was making noise of a loose component when being moved in an off state. The blender motor was picked by KitchenAid for repair on 10th May. In spite of repeated emails for which I got no reply and repeated calls for which I got no update on the status, except today when someone told me that they would get back to me.

After 32 days I am still waiting for the return / exchange of the blender which is in under warranty. KitchenAid products were highly recommended to us but we are highly dissatisfied with the after sales service. Since the blender failed within the warranty period May I request you to replace the blender / repair the blender at the earliest and give me an extended warranty.

So this is going to be the one and only time i'm going to submit this before i take KitchenAid to small claims court, and start writing reviews everywhere i can. I bought a fridge, dishwasher and oven 5 or so odd years ago.

I have since had to replace the dishwasher, the fridge and the oven has been serviced 3 times. My extended warranty ended in December (8th ) 2020 to be exact , and my oven broke on Dec 25 (yup , when i was cooking a turkey) Needless to say, an already sad Christmas away from family, was completely destroyed .

fast forward to the week before easter (2021) and guess what, oven broke AGAIN. thank the good lord that my husband was hanging out in the kitchen . The upper broiler would not turn off, making in the internal temp of the oven nuclear.

We have experienced some seriously disappointing performance aspects from your products.

We made a purchase of three KitchenAid appliances.in June of 2017. We purchased a stove, refrigerator and microwave. The appliances are on the higher price end of the spectrum. We also assumed that quality goes to the price.

We experienced over $250 in repairs for the microwave in December 2020. Just three years of service. We did not extend the warranty on the microwave appliance. The microwave experienced the "open/close door" failure that is all over the internet concerning KitchenAid microwaves.

I ordered a cooktop (model #KGCC566RBL07) almost 2 months ago, it was finally delivered 7/25/2020.

Began installation of the cooktop, but discovered the foam tape (that attaches the cooktop to my countertop) was not provided.

I went ahead and installed it, and put tape around the perimeter to keep any crud from getting between the countertop and cooktop.

The one star is for KITCHEN AID and the service provided by PIRCH and the vendor. I spent close to 20k buying appliances and my kitchen hood came with a faulty lamp. (See picture) I called PIRCH who referred me to the service department who sent a subcontractor to check the problem.

I was told that even on warranty the lamp was not include. the sub called me and told me he had to charge me.. then I received a call from I guess, KitchenAid who tried to tell me the story about the warranty...

then asked me to call PIRCH... you know where this is going... no where... I told her that and she then sent to subcontractor to my home without a lamp and had the audacity to take a lamp out and say ...

We purchased a Kitchen Aid fridge in 2017. Over this past Labor Day weekend, we noticed that the fridge and freezer temperature were both very high and that the ice was melted. i immediately called the service number and waited over an hour to speak to someone.

was told the earliest appointment was a week and a half from then, so i took it. i'll save you the suspense - we have had them come to repair the fridge going on a 3rd time now in the last month.

They came to look at it, saw it needed a part but the part was on back order. then had to wait for the part to get to us and then make a new appointment, another week out. they came, did the repair.

and the fridge worked for a whole 12 hours. 5 weeks out, wait for repair man to come and he fixed the problem, this time the fridge worked…

I purchased two Kitchenaid ovens with steam capability. I need a replacement filter (8212695) for the water line. I have been trying to get one since January 2019. There are none available in this country. Multiple calls with Kitchenaid have resulted in absolutely no help and no optimism.. " They are out, please call us later." and I have been doing that for almost a year, now. They don't know and they have no solution to my problem. I paid a significant premium to get these steam options and now cannot use them because my vendor won't produce them. My suggestion to all of you out there is to stay away from KitchenAid, Whirlpool and Kenmore. They are all the same mfg and operate the same way.

Just look and the number of complaints that have been registered and how many have been solved.…

I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator model #krfc604fss serial #k84400638 on 6/4/19 at Kieffer's Appliances in Lansdale, PA. There was a cooling problem and on 7/22/19 Quaker City Service determined the ym tube heater and fresh food evaporator needed replacement. KitchenAid exchanged the refrigerator on 7/24/19 with a new one serial #k92815764.

Then the new refrigerator had a water & ice dispenser problem and an ice build up freezer problem and was serviced on 9/9/19 again by Quaker City Service. On 9/20/19 at 11:47am I spoke with KitchenAid customer service expressing my disatisfaction with the product and requesting a full refund.

Purchased Kitchen Aid refrigerator June 2016 along with several additional appliances.. Advantage Appliance repair technician diagnosed problem as water in meat drawer circuitry board. I then called Kitchen Aid rep to confirm replacement part which was under warranty. The water problem is a design flaw and should be recalled.

I called customer service 800 422 1230 in May 2019 for an authorized service provider in East Qupgue NY. They provide 3 names. I choose one name and have had a terrible experiance with the recommeded service provider in East Quogue NY.

THE ICE MAKER IN THE DOOR REQUIRES EITHER A GYMNAST OR BALLET DANCER TO USE. WHEN THE LVER IS PRESSED, ICE COMES FLYING OUT THE DOOR AND ACROSS THE ROOM SO FAST, PEOPLE HAVE ACTUALLY SLIPPED ON THE PIECES. IT WOULD SEEM THE ONLY WAY TO USE THE ICE MAKER IS TO OPEN THE DOOR AND DIP INSIDE THE REMOVABLE BOX TO GET ICE ALREADY FROZEN TOGETHER.

I have a 3 year old French door Kitchenaid Refrigerator which has given us nothing but problems. The refrigerator quits working sporadically. And we have to go hit the fuse box which usually turns it back on again. Three weeks ago we were out of town for several days.

It went out, and we spoiled an entire refrigerator and freezer full of food. It happened again this morning, and nothing I do gets it to come back on. It is now noon and we leave town tomorrow at noon.

I called their customer support, and they CANNOT get me a repairman here in the next 24 hours. I asked to speak to the supervisor. Same story. I asked for the corporate number, and they wouldn't give it to me.

This ceramic piece broke during cleaning. It is my opinion that there is an inherent design flaw to the piece. The material is ceramic as it supports the heating element in the microwave unit. It broke at the neck where the support fits thru the top of the unit. This neck is very small (3/8" x 5/16") and ceramic. This was confirmed when I ordered a replacement piece. The replacement arrived broken as well and in the same spot. I looked on-line at reviews for this part replacement. As part of our second suite of KitchenAide appliances in 15 years, we purchased a KitchenAid gas stove top/electric over combo just under a year ago...and the self cleaning function is TERRIBLE.

We called KitchenAid to feedback and their customer service department told us its not really a self cleaning function and that we should use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to clean it. We will never buy KitchenAide again.

As an aside, the KA fridge we purchased at the same time is also a design mess. The inside of the fridge from a layout perspective is equally as terrible.

I have been ringing since 9th April sent videos etc of my problem and every time I ring I get promised a call back. Rang now 7 times re adjustment screw missing that balances the head. I expect far more Dhabi game spent £460 No call backs ever then when I call say it is being sent over to warehouse again and then they will get back to me.

My husband and I purchased our home in November, 2018. The home was only 4 years old. We have a Kitchenaid Double Wall oven. This past Saturday, I used the self clean option on the lower oven. Half way through, the oven went black and would not open.

After doing some research it seems Kitchenaid knows this is a known problem yet allows its customers to purchase these ovens with the self clean option. We have now had to have a repairman come out from your company who also has stated this is a common and known problem.

I am floored that you all allow this product be sold with the self clean button knowing this will happen. This is pure negligence. I work at law firm and am a Gold Star Wife with two small children. This is causing not only a hardship on our family as we cook together often…

If I could give 0 rating I would. I bought a KitchenAid kettle. The leaflet inside gave details of how to register either online or by phone. I tried online only to be told, after typing all relevant numbers in, that the product was a different brand.

I then tried a customer service number which, after taking me through all the useless information, made me chose an option which subsequently cut me off. Very disappointed - we only had the double oven model number KODE507ESS02 for a little over a year and it totally died. We received an error F1E1 lower relay board. Someone came out to examine the oven and found that the clock area unit is totally broken and not relaying any information to the two oven units below.

We needed to wait 7-10 business days for the part to come in - now it is 13 business days and still not in. So very frustrating to spend all this money on a KitchenAid double oven and find out that it dies in a little over a year.

C. Canada, I had a reputable plumber install the machine. I filled the dishwasher according to the instructions that came with the machine and used the soap pods that were also in the package. 3 hours later the blue light was still on, upon opening the door the inside walls were wet through, the dishes were wet through and not washed, had food particles sticking to them I had to wash everything and

dry by hand, I tried the machine a second time next day, the sam e thing happened. So I phoned Trail, they sent a service tech out today, he looked at the machine, and said the motor isn't working, so he had to order a new part.

Hi Having had the pleasure of owning a Kitchen Aid kettle, 5KEK1522BAC, cream. This has suddenly started to leak, leaving a large puddle overnight, every day. This was a gift from a year or so ago, so there is no receipt or from where it was purchased. I see this cost some £130, for this quality product to leak water after a short time seems very unreasonable. I would be interested if this can be replaced / repaired, as I'm sure you would agree, if life has been very short for an expense kettle. I will await your comments.

Made in America with pride? What are you proud of? That you've figured out how to time planned obsolescence right down to the month? In November of 2015 I purchased both a new KitchenAid range and microwave convection hood fan. The convection fan in the microwave gave out after 13 months and the cooling fan in the range died after about a dozen uses. I just paid a repairman $249 to tell me a new convection fan would cost more than I paid for the unit. Where's the pride coming from? Certainly not from the quality I used to count on from your company.

My wife and I had the kitchen remodeled two years ago. We bought a KitchenAid dish washer, refrigerator, gas oven and microwave. The oven and microwave are terrible. I have almost bought the oven all over again for all the repairs to it.

The microwave is no different. The oven exhaust fan went out after only two years, so the oven could not be used until it was fixed. When the part arrive, the Chinese manufactured part came in the manufacturer had changed the connector on the fan and they had to order several more before finally finding one that had the right connector.

This took a couple of weeks. The repair man left, thinking all was well, but it wasn't. The gas valve to start the oven comes on momentarily then shuts off. That part is now on order and should be her by next Thursday,…

Kitchenaid KBFN502 issues Purchase date- September 2016

I bought this in September of 2016, by December, I had placed my first service request for the right door as it did not stay shut/ seal properly. I have had about 10 service requests since then for the exact same issue as it is never fully resolved and the last service technician told me he has done everything Tech support asked him to do so left the premises with the door still not staying shut. I have condensation in my fridge constantly because the door will not seal. I went ahead and paid hundreds of dollars to extend my warranty again because it expires in September 2018 and I would be caught with a clearly defective product. I am disappointed in the life span of my Kitchen aid dishwasher purchased in November of 2009 model KUDS30IVBS serial FY3802153. 87. Pieces of the storage basket broke off into the motor. I expected the unit to last at least 10years.

Unfortunately it was not covered by the extended service plan. I had such good luck with my other kitchen aid dishwashers. I am very disappointed in your brand.

KitchenAid CS complaint! OK, we really wanted to purchase 4 brand new KA appliances this evening at Lowe's. Every single time I call 800-422-1230 I have to wait forever to talk to an unqualified rep who does NOT know anything about PRE-SALES questions about your products!

This has happened at least 8 times over the past 2 weeks! I just now got off the phone again after waiting 42:17 listening to music. President Trump just reduced your corporate taxes, why can't you NOW hire more AMERICANS to answer your customer's calls and provide us the information we want & need!
