First of all, I would like to inform you of how dissatisfied I am with LA Fitness. I enrolled in the training program at the Parkland, Florida 33076 location and was assigned Andrea as my trainer. I was very happy with Andrea to learn several weeks later that she had been terminated. I got tricked into getting a personal trainer. I already had back problems. I ended up getting surgery on my spine. They wouldn't give me my money back. I was told that they would help with the problem but it made it way worse.

They tried to get my son to use the training but they signed me up not him.

I have been charged fully for my membership and personal training when their call center won’t respond back and no one is answering the call. The automatic voice mail system keeps stating that all billing fees are waived due to covid 19 vut i have two charges on my account. There is a serious virus going around the world. I know you're aware of it.

However the cleaning of your gems are horrific to watch. You use the vacuum cleaners on the floor and on top of all the equipment that handles Etc. You move dirty water on the floor with a mop head that is never changed your just moving germ from tile to tile.

You don't use any disinfectant when you're wiping down the equipment you use one Rag and it goes from equipment to equipment to equipment. It is appalling. This is even before the Corona virus. Not only that the gym on Alicia Parkway in Mission Viejo is a dump.

Half the TVs work half of them don't. Half the Equipment Works half the pads are ripped. I guess you get what you pay for

I belong to la fitness in Michigan and I asked them if they could put a sign on the front door stating do to coronavirus if they could have people wipe there machine before and after there done. if I don't see any changes I will contact our health department.

he was nasty he was to busy on his phone or computer. I was there a hour and a half and there was 14 people who did not wipe down anything it is for the safety of the members and staff they are all young kids working there.

its nice they wipe the machines sometimes staff but they use the same dirty water and rags on each mahcine. and also I will contact my news station and have them come out and look at that la fitness thank you

I have been a member at your Trumbull location for a number of years. I enjoy using your workout room that has the heavy bags for boxing. On Saturdays their is a Yoga class in that room that is suppose to run from 11:00am to 12:00pm.

The Yoga instructor continually runs the class from 20 to 30 mins pass the end time of 12:00. I work on Saturdays and need to get my workout in and get out by 12:30 in order to get to work.

I have spoken to the operations manager of the club, Orlando. He agrees that the instructor needs to end the class on time, 12:00. The manger Orlando spoke to an employee named Jacqueline and told her if the instructor is not out on Saturdays by 12:00 to speak to the Yoga instructor and tell him to wrap it up, which she did.

My wife and I attended a Aqua Class last Thursday night at 6pm and the instructors name was Ginny D. and I wanted to take a few moments to voice my extreme displeasure of this instructor. My wife and I have been attending Aqua Classes at various LA Fitness locations around Memphis, TN for about 3 months.

To date we have had Hershel, Franky and Javi as our instructors and they have been OUTSTANDING. Each and every class we attended with the three instructors have been both challenging and rewarding. The three instructors make it fun to attend the classes and give you a great workout.

I'm a member of the LA Fitness located in 18445 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines Florida and I'm very disappointed with the conditions of the cycling (spinning) classes. If been a month that almost 4 or 5 bikes are out of service.

And pretty much the other ones need service like perhaps you can't see the lever or nothing in the screen panel. That's unacceptable. We are paying a monthly membership to use the bikes and they are out of service.

Obviously LA Fitness does not care about their customers. At the Encinitas location pool and jacuzzi are un-available since 3 months. Receptionists have given me over time a many time frames for repair and as many reasons for the delay.

This has nothing to do with the difficulty of repair. Roof of pool room leaked with the heavy December 2019 rains. Can you imagine if you had to go for 3 months without repair in your home if the roof leaked?

Overall experience Good so I would give a 3, But..... The LA Fitness in Oceanside they have taken away 2 racquetball courts that's OK they just remodeled the place and looks great, but could use rubber mats in dressing area no fun to step in a puddle of water in your socks!

But the reason for this complaint is when you reserve a court online they still haven't accounted for the 2 courts they took away so the IT Department is having a hard time trying or not trying to fix the court reso app for Oceanside, I'm thinking they don't even have an IT dept. They have no problem collecting my monthly dues and even calling me when they late or that I must give written notice when I quit but when it comes to their club and its members they obvious don't give a crap!

My 16 year old visited and joined our local LA Fitness on 2/2/2020, and was allowed by an LA Fitness employee at 5089 Transit Road Buffalo NY 14221 to sign a contract. 98 was immediately credited out of my sons bank account.

He is a minor and is not allowed to sign a contract. That evening I found out about this situation, as my wife received notification that my sons checking account had been credited. I have been to LA Fitnes in Buford Georgia for over a year. I have observed that they have made a habit of changing staff quite often. that is, if you talk to the supervisor now, when the new one comes, it is no longer valid what you spoke.

today I decided to move to another gym because of the conversation I had with the current supervisor, who was very rude and probably does not know that the salary he receives is from people like me who pay every month. I just found out that there are other gyms that offer much more for less money.

I'll make this sort mostly because this issue was to be handled by management in house, at least that's what i was told. I was rascally insulted by a Hispanic women who sat feet away from me speaking in her Spanish thinking I didn't understand.

Little did she know my maiden name is Morales. It was awful uncalled for classless and wrong. For the passed two plus yesrs, I've been enjoying my LAF membership, in the Zumba, yoga, & Cardiojam classes, as a Senior citizen, after joining via the Silver Sneakers program, that my husband had helped me secure!! Now, all of a sudden, LAF is making changes that will make it much more difficult for the senior citizens to not only join, but to be able to financially maintain their yearly, monthly & yearly memberships, due to the rising costs by the apparantly greedy LAF, to line their own pockets, & the lack of Medicare dues assistance!!

The management at the Fairfield, Connecticut LA Fitness gym needs lessons in good customer service. Of course, the customer is not always right, but there is a way to deal with a customer without arrogance and an "I don't care" attitude.

I have been a member for many years, but received a notice from AARP United Healthcare that the insured could now get their membership paid for. I was given a notice and told to bring it into the gym to have the membership changed.

Two times I was told to come back because the manager was not there even though I was talking to an identified manager. If there is another manager who handles these things--fine. But there was no expressed apology for the inconvenience and there were disrespectful verbal challenges to my questions.

Farmington Ct location has had issues with members always putting liquid on sauna rocks continually. It has been down numerous times because of this. I talk with front employees and nothing is done, I know that there is a new manager and I talked with her already.

Everyone knows who these members are and they have been talked to already but nothing is done. They are still doing this on a regular basis. Every time I see it happen I go to the front desk. Something has to be done immediately these people have to loose there membership responsibilities.

Everybody should have to sign a sheet that explains that if this continues membership will be cancelled. net We are paying high dues and should have ALL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES RUNNING AT ALL TIMES

Pool in Wyomissing, Pa is not managed well. Swimmers including myself have experienced coughing, lips blistering and hair loss during beginning of Oct. 2019. There are serious side effects from abnormal amounts of chemicals ( chlorine) accidentally put in pool due to equipment failure.

There is a huge need for professional and knowledgable employees to manage the pool. Someone will become very sick if something is not done at once. Disaster just a moment away with huge lawsuits! Department of Health. What is your answer?

I belong to the Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania club. I have not seen a cleaning person for weeks because I heard one quit. I know they are trying to hire but the place is just not as clean as it used to be.

For example, the one shower stall in the men's locker room has black spots on the tiles on the shower walls. The other day, on Monday, the whirlpool spa did not have the jets working. When I brought it to Leslie's attention she claimed that no one told her.

It has been closed on many occasions due to water issues, since they are working on the line in front of the club. The other day I sat down to stretch and notice black marks on the tile floor in front of me.

Receptionists at desk have poor communication skills. Too many times we show up for a class only to find out that instructor has called out and noone bothered to relay message to members still waiting. We're expected to come out and check with front desk like it happened today at Clifton site when asked they knew about sick call for yoga class but the girl just kept smiling and

shrugged her shoulders without any apologies or accountability and this has also happened in Kearny and managers seem to be disconnected from operation and are always clueless. It’s not a complaint at all but a concern. Twice now I have been in the locker room when the cleaning lady was moping and no wet floor sign was there since the bucket that has the caution sign was out in the hall leading into the locker room.

I am a LA Fitness member, who is currently working out at the Downtown Evanston, IL facility. Normally I work out mid-afternoons during the week. Usually the music is too loud; especially when I have to turn up my smart phone to near full volume so as to not hear what’s being blasted within the facility. The facility is LA Fitness at Clopper Road in Gaithersburg Md. I have to keep questioning your Brand Standards - and why you can not maintain them. I am in the gym every single day. The AV system requires an upgrade.

I will only touch base on the treadmills on the mezzanine level. 50% o the TV monitors have stations with static, 25% have all static and you can not even watch, 80% of the front jacks do not work and you have to use the jack in the back of the monitor.

I have been a member for many years here in Lake Grove, NY. On September 13, 2019, I was in the locker room getting ready to go to the pool. I put my gym bag on the bench and noticed a young, white male, around 20 yrs old standing next to the bench on the phone.

He demanded that I move my bag off the bench, there was plenty of room for him on the other end of the bench. He threw my bag on the floor and began to take a karate stance. He then punched me in my right eye and he grabbed my left arm.

I've been a member here since you all bought the membership from Fitness 19. And I've always brought my grandkids. so my 12 year old granddaughter is riding the bike next to me and there's this woman who's been harassing me since she's came here and it's over the color of my biracial granddaughter .

Paid for 1 year of training. I was assigned a trainer who i was told would be with me throughout my contract. Since Paying and joining since October of 2008 I have had 4 trainers. My latest trainer only works Monday and Wednesday afternoons.

I signed up with a commitment of Monday thru Friday morning trainings. Can't get a response from the center.

The rim at the Burlington LA Fitness (Brant St) has been severely broken for 2+ weeks and there is no indication of a repair to be made. I would like to request that the rim is repaired immediately.

A sales representative from LA fitness, pompano beach, Florida name Ruben H sold me 3 year membership with false information that I can cancel and transfer my membership to anyone when I want . Now from last 4 months I am trying to cancel this membership because I have a better gym at my apartment community.

No body listing to me , they say I signed in some agreement that I can’t cancel it . The problem here is I was CHEATED by the LA fitness representative with the false information. The guy Ruben who sold me this membership no more work with LA fitness .

The corporate office says they will not cancel my membership and I won’t get any refund . This is just force membership sold by LA fitness representative and I was fooled and lied by them . I need my full refund .

When I was in Duncanville, Texas, in June, I went to a local LA Fitness to get a one-month membership. I live overseas, in Singapore. They sold me a two-month membership, saying that's the lowest they can give. Now, I am back in Singapore, and they've charged me again in August. Please take back the charge and also clear my account.
