The gym is so dirty not only on the floor but also the machines. It is seen that almost never they are cleaned on their metallic part because is known that the public cleans each time with the product that you provide that in the last days is missing and

people decide clean with the hand sanitizer which is obvious is not the best way. Another thing is that some machines have broken cushions. What I mean is that no management in this location. It looks totally neglected. I refer to WATERFORD LAKES location.

I live in new Jersey and the gym location I'm complaining about is at 485 Harmon Meadow Blvd, Secaucus, NJ 07094. I been training there for over 2 years. The staff and managers are the worst people ever. Now in summer the temperature is been around 100 degrees and they never out ac and there are like 60 people in there and that's not the worst part.

The worst is that the kids sections they don't have proper ac all they don't even have a fan I have to tell them Everytime I go to put a fan in there. This guy Pedro one of the managers is a completely asshole and he shouldn't be working with costumers this gym is the works when it comes to their staff other than that I love it.

The jacuzzi has not been working for weeks. I've complained 3 times and no action was taken as of yet. Their indifference and apathy at this location are amazing. The location is 2690 N Haskell Ave. Dallas, TX 75204

The location on 12304 Barker Cypress Rd: The women's bathrooms, lockers, floor, showers are dirty. There is trash on the floor and the trashcans are full of garbage. In addition, the water in the swimming pool is dirty. I report it several times, different shifts.

I spoke to the manager in the morning shift and he was very unprofessional and rude. He was on the phone while I was talking to him and he said that they did not have a person to clean the women's bathroom.

I am surprised because I visit this club for more than 5 years and it was one of the cleanest gyms. I notice the staff is very young and I think they need more training in customer services. I am not sure if they understand the importance of cleanliness, especially at this unprecedented time.

in reference to the Polaris Ohio LA fitness - Esporta Fitness. When are you going to repair all the videos that are broken since last year and treadmill equipment that's broken also. I do not appreciate getting the runaround by your atendent who simply say all the video sets work it's a complete lie.

I can't believe that customers are treated with smugness and that they are treated like they should be wrong when they ask about when deficient or broken equipment is going to be repaired. I think all members should start raising the alarm on the customer service and quality of these companies.

The Jets in the hot tub at LA Fitness in Atlanta near Camp Creek has not been working for weeks and no one is doing anything about it. We have made several complaints and it is still not working yet we pay our membership every month on time. This is unacceptable.

If this was a white neighborhood it would be fixed by now. We would like this fixed as soon as possible

I am 65 years old and I thought I would get Silver Sneakers but I couldn't because I have 2 government insurances. When I signed up I told them over and over I don't want a contract. I only want 2 months.

My husband pays all the bills and he just told me he has been paying for 8 additional months and I couldn't believe it. I told them again that I had to go to Tennessee and I wouldn't be there for November so could I miss that month and pay for December and they told me no because it was one day past the date.

At that time I told them I wanted to cancel but obviously you didn't and since I lost 8 months of money that I can't afford to lose. I feel like I was lied to so much. They never said anything about coming in to cancel until now.

Hello I’ve been a loyal customer since LA Fitness was Bally’s. On July 2nd 2021 I went to my local LA Fitness located on PCH and Ximeno in Long Beach my intention was to have my girlfriend check it out so that I can add her to my account or possibly have her open up her own account.

I asked if it was possible to get a 3 day guest pass so that she could check it out. I was given the run around by at least three different employees and asked to wait in the lobby. I waited and then was referred to another associate I explained my situation he gave me the same run around answer.

I recently bought a premium membership to your Glenview, Illinois location and I am not satisfied with my membership. When I bought the membership I was told two lies. The first being that my membership would work at all LA Fitness locations and the second being that the Spa would be open on June 14. This wouldn’t be an issue, but my current membership doesn’t work at all locations. I started going to the Mt. Prospect location because their spa is fully functional, but now they have started charging me $5 a visit. Hi, good day. It is at an enormous level of uncertainty that I am writing this letter here today.

I have been a member of LA fitness for over a decade. Today was absurd. The treatment I received from an LA fitness employee(trainer) was scary and unprofessional. Today I gathered a rope and curl bar for the cable machine. I was working out in an empty area when the trainer approached me. He explained to me that I was not allowed to workout in that area as it was only for personal trainers. Without argument I grabbed some of the equipment attachments I had gotten from the outside and started to leave. I go to La fitness at Cheltenham with my sister as a guess all the time. As we left yesterday they express how I could get a 14 day pass. We downloaded the app. I went today to workout on the pass they would not let me use.

Gave me such a hard time the young man at the desk name was Derrick he would not let me use saying I used a pass before. I showed id before but never actually used a passed. My name is currently on my sister list so you can see I was not lying.

LA Fitness Shawline, San Diego is a gym I joined several years ago. I play some racquetball but mainly I wanted a gym with a pool and jacuzzi. This pool has been closed for a very long time, pre Covid.

NOT ONE PERSON at this location has any idea when it will reopen, if ever. When asked the employees, including management, say. " I GET ASKED EVERY DAY WHEN THE POOL IS GOING TO REOPEN" ," I have no clue, they do not tell us anything". Any information about reopening?

Hello The issue is with LA Fitness Pasadena on Rosemead Blvd. The Air Condition in all the racquetball courts, basketball, and aerobic room has not worked since they started to open up in the least for 3 weeks. Management keeps telling us they are working on it and they are waiting for corporate.

This has become a health issue as it is too HOT to play basketball, racquetball or work out in the aerobics room. My membership is paid in advance for the sole purpose to play racquetball and basketball. It is intolerable to play in the heat that can make a Covid situation worse.

What can you do about this issue?

Good afternoon. Recently, I requested to end my personal training sessions. Although I met my contractual obligation through a pandemic, (I actually paid beyond the end of my contract, which was a big sacrifice and often difficult to do), I found it necessary to end the sessions.

I initially talked to Donnell, (the young man who signed me up for the sessions), about a week before the end of my billing cycle. As I'm sure he's trained to do, he did his best to try to convince me to continue the sessions.

A few days later, I made the decision to end them. The day I said I couldn't continue the sessions was 1 day before I would've been billed for the next month. I had 6 unused sessions at that time.

I belong to your club on Paoli Pike, West Chester Pa. For the past two years, the six Procor Eliptic machines have not worked. There is only one that is completely functional. I have asked the college kids at the front desk when they are going to be repaired but they don't give a damn.

Since these machines are vary popular with your members, it would be great if they all worked so we get a proper workout

00 since we had just joined the LA fitness that evening. My son was so excited. They completely lied to both of us. They had both of us sign on a small Pad. They had computer screen turned towards them, these two male reps stated, they were having computer issues and the printer was not working but assured me this was “legit”.

The new manager at the Agoura Hills CA location is Jocelynn. She is the only one that knows when the classes will be available for those that haven't started. I joined this particular club for the aqua aerobics that were supposed to be during the week and early evening and on the weekends.

the only ones on the schedule are during the week at 10:00am when I am at work. The people at the front desk don't know anything. I was told that Jocelynn will be in sometime this week. Isn't there a manager on duty?

The class in Auburn was stopped early because they stated that it was over capacity but there were three girls taking video and pictures and not dancing. They were what made the class 17. The COVID restrictions were already lifted and will be full effect on the 30th.

I am very upset the class was stopped and I didn't get my cardio through dance. I do weight lifting all week and need the zumba at least once or twice a week. My daughter has a sitter and this is mommy time and I need this time. Please fix that!!!!!

Why is it after the long pandemic people can’t understand the responsibility of cleanliness? This LAFitness shine the floor and have workers parading around washing windows...... germs that have no significance. What about ample trash cans near water fountains. What about a simple shelf with disinfectant spray bottles so customers can disinfect their workout machine?

Being a morning gym person is horrendous at the Springfield, PA location. The gym locker rooms are barely ever clean or cleaned! It takes 30 minutes to track down weights that should be on the dumbell rack. Staff shows up when they want to in the morning, so it may be 4:50 it may also be 5:30.

I go 5 days a week yet my check ins are removed so it's impossible for me to get a reimbursement through my insurance.

Overall this location is probably the worst gym experience I've had to deal with in 20 years of going to a gym!

I left my water bottle and coffee on the front desk/check in desk and let them know that I will be back and someone threw it away. I'm not sure if it was an employee or one of the clients at the gym.

I asked them to look on the security camera but the workers were rude and told me to use the vending machine. I could be wrong, but this may have happened on purpose because the workers have been rude before.

The staff displayed very poor customer service.

I signed up for training and was told I'd have 4 free sessions before the 6 month billing would start and I was mislead. I attended 2 sessions and discovered I needed to leave the country on a family emergency.

I'm tried contacting customer service explaining my situation and all they could offer me Is a cancellation buyout fee of 900 dollars. So for 2 sessions all I'm left with is my stimulus check going down the toilet. Not even receiving the training I was hoping to get.

I tried to explain to them I live on social security and it's shown on my membership because I get a free la fitness membership for that reason. I was told I would get an answer on my case within 10 business days.

I joined your club in january 14th 2021 I belong to the Auburn Wa club . I decided to add to family members to my account. My bank account was charged 3 times on March 12th 2021. I just want an explaination to why.

Your Manager at the Auburn Facility wasn't very helpful at all. I already gave you a bad review cause no one hasn't returned a email or called. I don't mind paying I already belong to a personal trainer. 00 a month.

Hi, The reason why a choose “legitimate business” in my subject line is because it’s hard for me to believe that ESPORTA is such. I had been a member of LA Fitness for years and I loved the service, people and the clubs. In 2018 I moved from Chicago to Louisville KY. The LA fitness clubs were a distance from where we lived so with great regret me and my wife had to cancel our memberships because we weren’t using them. Then one day I got an email from “ESPORTA” with a membership offer at the fabulous club that LA once had. The price appeared good and I got the impression that it would be ran business as usual. I decided that I would try to see if I could arrange my schedule to get there a few times a week and care for other business in the area so that it would be worth the drive.

The handicapped parking laws are not enforced at the West Orange NJ location. I have spoken to a manager and still members without license plates or placards continually take up handicapped parking spots and management will not make an announcement for the member to move their car

My complaint is in regards to the LA fitness center on Green Spot Road in Highland. Apparently Guiromo is the only person I am allowed to speak to, he has no supervisor. His arrogant attitude towards his paying customers is appalling.

He is rude and uninformed about policy and procedures. I have been a member for 5 yrs. I enjoy the sauna, and jacuzzi. According to him those are extras. So while they are not available to me, I am charged the monthly membership fee.

I understand the Governors restrictions, however I think it is unfair and poor customer relations to charge the full membership fee, when the full gym is not available to paying clients.. I will be discontinuing my membership with this poorly run gym.

I have been fully vaccinated for a month now and im wondering why you are still enforcing a mask rule. Your President announced it is no longer necessary for fully vaccinated people to wear a mask inside or outside. Its time to move on from the control of people.

I have been a member of LA Fitness for about 9 years now. I go to the club regularly with my two sons. On 05/06/2021, I entered the gym and the clerk at the desk asked my kids to sign in.

I told them I was scanning in and asked the clerk if this would be an issue every time we came in because I have an upgraded account and both have been on my visitors list for years. When a manager - Vance Miller - stepped up and said "NO but it you have an attitude, I'll cancel your membership and kick your ass out so keep walking" ....

I received a threatening message on my phone from another L A Fitness member at the Monroeville, PA. This man was barred from the Greensburg, PA L A Fitness Center several months ago for threatening another member there. My complaint is that when I enter the facility at Monroeville rarely is there anyone at the dest so anyone can walk in off the street and use the facilities and someone could walk in and massacre everyone in the gym.

I have been attending the LA Fitness in Winter Garden, FL for almost seven years. The air conditioning in the aerobics room is never working. Whenever we complain were told they are waiting on a part. Before COVID they placed standing fans around the room which only circulated the hot air, but have been removed since COVID.

There are times I need to leave the room because I think I may pass out. We pay our monthly dues and should have air conditioning. Can you PLEASE address this situation? I hope to hear back from you soon.

Hello my name is Bridget Mulligan, and I have been a member of LA Fitness since 2001, and I have to say the service continuous to go in a downward motion. I signed up to start training at the Johns Creek gym, 30097 on November 21, 2019. 00.

00, and the rest covered some kind of contractual fee. I haven't paid for the last 2 months due to the fact that I was out in February due to recovery from 3 broken bone surgery on my right ankle, which the manager said fine, but still billed me.

Then there is the fact the gym no longer has any trainers that want to work there, that is another problem. So I see in real fine letters, that if the gym I signed up at no longer has trainers, then I have to go to another LA Fitness to do the training, even if that is not convenient.

At the Oakbrook Club in Dupage County Oakbrook Il. after weeks of complaining, the Sunday step class is still violating COVID rules where guests and the instructor do NOT wear masks in an enclosed class area. No staff member is enforcing the mandate.

Also there is no temperature check. Why? I will notify the county health department.

Also I spent 40 min. on the phone to you where no person answered and I was disconnected. Terrible service for a member since 1985!
