December 2019, I contacted Macy’s to help me with a dispute with a vendor, Blessed Touch Massage. She promised to refund my money for services not rendered. She never issued a credit so I contacted customer service for assistance to get my money refunded to my AMEX.

I provided 8 pages of documentation, including an IM from her stating she would issue a credit the following business day. On January 29, 2020, I received a letter stating they resolved my fraud claim and ruled in favor of the vendor because she was willing to work with me.

These were prepaid services for massage sessions from Blessed Touch Massage that she did not provide. She didn’t show up for a session, I received no call or advance notice. I didn’t hear from here for days until I posted a negative review on Facebook.…

I would like to file a complaint about the attitude of one of the store employees. I was at Macy's on Wednesday with my granddaughter. I found a comforter set that my granddaughter asked me to buy. 99 for myself.

There was some confusion on my part about the pricing. So I asked this elderly store clerk to check the price. She was reluctant first of all to check the price and finally said, "Well I guess so" after we said please.

Then, she said "It is $80" abruptly. " I was very nice to her and asked are there any other discounts as I am a store card holder and as I had purchased the same comforter set at Macy's in Greensboro on Monday.

I filled out rebates after black Friday. I was told by the store I could use all 9, because they were all different items. After months of waiting, I only get the money back for ONE!!!!!! I made atleast 40 phone calls, this is not an exaggeration.

Customer service tells me the store was lying, that I can only use one rebate. I was directed to the store. They talked to me. A lady named Brenda at the Tyrone St. Pete store, who is a manager, hung up on me once, then put me on perma-hold another time.

I went shopping this morning Sunday February 9, 2020 at the Macy’s in Tukwila Washington. I arrived just as they were opening their doors were opening and proceeded to the men’s department. Now mind you I was one of the first customers in the store.

I walked around and could not even believe what a mess the store was. I could not even see the clothes on the tables like shirts and ties due to the piles of clothes on top of everything, I walked between the isles and was tripping over clothes and hangers.

I mention this to the clerk at the counter and he didn’t seemed to be bothered by this. I decided to leave the store and go shop elsewhere due to the disarray of this store. As I was leaving I ask another clerk if there was a store manager on site.

98. I purchased this for my elderly mother as a gift since my father recently passed away. 77. Unfortunately, the bedroom set that I purchased was not a good quality, the furniture is warping. I did not purchase the insurance on the furniture only the mattress.

The mattress and the low box spring. It is horrible the spring are coming out. My mother cannot hardly sleep on it. I immediately called MACYs and they send the first person and he stated that they need to change the mattress. I’m still waiting.

I wanted to buy a watch so I asked one forge sale person to show me the watch, she said I need to see someone at watch department, by the way they all are the same department! She didn’t even call someone and left.

After 10 min finally I found someone! Worst customer service ever! She said order for me to try the watch I have to buy it! She was with someone else other customer. I was waiting patiently!

Ordered an item on line, it arrived with a sensor on it, I called to have a new item shipped. was told it would be shipped in 2 days. It never arrived. I called back a week later, was told item was not avail when I made the 2nd request. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. No one ever came to the phone. While on hold, I utilized another phone and I called the complaint line, was put on hold and no one ever came to the phone. This is the second time I purchased a on line order and it arrived with the sensor. I did not call or complain the first time I just took it to a store and the manager removed the sensor and took 10% off the purchase.

I have been on hold for 10 minutes with the resolution center and still have not spoken to a manger. I am still on…

I returned a watch on December, 19th which I received broke, Macy’s received the item on December 30th and I’ve called at least 6 times trying to get a refund!! I’ve heard 7-10 days for a month now, everytime I call!

I’m yet to see my refund!!! Buyer beware!!!! I’ve been promised by at least 6 people including a “supervisor” that I can rest assured my money will be in my account and I’ll receive a email when it goes in!! Impatiently waiting!

I purchased a bed, in May 2019, I bought the mattresses in November 2019, in January 2020 the side wood panel broke, causing the wood rails to break and the wood on the frames. I purchased a 5 year worry free warranty, I called Macy, St Louis Galleria, they sent someone out, they never called back to let me know what they were going to do.

I called back, they said I had to call the warranty company. The put in a claim with the warranty company they said I had to call Macy. I called macy, spoke with CS she said it was out of her hands and offered 1/2 of my money back, saying I need to file a claim.

I went to the Macy’s 12 Oaks Mall store in Novi, MI on Dec 21, 19, I did a pre order for Clinique Moisturizers to receive the free gifts they were offering. I was assisted by Elizabeth. Bought an expensive $1700 mattress. People delivered it and threw it on the ground out of the truck, through it over a fence onto the ground again. The two delivery guys was high on pot/dope. They tore the mattress. I was not happy with it or them.

So they delivered another one, and it looked it was used. It sunk in the middle. I've been fighting with Macy's since March 06 2019. The label was not the same on the second mattress, it looked glued on. So the inspector came after canceling twice and said "It only sank 1 1/4 inch".

And it clearly bows up on the corners. I have called, talked and talked to everyone at Macy's I could possibly talked to with absolutely no results. I'm so disgusted with Macy's mattresses. I live on limited income and that's a lot of money to throw away on this…

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Total of 16 calls made to hopefully solve this problem. Each time I talked to a representative I was cold transferred at least, once then hung up on. I’ll be canceling my credit cards and I will never shop at Macy’s again.

Macy's downtown Brooklyn staff very unprofessional. The first counter I went to they were talking among themselves I waited until they were done or when they finally noticed me.

Second counter salesperson was texting on her phone, I walked away.

Third counter I made a purchase and paid my bill, the cashier didn't greet me I greeted her. She left my change and bill on the counter as I gathered it up she said o yeah and waved her hand as to dismiss me.

I bought two mattresses in Greenwood Indiana to be delivered to North Vernon Indiana and Columbus Ohio. When the truck arrived to North Vernon it was too big to go down the driveway without destroying trees when I asked if they had a smaller truck they said no and that the options were to take out the trees or cancel the order.

This was $8000 worth of merchandise and that was the solution are you kidding me they should’ve walked those mattresses to the house. On 11/09/2019 while visiting your New York Macy's Herald Square store I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Women's Sport Hoodie, a Sweatshirt and a pair of Sweat Sport Pants. 18 to the Orland Park, IL store, It had not been worn.

40) were both worn and washed approximately two to three times. On the first wear, little black fuzzy beads from the black material of the sweatshirt began to bleed and or transfer onto the white area of the sweatshirt. The customer service is awful. When I went to check out I was in line with my 3 sister and the cashier told the people she was ringing out to go with her because she needed help getting the sensor off the jacket she didn't speak to us like to say I'll be right back or anything so

Upon visiting Macy’s store #738 at the Northlake Mall in Tucker, Ga, I was shopping for hosiery. I was not surprised when I found this department in such a MESS, an UPROAR an EMBARRASSMENT! Whenever I visit this store and the hosiery department I can’t believe what I’m seeing.

My experience with Macy's is usually pretty good. This time it has gone to a new low. I ordered a coat and a pair of boots on 01-03-20. I got an email on 01-08-20 saying that the items had arrived.

On 01-09-20 I contacted my rental office and they had no package for me nor was it delivered to my door. On the 01-10-20 I contacted CS and was told the package would be delivered on 01-14-20. On 01-15-20 I re-contacted CS and they said the package had gotten damaged in transit and was being returned to Macy's.

I was told by the CS Rep the items would be resent, being I had said I still wanted them and at a quicker delivery process. On 01-16-20 I got an email saying the packed had been returned and my account had been credited.

Hadn't used my Macy's Credit card in some time (maybe 1-1/2 yr). Was in Macy's recently and tried to buy a handbag using my Macy's American Express card. It was denied. When I got home called Customer Service, waited on hold for half an hour.

The representative did not speak English well but she told me the chip must not have been working so I should have gone to another register where it may have worked???? I questioned what she was saying; first of all, there was only ONE cashier working on the entire floor and then it should be the customer's job to find a working machine, that sounded insane!

I have tried to return separate items from 2 different online orders and was not able to return either of them. 1) order #1702876477 - 2 Calvin Klein trousers tried to return 10/22/19 before 11/17/19 deadline. Customer service could not find order and went back to return today with copy of my order and now it is way past the return deadline so return was rejected. This was about noon today and she even called the dept mgr to ask.

I ordered a Men’s Puffer Jacket XXXL on January 7 my order was canceled twice I called it went straight to the I spoke with the supervisor over their she took my order over the phone with the correct credit card information on January 10th when I received the item it was a kids XS Black leather jacket instead of a Men’s Hawks navy blue puffers jacket. I purchased your "Thanks for sharing" in August 2019 while on a trip to Seattle and did some shopping there. In short, sales lady signed me up for a new acct. in my name, deleting my acct. which I had in my husband's name and mine for over 30+ yrs.

The {arrogant} cosmetics manager said "no", because MAC was no longer making that lip liner....even though I had only used about an inch of the entire pencil! I purchased an entire bedroom set, mattress box spring and some art to furnish a condo. The furniture was delivered and I considered adding a piece to the collection. I went online and noticed they had a 5 year protection plan that throughout the lengthy time being there the sales girl did not once offer to me.

Worse customer service ever!! 5M-the pair of shoes bought for me as a gift were ordered in a Macys store in Tampa, Florida. ), I called the clearly unaware rep who told me to go to a Macys store and handle the gift exchange, must have then processed a return as she clearly was not a seasoned customer service person.

I go to macy louisville in louisville ky on a regular basis, but i find my self to ask you a question due your security people decide who shops at u store i am an educated black women 64 yrs old my hairs short gray not pink i like calvin klien, charter and others i am a plus size they put clearence in a corner and u are forced to almost be be in a corner to look at it then some it on floor u are forced pick it up off floor.

I have called corporate offices for the last 10 days and leaving messages on your company's voice mail to no avail. I am including as proof pictures of an Alfani Jacket which I purchased last year( Alfani is I believe manufactured by Macy's) and have only worn 3 times last year.

Upon retrieving the garment from its protective cover I had pieces of the material in my hands as it peeled off like if it had LEPROSY. Unfortunately I am having troule attaching 6 pictuers of the garment in question,and I dont have a receipt for the purchase of this item.

I I ordered a couch and chairs. One of the chairs I ordered has the wrong fabric. I have been told to keep the furniture until new furniture is ordered. No one has called me yet. I do not trust that the order will be processed correctly.

In addition, the furniture delivery was delayed a month and I was unable to host a party for the holidays since I had no living room furniture. Now I am not sure how long I have to wait to get the correct chair.

And no one has offered a discount or some kind of compensation for the inconvenience that has been caused. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received.

I have over 3 hours and two visits to your store and I am being told by your Credit Manager on duty, Jherald Farrell, that there is nothing that can be done for a minimum of 48 hours. He refuses to try to solve my issue.

My sales rep and I have called in both days and repeatedly receive a notice on the sales screen to call in - we are then told I can not be verified because the text is not going thru. I call credit only to be told they cannot do anything.

I came into the store at town east mall in mesquite texas. Went to the mens dept. No customer setbice help in the clothing dept. Went to purchasr cologne but workers at desk were goo busy talking about their husbands and how they ate going to kick them to the curb.

They totally ignored me, never asked me for help. I walked around the counter area for 15 min. The two girls behind counter never even acknowledged my presence. It was on sat. 1/4/20, between 4:30 & 5:30 PM. I order alot from Macy's online.

Refund not issued after 3 calls on. One the fourth call which was today the customer service representative issued the refund. The item was sent back and it was received at their facility weeks ago but no refund issued. In each of my 3 calls to Macy's the representative told me it will take 3-5 days.

Purchased diamond bracelet, returned to store to exchange it for a smaller one but was told it could not be returned or exchanged even tho I had receipt and tags. I paid 700 for this item and found the clasp wouldn't hold.

Yes, they would fix the clasp for an additional charge of $100. Cancelled my account, shopped there for years. I will never return to Macy's. Customer service doesn't exist.

Hi i shop at Macy all the time. So much that I am on a first name basis with a couple of managers at Fairlane Town Center. The last time I was at Fairlane I had an issue with a couple of your employees.

I would first like to say that I’ve been a loyal shopper of Macy’s for many years. I spend a lot of money and have always rated the store with high regard. Unfortunately, my last interaction with your associates made it so I don’t want to business with Macy’s anymore.

The reason is my husband purchased a gift for me (for Christmas) on Oct 31. The gift was not one I could use. But according to the representative and the supervisor, it could not be returned because it exceeded the days allowed under policy.

I am an avid Macy's customer and most years i keep my platinum status On three different occasions I bought items from Macy's online this year. On these occasions the items were not delivered even though I received email that it was.

I call back and agents either tell me that package is lost/damaged or not available anymore. Is this bait and switch? I stopped purchasing from Macy's for 4 months this year out of anger and then went back during Christmas.

I bought Items worth over $700. I got back to platinum status. But one item again $149 was not delivered even though I received an email that it was delivered. When I called Macy's customer care, I could not understand a word spoken by first one, she disconnected the call.

I then spoke to 2 others who finally told me that UPS had left it on…

Returned a on line order which was received by Macy's on 12/21/19. Today is Jan 2, 2020. The status of this refund has been "processing" since 12/21/19. No one seems to be able to give me an explanation for the delay.

I am now concerned that the package has been lost by Macy's. I don't want my credit ruined by their incompetence.

I purchased a foundation from Macy’s south coast for 46.33 USD. And after that I traveled to Saudi Arabia without getting anything else. In the second day on 30 th of december the same store retrieved 38.79 USD and today on 1st of January 2020 they retrieved 41.79 USD.
