Bob at the jewelry counter allowed a customer to walk up after me but service them ahead of me. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, he laughed about it. This is the most unprofessional and rudest service I have ever experienced.

This occurred at the jewelry counter at The Woodlands, Texas mall.

I received my adjustable base for my bed last week and it was defective. (Missing a wheel/roller to make it go up smoothly. Lopsided and the metal was scratching on the metal rather than rolling smoothly when adjusting bed) I contacted Macy’s and asked for another roller and a pin.

I was told that I needed to have another adjustable base sent to me because just adding a roller and pin will void my warranty. I received the replacement base today. This one was also missing a roller. The delivery guy then removed the roller from the 1st base and put it on 2nd base.

I tried to make a simple call to have my Macy’s card replaced with one they had my name spelt correctly. My name is Adrienne and the card had “Addrienne” the error originating on your end since this card was a replacement.

After being transferred 4 times, the last person complete the simple task of reissuing a new card even after I gave 1. The card number 2. My password 3. My home address 4. The last 4 of my SS#

This is INSANE and your employees are ill informed with proper protocol on running the business!

Associate whose name is something like Moia - twice had neg customer service. 1st time was mid-December, I was waiting in line, and a customer ushered me to go ahead, so I stepped up. This Associate said, " I can't clock in for [looked at computer screen]...

I was in a Macy Store at Washington Square in Tigard, Oregon on12/29/19 at around 5PM. I was sitting at one of the sofas( there are only two single sit sofa) outside of a changing room near Men’s shoes Department on the second floor.

The only single sofa was occupied by two Asian Children and I am Asian also. A blonde hair lady talked to one of the sale’s associates and complained to her that myself and the other two children occupied the two sold as and she did not fine a place to sit.

Once again I am disheartened by Macy's at Chandler Fashion Center. I decided to check out the sales at Macy's today and once again the store was complete trashed. I was there about 11:30 this morning, there were hangers and cloths all over the store.

I get it that customer create this mess, but it's the employees job to maintain the store. I consider Macy's a somewhat high end store, but when you walk inside it looks like a low end store. If Kohl's can keep cloths off the floor why can't Macy's.

Additionally, I had some coupons with me that Macy's sends me on a regular basis. I bought four items from the lingerie. I handed a coupon to the sales clerk only to have her tell me that i couldn't use a coupon because the items were specially marked.

I bought a very expensive Michael Kors expecting it to be very comfortable when I wear it. 00. I was planning to wear the high heel shoes on my bday December 17th, and I did, but it was so very painful.

When I came home that night after having a really nice dinner wearing the highheel, I was in so much pain. My foot was swollen and I never wear the shoes anymore. I went to return it after returning from my vacation to return or exchange it for a wide shoes, but the lady said, I already used it and it's already worn out and that I can't return it anymore nor I can exchange it. I am submitting this complaint for my son who is traveling to Charlotte.

He purchased a substantial amount of furniture (sales check #36053165 is one of many) and mattress from the Edina, MN store to be delivered at 7PM to his new Charlotte apartment. He is driving down there right now. He spoke with a supervisor last night who confirmed that their notes indicate that a delivery today at 7 was scheduled. He received a call today from an Atlanta delivery supervisor who informed him that it would not happen, that it was his fault. She apparently made reference that the call was on a recorded line, so I guess you can listen to the call.

The delivery is critical for him as he has no furniture in the apartment. Is it really not coming today or has there been a miscommunication?

I was shopping in Bridgewater Mall. I was buying item that said 25%off if I used my Macy’s card. My daughter was buying dress of rack that said 40% off sale. I went to register to pay and rep did not speak English.

We asked about both sale prices that we did not receive and the rep just looked blank and said nothing. We paid for one item and didn’t buy the second. Went to another register and asked same questions. Rep was nice and answered our questions and said yes we were correct.

She returned one item and rung it up again saving me $25. My daughter saved my daughter $35. Diversity is fine but if the rep can’t speak the language he/she should not work a frontline CSR position. I was very upset That is not acceptable .

First off, If I could rate this a zero I would be doing so. On December 24, 2019 I placed an order on the telephone with a representative. I ordered 5 items. I was told I would have the order by December 28, 2019.

I received only 2 items on December 27, 2019. I was at your center City in Philadelphia in Thursday December 26th. I was in your holiday lane section of the store. I purchased Philadelphia eagles and flyers Christmas ball ornaments. The sign said 75% off and when I went to check out was told it was 65%. I said the sign says 75%, she continued to say it's management that it is 65% and could not honor the 75%. By rights, I should have been given 75%. Other people also were upset. The sign of that percentage off should have never been there. I received 2 gift cards from my mother for Christmas of 2017. I attempted to use the gift cards at a Macy s in Concord, Pa. on December 27, 2019. ”Both cards were purchased at your Trumbull, Ct store and my mother was told the cards would not expire.

I was told that the receipt gift card numbers and the actual gift card numbers do not match. 00 for two separate gift cards. I would like to know what can be done about what I assume is an erred transaction.

Two male customer service employees at the Boston downtown store were nasty this afternoon when I went to buy a pair of snow weather boots on sale at 40% off. It happened at the tie and men's dress shirt dept.

I had attempted to pay with my Macy's account at the men's dress shirt area as the shoe dept was packed with customers asking to be waited on, I knew what I wanted, I just need it to pay for the 40% off boots. So I decided to go to the next dept (tie and shirts) (which was not busy at all) to pay for the boots.

I am following a complaint regarding my account with Macy's. I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2014 and purposely did not include Macy's in the bankruptcy. I had been with Macy's for years and used it as leverage to improve and keep a good credit rating.

I had excellent credit with Macy's and continued to use my credit card within reasonable means and paid it off completely several times. It was helping me to rebuild my credit and allowed me purchase quality items at the same time.

My Chapter 13 bankruptcy was fully discharged (All payments had been made and the bankruptcy was satisfied) in September of 2019, a month later I received notice from Macy's indicating my credit card was closed due to a bankruptcy. The Macy's in Daly City, CA is a pit. As a Macy's corporation you should be ashamed of yourself and name. No wonder your closing stores. You don't deserve to be open if you have stores in this condition. It is impossible to shop here when the clothes are thrown everywhere.

Ordered a QUEEN mattress topper (Sensorpedic fiberfill/memory foam combo)

In my shopping bag there remains the exact topper with selected size (I do this purposely)

What was I sent yesterday on Christmas eve, too later to exchange it? A FULL sized topper.

It was a main Christmas gift.

Am I unhappy?

I just ordered another mattress topper from Macy's and apologized profusely for not having a gift for this particular family member.

I expect they'll send me a Twin this time.

I had put a freeze on my Experian Credit Report. Applied for charge and was denied at Macy’s. Was told I would receive letter. Unfroze my Experian Credit. I have 3 scores over 700. Macy’s sent letter when opened it was marked November 19.

I received letter date on envelope December 13th. Didn’t open knowing I had 30 days to answer no 30 days from date. I called and even though I removed freeze which I put on myself and removed myself I have to reapply to get this off my credit report.

The woman was sorry how wonderful of her. Remove this from my credit report. All of my credit cards have substantially increased my card limits but it appears Macy’s won’t remove this finding over me freezing my account for a good reason. Attach what image—1911164355574–Alan Feldman

I went into Macy specifically to purchase a rather expensive cologne for my husband for Christmas. The store was not busy, there were three cashiers behind the counter. The first lady told me I could pay for another item I had in the men's dept.

(I needed to get a cologne). The 2nd lady walked past me and tried to help another customer that had just walked up. When she got to me she rushed thru prices and went back to the other customer. I Left and purchased elsewhere.

On December 18, 2019 I purchase Dior Sauvage cologne to be shipped to Miami Gardens, FL. However the package was shipped but empty when it was received by UPS. Tracking shows package shipped with expected delivery date of 12/21. Waiting home all day but package never arrived. Called customer service & they advised shipment wouldn't arrive until 12/25. I purchased a sofa from Macy’s over 7 years ago, along with a worry no more warranty. I needed for my leather sofa to be fixed, however for some unknown reason your company denied me. No phone call and no one was even sent out to see the damage.

Instead I had to settle for $108 voucher. I have been in the local Macy’s furniture store 5+ times hoping to find something that may strike my interest or at least be affordable to utilize this voucher. Went to Macy's Northtown Spokane on 12/16 for my grandson's Christmas present. After finding what he wanted in clothes we couldn't find a dressing room after walking all over that floor. Then couldn't find a clerk. So I started yelling for someone to help us. No one was around.

Me and my fiance bought my engagement ring at macys 2 months ago, I took to resize at the Springfield town center unite in Va at 10/20/2019 , since we get the ring from macy´s we tought it would be the best place to do the service. I called customer service to find out the status of an order. After ten minutes I was disconnected by the agent. I called back again and was finally told that my order (a Christmas gift) would not be delivered until December 27th.

I was given the option of express delivery when I placed the order as a guarantee that it would arrive well before the 25th. I paid $15 extra for this. The agent told me that the item is from a vendor and that they have a lot of orders this time of year. No kidding.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. After about 15 minutes, I was disconnected again. Not likely to shop Macy’s again.

00, the cashier gave one to the lady in front of me and told her it was for arriving early . I told her I had arrived early also if I could have the other one, first she ignored my request then said she didn’t have any more and applied the additional card to the person in front of me!

louis south county Macy's, lasted 3-4 hrs as short as I can make this, I purchased a fit bit with my macy's card and then tried to purchase an apple watch, it was denied, after several minutes to an hr on the phone the macy's credit card department said they dont know why it was denied, more then enough credit on the card.

Went to Huntington Station NY store to return items. Cashier told my daughter she needed a confirmation from Apple Pay to credit acct. My daughter proceeded to try to get the approval. In the meantime she was told by another Macy's assoc that she could get cash since it was on my debit card.

I ordered 2 items on my Macy’s charge card on December 11. On December 13 I received notification that the items had been delivered, which they had not. On December 14 I called the customer service number, and discovered that the package had been sent to the wrong address.

The service agent supposedly corrected the address and was resending the items to the correct address. One of the items supposedly arrived yesterday.

However, once again it was sent to the same incorrect address. The other item is being sent there and nobody seems to be able to stop it. Now the items I ordered are both out of stock, and I don’t have those 2 Christmas gifts!

Had my 11mo olds ears pierced at Macys Christiana. The worker in the department assured me that she was trained and comfortable. She proceeded to pierce and made the hole in wrong spot. We found out she went through babies cartilage the next day, after a day of swelling.

The baby was not moving and being held tight by me. I don't know how she did this wgen the spot was clearly marked. Another worker stood on opposite side. She said oops. Its a little high. But the hole was there.

She can't take a hole back. I was furious. I took earing out right away and went to another counter to ask for manager. The manager sent down listened but didn't even write anything down until I insisted she take my name and number.

I’ve spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue and it’s ridiculous! You’ve lost a customer. I ordered a teapot. Teapot arrived broken. Called. Told person item arrived broken. They asked if I wanted item reshipped. Said no. Item was reshipped anyway.

Macy’s intercepted delivery via UPS. Item was returned to your warehouse 12/11/2019. I was sent email verification from Macy’s. I have yet to receive the credit for returned and broken item. Sent pictures of broken item. Where is my credit? Bill is due 12/21/2019.

Not paying bill for broken returned which means a late charge if bill is not paid. This is absolutely unacceptable! Issue the credit!

I contacted Macy's customer service after receiving my November bill. I explained to the representative that I had paid my bill from my bank online on October 31. My bank information said that it was received by Macy's on November 7th.

12/17/2019 at 5:13 pm I was ready to pay for my purchase at man department. My sales person name was Abdul. I was the only customer near the register and was ready to pay. Suddenly young men approached to the register.

Abdul starts talking to him and offering to measure his neck . They are talking and I am standing there and waiting... Suddenly Abdul opens the drawers and takes out the measurement tape and telling me that he is going to measure men’s neck .

I called customer service about a misplaced Macy credit card. And I had two account numbers and wanted to know which one was correct. After an almost 2 hour conversation with 4 different people who could not speak clear English I ended up frustrated and hung up. Wow.

I bought 4 dresses online 10/27/19. There is a credit card number that does not match my card. I also paid $250 with gift cards. I went to return 3bof the 4 dresses at Maxys Deptford NJ. I was not refunded proper amount and I still cant figure out credit card issue.

I have called 2x and was on hold for over 30 min. I will be cancelling my card and will not be shopping at Macys after this issue. Worse then a Kmart

Worst service at Macys Eagle Rock Store! e a cashier check , the clerk did not accept it, he called his manager for help, the manager told me that they can not accept it because it is a cashier check not personal check.

Well dear Macys no where on your bill statement say that plus if some one does not want to use personal check for many reasons is that mean that they can not make payment? so the manger took me to two customer service phone and finally she put some one on the phone not even trying to help me with the situation .

she asked my Id and all it was about that if I mail the cashier check will it be processed or the payment department will return the check ? OMG I just left not making my payment!!!! worst service at all and I think the best thing is not to shop and use Macys card…
