I made a return on receipt r9309260005623117109. I signed to have my account credited. I get home and notice the receipt says a refund will be mailed to me. I call the #888-324-8787 on the return receipt and was told l will get a store credit.

The item had the original tags intact. the blue &black threads had more black in smaall patches to look like a stain. It is a custom macy sweater. I was looking for another one identical hopefully with better threading. Please credit my visa

Macy’s customer service simply sucks!! I have placed an order twice for a Clarks shoes and in both times, I discover that they sent me a used pair of shoes (they say it is the floor display shoe). Don’t think of calling their customer service number coz they are so unprofessional and useless.

Very bad experience with Macy’s and I don’t recommend dealing with them online.

I went into your Mac location to purchase multiple items and the representative rang up my items of which was a total of 5 items. I got home and one of my items were not in my bag when I checked it after I got home.

I called the location to let them know and the representative told me to come into the location to correct the problem. When i got Rhee he was extremely rude as if he was suggesting that I was a liar.

Even after I had just spent over $150. Not to mention how much I have spent with them to date. He basically tried to make me feel as if I was trying to steal from the company. His name is David at the Collierville location.

It’s crazy how he can feel comfortable enough to judge but he isn’t judged by wearing lipstick with a beard.

I purchased a Michael Kors backpack purse for my adult daughter one year ago. She recently showed me a rip on the strap. Yesterday, November 7, we stopped by our local Macy’s store, in Roseville, CA, to return this bag.

We were shocked and extremely disappointed to find out the return policy is limited to six months from date of purchase. These high end bags are not inexpensive and are expected to last longer than 6 months. I have been shopping at Macy’s for forty years, and yesterday was absolutely my last day with your company.

My future purchases will be with Nordstrom, where their customer service is stellar!

I was on a chat with ERICA JOY M and I was inquiring about the Alfani women's dress boot on sale for $80 bucks but needed wide calf (item 6313455). 00. She stated to me there was nothing she could help me with and "The item is already for 30%, we're running a business not a charity.

The discount is already high". Macy's has poor customer service and as a customer I am sure she could of assisted me in a much better way as I was not asking for the item to be handed to me for free.

I feel this is a way of discriminating against women who plus sized and are not given the same sales as regular society women. I am truly unsatisfied, pissed and have been belittled after this experience.!!!

i had to return a damaged bed back in September. I was than told I would be part of the "Return and Re-select policy. The customer service rep at Macys assured me that i wouldn't have to spend more money, that a bed would be available as an exchange and I should wait a few days.

We had to sleep on the damaged bed until we got a call back "sorry, nothing is available" and I was given a credit. 00 that i couldn't afford. 00 (sales check #35255764). I was told by customer service they would make an adjustment after I e-mailed a picture of the ad web ID 4514193.

Your coupons are hard to read on backside, the print is soooo tiny , I made a purchase handed the cashier my coupons and she studied something on backside, called another cashier to help her.... why coupon did not apply to my purchase.

I didn't even know what they were looking at. I commented on the absurdity of how we the consumers are suppose to read this print and it took two cashiers to point it out to me. Point!!! please do not!

I placed an on-line order one day ago notifying me that it had been cancelled. I contacted Macy's in an attempt to resolve the issue. After 90 minutes on the phone and two different departments I was assured the matter had been settled and my order was once again placed.

Later that same day I again received another e-mail informing that my order had once again been cancelled. I again contacted Macy's asking why it had been cancelled. The person whom i spoke with was unsure. To make matter even more difficult she had difficulty speaking English. This is extremely frustrating.

I'm no longer a colleague in Macy's Backstage at Park Meadows Mall. I am a colleague inside of Macy's now though. When I worked in Macy's Backstage as a Lead. The colleagues are very disrespectful very rude to me and never listened to me or even helped me work.

Even when I reported all the incidents to my Manager Kary. Nothing was done about it. The colleagues would show up to work 3 and 4 hours late or not show up at all. No call no shows. if I could give zero stars for Macy's Backstage Park Meadows I would!!!

I have really been enjoying the time I’ve been saving shopping online at Macy’s, the one time I had to return something, I was in and out the store quickly. Tonight, I had an additional return. My phone was dead, so I didn’t have the order number.

The representative who “tried” to help me, name was Keisha. She told me she could pull the order up with my credit card. I gave her both credit cards as I couldn’t remember which one I used. She said nothing came up and there was no other way that she could look it up.

I asked to call online customer service, but was told the phone was at the other end of the store (although one was on the counter). I called customer service from my daughter’s cell phone. They provided me the order number from the tag of the swimsuit and confirmed the last four…

Very dissatisfied with my last experience. The cashier was rude and didn’t even say thank you. 00 off every $30 spent on reg price & clearance items when using my credit card. The cashier refused to scan them stating the items I purchased did not apply.

The coupons are false advertising and that’s not legal. Reg/sale/clearance items. To top it off there was no customer service stand available as well as a manager . I’m so disgusted I will not be holiday shopping at Macy’s and will express my feelings on Facebook for friends and family to follow.

On Friday, 11/01/2019, I went to Macy's Fort Wayne, Indiana to purchase a Dooney Bourke handbag after seeing the 40% off sale on Dooney's. After finding the wanted handbag and going to the counter to purchase, the clerk (KERATI) stated an amount that was not 40% off.

00 more than the 40% ticket price. She contacted Store Supervisor ELISEO DURAN who would not give the discount on the ticket price. 00. This was not a mistake on my part as the store had it on the stand for such and should have sold it for such.

This evening we went to macy located at 200 Brea Mall, Brea, CA 92821. I think you should give more training to the employee name steve ( i think) he was working in men’s department. I asked him easy simple question about men’s belt size and he told me he didn’t know what is the size in cm.

I bought my son a Levi strouse leather jacket from the macys in palmdale ca. My son had it for 3 weeks before even wearing it and he only wore it twice when when he told me that both pockets has holes in them, I checked and they were big holes.

Discrimination! The worse Macy's customer service by an employee name LUIS. This is the second time the cashier was very rude to me. I purchased online docker pants and the cost was $43.40 on October 24th order# 1823167634. Total $ 173.60. Yesterday October 25th I went to the Menlo Park mall and purchased the same product of 2 docker pants at $37.20. Yesterday I called Macy's and spoke to an agent. I ordered four pairs of sketchers shoes online and wanted to return one pair. I followed all of the instructions carefully and took the shoes to the Macy's Concord store. I was not able to return them there I was sent from customers service to a subcontractor in Macy's. They took the shoes but only refunded $21 in the form of a gift card which I did not want. I wanted the approximately $27 that was quoted online.

When I tried to call the 800 customer service number for Macy's I was transferred 5 times before I just gave up.

Hello - I am a new Macy's customer, I went to the Metro North Mall location yesterday around 545pm CST. I went in to purchase a black pair of boots that were on sale, cheaper than the one's I purchased on Saturday, there we none in my size.

I have a valid USA credit card as well as a valid USA billing and shipping address. My payment information works everywhere, with every place of commerce, except Macys. Each time I go to make a Macys purchase online, my purchase gets cancelled then bumped into "Customer Protection".

"Customer Protection" is a team of call-center workers located in the Philippines. Customer is forced to call this Philippines call-center, long-distance, in order to continue to place the order. Sometimes the long-distance Philppines phone connection is okay, often it is a poor connection due either to heavy foreign accent of call-center worker, or, simply a poor phone connection.

Their hours of operation for customer are very limited: 9-5 on weekday only, EST. The sole function and limit of the Philippines…

I went to your store to return a shirt with no price tag but with my online reciept. It was 2 days after the 30 day return policy. The lady was rude implying that the SKU was for a different shirt and i was returning a different shirt.

I went to the Bobbi Brown section at the Washington Square Macy's in Oregon. My mom was looking to restock a liquid eyeliner that she had bought previously from BB. When she asked the first employee, this employee directed us to all the eyeliners that were available.

Today, October 19, 2019, my wife made her final purchase at MACY'S Harford Mall, 600 Belair Road, Bel Air, MD 21014. She went to the ladies' intimate apparel department to make a purchase, for which she needed the assistance of a sales associate.

No one was in sight. She and I waited for a time; then she started to search the racks for what she needed. Still, no one was in the department. She took four items into the fitting room, returned two items, and continued to search the racks.

I was placing an order online then come to realized my card has expired. I called up customer service and was told it takes 8-10 days for the new card. I asked how do I place the order. I was told they will transfer me to the credit department to give me my new account info.

Macy's horrible customer and unprofessional customer services . Today I spent about 7 hours trying to resolve an in store purchase which was shipped to the wrong address. I live in NYC and made a purchase at the Queens Mall and my shipping address is 4419 Mac Arthur Blvd NW Washington DC 20007.

I was told by UPS my package is going to be delivered to Long Island City NY. I do not live there. UPS said only Macys can change the delivery address . I called many time to the general customer services number and NO ONE can help.

00 bed. Thought we were getting complete bed with frame. Sales person never disclosed that frame was not included!!!!! when bed was delivered without a frame to place it on, we contacted customer service which then explained a manager would call back.

this store employee called and proceeded to talk over me and asked me if i asked for a bed frame. I tried to explain that we thought it was all included. We were not told that we needed to purchase frame separately . HUNG UP ON ME!!

I tried ordering a pair of pants to be sent by express delivery. For three days I tried and each day that I tried I would be on the phone for over 40 minutes with someone that did not know what they were doing.

Each time after giving all the info required they would have to start it all over again from the beginning. Each day was the same issue. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have never encountered anything like this with people that take orders over the phone.
