Everyone said they would mail it....they would email it....I would get it in 24 hours....I was so angry that I asked for a supervisor....got Shaun who promised to email it.....well it never came...I also asked for his identification...he called himself an a/c specialist and gave me his ID #91119633

First time I ordered from Macy's and will be the last. I ordered a shirt, when delivered (10/8/19) it was not the correct size. I called customer serviced, the guy apologized and offered to expedite shipping the correct size and that I would have it by end of Day Friday (10/11/19).
He said all I need to do was take the incorrect shirt to a Macy's store, which I did on 10/11/19. I called today to check the status and to and to make sure everything was good because the clerk had refunded the price of the shirt.

I ordered sheets a month ago on line when they were on sale. I ordered 3 different colors. After about two weeks I receive 3 sets of white sheets. I am virtually unable to talk to anyone. I have the order which clearly states the colors.
The receipt with the sheets stated white. minutes for Customer Service. Now it’s over 30 days and I’m sure they will say they can’t exchange. There IS no Customer Service in the store and you’re on your own if you order on line and the wrong order is sent and you live 2 hrs from a Macys Store.

What makes this even worse, is that I'm a current employee. And have worked for the various phases of Macy's since college. Anyway, I was looking for a suit jacket and printed up the list with store quantities to call after I got home.

I ordered a Micheal Kors bag yesterday morning for same day delivery. When I got home to the delivery it was sitting by my door in a regular Macy's bag the purse was wide open with the receipt hanging out.
The weather forecast was calling for rain but luckily it did not at that point or the bag would have been destroyed! To make matters worst the bag still had the alarm tag still attached. I am beyond furious with Macy's same day delivery system!!

I was in Macy’s the other day with my husband to buy him jeans. He found a pair he liked but they were a little bit big so I asked the woman at the register if she could find me a pair online in his size, and send them to my house because I have a platinum card.
She said the size was not available so we just took the pair that was a bit big because we needed them . The next day after putting the jeans in the wash I went on to buy a pair shoes online at Macy’s and happened to click on the jeans and they did have his size.

Yesterday at the Fairfield location I received the worst customer service ever. I walked around to grab some sweat pants and found some shoes I liked as well. So I proceeded to ask someone for a size and she rudely pointed me out to someone else.

I purchased a bed and mattress from macys. It was delivered yesterday and put together by your white glove team. In the middle of the night the bed collapsed with the headboard hitting me in the head and the frame and wood splintering in pieces and i cant get anyone to come get this bed. I have been a Macy shopper for over 50 years and this is the first time I have ever filed a complaint. Today I was shopping for a dress for a wedding and took on the challenge of the back stage to look for a deal.

Great service but am disappointed of the cleanness of the Fitting Rooms and the Customer Service stations. The cash registers do not look like they have been dusted and stickers are all over them. Not neat at all. Clothes laying around and have not been returned to racks.
Fitting rooms have an odor and do not look like they have been vacuumed at all. They are hot and have no ventilation at all. Poor lightning. Most of them have dehumidifiers in them. The bathrooms need to be updated.
All of this is at Chesterfield Towne, Midlothian, VA. It was remodeled so nice but has been neglected as far as cleanness. Wonderful staff and very helpful.

Shoe sales rep at Florida Mall Macy's was the worst service I've ever encountered. 1st she brushed me off when I asked if she had a clearance shoe size and replied "No" quickly before moving on to another customer in passing.

I placed an order online for a watch, I chose a store almost one hour away from my house because it was the only store that had that item in stock and available for same day pickup, I was on the phone with a representative (that I can barely understand because she did not speak proper English) for an hour because I wanted to make sure the item was available today.

I don't even know if this will be read let alone addressed but I have a general observation regarding almost all my visits to the Macy's department store in the past year. Yesterday was my latest experience and they're getting exponentially worse each time.
I generally shop for shoes,clothes and make-up at the Lancome counter. Maybe it's because almost everything is done online now but I'm old fashioned and still like to go try on clothes and shoes before buying them and consulting with a professional rep at the makeup counter.

The order was placed on 9-2-19. I received my 1st response that my order could not be processed. After calling and being placed on extended holds I was told that my card had to activated. The Oder was placed again after 3 calls and 10 emails stating conflicting messages, such as the order was discontinued, parts on the way ,with 2 toddler bed of which I didn’t order.
As of now 4 toddler beds have been shipped with 4 attachments to my daughter that is expecting twins any day. The return policy will be difficult for her being pregnant and no one will be home for the UPS pick up.
How can you rectify this problem? We still need cribs for our babies. I can photos of the items if you like.

I purchased something with my Macy’s card. I attempted to return the item having all necessary things to make that return. The service rep told me she couldn’t put it back onto my Macy’s card because her system was prompting her to give me store credit.
Mind you I have made returns before and the credit had gone back on to whatever original form of payment was used. So I was issued store credit for the item that was returned. I’m assuming this because my Macy’s card wouldn’t scan.
I’m super disappointed in this transaction that was made and the lack of effort that was made to rectify this issue.
Maybe just under staffed. Was ready to buy and the staff we spoke with kept passing us off. If nobody has time to take our order - we just tired of looking for someone to take our money.
