I try to order a photo. Book 8/28 and who ever help me on the phone spelled my name and had my wrong adress! And if I didn’t call yesterday 9/15 I would never knew it went back to wear house! I was on the phone for over two and half hours and then got a supervisor and he said he would over night it to me but never got a email telling me I got it! So I called today I was on phone aother two hours and a supervisor hang up on me! Then I put on y’all facebook what happen and been dealing with y’all over Facebook al day and they said they can’t put money on my card let me use my star money for ten days for ur fault

If y’all can’t help me and make the better I will close my account and tell ppl never to shop there again never walk into aother one of ur store

My bridal registry was not correctly linked to my Macy’s credit card (a Macy’s error) resulting in my losing hundreds of dollars in rebates. I have spent an hour this morning talking to 6 different representatives all of who pointed the finger at someone else and I have still not had my issue resolved. I had merchandise certificate which was wet by the water accidentally and couldn't read the barcode. The balance was 56.75. I called customer service and they couldn't reissue the MOC even though I told them the MOC issue number which is shown in the receipts of last time I bought.

when I called customer service and they gave me advice to see the nearest store. When I went to the store, they asked me to call customer service. it's been about 10 times I reached them and noone can help me this issue.

PS: I had experience that I lost MOC in may. When I reached the customer service, they can check and reissue MOC when I don't have MOC number at that time. This time it's wet and I still have MOC issue number on my last reciept that I bought. they can't help me at this time. so, I really don't…

S.! I’ve called three representatives in the Philippines and two of them were hard to understand. All I want is a return shipping label for an order that is too small. The first one told me that I could use the one in the package and I told her it just had my name on it but she said to use that one.

I made a trip to UPS who informed me it was not the right one. The other two states they emailed them and I never received the email. Macy’s in-line service is terrible! Dealing with customer service overseas is inappropriate and wrong!

I placed an order on 9/9 for a pair of Easy Spirit shoes in a size 8. I received a size 8 1/2, so I wanted to exchange them for a size 8. I had them shipped to my daughter at a different address than mine.

I called to exchange them.

However, because I had them shipped to a different address, I had to call my son at work to have it verified even though I was the one who paid for them. I have been a customer forever and an elite costumer.

The way the woman treated me was like she thought I was lying about the shoe size. This experience makes me second think about shopping here because I just bought 3 orders of bras. I am afraid that I will not be able to exchange them for a different size if needed because I had them shipped to a different address than mine.

The store associate on the 3rd. Floor of women's petite Dept. Name Vivien Is very rude. I tried to return a jacket and she couldnt find the item. All she needed to do was scan the receipt, but was too lazy to do her job and then she asked me if the jacket was for a man.

It was clearly for a lady and was even lined in pink! I wish Macy's would thoroughly screen their employees and offer classes on human relations/customer service. They seem to have old cranky hags working here.

I have been a Macy’s customer for over 15 years and I have held a credit card with Macy’s for over 9 years. I have been a loyal customer with the company through out all the changes that have been made over the years, many of them more beneficial for the company than for the consumer.

Today, after all these years, I have decided that I can no longer be a Macy’s customer. I received a call on September 10th from customer service stating that my account was overdue. I thought I had made a payment the prior month, but evidently the payment did not go through.

I do not normally carry a balance on my Macy’s card which was part of the reason I did not notice that I had missed a payment. As soon as I got off the phone with the representative, I paid the entire balance on my card of $140. Today I…

I have had a Macy’s card since 1985, I do not want an Am Exp Card. Are you in the retail business or the credit card business? I have a personal card I can get all the points I want.

Since they refused my Macy’s card and will no longer accept it I have shredded it and will definitely be limiting my amount of shopping there since I have a Bloomingdales and Nordstrom in the same mall with much better quality merchandise. It is a shame how you have degraded your stores.

I called on them for years as a rep and it is a sin what has happened to them. They used to be a top retailer, not anymore.

I have been a customer of Macys for many, many years. July 1st I purchased 5 sets of dishes online. I received them but many of them were broken. Your customer service had the dishes promptly replaced but when I finished I had more full sets than I needed to I called customer service to have them sent back.

They told me just to keep them. In the meantime I was looking through a Black Friday Sale or something like that and the dishes had been discounted even more. While I was still on the phone with the customer services respresentative I brought this to their attention and asked if they would honor the discount.

I was shopping Macy's in Marlow Heights, MD. I shopped items in the Last Act section, I found some really great deals. I proceeded to the register to pay and the cashier said that the dress I had was ringing a different price than the sticker on the tag.

The manager proceeds to come over and tell me the price on the dress could not be honored and I asked who priced the dress and why is it my problem. Her answer was as lame as the service I was receiving.

We get to the next item, the associate tells me the item is ringing differently and the price that was on the tag could not be honored, The manager comes over again and states the same thing. I asked what "D student is labeling the clothing and why am I not getting the price on the tag"?

on 9/8/2019 at 1:32 pm. Henry in the men’s department lied to us several times. He asked if we’d like to use our Macys card to get a discount but my wife wasn’t carrying it at the time and he said he could just look it up.

According to him, we hadn’t used it in over a year and had to “update” it to potentially get 40% off of our purchase. ” because we don’t need one, and we have a very important purchase to make in a few months so certainly don’t need “hard looks” into our credit, lowering our credit score.

Last night 8/7/19, I called the online customer service number to order and inquire about a storage ottoman. The gentleman, Al, did not understand English. I asked if assembly was required after providing the product #. Al could not understand the basic question.

Then he started asking me about purchasing a mattress. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else. He kept repeating the same phrase that appeared he was reading a script. This morning I called regular customer service twice and individuals could not communicate.

A week ago I called Macys to make a late payment, explained Major home water and mold damage thus lots of health problems/memory issues. Husband no job since feb. rep got approval for a handful of latefees to b forgiven. Just heard never charged.

received an online purchase of a pair of shoes on August 13th. When they arrived it was a size 8 instead of a size 6. I returned them via UPS the same day. Part was charged to my credit card and part was a Macys gift card.

I have never received any emails about this transaction not does it appear in my account. I have spoken to Hazel, Jay, Lisa, Kendra and GHL?? ) Half of these people said they were sending another gift card and the others said it had been credited to my account.

I bought a sectional lounge and was convinced by the salesperson to buy the Ultima Plan on 8 May 2018. The plan brochure highlighted "seam separation" is covered. I submitted a claim in July 2019 as the seam in the cushion has a small split.

A technician was sent to inspect and concluded it cannot be repaired. In addition the set is no longer in production. A few days later the warranty department reverted that because the technician stated "fraying", it is manufacturer defect and therefore not covered.

When Macys marketed the Ultima Plan, there was no mention of non coverage due to manufacturer defect by the salesperson or is it indicated in the plan brochure. Neither was any warranty terms and conditions provided to inform customer that any defect is not covered.

I've been a Macy's' customer since 1996. I'm having a very bad experience with Macy's right now. I've received a Macy's America Express card in the mail and I've never used it. I also have a different Macy's card that I use all the time.

I call customer service to check my balance and I also check my balance online and I make payments every single month. 00. One day I've received a letter in the mail saying my balance was pass due for 3 months.

I opened a new Macy's CC at a store. I never received the Card or a Statement. One day I received a call from someone who said they were from Macy's and I had a bill past due. I don't believe anything over the phone.

I said I never received the card and they said they'd send the card and a statement and to pay the balance due. I still don't have the card and now my Credit Report shows a 67 pt drop in my Credit Score due to Macy's reporting a 5 day past due bill.

I called CS and was told it was my fault because I gave a PO Box as my Mailing Address. I hope no one ever opens a Credit Card with Macy's.

Macy's credit card system is not secure and when someone makes a fraudulent charge on your account, you are responsible. This happened to me on a card that was neither stolen or out of my site so it may have been an inside job.

This happened twice at the same location over 1000 miles away from where I live. On the first occurrence, I reported the issue, got a new card and the charge was reversed. About a year later it happened again and they refused to credit my account.

NOTE: I have never been to the store or traveled to that city. Closing my account and will never set foot in Macy's again. Consumers need to stay away from this company.

On Saturday June 29,2019 I went to purchase a king size mattress from Macy at 1 Oakbrook Center Oak Brook, il 60523 on I could afford The salesman Greg Felcan was assisting me with my purchase. Mr. Felcan told me he was having some issues ringing up my purchase after about 20 minutes waiting to finalize the purchase .

In 2011 I purchased 2 pieces of Furniture from Macy's Furniture Store at Westside Pavilion Mall in Los Angeles, CA. The sales associate CONVINCED me that I HAD to participate in the "Worry No More" Protection Plan. He explained that it was a 7 year warranty and if I did not use the warranty during the 7 years, I would received a Macy's Gift Card in the mail for the amount.

Last year I was shopping at Macy's and I saw a sign for "Worry No More" and it reminded me of the dining table and coffee table that I had purchased. I called Macy's Furniture Department and they gave me the phone # for "Worry No More".

I called Macy’s beginning of May because I was having difficulty signing into my on line account. Rep tried to sign me up for a American Express Card I said no. She asked me if I wanted to close my card I said no.

I told her I wanted to keep my platinum card. I told her I just want help in finding out why sometimes I can sign in without problems & other times I can’t. Since I was finally able to sign in with current password I decided to just leave account as is.

I bought two diamonds pendant at Macys Northgate mall seattle, Wa on 5/26/2019. I was disappointed that the customer service person did not tell me that the Memorial Day price was cheaper then what was at that store. I only knew it when I went home.

I spent $3,784.02 on new living furniture, which included the WNM Ultimate Plan. The package included a protection kit that should've been delivered with the furniture. The protection kit was not included with the furniture delivery. I have called Customer Service 4 -5 times and each time I was assured the kit would be mailed to me. I even drove across town to return to the Macys furniture store and escalated to the store manager, which once again, he assured me that the kit would be mailed. I opened a credit card on December 31 2017 and bought 3 items totally approximately $70. Quite honestly I never thought about the purchase as I never received a bill. One month ago I received calls from a credit bureau saying that I owed $356.

I had no idea what they were speaking about so initially told them that I was disputing the claim. I then called Macy's Customer Service number to try and jog my memory. I spoke with a very nice gal named Elizabeth (employee # 51657469) and she reminded me of what I purchased.

She also stated that the bill(s) came back to Macy's as return to sender. Macy's had my correct address so I'm not sure why this happened. I spoke with the credit bureau and explained that I never received a bill and would certainly pay what I owed.

I ordered a north face coat for a baby on 31 December 2018. I was informed it was shipped 3rd. Then the tracking number said it shipped to Tennessee on the 4th of January. I waited and waited but nothing came.

I ordered a purple mattress and platform from Macy's (11201 West 95th Street Overland Park, KS 66214, 913-888-4910) in February. I was told by Ken, our salesman, that the platform could be used with a headboard. I paid for Macy's delivery to set up the platform and mattress.

The person who assembled the frame certainly noticed our headboard right next to the platform he set up, however, never asked if we wanted for him to attach the brackets necessary for us to use the headboard. We trusted that he'd done so, by default.
